1Minimal invasive microscopic tooth preparation in esthetic restoration: a specialist consensus显示文摘By removing a part of the structure,the tooth preparation provides restorative space,bonding surface,and finish line for various restorations on abutment.Preparation technique plays critical role in achieving the optimal result of tooth preparation.With successful application of microscope in endodontics for>30 years,there is a full expectation of microscopic dentistry.However,as relatively little progress has been made in the application of microscopic dentistry in prosthodontics,the following assumptions have been proposed:Is it suitable to choose the tooth preparation technique under the naked eye in the microscopic vision?Is there a more accurate preparation technology intended for the microscope?To obtain long-term stable therapeutic effects,is it much easier to achieve maximum tooth preservation and retinal protection and maintain periodontal tissue and oral function health under microscopic vision?Whether the microscopic prosthodontics is a gimmick or a breakthrough in obtaining an ideal tooth preparation should be resolved in microscopic tooth preparation.This article attempts to illustrate the concept,core elements,and indications of microscopic minimally invasive tooth preparation,physiological basis of dental pulp,periodontium and functions involved in tool preparation,position ergonomics and visual basis for dentists,comparison of tooth preparation by naked eyes and a microscope,and comparison of different designs of microscopic minimally invasive tooth preparation techniques.Furthermore,a clinical protocol for microscopic minimally invasive tooth preparation based on target restorative space guide plate has been put forward and new insights on the quantity and shape of microscopic minimally invasive tooth preparation has been provided.Haiyang Yu Yuwei Zhao Junying Li Tian Luo Jing Gao Hongchen Liu Weicai Liu Feng Liu Ke Zhao Fei Liu Chufan Ma Juergen MSetz Shanshan Liang Lin Fan Shanshan Gao Zhuoli Zhu Jiefei Shen Jian Wang Zhimin Zhu Xuedong Zhou 2019International Journal of Oral Science2019,11,4:25
2Identification and primary genetic analysis of Arabidopsis stomatal mutants in response to multiple stresses显示文摘In response to variable environmental conditions, guard cells located in the leaf epidermis can integrate and cope with a multitude of complicated stimuli, thereby making stomata in an appro- priate state. However, many signaling components in guard cell signaling remain elusive. In our laboratory, a tool for non-invasive remote infrared thermal images was used to screen an ethyl methane sulfonate-mutagenized population for Arabidopsis stomatal response mutants under multiple stresses (ABA, H2O2, CO2, etc.). More than forty 'hot' or 'cold' mutants were isolated (above or below 0.5℃ in con- trast to normal plantlets). Identification and primary genetic analysis of these mutants show that they are monogenic recessive mutations and there exist distinct difference in stomata apertures compared to wild type. 4Synthesis and fluorescent properties in complexes of Eu( Ⅲ), Tb( Ⅲ), and Sm( Ⅲ) with β-diketone and 2,2′-bipyridine显示文摘Three new rare earth ternary complexes, RE(PB)_3bpy (RE=Sm^(3+) , Eu^(3+) , and Tb^(3+) ), were synthesized by the reaction of 1-(p-phenylethynyl- phenyl)-1,3-butanedione (HPB) and 2,2′-bipyridine (bpy) with rare earth chloride RECl_3 , respectively, in alcohol solution. The compositions were characterized by means of infrared (IR) spectra, chemical analysis, elemental analysis, and thermodynamic analysis. Luminescent properties of the three complexes were studied. At room temperature, under UV light excitation, the Sm^(3+) , Eu^(3+) , and Tb^(3+) complexes exhibit characteristic emission of the central ions. The fluorescence spectra show that the fluorescence emission intensity of Eu^(3+) complex is the strongest. 