| 3 | Differential Characteristics of the Upper Ordovician-Lower Silurian Wufeng-Longmaxi Shale Reservoir and its Implications for Exploration and Development of Shale Gas in/around the Sichuan Basin显示文摘The Upper Ordovician Wufeng-Lower Silurian Longmaxi shale is widely distributed in the Sichuan Basin and its periphery,which is the key stratum for marine shale gas exploration and development(E&D)in China.Based on sedimentary environment,material basis,storage space,fracability and reservoir evolution data,the reservoir characteristics of the Wufeng-Longmaxi shale and their significance for shale gas E&D are systematically compared and analyzed in this paper.The results show that(1)the depocenter of the Wufeng(WF)-Longmaxi(LM)shale gradually migrates from east to west.The high-quality shale reservoirs in the eastern Sichuan Basin are mainly siliceous shales,which are primarily distributed in the graptolite shale interval of WF2-LM5.The high-quality reservoirs in the southern Sichuan Basin are mainly calcareous-siliceous and organic-rich argillaceous shales,which are distributed in the graptolite shale interval of WF2-LM7.(2)Deep shale gas(the burial depth>3500 m)in the Sichuan Basin has high-ultrahigh pressure and superior physical properties.The organic-rich siliceous,calcareous-siliceous and organic-rich argillaceous shales have suitable reservoir properties.The marginal area of the Sichuan Basin has a higher degree of pressure relief,which leads to the argillaceous and silty shales evolving into direct cap rocks with poor reservoir/good sealing capacity.(3)Combining shale gas exploration practices and impacts of lithofacies,depth,pressure coefficient and brittle-ductile transition on the reservoir properties,it is concluded that the favorable depth interval of the Wufeng-Longmaxi shale gas is 2200~4000 m under current technical conditions.(4)Aiming at the differential reservoir properties of the Wufeng-Longmaxi shale in the Sichuan Basin and its periphery,several suggestions for future research directions and E&D of shale gas are formulated. | WANG Ruyue HU Zongquan LONG Shengxiang LIU Guangxiang ZHAO Jianhua DONG Li DU Wei WANG Pengwei YIN Shuai | 2019 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2019,93,3: | 8 |
| 4 | Dark matter direct search sensitivity of the PandaX-4T experiment显示文摘The Panda X-4T experiment, a 4-ton scale dark matter direct detection experiment, is being planned at the China Jinping Underground Laboratory. In this paper we present a simulation study of the expected background in this experiment. In a 2.8-ton fiducial mass and the signal region between 1-10 keV electron equivalent energy, the total electron recoil background is found to be 4.9 × 10^(-5) kg^(-1) d^(-1) keV^(-1). The nuclear recoil background in the same region is 2.8 × 10^(-7) kg^(-1) d^(-1) keV^(-1). | 7 | An Impedance-based Parameter Design Method for Active Damping of Load Converter Station in MTDC Distribution System显示文摘To achieve the efficient application of impedance analysis in the stability assessment and enhancement of multiterminal DC distribution systems, this paper proposes the DCside reduced-order impedance models with power control and AC voltage control, respectively, by taking the load converter station as the object. By using the DC-side current as the feedforward state, the active compensator applied to the load converter station with two control modes is also derived as well as the corresponding reduced-order impedance models. Combined with the reduced-order impedance models, a method based on damping factor sensitivity is further proposed to design the parameters of the derived active compensators. | 8 | Uncertainty quantification and reduction in metal additive manufacturing显示文摘Uncertainty quantification(UQ)in metal additive manufacturing(AM)has attracted tremendous interest in order to dramatically improve product reliability.Model-based UQ,which relies on the validity of a computational model,has been widely explored as a potential substitute for the time-consuming and expensive UQ solely based on experiments.However,its adoption in the practical AM process requires overcoming two main challenges:(1)the inaccurate knowledge of uncertainty sources and(2)the intrinsic uncertainty associated with the computational model.Here,we propose a data-driven framework to tackle these two challenges by combining high throughput physical/surrogate model simulations and the AM-Bench experimental data from the National Institute of Standards and Technology(NIST).We first construct a surrogate model,based on high throughput physical simulations,for predicting the three-dimensional(3D)melt pool geometry and its uncertainty with respect to AM parameters and uncertainty sources.We then employ a sequential Bayesian calibration method to perform experimental parameter calibration and model correction to significantly improve the validity of the 3D melt pool surrogate model.The application of the calibrated melt pool model to UQ of the porosity level,an important quality factor,of AM parts,demonstrates its potential use in AM quality control.The proposed UQ framework can be generally applicable to different AM processes,representing a significant advance toward physicsbased quality control of AM products. | Zhuo Wang Chen Jiang Pengwei Liu Wenhua Yang Ying Zhao Mark F.Horstemeyer Long-Qing Chen Zhen Hu Lei Chen | 2020 | npj Computational Materials2020,,1: | 2 |

