1Aromatization over nanosized Ga-containing ZSM-5 zeolites prepared by different methods:Effect of acidity of active Ga species on the catalytic performance显示文摘Nanosized Ga-containing ZSM-5 zeolites were prepared via isomorphous substitution and impregnation followed by characterized using various techniques. The catalytic performance of the zeolites for the aromatization of 1-hexene was investigated. The results indicate that isomorphous substitution promotes the incorporation of Ga heteroatoms into the framework along with the formation of extra-framework GaO^+species([GaO^+]a) that have stronger interactions with the negative potential of the framework. In addition, based on the Py-IR results and catalytic performance, the [GaO^+]aspecies with stronger Lewis acid sites produced a better synergism with moderate Br?nsted acid sites and thus improved the selectivity to aromatic compounds. However, the impregnation results in the formation of Ga_2O_3 phase and small amounts of GaO^+species that are mainly located on the external surface([GaO^+]~b), which contribute to weaker Lewis acid sites due to weaker interactions with the zeolite framework. During 1-hexene aromatization, the nanosized Ga isomorphously substituted ZSM-5 zeolite samples(Gax-NZ5) exhibited better catalytic performance compared to the impregnated samples, and the highest aromatic yield(i.e.,65.4 wt%) was achieved over the Ga4.2-NZ5 sample, which contained with the highest Ga content.Yujun Fang Xiaofang Su Xuefeng Bai Wei Wu Gaoliang Wang Linfei Xiao Anran Yu 2017Journal of Energy Chemistry2017,26,4:8
2The principle of measuring unusual change of underground mass by optical astrometric instrument显示文摘Optical observations from a ground-based astrometric instrument provide a unique set of data sensitive to variations of local plumb line, which represent the change of local gravitational field on the ground. The local gravitational change could be caused by density variation or movement of underground mass in addition to tidal action. Earthquake was found to be related with gravitational change. A seismic zone could have abnormal underground material density, causing the variation of plume line on the ground. In this frame, the astrometric telescope can measure the variation of local plumb line by observing the local astronomical longitudes and latitudes from stars in the Hipparcos catalog. In this study, we estimate the deflection angle of the plumb line on a ground site, and give a relation between the angle, abnormal mass and site distance (depth and horizontal distance). Then we derive the abnormality of underground material density using the plumb lines measured at different sites, and study the earthquake gestation, development and occurrence. Using the deflection angles of plumb lines observed at two sites, we give a method to calculate the mass and the center of gravity of underground materials. 4Retrieving Drill Bit Seismic Signals Using Surface Seismometers显示文摘Seismic while drilling(SWD) is an emerging borehole seismic imaging technique that uses the downhole drill-bit vibrations as seismic source.Without interrupting drilling,SWD technique can make near-real-time images of the rock formations ahead of the bit and optimize drilling operation,with reduction of costs and the risk of drilling.However,the signal to noise ratio(SNR) of surface SWD-data is severely low for the surface acquisition of SWD data.Here,we propose a new method to retrieve the drill-bit signal from the surface data recorded by an array of broadband seismometers.Taking advantages of wavefield analysis,different types of noises are identified and removed from the surface SWD-data,resulting in the significant improvement of SNR.We also optimally synthesize seismic response of the bit source,using a statistical cross-coherence analysis to further improve the SNR and retrieve both the drill-bit direct arrivals and reflections which are then used to establish a reverse vertical seismic profile(RVSP) data set for the continuous drilling depth.The subsurface images derived from these data compare well with the corresponding images of the three-dimension surface seismic survey cross the well.Linfei Wang Huaishan Liu Siyou Tong Yanxin Yin Lei Xing Zhihui Zou Xiugang Xu 2015Journal of Earth Science2015,26,4:2