6MIKC^(C)-type MADS-box genes in Rosa chinensis: the remarkable expansion of ABCDE model genes and their roles in floral organogenesis显示文摘MIKC^(C)-type MADS-box(MIKC^(C))genes encode transcription factors that have crucial roles in controlling floral organogenesis and flowering time in plants.Although this gene family has been well characterized in many plant species,its evolutionary and comprehensive functional analysis in rose is lacking.In this study,58 non-redundant MIKC^(C)uni-transcripts were extensively identified from rose transcriptomes.Phylogenetic analysis placed these genes into 12 clades with their Arabidopsis and strawberry counterparts,and revealed that ABCDE model(including AP1/FUL,AP3/PI,AG,and SEP clades),and SOC1 and AGL6 clade genes have remarkably expanded in Rosa chinensis,whereas genes from the FLC and AGL17 clades were undetectable.Sequence alignments suggest that the AP3/PI clade may contribute to more specific functions in rose due to a high variation of amino acid residues within its MADS-box domains.A comparative analysis of gene expression in specific floral organ differentiation stages and floral organs between R.chinensis cv.Old Blush and the closely related mutant genotype R.chinensis cv.Viridiflora(floral organs mutated into leaf-like structures)further revealed the roles of ABCDE model genes during floral organogenesis in rose.Analysis of co-expression networks provided an overview of the regulatory mechanisms of rose MIKC^(C)genes and shed light on both the prominent roles of AP3/PI clade genes in floral organogenesis and the roles of RcAGL19,RcAGL24,and RcSOC1 in regulating floral transition in rose.Our analyses provide an overall insight of MIKC^(C)genes in rose and their potential roles in floral organogenesis.Jinyi Liu Xiaodong Fu Yuwei Dong Jun Lu Min Ren Ningning Zhou Changquan Wang 2018Horticulture Research2018,5,1:7

8Corrosion behavior of copper T2 and brass H62 in simulated Nansha marine atmosphere显示文摘The accelerated corrosion behavior of copper T2 and brass H62 exposed in simulated Nansha marine atmosphere for different periods were investigated by weight loss method, SEM, XRD and potentiodynamic polarization measurements. The results indicate that copper T2 and brass H62 underwent severe corrosion, and the final corrosion rates at 32 days of exposure were 0.24 (μm/d and 0.10 (xm/d, respectively. Moreover, the overall corrosion type of copper T2 was uniform and the corrosion products Cu2O and Cu2C1(OH)3 played a vital role in the corrosion rate of copper. While the dezincification corrosion with zinc preferential dissolution was obvious in brass H62. The predominant phases were the zinc-rich compounds Zn5(OH)8Cl2 H2O, Zni2(SO4)3Cl3(OH)15 5H20 and NaZn4(SO4)Cl(OH)6.6H2O. 10Structural Insights into the CatalyticMechanism of a Plant Diterpene Glycosyltransferase SrUGT76G1显示文摘Diterpene glycosyltransferase UGT76G1 from Stevia rebaudiana (SrUGT76G1) is key to the generation ofeconomically important steviol glycosides (SGs), a group of natural sweeteners with high-intensity sweetness. SrUGT76G1 accommodates a wide range of steviol-derived substrates and many other small molecules. We report here the crystal structures of SrUGT76G1 in complex with multiple ligands to answer howthis enzyme recognizes diterpenoid aglycones and catalyzes the 1,3-sugar chain branching. A spaciouspocket for sugar-acceptor binding was observed from the determined SrUGT76G1 structures, which canexplain its broad substrate spectrum. Residues Gly87 and Leu204 lining the pocket play key roles in switching between diterpenoid and flavonoid glucosylation. An engineered mutant of SrUGT76G1, T284S, couldcatalyze a selectively increased production of next-generation sweetener rebaudioside M, with diminishedside product of rebaudioside I. 11Effects of human mesenchymal stem cell transplantation in the bilateral corpus striatum in a rat model of Tourette's syndrome显示文摘Tourette's syndrome is treated by behavioral or pharmacological therapy. However, patients with malignant Tourette's syndrome also exhibit life-threatening symptoms, which are unresponsive to conservative treatments or neurosurgical procedures, such as deep brain stimulation. In recent years, mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have shown therapeutic potential in many neurological diseases. Therefore, the present study proposed to use MSC transplantation as a novel therapy for Tourette's syndrome. Stereotypic behaviors in Tourette's syndrome rats decreased significantly at 21 days after human MSCs transplantation into the striatum. Immunohistochemistry analyses revealed survival of transplanted human MSCs and differentiation into neurons and astrocytes in the rat brain. 