| 10 | Enhanced photon communication through Bayesian estimation with an SNSPD array显示文摘Laser communication using photons should consider not only the transmission environment’s effects,but also the performance of the single-photon detector used and the photon number distribution.Photon communication based on the superconducting nanowire single-photon detector(SNSPD)is a new technology that addresses the current sensitivity limitations at the level of single photons in deep space communication.The communication’s bit error rate(BER)is limited by dark noise in the space environment and the photon number distribution with a traditional single-pixel SNSPD,which is unable to resolve the photon number distribution.In this work,an enhanced photon communication method was proposed based on the photon number resolving function of four-pixel array SNSPDs.A simulated picture transmission was carried out,and the error rate in this counting mode can be reduced by 2 orders of magnitude when compared with classical optical communication.However,in the communication mode using photon-enhanced counting,the four-pixel response amplitude for counting was found to restrain the communication rate,and this counting mode is extremely dependent on the incident light intensity through experiments,which limits the sensitivity and speed of the SNSPD array’s performance advantage.Therefore,a BER theoretical calculation model for laser communication was presented using the Bayesian estimation algorithm in order to analyze the selection of counting methods for information acquisition under different light intensities and to make better use of the SNSPD array’s high sensitivity and speed and thus to obtain a lower BER.The counting method and theoretical model proposed in this work refer to array SNSPDs in the deep space field. | XIANG LI JINGROU TAN KAIMIN ZHENG LABAO ZHANG LIJIAN ZHANG WEIJI HE PENGWEI HUANG HAOCHEN LI BIAO ZHANG QI CHEN RUI GE SHUYA GUO TAO HUANG XIAOQING JIA QINGYUAN ZHAO XUECOU TU LIN KANG JIAN CHEN PEIHENG WU | 2020 | Photonics Research2020,8,5: | 1 |
| 11 | Stability of the linear chain structure for 12C in covariant density functional theory on a 3D lattice显示文摘The stability of the linear chain structure of three α clusters for 12C against the bending and fission is investigated in the cranking covariant density functional theory, in which the equation of motion is solved on a 3D lattice with the inverse Hamiltonian and the Fourier spectral methods. Starting from a twisted three α initial configuration, it is found that the linear chain structure is stable when the rotational frequency is within the range of ~2.0-~2.5 MeV. Beyond this range, the final states are not stable against fission. By examining the density distributions and the occupation of single-particle levels, however, these fissions are found to arise from the occupation of unphysical continuum with large angular momenta. To properly remove these unphysical continuum, a damping function for the cranking term is introduced. | 17 | Enhanced efficiency and stability of perovskite solar cells by 2D perovskite vapor-assisted interface optimization显示文摘Organic–inorganic perovskites solar cells(PSCs)have attracted great attention due to their rapid progress in power conversion efficiency(PCE).However,there is still an enormous challenge to achieve both high efficiency and stability devices as the decomposition of perovskite materials under humid and light conditions.Herein,we demonstrate that high efficiency and stability of PSCs can be obtained by the reaction of three-dimensional(3D)perovskite with 1,4-butanediamine iodide(BEAI2)vapor.The incorporation of BEAI2 intensively promotes the crystallization of perovskite film with large grain size(~500 nm).Further characterization reveals that the post-treatment perovskite film delivered low interface trap density with long carrier lifetime(>200 ns),long carrier diffusion length(>600 nm)and large carrier mobility(>1.5 cm^2 V-1S-1).Solar cells employing such post-treatment films demonstrated 19.58%PCE without hysteresis.Moreover,the post-treatment devices can retain over 90%original efficiencies stored under ambient atmospheric conditions and exhibit better stability under 85℃and continuous illumination as a two-dimensional(2D)perovskite thin layer is formed on the surface/or at the grain boundaries of 3D perovskite.This study offers an effective way to obtain PSCs with high efficiency and stability. | Minghui Chen Pengwei Li Chao Liang Hao Gu Weishuang Tong Shiping Cheng Weili Li Ganqing Zhao Guosheng Shao | 2020 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,6: | 1 |