5Shallow Water Body Data Processing Based on the Seismic Oceanography显示文摘Physical properties of sea water,such as salinity,temperature,density and acoustic velocity,could be demarcated through degradation of energy caused by water absorption,attenuation and other factors.To overcome the challenging difficulties in the quick monitoring of these physical properties,we have explored the high resolution marine seismic survey to instantly characterize them.Based on the unique wavefield propagating in the sea water,we have developed a new approach to suppress the noise caused by the shallow sea water disturbance and obtain useful information for estimating the sea water structure.This approach improves seismic data with high signal-to-noise ratio and resolution.The seismic reflection imaging can map the sea water structure acoustically.Combined with the knowledge of local water body structure profile over years,the instant model for predicting the sea water properties could be built using the seismic data acquired from the specially designed high precision marine seismic acquisition.This model can also be updated with instant observation and the complete data processing system.The present study has the potential value to many applications,such as 3D sea water monitoring,engineering evaluation,geological disaster assessment and environmental assessment.LIU Huaishan HU Yi YIN Yanxin WANG Linfei TONG Siyou MA Hai 2013Journal of Ocean University of China2013,12,3:2

9Phase Characteristic Analysis of Continuous Depth Air-Gun Source Wavelet显示文摘Air guns are important sources for marine seismic exploration. Far-field wavelet of air gun arrays, as a necessary parameter for pre-stack processing and source models, plays an important role during marine seismic data processing and interpretation. When an air gun fires, it generates a series of air bubbles. Similar to onshore seismic exploration, the water forms a plastic fluid near the bubble; the farther the air gun is located from the measurement, the more steady and more accurately represented the wavelet will be. In practice, hydrophones should be placed more than 100 m from the air gun; however, traditional seismic cables cannot meet this requirement. On the other hand, vertical cables provide a viable solution to this problem. This study uses a vertical cable to receive wavelets from 38 air guns and data are collected offshore Southeast Qiong, where the water depth is over 1000 m. In this study, the wavelets measured using this technique coincide very well with the simulated wavelets and can therefore represent the real shape of the wavelets. 12Functional divergence of oligoadenylate synthetase 1(OAS1)proteins in Tetrapods显示文摘OASs play critical roles in immune response against virus infection by polymerizing ATP into 2-5 As,which initiate the classical OAS/RNase L pathway and induce degradation of viral RNA.OAS members are functionally diverged in four known innate immune pathways(OAS/RNase L,OASL/IRF7,OASL/RIG-I,and OASL/cGAS),but how they functionally diverged is unclear.Here,we focus on evolutionary patterns and explore the link between evolutionary processes and functional divergence of Tetrapod OAS1.We show that Palaeognathae and Primate OAS1 genes are conserved in genomic and protein structures but differ in function.The former(i.e.,ostrich)efficiently synthesized long 2-5 A and activated RNase L,while the latter(i.e.,human)synthesized short 2-5 A and did not activate RNase L.We predicted and verified that two in-frame indels and one positively selected site in the active site pocket contributed to the functional divergence of Palaeognathae and Primate OAS1.Moreover,we discovered and validated that an in-frame indel in the C-terminus of Palaeognathae OAS1 affected the binding affinity of ds RNA and enzymatic activity,and contributed to the functional divergence of Palaeognathae OAS1 proteins.Our findings unravel the molecular mechanism for functional divergence and give insights into the emergence of novel functions in Tetrapod OAS1.Xiaoxue Wang Jiaxiang Hu Linfei Song Enguang Rong Chenghuai Yang Xiaoyun Chen Juan Pu Honglei Sun Chuze Gao David WBurt Jinhua Liu Ning Li Yinhua Huang 2022Science China(Life Sciences)2022,65,7:1

15Effects of childhood trauma on aggressive behaviors andhippocampal function:the modulation of COMT haplotypes显示文摘Background:Aggression is a commonly hostile behavior linked to the hippocampal activity.Childhood trauma(CT)exposure has been associated with altered sensitization of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal(HPA)axis and hippocampal volumewhich could increase violent aggressive behaviors.Additionally,Catechol-O-methyltransferase(COMT),the major dopamine metabolism enzyme,is impli-cated in stress responsivity,including aggression.Hence,CT exposure may affect aggression through the effect on the hippocampal function,which might also be modulated by the COMT variations.Objectives:This study examined whether both CT and haplotypes of COMT moderate hippocampal function and thus affect human aggressive behavior.Methods:We obtained bilateral hippocampal functional connectivity maps using resting state functional magnetic resonance imag-ing(MRI)data.COMT haplotype estimation