1海藻生物吸附废水中铅、铜和镉的研究显示文摘对几种大型海藻作为吸附剂 ,吸附重金属废水中Pb2 + 、Cu2 + 、Cd2 + 的吸附容量和吸附速度进行了研究 ,得出了它们对Pb2 + 、Cu2 + 、Cd2 + 平衡吸附的等温曲线。实验表明 ,海藻的最大吸附容量在 0 .8~ 1.6mmol/ g(干重 )之间 ,吸附容量比其他种类的生物体高得多。吸附速度较快 ,10min内 ,重金属从溶液中的去除率可达到 90 %。实验结果还表明 ,大型海藻适合于发展成为高效的生物吸附材料用于去除和回收废水中重金属。尹平河 赵玲 YU Qi-ming J T Matheickal 2000海洋环境科学2000,19,3:101

3The enhanced X-ray Timing and Polarimetry mission—eXTP显示文摘In this paper we present the enhanced X-ray Timing and Polarimetry mission—eXTP. eXTP is a space science mission designed to study fundamental physics under extreme conditions of density, gravity and magnetism. The mission aims at determining the equation of state of matter at supra-nuclear density, measuring effects of QED, and understanding the dynamics of matter in strong-field gravity. In addition to investigating fundamental physics, eXTP will be a very powerful observatory for astrophysics that will provide observations of unprecedented quality on a variety of galactic and extragalactic objects. 5EFFECT OF OVERLAPPING TREATMENT ON MICROSTRUCTURE OF LASER-CLAD WC/Ni60A COMPOSITE COATING显示文摘The effect of overlapping treatment on microstructure of laser clad WC/Ni60A composite coating was studied with XRD, SEM, TEM and SAED etc. The results show that during the overlapping treatment the existence of the residual heat and edge angle effect on the substrate has changed the composition and microstructure of the coating by raising the fusion temperature and increasing the dilution degree of the coating.C.Z. 7Links among Slope Morphology, Canyon Types and Tectonics on Passive and Active Margins in the Northernmost South China Sea显示文摘We examine slope profile types and variations in slope gradient and slope relief with depth for both passive and active margins in the northern most South China Sea. The passive South China margin is characterized by an exponential slope profile, mainly associated with clustered slope-confined canyons. The active Taiwan margin shows a linear-like shape with great variations along the lower slope. Fewer canyons occur on the Taiwan margin, and hence the influence of canyon incision on slope morphology is relatively less significant. Quantitative analyses of slope curvature, slope gradi-ent and square root of relief variance are useful statistical parameters to explain characteristics and variability of morphology of the slope of the South China margin, but not for the Kaoping slope on the Taiwan side. On the active Taiwan margin, tectonic activities are dominant over sediment deposition and surface erosion, producing a slope profile quite different from those of passive margins of the Mid-dle Atlantic, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa where failure on slope and accompanying canyon incision are the dominant processes shaping the slope morphology.Ho-Shing Yu Emmy T Y Chang 2009Journal of China University of Geosciences2009,20,1:3
8Oxygen Atom Exchange Mechanism in Reaction of OH Radical with AsO显示文摘Oxygen atom exchange reaction mechanism in the reaction of OH radicals with AsO was investigated by means of the density functional theory (DFT) with 6 311++G( 3df,3pd ) and 6 311++G( d,p ) basis sets. 9Extracellular histones stimulate collagen expression in vitro and promote liver fibrogenesis in a mouse model via the TLR4-MyD88 signaling pathway显示文摘BACKGROUND Liver fibrosis progressing to liver cirrhosis and hepatic carcinoma is very common and causes more than one million deaths annually.Fibrosis develops from recurrent liver injury but the molecular mechanisms are not fully understood.Recently,the TLR4-MyD88 signaling pathway has been reported to contribute to fibrosis.Extracellular histones are ligands of TLR4 but their roles in liver fibrosis have not been investigated.AIM To investigate the roles and potential mechanisms of extracellular histones in liver fibrosis.METHODS In vitro,LX2 human hepatic stellate cells(HSCs)were treated with histones in the presence or absence of non-anticoagulant heparin(NAHP)for neutralizing histones or TLR4-blocking antibody.The resultant cellular expression of collagen I was detected using western blotting and immunofluorescent staining.In vivo,the CCl4-induced liver fibrosis model was generated in male 6-week-old ICR mice and in TLR4 or MyD88 knockout and parental mice.Circulating histones were detected and the effect of NAHP was evaluated.RESULTS Extracellular histones strongly stimulated LX2 cells to produce collagen I.Histone-enhanced collagen expression was significantly reduced by NAHP and TLR4-blocking antibody.In CCl4-treated wild type mice,circulating histones were dramatically increased and maintained high levels during the duration of fibrosisinduction.Injection of NAHP not only reduced alanine aminotransferase and liver injury scores,but also significantly reduced fibrogenesis.Since the TLR4-blocking antibody reduced histone-enhanced collagen I production in HSC,the CCl4 model with TLR4 and MyD88 knockout mice was used to demonstrate the roles of the TLR4-MyD88 signaling pathway in CCl4-induced liver fibrosis.The levels of liver fibrosis were indeed significantly reduced in knockout mice compared to wild type parental mice.CONCLUSION Extracellular histones potentially enhance fibrogenesis via the TLR4–MyD88 signaling pathway and NAHP has therapeutic potential by detoxifying extracellular histones.Zhi Wang Zhen-Xing Cheng Simon T Abrams Zi-Qi Lin ED Yates Qian Yu Wei-Ping Yu Ping-Sheng Chen Cheng-Hock Toh Guo-Zheng Wang 2020World Journal of Gastroenterology2020,26,47:3

17中草药对断奶仔猪中性粒细胞免疫活性和小肠形态学的影响显示文摘试验旨在评估由人参、薯蓣、白术、甘草、红枣和桔梗组成的中草药(CMH)对断奶仔猪生产性能、肠道形态学和免疫活性的影响。将240头断奶仔猪随机分为4个日粮处理组:负对照组(基础日粮),CMH0.1%、CMH0.3%、抗生素0.114%(金霉素钙复合物、磺胺噻唑、青霉素普鲁卡因G)添加组,试验期28d。结果表明,试验期前14d,两个CMH添加组比对照组(CT组)有较佳的增重和饲料增重比。与其他组比较,在试验前10d,CMH0.3%组的腹泻评分显著下降。与对照组比较,CMH添加组有较高的绒毛高度,回肠食糜乳酸菌计数增加,大肠菌群数下降。在试验第7天,CMH添加组的多形核白细胞(PMNs)活性,包括突发性呼吸和沙门氏菌杀灭能力显著提高。添加CMH和抗生素可提高断奶仔猪日粮干物质、粗蛋白质和总能的养分消化率。结果表明,日粮添加CMH可改善肠道形态学和PMNs的免疫活性,因而提高断奶仔猪的养分消化率,降低腹泻频率。Huang C W Lee T T Shih Y C Yu B 张树金 2012饲料博览2012,,9:2
