2Digital surface model applied to unmanned aerial vehicle based photogrammetry to assess potential biotic or abiotic effects on grapevine canopies显示文摘Accurate data acquisition and analysis to obtain crop canopy information are critical steps to understand plant growth dynamics and to assess the potential impacts of biotic or abiotic stresses on plant development.A versatile and easy to use monitoring system will allow researchers and growers to improve the follow-up management strategies within farms once potential problems have been detected.This study reviewed existing remote sensing platforms and relevant information applied to crops and specifically grapevines to equip a simple Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)using a visible high definition RGB camera.The objective of the proposed Unmanned Aerial System(UAS)was to implement a Digital Surface Model(DSM)in order to obtain accurate information about the affected or missing grapevines that can be attributed to potential biotic or abiotic stress effects.The analysis process started with a three-dimensional(3D)reconstruction from the RGB images collected from grapevines using the UAS and the Structure from Motion(SfM)technique to obtain the DSM applied on a per-plant basis.Then,the DSM was expressed as greyscale images according to the halftone technique to finally extract the information of affected and missing grapevines using computer vision algorithms based on canopy cover measurement and classification.To validate the automated method proposed,each grapevine row was visually inspected within the study area.The inspection was then compared to the digital assessment using the proposed UAS in order to validate calculations of affected and missing grapevines for the whole studied vineyard.Results showed that the percentage of affected and missing grapevines was 9.5%and 7.3%,respectively from the area studied.Therefore,for this specific study,the abiotic stress that affected the experimental vineyard(frost)impacted a total of 16.8%of plants.This study provided a new method for automatically surveying affected or missing grapevines in the field and an evaluation tool for plant growth conditions,which can be implemented for other uses such as canopy management,irrigation scheduling and other precision agricultural applications.Su Baofeng Xue Jinru Xie Chunyu Fang Yulin Song Yuyang Sigfredo Fuentes 2016International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2016,9,6:3

4Gold nanoparticle-directed autophagy intervention for antitumor immunotherapy via inhibiting tumor-associated macrophage M2 polarization显示文摘Tumor-associated macrophages(TAMs),one of the dominating constituents of tumor microenvironment,are important contributors to cancer progression and treatment resistance.Therefore,regulation of TAMs polarization from M2 phenotype towards M1 phenotype has emerged as a new strategy for tumor immunotherapy.Herein,we successfully initiated antitumor immunotherapy by inhibiting TAMs M2 polarization via autophagy intervention with polyethylene glycol-conjugated gold nanoparticles(PEG-Au NPs).PEG-Au NPs suppressed TAMs M2 polarization in both in vitro and in vivo models,elicited antitumor immunotherapy and inhibited subcutaneous tumor growth in mice.As demonstrated by the m RFP-GFP-LC3 assay and analyzing the autophagy-related proteins(LC3,beclin1 and P62),PEGAu NPs induced autophagic flux inhibition in TAMs,which is attributed to the PEG-Au NPs induced lysosome alkalization and membrane permeabilization.Besides,TAMs were prone to polarize towards M2phenotype following autophagy activation,whereas inhibition of autophagic flux could reduce the M2polarization of TAMs.Our results revealed a mechanism underlying PEG-Au NPs induced antitumor immunotherapy,where PEG-Au NPs reduce TAMs M2 polarization via induction of lysosome dysfunction and autophagic flux inhibition.This study elucidated the biological effects of nanomaterials on TAMs polarization and provided insight into harnessing the intrinsic immunomodulation capacity of nanomaterials for effective cancer treatment.Siyue Zhang Fangyuan Xie Kaichun Li He Zhang You Yin Yuan Yu Guangzhao Lu Shihao Zhang Yan Wei Ke Xu Yan Wu Hong Jin Lan Xiao Leilei Bao Can Xu Yulin Li Ying Lu Jie Gao 2022Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,7:2
5Geochemical Characteristics and Sedimentary Control of Pinghu Formation(Eocene)Coal-bearing Source Rocks in Xihu Depression,East China Sea Basin显示文摘Coal-bearing source rocks of the Pinghu Formation in the Xihu Depression comprise an important material basis of oil and gas resources in the East China Sea Basin.Based on drilling core observation results combined with the analysis and test results of macerals,trace/rare earth elements,and rock pyrolysis,the geochemical characteristics and sedimentary control of coal-bearing source rocks formation are discussed in a high-frequency sequence framework.The results indicate that the macerals composition of the coal-bearing source rocks of the Eocene Pinghu Formation in the Xihu Depression is dominated by vitrinite,with low-medium abundance of exinite and almost no inertinite.The coals and carbonaceous mudstones display higher amounts of total organic carbon(TOC)(14.90%-65.10%),S1+S2(39.24-136.52 mg/g),and IH(191-310 HC/g TOC)respectively,as compared to the mudstones.Organic matter is plotted in typeⅢkerogens and partially in typeⅡ;it is mainly in the low maturity stage.The trace elements results imply that the samples were deposited in a weakly reducing to weakly oxidizing environment and were occasionally affected by seawater.The coal-bearing source rocks were deposited in a relatively oxygen-containing environment.The coal-bearing source rocks development is jointly controlled by the coal accumulation environment,the water conditions affected by ocean currents in offshore basins in China,oxidation-reduction cycles of aqueous media and paleoclimate evolution in a high-frequency sequence framework.SHEN Yulin QIN Yong CUI Min XIE Guoliang GUO Yinghai QU Zhenghui YANG Tianyang YANG Liu 2021Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2021,95,1:2
6Semi-crosslinked polyacrylamides as high-resolution and dynamic self-coating sieving matrices for protein capillary electrophoresis显示文摘This paper describes non-gel capillary sieving electrophoresis employing semi-crosslinked polyacrylamide as a high performance and low viscous replaceable separation matrix for separation of non-denatured protein separation. Arising from the fine sieving and dynamic coating ability of this polymer, a mixture of basic proteins lysozyme, cytochrome C, ribonuclease A, and trypsin was resolved with excellent reproducibility. Mixing different semi-crosslinked polyacrylamides together further improves the separation. The separtion mechanism was analyzed. 18Highly doped NaErF_(4)-based nanocrystals for multi-tasking application显示文摘How to engineer single nanocrystal to achieve multiple functions is still a huge challenge.In this work,a novel highly doped rare earth nanocrystal NaErF_(4)@NaGdF_(4)@NaDyF_(4)(Er@Gd@Dy)was designed and fabricated,which exhibits various performances by itself,including the longitudinal(T1)and transverse relaxation time(T2)double-mode magnetic resonance imaging(MRI),upconversion luminescence and down-shifting luminescence.Upon irradiation of 808 nm near-infrared(NIR)light,the upconverted red light can indirectly activate the photo sensitizer Ce6 conjugated on the surface of nanocrystals for photodynamic therapy(PDT).In vivo experiments demonstrate that the nano materials can eradicate notably primary tumors without obvious systematic toxicity.In addition,the longitudinal and transverse relaxation rates of Er@Gd@Dy are 24.83 and 319.86(mmol/L)^(-1)/s,respectively,which are superior to those of the nanocrystals reported previously.Simultaneously,the nanocrystals have the ability to generate NIR-Ⅱlight located at 1530 nm,favorable in bioimaging in deeper tissues.As a consequence,this new nanoplatform will advance the improvement of multimodal imaging guided tumor diagnosis and treatment.Yulin Xie Qing Chen Man Wang Weilin Chen Zewei Quan Chunxia Li 2021Journal of Rare Earths2021,39,12:1
