1Exploitation of Bi2O2Se/graphene van der Waals heterojunction for creating efficient photodetectors and short-channel field-effect transistors显示文摘The formation of heterojunction within solid-state devices enables them with eventually high performances,but provides a challenge for material synthesis and device fabrication because strict conditions such as lattice match are needed.Herein,we show a facile method to fabricate a van der Waals(vdW)heterojunction between two-dimensional(2D)bismuth oxyselenide(Bi2O2Se)and graphene,during which the graphene is directly transferred to the Bi2O2Se and served as a lowcontract-resistant electrode with small work function mismatch(~50 meV).As an optoelectronic device,the Bi2O2Se/graphene vdW heterojunction allows for the efficient sensing toward 1200-nm incident laser.Regarding the application of fieldeffect transistors(FETs),the short-channel(50 nm)sample can be synthesized by utilizing these two 2D materials(ie,channel:Bi2O2Se;drain/source terminal:graphene)and the n-type characteristic can be observed with the accordant field modulation.It is confirmed that we show a simple way to prepare the vdW heterojunction which is aiming to the high-performance applications among optoelectronics and FETs.Congwei Tan Shipu Xu Zhenjun Tan Luzhao Sun Jinxiong Wu Tianran Li Hailin Peng 2019InfoMat2019,1,3:8
2Stand basal area modelling for Chinese fir plantations using an artificial neural network model显示文摘Artificial neural network models are a popular estimation tool for fitting nonlinear relationships because they require no assumptions about the form of the fitting function,non-Gaussian distributions,multicollinearity,outliers and noise in the data.The problems of backpropagation models using artificial neural networks include determination of the structure of the network and overlearning courses.According to data from 1981 to 2008 from 15 permanent sample plots on Dagangshan Mountain in Jiangxi Province,a back-propagation artificial neural network model(BPANN)and a support vector machine model(SVM)for basal area of Chinese fir(Cunninghamia lanceolata)plantations were constructed using four kinds of prediction factors,including stand age,site index,surviving stem numbers and quadratic mean diameters.Artificial intelligence methods,especially SVM,could be effective in describing stand basal area growth of Chinese fir under different growth conditions with higher simulation precision than traditional regression models.SVM and the Chapman–Richards nonlinear mixed-effects model had less systematic bias than the BPANN.Shaohui Che Xiaohong Tan Congwei Xiang Jianjun Sun Xiaoyan Hu Xiongqing Zhang Aiguo Duan Jianguo Zhang 2019Journal of Forestry Research2019,30,5:4

4Oxygen-assisted direct growth of large-domain and high-quality graphene on glass targeting advanced optical filter applications显示文摘Growing high quality graphene films directly on glass by chemical vapor deposition(CVD)meets a growing demand for constructing high-performance electronic and optoelectronic devices.However,the graphene synthesized by prevailing methodologies is normally of polycrystalline nature with high nucleation density and limited domain size,which significantly handicaps its overall properties and device performances.Herein,we report an oxygen-assisted CVD strategy to allow the direct synthesis of 6-inch-scale graphene glass harvesting markedly increased graphene domain size(from 0.2 to 1.8μm).Significantly,as-produced graphene glass attains record high electrical conductivity(realizing a sheet resistance of 900Ω·sq^(-1)at a visible-light transmittance of 92%)amongst the state-of-the-art counterparts,readily serving as transparent electrodes for fabricating high-performance optical filter devices.This work might open a new avenue for the scalable production and application of emerging graphene glass materials with high quality and low cost.Bingzhi Liu Huihui Wang Wei Gu Le Zhou Zhaolong Chen Yufeng Nie Congwei Tan Haina Ci Nan Wei Lingzhi Cui Xuan Gao Jingyu Sun Yanfeng Zhang Zhongfan Liu 2021Nano Research2021,14,1:0
