| 1 | Association of three single nucleotide polymorphisms of ESR1 with breast cancer susceptibility:a meta-analysis显示文摘Expression of estrogen receptors is correlated with breast cancer risk,but inconsistent results have been reported.To clarify potential estrogen receptor(ESR)-related breast cancer risk,we analyzed genetic variants of ESR1 in association with breast cancer susceptibility.We performed a meta-analysis to investigate the association between rs2234693,rs1801132,and rs2046210(single nucleotide polymorphisms of ESR1),and breast cancer risk.Our analysis included 44 case-control studies.For rs2234693,the CC genotype had a higher risk of breast cancer compared to the TT or CT genotype.For rs2046210,the AA,GA,or GA + GG genotype had a much higher risk compared to the GG genotype.No significant association was found for the rs 1801132 polymorphism with breast cancer risk.This meta-analysis demonstrates association between the rs2234693 and rs2046210 polymorphisms of ESR1 and breast cancer risk.The correlation strength between rs2234693 and breast cancer susceptibility differs in subgroup assessment by ethnicity. | Xu Hu Linfei Jiang Chenhui Tang Yuehong Ju Li Jiu Yongyue Wei Li Guo Yang Zhao | 2017 | The Journal of Biomedical Research2017,31,3: | 4 |

| 3 | Retrieving Drill Bit Seismic Signals Using Surface Seismometers显示文摘Seismic while drilling(SWD) is an emerging borehole seismic imaging technique that uses the downhole drill-bit vibrations as seismic source.Without interrupting drilling,SWD technique can make near-real-time images of the rock formations ahead of the bit and optimize drilling operation,with reduction of costs and the risk of drilling.However,the signal to noise ratio(SNR) of surface SWD-data is severely low for the surface acquisition of SWD data.Here,we propose a new method to retrieve the drill-bit signal from the surface data recorded by an array of broadband seismometers.Taking advantages of wavefield analysis,different types of noises are identified and removed from the surface SWD-data,resulting in the significant improvement of SNR.We also optimally synthesize seismic response of the bit source,using a statistical cross-coherence analysis to further improve the SNR and retrieve both the drill-bit direct arrivals and reflections which are then used to establish a reverse vertical seismic profile(RVSP) data set for the continuous drilling depth.The subsurface images derived from these data compare well with the corresponding images of the three-dimension surface seismic survey cross the well. | Linfei Wang Huaishan Liu Siyou Tong Yanxin Yin Lei Xing Zhihui Zou Xiugang Xu | 2015 | Journal of Earth Science2015,26,4: | 2 |