| 18 | Protocatechuic acid and quercetin attenuate ETEC-caused IPEC-1 cell inflammation and injury associated with inhibition of necroptosis and pyroptosis signaling pathways显示文摘Background:Necroptosis and pyroptosis are newly identified forms of programmed cell death,which play a vital role in development of many gastrointestinal disorders.Although plant polyphenols have been reported to protect intestinal health,it is still unclear whether there is a beneficial role of plant polyphenols in modulating necroptosis and pyroptosis in intestinal porcine epithelial cell line(IPEC-1)infected with enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli(ETEC)K88.This research was conducted to explore whether plant polyphenols including protocatechuic acid(PCA)and quercetin(Que),attenuated inflammation and injury of IPEC-1 caused by ETEC K88 through regulating necroptosis and pyroptosis signaling pathways.Methods:IPEC-1 cells were treated with PCA(40μmol/L)or Que(10μmol/L)in the presence or absence of ETEC K88.Results:PCA and Que decreased ETEC K88 adhesion and endotoxin level(P<0.05)in cell supernatant.PCA and Que increased cell number(P<0.001)and decreased lactate dehydrogenases(LDH)activity(P<0.05)in cell supernatant after ETEC infection.PCA and Que improved transepithelial electrical resistance(TEER)(P<0.001)and reduced fluorescein isothiocyanate-labeled dextran(FD4)flux(P<0.001),and enhanced membrane protein abundance of occludin,claudin-1 and ZO-1(P<0.05),and rescued distribution of these tight junction proteins(P<0.05)after ETEC infection.PCA and Que also declined cell necrosis ratio(P<0.05).PCA and Que reduced mRNA abundance and concentration of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin(IL)-6 and IL-8(P<0.001),and down-regulated gene expression of toll-like receptors 4(TLR4)and its downstream signals(P<0.001)after ETEC infection.PCA and Que down-regulated protein abundance of total receptor interacting protein kinase 1(t-RIP1),phosphorylated-RIP1(p-RIP1),p-RIP1/t-RIP1,t-RIP3,p-RIP3,mixed lineage kinase domain-like protein(MLKL),p-MLKL,dynamin-related protein 1(DRP1),phosphoglycerate mutase 5(PGAM5)and high mobility group box 1(HMGB1)(P<0.05)after ETEC infection.Moreover,PCA and Que reduced protein abundance of nod-like receptor protein 3(NLRP3),nod-like receptors family CARD domain-containing protein 4(NLRC4),apoptosis-associated speck-like protein containing a CARD(ASC),gasdermin D(GSDMD)and caspase-1(P<0.05)after ETEC infection.Conclusions:In general,our data suggest that PCA and Que are capable of attenuating ETEC-caused intestinal inflammation and damage via inhibiting necroptosis and pyroptosis signaling pathways. | Kan Xiao Mohan Zhou Qingqing Lv Pengwei He Xu Qin Dan Wang Jiangchao Zhao Yulan Liu | 2023 | Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2023,14,4: | 0 |

| 20 | Design,Synthesis,Biological Evaluation and SARs of Anthranilic Diamide Derivatives Containing Pyrrole Moieties显示文摘In order to find a new variety of ryanodine receptor(RyR)regulator with greater biological activity,a se-ries of anthranilic diamide derivatives possessing pyrrole structure was designed and synthesized in this study.The pyrrole derivatives were evaluated for their insecticidal activity against Mythimna separata and Plutella xylostella.As indicated by the preliminary biological activities,compounds 12h-12j and 121-12n exhibited a remarkable in-secticidal activity against M.separata at 0.25 mg/L.Compared to control chlorantraniliprole.compound 12i exhibited more excellent insecticidal activity at 0.1 mg/L.Meanwhile,compounds 12c,12h,12i.12j.121,and 12m were selected to test the insecticidal activity against P xylostella,which led to the desirable insecticidal activity at 1x103 mg/L.Notably,compound 121 demonstrated 47%insecticidal activity at 5×10^(-6) mg/L over the control.In addition,the biological mechanism of action of compound 12i was investigated by means of insect clectrophysiology experiment. | ZHAO Yangyang LI Huangong SUN Pengwei GAO Li ZHOU Sha XIONG Lixia YANG Na LI Yuxin LI Zhengming | 2020 | Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2020,36,6: | 0 |
