1青藏高原20世纪后40年潜在蒸散趋势及其空间分布(英文)显示文摘气候变化研究主要集中在温度和降水的长期变化趋势及其影响方面,对于控制陆地生态系统和大气之间的质能交换的重要气候因子——蒸散,研究相对较少。蒸散在气候系统中扮演着重要角色,它是多个气候因子综合作用的结果,如日照、温度、风速、湿度等。蒸散也是陆地和大气间能量、水汽传送和气候变化监测的敏感因子。蒸散的变化趋势更能反映气候变化的状况,并对农业生产、流域开发和人民生活产生重要影响。论文分析了青藏高原及其周边的101个气象台站在20世纪后40年Penman-Monteith潜在蒸散(PET)的变化趋势及其空间分布。研究显示青藏高原PET在所有季节呈现减少的趋势,年平均PET倾向率为-13.1mm/10年或年总量的2.0%。在PET整体负的趋势下,1970和1980年代在平均值上的波动幅度大约是在600到700mm范围。青藏高原空间性的趋势分布随季节性波动全年仍保持稳定。PET减小趋势的台站冬春(80%)多于夏秋(58%)。尽管总体趋势是负的,但有些台站PET表现还是正的趋势,最大年的正负PET趋势台站在柴达木盆地的南部,分别是84.8mm/10年和-79.5mm/10年。论文还进一步探索了青藏高原不同气候因子对PET趋势的影响。在青藏高原,风速是影响PET趋势最重要的因子,相对湿度次之,而日照时数的变化作用不明显。由于青藏高原上稳定的日间温度限制了温度趋势对PET的影响。因此,负蒸散趋势被认为与地区性季风环流强度的降低有关,而非日照时间的减少。也就是说,降低的PET趋势显示出与全球变暖情景中预测的水文循环增强相反。由于不均匀的青藏高原气象台站分布,进一步的探索最好增加遥感方法获取没有台站地区的PET数据,以便对整个青藏高原PET的时空分布进行深入研究。陈沈斌 刘允芬 Axel Thomas 2008自然资源学报2008,23,6:15
2Deep-learning based denoising and reconstruction of super-resolution structured illumination microscopy images显示文摘Super-resolution structured illumination microscopy(SR-SIM) provides an up to twofold enhanced spatial resolution of fluorescently labeled samples. The reconstruction of high-quality SR-SIM images critically depends on patterned illumination with high modulation contrast. Noisy raw image data(e.g., as a result of low excitation power or low exposure time), result in reconstruction artifacts. Here, we demonstrate deep-learning based SR-SIM image denoising that results in high-quality reconstructed images. A residual encoding–decoding convolutional neural network(RED-Net) was used to successfully denoise computationally reconstructed noisy SR-SIM images.We also demonstrate the end-to-end deep-learning based denoising and reconstruction of raw SIM images into high-resolution SR-SIM images. Both image reconstruction methods prove to be very robust against image reconstruction artifacts and generalize very well across various noise levels. 4Nucleoporin 88 expression in hepatitis B and C virus-related liver diseases显示文摘AIM: To investigate the expression of nucleoporin 88 (Nup88) in hepatitis B virus (HBV) and C virus (HCV)-related liver diseases. METHODS: We generated a new monoclonal Nup88 antibody to investigate the Nup88 protein expression by immunohistochemistry (IHC) in 294 paraffin-embedded liver specimens comprising all stages of hepatocellular carcinogenesis. In addition, in cell culture experiments HBV-positive (HepG2.2.15 and HB611) and HBV-negative (HepG2) hepatoma cell lines were tested for the Nup88 expression by Western-immunoblotting to test data obtained by IHC.RESULTS: Specific Nup88 expression was found in chronic HCV hepatitis and unspecific chronic hepatitis, whereas no or very weak Nup88 expression was detected in normal liver. The Nup88 expression was markedly reduced or missing in mild chronic HBV infection and inversely correlated with HBcAg expression. Irrespective of the HBV- or HCV-status, increasing Nup88 expression was observed in cirrhosis and dysplastic nodules, and Nup88 was highly expressed in hepatocellular carcinomas. The intensity of Nup88 expression significantly increased during carcinogenesis (P < 0.0001) and correlated with dedifferentiation (P < 0.0001). Interestingly, Nup88 protein expression was significantly downregulated in HBV-positive HepG2.2.15 (P < 0.002) and HB611 (P < 0.001) cell lines as compared to HBV-negative HepG2 cells. CONCLUSION: Based on our immunohistochemical data, HBV and HCV are unlikely to influence the expression of Nup88 in cirrhotic and neoplastic liver tissue, but point to an interaction of HBV with the nuclear pore in chronic hepatitis. The expression of Nup88 in nonneoplastic liver tissue might reflect enhanced metabolic activity of the liver tissue. 