| 6 | Phase Characteristic Analysis of Continuous Depth Air-Gun Source Wavelet显示文摘Air guns are important sources for marine seismic exploration. Far-field wavelet of air gun arrays, as a necessary parameter for pre-stack processing and source models, plays an important role during marine seismic data processing and interpretation. When an air gun fires, it generates a series of air bubbles. Similar to onshore seismic exploration, the water forms a plastic fluid near the bubble; the farther the air gun is located from the measurement, the more steady and more accurately represented the wavelet will be. In practice, hydrophones should be placed more than 100 m from the air gun; however, traditional seismic cables cannot meet this requirement. On the other hand, vertical cables provide a viable solution to this problem. This study uses a vertical cable to receive wavelets from 38 air guns and data are collected offshore Southeast Qiong, where the water depth is over 1000 m. In this study, the wavelets measured using this technique coincide very well with the simulated wavelets and can therefore represent the real shape of the wavelets. | 13 | Comprehensive safety evaluation method of surrounding rock during underground cavern construction显示文摘The deformation instability of surrounding rock and the collapse of rock blocks are two common failure modes observed during the construction of underground caverns.Therefore,a comprehensive safety evaluation method(CSEM)of surrounding rock for application during underground cavern construction is presented in this paper.The method can be used to evaluate the deformation stability of surrounding rock and predict the collapse of rock blocks,rapidly.First,a deformation stability prediction and evaluation method(DSPEM)for rock mass is established.It combines the safety evaluation method based on a deformation statistical analysis and an inverse deformation prediction method using measured deformation data of surrounding rock.This approach possesses the unique characteristics of complementary and mutual verification.In addition,a comprehensive early-warning index system(CWIS)for assessing the deformation stability of surrounding rock is presented.It consists of three types of warning indicators and three levels of warning values.The earlywarning values can be adjusted reasonably by the prediction correction method according to the measured displacements.For the collapse of rock blocks controlled by structural surfaces,a rapid prediction method of rock block collapse(RPMBC)based on the block theory is then presented.Finally,combining the DSPEM,RPMBC,and CWIS,the CSEM of surrounding rock for assessing the safety of cavern construction is established.It can provide technical support for decision making on the safety of surrounding rock during the construction of underground caverns. | Qingwen Ren Lei Xu Aixi Zhu Mingzhang Shan Linfei Zhang Jiafeng Gu Lei Shen | 2021 | Underground Space2021,6,1: | 0 |
| 14 | Shallowing interfacial carrier trap in transition metal dichalcogenide heterostructures with interlayer hybridization显示文摘With the unique properties,layered transition metal dichalcogenide(TMD)and its heterostructures exhibit great potential for applications in electronics.The electrical performance,e.g.,contact barrier and resistance to electrodes,of TMD heterostructure devices can be significantly tailored by employing the functional layers,called interlayer engineering.At the interface between different TMD layers,the dangling-bond states normally exist and act as traps against charge carrier flow.In this study,we propose a technique to suppress such carrier trap that uses enhanced interlayer hybridization to saturate dangling-bond states,as demonstrated in a strongly interlayer-coupled monolayer-bilayer PtSe2 heterostructure.The hybridization between the unsaturated states and the interlayer electronic states of PtSe2 significantly reduces the depth of carrier traps at the interface,as corroborated by our scanning tunnelling spectroscopic measurements and density functional theory calculations.The suppressed interfacial trap demonstrates that interlayer saturation may offer an efficient way to relay the charge flow at the interface of TMD heterostructures.Thus,this technique provides an effective way for optimizing the interface contact,the crucial issue exists in two-dimensional electronic community. | Xu Wu Jingsi Qiao Liwei Liu Yan Shao Zhongliu Liu Linfei Li Zhili Zhu Cong Wang Zhixin Hu Wei Ji Yeliang Wang Hongjun Gao | 2021 | Nano Research2021,14,5: | 0 |
| 15 | Knockdown of Nav1_5 inhibits cell proliferation,migration and invasion via Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway in oral squamous cell carcinoma显示文摘Oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC)is a common type of malignant oral cancer that has a high recurrence rate.Voltage-gated sodium channel Nav1.5 was reported to be highly up-regulated in various types of cancers.However,the regulatory mechanism of Nav1.5 in cancers including OSCC still remains elusive.In this study,Nav1.5 was found to be highly expressed in OSCC tissues and cells.Through the analysis of clinical characteristics of patients,we found that the expression level of Nav1.5 was closely related to neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio,platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio,tumor-node-metastasis stage,and lymph node metastasis.Moreover,we found that Nav1.5 mainly located on the cell membrane as well as cytoplasm and knockdown of Nav1.5 promoted cell apoptosis and decreased proliferation in OSCC.Transwell assay results showed that knockdown of Nav1.5 effectively suppressed the migration and invasion in OSCC.In addition,knockdown of Nav1.5 was found to inhibit the protein and mRNA expression levels ofβ-catenin,cyclin D1,and C-Myc in the Wnt/βcatenin signaling pathway.In summary,these results indicated that Nav1.5 may be involved in the progression of OSCC through the Wnt/βcatenin signaling pathway. | Xiaoli Xu Yongzheng Dai Linfei Feng Hongli Zhang Yukun Hu Le Xu Xinwei Zhu Yong Jiang | 2020 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2020,52,5: | 0 |

| 18 | A laser synthesis of vanadium oxide bonded graphene for high-rate supercapacitors显示文摘Graphene is a type of promising electrode material for high-energy and high-power density supercapacitors,but its electrochemical performance is greatly limited by the restacking problem.In this work,we reported a facile approach to synthesis graphene with chemically bonded vanadium oxide(VOx)nanoparticles and demonstrated that chemically-bonded VOxnanoparticles can effectively prevent the graphene sheets from restacking and hence improve the electrochemical performance.The capacitance of VOxbonded graphene increases to 272 F/g compared to 183 F/g of pristine graphene in 1 M H3PO4 aqueous electrolyte at 2 A/g.The VOx-bonded graphene also showed improved rate capability in both H3PO4 and ionic liquid electrolytes.The capacitance retention increases to 54.5%from 28.5%at 100 A/g(compare to2 A/g)in H3PO4 and increases to 65.1%from 46.3%at 2 A/g(compare to 0.2 A/g)in neat ionic liquid.A high energy density of 84.4 Wh/kg is obtained within the voltage window of 4 V in ionic liquid.Even at a high-power density of 1000 W/kg,the VOx-bonded graphene shows a high energy density of 47.3 Wh/kg. | Jun Tang Linfei Zhang Xiongwei Zhong Xinghui Wang Feng Pan Baomin Xu | 2020 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,10: | 0 |
