| 1 | Responses of Saline Soil Properties and Cotton Growth to Different Organic Amendments显示文摘Application of organic waste to saline alkaline soils is considered to be a good practice for soil remediation. The effects of applying different organic amendments(e.g., cattle dung, vermicompost, biofertilizer) and earthworm inoculations(Eisenia fetida) on saline soils and cotton growth were investigated during 1 year of cotton cultivation. Compared to the control(applied with inorganic NPK fertilizer), applying organic amendments improved soil physicochemical properties. Biofertilizer application improved available nutrient content, reduced short-term soil electrical conductivity, and produced the highest cotton yield, whereas cattle dung and vermicompost applications resulted in higher soil organic matter content. Application of organic amendments significantly increased soil microbial biomass carbon during the flowering period, which sharply declined at harvest. This was especially true for the biofertilizer treatment,which also exhibited lower nematode abundance compared with the other organic materials. Earthworm inoculation following cattle dung application failed to significantly change soil physicochemical properties when compared to the treatments without earthworm inoculation. Results suggest that biofertilizer application to saline soil would improve soil nutrient status in the short-term, whereas cattle dung application would improve soil organic matter content and increase soil organism abundance to a greater extent. | 2 | Exploitation of Bi2O2Se/graphene van der Waals heterojunction for creating efficient photodetectors and short-channel field-effect transistors显示文摘The formation of heterojunction within solid-state devices enables them with eventually high performances,but provides a challenge for material synthesis and device fabrication because strict conditions such as lattice match are needed.Herein,we show a facile method to fabricate a van der Waals(vdW)heterojunction between two-dimensional(2D)bismuth oxyselenide(Bi2O2Se)and graphene,during which the graphene is directly transferred to the Bi2O2Se and served as a lowcontract-resistant electrode with small work function mismatch(~50 meV).As an optoelectronic device,the Bi2O2Se/graphene vdW heterojunction allows for the efficient sensing toward 1200-nm incident laser.Regarding the application of fieldeffect transistors(FETs),the short-channel(50 nm)sample can be synthesized by utilizing these two 2D materials(ie,channel:Bi2O2Se;drain/source terminal:graphene)and the n-type characteristic can be observed with the accordant field modulation.It is confirmed that we show a simple way to prepare the vdW heterojunction which is aiming to the high-performance applications among optoelectronics and FETs. | Congwei Tan Shipu Xu Zhenjun Tan Luzhao Sun Jinxiong Wu Tianran Li Hailin Peng | 2019 | InfoMat2019,1,3: | 8 |

| 4 | Multiscale modeling of mechanical behavior and failure mechanism of 3D angle-interlock woven aluminum composites subjected to warp/weft directional tension loading显示文摘The mechanical behavior and progressive damage mechanism of novel aluminum matrix composites reinforced with 3D angle-interlock woven carbon fibers were investigated using a multiscale modeling approach.The mechanical properties and failure of yarns were evaluated using a microscale model under different loading scenarios.On this basis,a mesoscale model was developed to analyze the tensile behavior and failure mechanism of the composites.The interfacial decohesion,matrix damage,and failure of fibers and yarns were incorporated into the microscopic and mesoscopic models.The stress–strain curves and fracture modes from simulation show good agreement with the experimental curves and fracture morphology.Local interface and matrix damage initiate first under warp directional tension.Thereafter,interfacial failure,weft yarn cracking,and matrix failure occur successively.Axial fracture of warp yarn,which displays a quasi-ductile fracture characteristic,dominates the ultimate composites failure.Under weft directional tension,interfacial failure and warp yarn rupture occur at the early and middle stages.Matrix failure and weft yarn fracture emerge simultaneously at the final stage,leading to the cata-strophic failure of composites.The weft directional strength and fracture strain are lower than the warp directional ones because of the lower weft density and the more serious brittle fracture of weft yarns. | Zhenjun WANG Siyuan YANG Shiping SUN Yingfeng ZHANG Changchun CAI Bowen XIONG Wei YANG Zhifeng XU Huan YU | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2021,34,8: | 4 |
| 5 | Geochronology and Geochemical Characteristics of Intrusion in the Jinchangliang Gold Deposit,Inner Mongolia and Their Tectonic Significance显示文摘Discovered and mined in recent years, the Jinchangliang gold deposit has not yet been studied in its genetic type. In this paper, the geological features of ore deposit, S isotopic composition, metallogenic age and elements geochemical of the granite closely related to mineralization were discussed. The results of the geological features of ore deposit and S isotopic composition show that ore-bearing hydrothermal solution was closely related with the intrusion of magmatic. The granite is characteristic of high silica SiO_2=72.38%–72.98%, high aluminum and Al_2O_3=14.22%–14.35%, low calcium CaO=0.16% –0.26%, and low value of FeOT/MgO(6.86–7.73), and rich in alkalis Na_2O+K_2O=9.11%–9.24%, suggesting that it is high-K calc-alkaline, highly fractionated, weak aluminum A-type granite. The REE patterns are inclined to right and show intense fractionation between LREE and HREE, without obvious negative Eu anomaly(δEu=0.80–0.84). The primitive mantle-normalized spidergrams are characterized by depletion of Ba, U, Ta, Nb, Zr, Ti and P, which implies that the granite has the characteristics of the crust-mantle mixing. S isotopes also indicate that the material source of gold deposit is closely related to the granite rocks. The LA-ICP-MS Zircon UPb age of the Damiao rock mass medium-fine grained monzogranite(belonging to the early IndoChina) is(245±1) Ma. It shows that Jinchangliang gold deposit was not formed in Yanshanian, but the early Indo-China. | 6 | Molecular toxicity of earthworms induced by cadmium contaminated soil and biomarkers screening显示文摘Earthworms(Eisenia fetida) were used to study the impact of low-dose cadmium in treated artificial soil(0,0.6,3,6,15,30 mg/kg) and contaminated natural soil(1.46 mg/kg).The changes of earthworms' physiological related gene expressions of metallothionein(MT),annetocin,calreticulin and antimicrobial peptides were detected using real-time PCR after a 70-day incubation period.The results showed that low doses of cadmium could up regulate earthworms' MT and down regulate annetocin gene expression and show a significant positive and negative correlation respectively.The expression of two other genes,calreticulin and anti-microbial peptides,was induced at low doses of cadmium(highest gene expression at 0.6 mg/kg for calreticulin and 6 mg/kg for anti-microbial peptides) and inhibited at high doses.No significant correlation was found for these two genes.This study shows that MT and annetocin genes expression found in earthworms in contaminated soil have the potential to be developed as biomarkers of soil cadmium pollution. | Xiaohui Mo Yuhui Qiao Zhenjun Sun Xiaofei Sun Yang Li | 2012 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2012,24,8: | 4 |
