| 6 | Clinical Study on the Treatment of Low Anal Fistula in Infants and Young Children by Anal Gland Excision and Virtual Hanging Procedure显示文摘Objective:To compare the efficacy of anal adenectomy with virtual hanging wire and anal fistulotomy in the treatment of low anal fistula in infants and children.Methods:60 children with low anal fistula who were admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to March 2022 and met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups of 30 cases each;the treatment group was treated with anal adenectomy and virtual hanging wire surgery,and the control group was treated with anal fistula resection.The clinical efficacy after treatment was compared.Results:The total effective rate of both groups was 96.67%and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The postoperative pain score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The length of hospitalization and healing time of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The anal function of the patients in both groups was normal,and there was no adverse reaction.Conclusion:Anal gland excision and virtual hanging surgery for the treatment of low anal fistula in infants and children have the advantages of mild pain,reduced length of hospitalization,short healing time,and better patient experience as compared to anal fistula excision. | Hongbo Su Linmei Sun Yimiao Liang Jiansheng Hu Yongli Zhang Ni Wei Chaoyang Li Lin Tang | 2024 | Journal of Clinical and Nursing Research2024,8,3: | 0 |
| 7 | Economic Ripple Effects of Individual Disasters and Disaster Clusters显示文摘Disaster clusters refer to major disasters that cluster in space and time without any linkage, resulting in large direct damage and economic ripple effects(EREs).However, the cumulative EREs caused by a disaster cluster may not be equal to the summation EREs of the individual disasters within a cluster. We constructed a global economic ripple input-output model suitable for the analysis of disaster clusters and demonstrated the extent of this difference with the example of two typical catastrophes that occurred in 2011(the Great East Japan Earthquake and the Great Thailand Flood), within an interval of only 136 days. The results indicate that:(1) The EREs suffered by 11 of the 35countries affected(30%) are “1 + 1 > 2”, and “1 + 1 < 2”for 24 of the 35 countries affected(70%). This indicates that there is a signifi cant difference between the cumulative and the summation losses. | 9 | Entity set expansion in knowledge graph:a heterogeneous information network perspective显示文摘Entity set expansion(ESE)aims to expand an entity seed set to obtain more entities which have common properties.ESE is important for many applications such as dictionary con-struction and query suggestion.Traditional ESE methods relied heavily on the text and Web information of entities.Recently,some ESE methods employed knowledge graphs(KGs)to extend entities.However,they failed to effectively and fficiently utilize the rich semantics contained in a KG and ignored the text information of entities in Wikipedia.In this paper,we model a KG as a heterogeneous information network(HIN)containing multiple types of objects and relations.Fine-grained multi-type meta paths are proposed to capture the hidden relation among seed entities in a KG and thus to retrieve candidate entities.Then we rank the entities according to the meta path based structural similarity.Furthermore,to utilize the text description of entities in Wikipedia,we propose an extended model CoMeSE++which combines both structural information revealed by a KG and text information in Wikipedia for ESE.Extensive experiments on real-world datasets demonstrate that our model achieves better performance by combining structural and textual information of entities. | Chuan SHI Jiayu DING Xiaohuan CAO Linmei HU Bin WU Xiaoli LI | 2021 | Frontiers of Computer Science2021,15,1: | 0 |
| 10 | Monolithic integrated micro-supercapacitors with ultra-high systemic volumetric performance and areal output voltage显示文摘Monolithic integrated micro-supercapacitors(MIMSCs) with high systemic performance and cell-number density are important for miniaturized electronics to empower the Internet of Things.However,fabrication of customizable MIMSCs in an extremely small space remains a huge challenge considering key factors such as materials selection,electrolyte confinement,microfabrication and device-performance uniformity.Here,we develop a universal and large-throughput microfabrication strategy to address all these issues by combining multistep lithographic patterning,spray printing of MXene micro electrodes and controllable 3D printing of gel electrolytes.We achieve the monolithic integration of electrochemically isolated micro-supercapacitors in close proximity by leveraging high-resolution micropatterning techniques for micro electrode deposition and 3D printing for precise electrolyte deposition.Notably,the MIMSCs obtained demonstrate a high areal-number density of 28 cells cm^(-2)(340 cells on 3.5 × 3.5 cm^(2)),a record areal output voltage of 75.6 V cm^(-2),an acceptable systemic volumetric energy density of 9.8 mWh cm^(-3)and an unprecedentedly high capacitance retention of 92% after 4000 cycles at an extremely high output voltage of 162 V.This work paves the way for monolithic integrated and microscopic energy-storage assemblies for powering future microele ctronics. | Sen Wang Linmei Li Shuanghao Zheng Pratteek Das Xiaoyu Shi Jiaxin Ma Yu Liu Yuanyuan Zhu Yao Lu Zhong-Shuai Wu Hui-Ming Cheng | 2023 | National Science Review2023,10,3: | 0 |
