| 3 | Weapon configuration, allocation and route planning with time windows for multiple unmanned combat air vehicles显示文摘Unmanned combat air vehicles(UCAVs) mission planning is a fairly complicated global optimum problem. Military attack missions often employ a fleet of UCAVs equipped with weapons to attack a set of known targets. A UCAV can carry different weapons to accomplish different combat missions. Choice of different weapons will have different effects on the final combat effectiveness. This work presents a mixed integer programming model for simultaneous weapon configuration and route planning of UCAVs, which solves the problem optimally using the IBM ILOG CPLEX optimizer for simple missions. This paper develops a heuristic algorithm to handle the medium-scale and large-scale problems. The experiments demonstrate the performance of the heuristic algorithm in solving the medium scale and large scale problems. | 4 | Highly Dispersed Pt Species with Excellent Stability and Catalytic Performance by Reducing a Perovskite-Type Oxide Precursor for CO Oxidation显示文摘A new scheme for the preparation of highly dispersed precious metal catalysts is proposed in this work. Samples of LaCo_(1-x)Pt_xO_3/SiO_2( x = 0.03, 0.05, 0.07, 0.09, and 0.10) were prepared through a simple method of citrate acid complexation combined with impregnation. In a nanocrystallite of LaCo_(1-x)Pt_xO_3, ions of lanthanum, cobalt, and platinum are evenly mixed at the atomic level and confined within the nanocrystallite. In the reduction process, platinum ions were reduced and migrated onto the surface of the nanocrystallite, and the platinum should be highly dispersed owing to the even mixing of the platinum ions in the precursor. When x = 0.05 or lower, the highest dispersion of Pt could be achieved. The highly dispersed Pt is stable, because of the strong interaction between Pt atoms and the support. The catalysts were characterized by BET surface area, temperature-programmed reduction, X-ray diff raction, transmission electron microscopy, CO temperatureprogrammed desorption, and turnover frequency. | 7 | Antioxidant biocompatible composite collagen dressing for diabetic wound healing in rat model显示文摘Associated with persistent oxidative stress,altered inflammatory responses,poor angiogenesis and epithelization,wound healing in diabetic patients is impaired.N-acetylcysteine(NAC)is reported to resist excess reactive oxygen species(ROS)production,prompt angiogenesis and maturation of the epidermis.Studies have revealed that graphene oxide(GO)can regulate cellular behavior and form cross-links with naturally biodegradable polymers such as collagen(COL)to construct composite scaffolds.Here,we reported a COL-based implantable scaffold containing a mixture of GO capable of the sustained delivery of NAC to evaluate the wound healing in diabetic rats.The morphological,physical characteristics,biocompatibility and NAC release profile of the GO-COL-NAC(GCN)scaffold were evaluated in vitro.Wound healing studies were performed on a 20mm dorsal full-skin defect of streptozotocin(STZ)-induced diabetic rats.The injured skin tissue was removed at the 18th day post-surgery for histological analysis and determination of glutathione peroxidase(GPx),catalase(CAT)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity.In diabetic rats,we confirmed that the GCN scaffold presented a beneficial effect in enhancing the wound healing process.Additionally,due to the sustained release of NAC,the scaffold may potentially induce the antioxidant defense system,upregulating the expression levels of the antioxidant enzymes in the wound tissue.The findings revealed that the antioxidant biocompatible composite collagen dressing could not only deliver NAC in situ for ROS inhibition but also promote the wound healing process.This scaffold with valuable therapy potential might enrich the approaches for surgeon in diabetic wound treatment in the future. | Bei Qian Jialun Li Ke Guo Nengqiang Guo Aimei Zhong Jie Yang Jiecong Wang Peng Xiao Jiaming Sun Lingyun Xiong | 2021 | Regenerative Biomaterials2021,8,2: | 1 |

| 16 | Joint mission and route planning of unmanned air vehicles via a learning-based heuristic显示文摘Unmanned air vehicles(UAVs) have been regularly employed in modern wars to conduct different missions. Instead of addressing mission planning and route planning separately,this study investigates the issue of joint mission and route planning for a fleet of UAVs. The mission planning determines the configuration of weapons in UAVs and the weapons to attack targets, while the route planning determines the UAV’s visiting sequence for the targets. The problem is formulated as an integer linear programming model. Due to the inefficiency of CPLEX on large scale optimization problems, an effective learningbased heuristic, namely, population based adaptive large neighborhood search(P-ALNS), is proposed to solve the model. In P-ALNS, seven neighborhood structures are designed and adaptively utilized in terms of their historical performance. The effectiveness and superiority of the proposed model and algorithm are demonstrated on test instances of small, medium and large sizes. | 18 | Genome-wide identification and analysis of monolignol biosynthesis genes in Salix matsudana Koidz and their relationship to accelerated growth显示文摘Lignin plays an important role in plant growth and development.It serves as a raw material for the manufacture of paper,animal feed,and chemical fertilizers.However,the regulation of lignin biosynthesis genes and the composition of the relevant gene families remain unclear in many plant species.Here,we identified and characterized 11 families of monolignol biosynthesis genes in Salix matsudana Koidz.Based on phylogenetic analysis of lignin biosynthesis genes from nine angiosperm species(Arabidopsis thaliana,Oryza sativa,Zea mays,Solanum lycopersicum,S.suchowensis,S.purpurea,Populus euphratica,P.trichocarpa,and S.matsudana),the 11 gene families could be divided into two classes that differed in their apparent evolutionary history.We compared the distribution of lignin biosynthesis genes between the two sub-genomes(At and Bt)of S.matsudana and found that more duplicated genes were present in the Bt sub-genome.We analyzed RNA sequencing data from two parents of contrasting height and two of their F1 progeny,and detected 23 differentially expressed genes(DEGs)that may regulate accelerated growth.We analyzed the promoter regions of the lignin-related DEGs and identified several hormone-related(auxin,ethylene,and cytokinin)transcription factor binding sites.These results provide an important foundation for future studies on the molecular mechanisms and genetic regulation of lignin biosynthesis and its relationship to accelerated growth in forest trees. | Guoyuan Liu Yixin Li Yu Liu Hongyi Guo Jiaming Guo Yawen Du Yanhong Chen Chunmei Yu Fei Zhong Bolin Lian Jian Zhang | 2021 | Forestry Research2021,1,1: | 0 |