was performed using Haploview 4.2 and PHASE 2.1.Then we constructed a moderated mediation model to study the effect of the CTQ×COMT on aggressive behavior.Results:Three major haplotypes were generated from thirteen single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)within the COMT gene and formed three haplotypes corresponding to high,medium,and low enzymatic activity of COMT.The results showed interactive re-lationships between the Childhood Trauma Questionnaire(CTQ)and COMT with respect to the functional connectivity(FC)of the bilateral hippocampus(HIP)-orbital frontal cortex(OFC).Specifically,CT experience predicted lower negative HIP-OFC coupling in the APS and HPS haplotypes corresponding to the medium and high enzymatic activity of COMT,but greater FC in the LPS haplotypes corresponding to the low enzymatic activity.We also observed a conditional mediation effect of the right HIP-OFC coupling in the link between COMT and aggressive behavior that was moderated by CT experience.Conclusions:These results suggest that CT and COMT have a combined effect on aggressive behavior through hippocampal function.This mediation analysis sheds light on the influence of childhood experience on aggressive behavior in different genetic backgrounds.Chao Wang Linfei Zhu Wenyu Zheng Hanyuzhu Peng Jiaojian Wang Yue Cui Bing Liu Tianzi Jiang 2023Psychoradiology2023,3,1:0

17The Research of Ecology-Oriented Reasonable Deployment of Water Resources at Shuangtaizi Estuary Wetland显示文摘Shuangtaizi estuary wetland, the largest natural conservation district in China, and one of the best preserved, largest ecological lands with the most complete vegetation types in the world, is located in Panjin city, Liaoning Province. In recent years, the degradation of Shuangtaizi estuary wetland is very serious. In order to rescue lives in the wetland and protect valuable natural resources, the information system of Shuangtaizi estuary wetland was built with '3S' technology, and the minimum, optimum, and maximum eco-environmental water requirements were calculated respectively. 18Analyzing characteristics of signal transmission in drill string system显示文摘It is a key problem to retrieve the drill-bit signal for seismic while drilling(SWD).The conventional approach is to extract the drill-bit signal from the pilot sensors deployed on the top of the drill string.Therefore,it is essential to obtain the propagating mechanism of drill-bit signal in the drill string.Based on the algorithm of transfer matrix,this paper analyzed the propagating rules of drill-bit signals in periodic drill pipe and derived the transmission equation for the drill-bit signal in Bottom Hole Assembly(BHA).To overcome the disadvantage that output energy is bigger than input energy,this equation is modified with an important scale factor.According to this method,the signal propagating in the drill string system was modeling with the real parameters for the drilling.The results show that the frequency filtering of the drill string system has a little impact on the drill-bit signal and its energy become 80%of the raw energy.Linfei Wang Shaojie Cheng Xuesheng Ge Jun Cao 2021Earthquake Research Advances2021,1,S01:0
19Shallowing interfacial carrier trap in transition metal dichalcogenide heterostructures with interlayer hybridization显示文摘With the unique properties,layered transition metal dichalcogenide(TMD)and its heterostructures exhibit great potential for applications in electronics.The electrical performance,e.g.,contact barrier and resistance to electrodes,of TMD heterostructure devices can be significantly tailored by employing the functional layers,called interlayer engineering.At the interface between different TMD layers,the dangling-bond states normally exist and act as traps against charge carrier flow.In this study,we propose a technique to suppress such carrier trap that uses enhanced interlayer hybridization to saturate dangling-bond states,as demonstrated in a strongly interlayer-coupled monolayer-bilayer PtSe2 heterostructure.The hybridization between the unsaturated states and the interlayer electronic states of PtSe2 significantly reduces the depth of carrier traps at the interface,as corroborated by our scanning tunnelling spectroscopic measurements and density functional theory calculations.The suppressed interfacial trap demonstrates that interlayer saturation may offer an efficient way to relay the charge flow at the interface of TMD heterostructures.Thus,this technique provides an effective way for optimizing the interface contact,the crucial issue exists in two-dimensional electronic community.Xu Wu Jingsi Qiao Liwei Liu Yan Shao Zhongliu Liu Linfei Li Zhili Zhu Cong Wang Zhixin Hu Wei Ji Yeliang Wang Hongjun Gao 2021Nano Research2021,14,5:0