12Effect of stimulating the acupoints Feishu (BL 13) and Dazhui (GV14) on transdermal uptake of sinapine thiocyanate in asthma gel显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of stimulating the acupoints Feishu(BL 13) and Dazhui(GV 14) on the transdermal uptake of sinapine thiocyanate contained in a gel used for the management of asthma.METHODS: Thirty Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into three equal groups using a random number table: the Feishu(BL 13) acupoint group, the Dazhui(GV 14) acupoint group, and the nonacupoint group or control group. Using micro-dialysis technology, preprocessed skin probes were implanted into the rats at Feishu(BL 13), Dazhui(GV 14), and a nonacupoint site. Asthma gel was then placed on the skin at Feishu(BL 13), Dazhui(GV14) acupoints, and the nonacupoint for all groups.Dialysate was collected every 30 min for 12 h. The normalized concentration of sinapine thiocyanate in the skin was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography.RESULTS: The rat in vivo transdermal experiment demonstrated that the quantity-time equation showed a good linear correlation with zero-order kinetics(r > 0.99). The transdermal behavior was in accordance with the first-order rate open model in which the transdermal penetration rates and the accumulative amounts of sinapine thiocyanate in the skin at the acupoint sites were greater than those through the skin of the nonacupoint site. The systemic maximum concentration and the area under the curve of sinapine thiocyanate in the acupoint groups were significantly greater than in the nonacupoint group. 15Construction of Hierarchical Nanostructured N-doped TiO2 Immobilized Activated Carbon Fiber Porous Composites for Toluene Removal显示文摘The hierarchical nanostructured N-doped TiO2 immobilized activated carbon fiber(N-TiO2/ACF)porous composites are fabricated to removal dynamic toluene gas.The results show that nitrogen ions doping and ACF modification can decrease the band gap of TiO2,leading to red shift toward visible light region.Interestingly,N-TiO2/ACF exhibits strongly synergistic effect owing to high surface area,good crystallinity,enhanced bandgap structure and light harvesting.The toluene removal rate of N-TiO2/ACF composites is 2.29 times higher than that of TiO2.The N-TiO2/ACF for toluene degradation followed the Langmuir-Hinshelwood kinetic model,and the rate constant is enhanced 8 times compared with TiO2.The possible photodegradation pathway and mechanisms are proposed.Li Yuwei Li Wei Li Meng Liu Fang Qi Xuejin Wang Yongqiang 2020China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2020,22,3:3

17Comparison and Analysis of Toluene Adsorption Properties of ZSM-5 Molecular Sieve Treated by Different Modification Methods: Adsorption Kinetic and Mechanism Studies显示文摘MFI molecular sieve with high specific surface area,adjustable pore size and low production cost have been recognized as an effective adsorbent for VOCs removal.In this paper,NaOH solution was used to etch ZSM-5 to increase specific surface area and micro-mesoporous content.Graphene oxide(GO)was loaded on ZSM-5 by ultrasonic-assisted heating immersion method,and largeπ-bond structure and oxygen-containing functional groups were added to ZSM-5 for improving the composite adsorption performance.In addition,the properties of OH-ZSM-5 and ZSM-5@GO composites for toluene adsorption under different factors were also studied.It was positively correlated with initial concentration and adsorbent mass,but was negatively correlated with temperature.Meanwhile,the results showed that the saturated adsorption capacity of OH-ZSM-5(107.3 mg/g)was 1.34 times higher than that of ZG-15%(80.2 mg/g).The pseudo-first-order and pseudo-second-order kinetic model can well describe the adsorption behavior of toluene on the OH-ZSM-5 and ZG-15%,respectively.The adsorption mechanism of OH-ZSM-5 was mainly pore-filled adsorption.However,the adsorption mechanisms of ZSM-5@GO composite were pore-filled adsorption,π-πinteraction,and H-bond interaction.This study will help to design a new strategy for enhancing the performance of traditional adsorbent ZSM-5 in VOCs removal.Zhang Shuai Li Meng Li Wei Li Yuwei Liu Fang Xue Ming Wang Yongqiang Zhao Chaocheng 2021China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2021,23,1:2
