| 1 | Electroacupuncture at He-Mu points reduces P2X_4 receptor expression in visceral hypersensitivity显示文摘Electroacupuncture at Shangjuxu (ST37) and Tianshu (ST25) was reported to improve visceral hypersensitivity in rats.Colorectal distension was utilized to generate a rat model of chronic visceral hypersensitivity in irritable bowel syndrome.Results showed that abdominal withdrawal reflex scores noticeably increased after model establishment.Simultaneously,P2X 4 receptor immunoreactivity significantly increased in the colon and spinal cord.Electroacupuncture and pinaverium bromide therapy both markedly decreased abdominal withdrawal reflex scores in rats with visceral hypersensitivity,and significantly decreased P2X 4 receptor immunoreactivity in the colon and spinal cord.These data suggest that electroacupuncture treatment can improve visceral hypersensitivity in rats with irritable bowel syndrome by diminishing P2X 4 receptor immunoreactivity in the colon and spinal cord. | Xinxin Guo Jifei Chen Yuan Lu Luyi Wu Zhijun Weng Ling Yang Yuhu Xin Xianming Lin Yi Liang Jianqiao Fang | 2013 | Neural Regeneration Research2013,8,22: | 9 |
| 2 | RRx-001 ameliorates inflammatory diseases by acting as a potent covalent NLRP3 inhibitor显示文摘The NLRP3 inflammasome plays a crucial role in innate immune-mediated inflammation and contributes to the pathogenesis of multiple autoinflammatory,metabolic and neurodegenerative diseases,but medications targeting the NLRP3 inflammasome are not available for clinical use.RRx-001 is a well-tolerated anticancer agent currently being investigated in phase III clinical trials,but its effects on inflammatory diseases are not known.Here,we show that RRx-001 is a highly selective and potent NLRP3 inhibitor that has strong beneficial effects on NLRP3-driven inflammatory diseases.RRx-001 inhibits the activation of the canonical,noncanonical,and alternative NLRP3 inflammasomes but not the AIM2,NLRC4 or Pyrin inflammasomes.Mechanistically,RRx-001 covalently binds to cysteine 409 of NLRP3 via its bromoacetyl group and therefore blocks the NLRP3-NEK7 interaction,which is critical for the assembly and activation of the NLRP3 inflammasome.More importantly,RRx-001 treatment attenuates the symptoms of lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced systemic inflammation,dextran sulfate sodium(DSS)-induced colitis and experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis(EAE)in mice.Thus,our study identifies RRx-001 as a new potential therapeutic agent for NLRP3-driven diseases. | Yun Chen Hongbin He Bolong Lin Yun Chen Xianming Deng Wei Jiang Rongbin Zhou | 2021 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2021,18,6: | 5 |

| 4 | Environmentally responsive dual-targeting nanotheranostics for overcoming cancer multidrug resistance显示文摘The development of multiple drug resistance(MDR) to chemotherapy and subsequent treatment failures are major obstacles in cancer therapy. An attractive option for combating MDR is inhibiting the expression of P-glycoprotein(P-gp) in tumor cells. Here, we report a novel chemosensitizing agent, XMD8-92,which can down-regulate P-gp. To enhance the specificity of MDR chemotherapy, a promising nanotheranostic micelle system based on poly(ethylene glycol)-blocked-poly(L-leucine)(PEG-b-Leu) was developed to simultaneously carry the anticancer drug doxorubicin, chemosensitizing agent XMD8-92, and superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles(SPIOs). Featured with MDR environmentally responsive dual-targeting capability, controllable drug delivery, and efficient magnetic resonance(MR) imaging characteristics, the prepared nanotheranostics(DXS@NPs) showed outstanding in vitro cytotoxicity on MDR cells(SCG 7901/VCR) with only 53% of cells surviving compared to 90% of DOX-treated cells.Furthermore, efficient tumor inhibition and highly reduced systemic toxicity were exhibited by MDR tumor-bearing mice treated with DXS@NPs. | 11 | Kinetics and Products Distribution Study on the Catalytic Effect of Zn/HZSM-5 over Pyrolysis of Chlorella through TG-FTIR and Py-GC/MS显示文摘In this study,both the pyrolysis and catalytic pyrolysis behaviour of chlorella were investigated using thermogravimetric analysis combined with Fourier Transform Infrared spectrum(TG-FTIR)and Py-GC/MS.The results of TG indicated the pyrolysis of chlorella was divided into three stages,and the Coats-Redfern kinetic model was used for the analysis and validation of the obtained thermal data.The regression coefficients indicated that the pyrolysis of chlorella was close to second-order reaction.The activation energy of pyrolysis of chlorella and catalytic pyrolysis of chlorella+HZSM-5,chlorella+Zn/HZSM-5 was 61.645,59.080 and 56.808 kJ·mol^(−1),respectively.Combined with the data of FTIR,we found that the addition of the HZSM-5 effectively reduced the activation energy required by pyrolysis;the addition of the Zn/HZSM-5 could not only reduce the activation energy,but also reduce the yield of oxygen-containing compounds,increase the emissions of CO_(2),and facilitate the production of high value-added hydrocarbon products.These results were also verified by Py-GC/MS that the addition of Zn/HZSM-5 could reduce the formation of ketones and aldehydes and increase the production of nitrogen-containing compounds.Thus,through the catalytic pyrolysis of chlorella,the utilization range of chlorella can be expanded,and better bio-oil can be obtained,which will play a crucial role in the selection of available energy in the future. | WANG Lu YE Tao MA Xianming LIN Yan CHEN Juan WANG Fangbin MA Peiyong LIU Jian | 2023 | Journal of Thermal Science2023,32,4: | 0 |