7Spatial metabolomics for evaluating response to neoadjuvant therapy in non-small cell lung cancer patients显示文摘Background:The response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy(NAC)differs substantially among individual patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Major pathological response(MPR)is a histomorphological read-out used to assess treatment response and prognosis in patientsNSCLC afterNAC.Although spatial metabolomics is a promising tool for evaluating metabolic phenotypes,it has not yet been utilized to assess therapy responses in patients with NSCLC.We evaluated the potential application of spatial metabolomics in cancer tissues to assess the response to NAC,using a metabolic classifier that utilizes mass spectrometry imaging combined with machine learning.Methods:Resected NSCLC tissue specimens obtained after NAC(n=88)were subjected to high-resolution mass spectrometry,and these data were used to develop an approach for assessing the response to NAC in patients with NSCLC.The specificities of the generated tumor cell and stroma classifiers were validated by applying this approach to a cohort of biologically matched chemotherapy-naive patients with NSCLC(n=85).Results:The developed tumor cell metabolic classifier stratified patients into different prognostic groups with 81.6%accuracy,whereas the stroma metabolic classifier displayed 78.4%accuracy.By contrast,the accuracies of MPR and TNM staging for stratification were 62.5%and 54.1%,respectively.The combination of metabolic and MPR classifiers showed slightly lower accuracy than either individual metabolic classifier.In multivariate analysis,metabolic classifiers were the only independent prognostic factors identified(tumor:P=0.001,hazards ratio[HR]=3.823,95%confidence interval[CI]=1.716-8.514;stroma:P=0.049,HR=2.180,95%CI=1.004-4.737),whereasMPR(P=0.804;HR=0.913;95%CI=0.445-1.874)and TNM staging(P=0.078;HR=1.223;95%CI=0.977-1.550)were not independent prognostic factors.Using Kaplan-Meier survival analyses,both tumor and stroma metabolic classifiers were able to further stratify patients as NAC responders(P<0.001)and non-responders(P<0.001).Conclusions:Our findings indicate that the metabolic constitutions of both tumor cells and the stroma are valuable additions to the classical histomorphology-based assessment of tumor response.Jian Shen Na Sun Philipp Zens Thomas Kunzke Achim Buck Verena M.Prade Jun Wang Qian Wang Ronggui Hu Annette Feuchtinger Sabina Berezowska Axel Walch 2022Cancer Communications2022,42,6:3

14Reduction and carburization of iron oxides for Fischer–Tropsch synthesis显示文摘The activation of iron oxide Fischer–Tropsch Synthesis(FTS) catalysts was investigated during pretreatment: reduction in hydrogen followed by carburization in either CO or syngas mixture, or simultaneously reduction and carburization in syngas. A combination of different complementary in situ techniques was used to gain insight into the behavior of Fe-based FTS catalysts during activation. In situ XRD was used to identify the crystalline structures present during both reduction in hydrogen and carburization. An increase in reduction rate was established when increasing the temperature. A complete reduction was demonstrated in the ETEM and a grain size dependency was proven, i.e. bigger grains need higher temperature in order to reduce.