18Overpressure Evolution Recorded in Fluid Inclusions in the Dongpu Depression,Bohai Bay Basin,North China显示文摘The Dongpu depression,like other depressions in the Bohai Bay Basin,is characterized by overpressure,however,the published studies have not clearly given the overpressure formation mechanism and paleo-pressure evolution history in the Dongpu depression.In addition,the current researches are mainly focused on the northern Dongpu depression,while rare investigation has been conducted in the southern part.In this context,it is urgent to explore the comprehensive overpressure evolution and formation mechanism in the Dongpu depression in academic and industrial fields.This paper provided a systematic analysis of fluid inclusions,including fluid inclusion petrography,microthermometry,vapor phase filling degree measurement and PVT-x modeling.By using homogenization temperature-burial history projection,the trapping time of the oil inclusions are determined.Four pressure evolution stages are identified in both the northern and the southern Dongpu depression.The results indicate that the pressure accumulation stage is derived by disequilibrium compaction and hydrocarbon generation in the northern part because of the salt rock distribution,while the stage is only derived by hydrocarbon generation in the southern part because of no salt rock distribution.The pressure release stages are mainly caused by the tectonic uplifting movements at the end of Dongying and Minghuazhen Formation.The overpressure in most areas in the northern part has been preserved till now,which is considered as a result of the good plasticity and sealing ability of salt rock that prevent the pressure leakage by smearing on the fault.Areas without salt rock distribution show normal pressure,which means the salt rock is an important factor that contributes to the overpressure preservation.However,there are exceptions that in Baimiao and Qiaokou,the overpressure still exists even without salt rock distribution,which is due to fault closure.Xiuyan Liu Honghan Chen Xuewei Xiao Hongan Zhang Yuwei Wang Tianwu Xu Pei Shang Lingtao Kong 2022Journal of Earth Science2022,33,4:2
19A writable lithium metal ink显示文摘The recent revival of Li metal anodes(LMA)leads to a renewed interest in LMA as the ultimate choice for rechargeable lithium batteries towards high energy density.However,multiple challenges stand in the way of using LMA,of which high reactivity,dendrite growth,the difficulty of fabricating Li thin foils,and the flammability of organic liquid electrolytes are typical.Here,a writable Li metal ink(LMI)prepared by introducing biomass-derived carbon particles into molten Li is presented.Due to the significantly decreased surface tension,LMI is able to directly write on copper foils or other substrates that ultrathin Li foils with a remarkably small thickness(<10μm)can be achieved.The versatility of LMI is further demonstrated in addressing the interface issue between LMA and garnet-type solid-state electrolytes,where directly writing LMI on the garnet offers a perfect contact and enables an extremely low interfacial resistance of 6Ωcm^2,in sharp contrast to 939Ωcm^2 between the pure Li and the garnet.Due to the successful partnership with non-flammable solid-state electrolytes,ink-based technology may have a chance to bring us very close to the use of solid-state lithium metal batteries(SSLMBs)with high safety and high energy density.Wangyan Wu Jian Duan Jiayun Wen Yuwei Chen Xuyang Liu Liqiang Huang Zhengfeng Wang Shengyuan Deng Yunhui Huang Wei Luo 2020Science China Chemistry2020,63,10:2
