| 3 | Meta-analysis of Quantitative Diffusion-weighted MR Imaging in Differentiating Benign and Malignant Pancreatic Masses显示文摘There have been numerous studies done to explore the diagnostic performance of quantitative diffusion-weighted(DW) MR imaging to differentiate between benign and malignant pancreatic masses. However, the results have been inconsistent. We performed a meta-analysis to investigate whether DW-MR imaging can differentiate between these two diseases. Databases including MEDLINE, EMBASE and Cochrane Library were utilized to find relevant articles published between January 2001 and January 2014. A Stata version 12.0 and a Meta-Disc version 1.4 were used to describe primary results. Twelve studies with 594 patients, which fulfilled the inclusion criteria, were enrolled for the analysis. The pooled sensitivity and specificity of DW imaging was 0.91(95% CI: 0.84, 0.95) and 0.86(95% CI: 0.76, 0.93) respectively. The area under the curve of the summary receiver operating characteristic was 0.95(95% CI: 0.93, 0.96). | 5 | MRI图像体视学参数对脑膜瘤良恶性的鉴别诊断显示文摘目的探讨脑膜瘤MRI图像体视学参数与其良恶性之间的关系,以寻找一种临床鉴别脑膜瘤良恶性的方法。方法收集2014年5月~2018年9月我院收治的182例脑膜瘤患者的MRI图像和病理学资料,其中男性39例,女性143例,利用体视学方法测量肿瘤体积(V)及肿瘤表面积密度(Sv)。结果所有患者中,良性组共148例,平均体积36.51 cm3,平均表面积密度4.83;恶性组共34例,平均体积49.09 cm3,平均表面积密度7.06。良恶性组脑膜瘤体积比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);恶性组脑膜瘤表面积密度高于良性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。恶性组Sv≥6.1827例(27/34);良性组Sv≤5.60127例(127/148)。结论MRI图像体视学方法测定脑膜瘤表面积密度可行,脑膜瘤表面积密度与病理级别有关,Sv≥6.18和Sv≤5.60可以作为鉴别脑膜瘤良恶性的指标。 | 蒋雨锋 胡跃宣 唐青青 Sushant S Hada 马勋泰 | 2020 | 西部医学2020,32,4: | 5 |

| 7 | Metallurgical analysis of a failed maraging steel shear screw used in the band separation system of a satellite launch vehicle显示文摘Maraging steels have excellent combination of strength and toughness and are extensively used for a variety of aerospace applications. In one such critical application, this steel was used to fabricate shear screws of a stage separation system in a satellite launch vehicle. During assembly preparations, one of the shear screws which connected the separation band and band end block has failed at the first thread. Microstructural analysis revealed that the crack originated from the root of the thread and propagated in an intergranular mode. | 9 | 脑膜瘤侵袭性的体视学特征分析显示文摘目的描述脑膜瘤体视学特征,分析MRI影像上侵袭性脑膜瘤与非侵袭性脑膜瘤体视学参数是否存在差异。方法在2012年7月至2017年5月于我院MRI增强扫描诊断脑膜瘤的患者影像中,以随机等距抽样的方法抽出126例患者影像,统计分析脑膜瘤患者性别、年龄及肿瘤部位分布;选择其中符合纳入标准的37例磁共振增强扫描影像,其中侵袭性24例(男:女=9:15),非侵袭性13例(男:女=2:11),采用体视学方法测定瘤体体积V(cm^3)、全脑体积V(cm^3),求得瘤体体积分数(%)。结果侵袭性脑膜瘤体积介于(3.210~78.630)cm^3,平均体积为26.2002cm^3,平均体积分数为2.246%;非侵袭性脑膜瘤体积介于(1.206~20.336)cm^3,平均体积为8.3638cm^3,平均体积分数为0.732%;侵袭性与非侵袭性脑膜瘤患者瘤体体积与体积分数差异均有统计学意义。结论侵袭性与非侵袭性脑膜瘤瘤体体积、体积分数均存在统计学差异,可以认为侵袭性脑膜瘤瘤体体积及体积分数均大于非侵袭性脑膜瘤;瘤体体积可作为临床医师判断脑膜瘤是否具有侵袭性的依据之一。 | 胡跃宣 马勋泰 Sushant S Hada | 2019 | 四川医学2019,40,8: | 3 |
| 10 | Application of magnetic resonance imaging in cervical spondylotic myelopathy显示文摘Cervical spondylotic myelopathy(CSM) is the most common cause of spinal cord dysfunction and is caused by static or dynamic repeated compression of the spinal cord resulting from degenerative arthritis of the cervical spine and some biological injuries to the cervical spine. The T2 signal change on conventional magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) is most commonly associated with neurological deficits. Diffusion tensor imaging and MR spectroscopy show altered microstructure and biochemistry that reflect patient-specific pathogenesis and can be used to predict neurological outcome and response to intervention. | 11 | Structural,Wettability and Optical Investigation of Titanium Oxynitride Coatings:Effect of Various Sputtering Parameters显示文摘The objective of the present work is to investigate the effect of various sputtering parameters such as nitrogen flow rate,deposition time and sputtering pressure on structural,wettability and optical properties of titanium oxynitride films deposited on glass substrate by reactive magnetron sputtering.The X-ray diffraction graphs of titanium oxynitride films show evolution of various textures of TiO_xN_y and TiN phases with increasing nitrogen flow rate and deposition time,but an increase in sputtering pressure from 4.0 to 8.0 Pa results in decline of various textures observed for TiO_xN_y and TiN phases.The stress and strain calculated by sin^2Ψ method are compressive,which decrease with increasing nitrogen flow rate from 55 to 100 sccm(standard cubic centimeter per minute) and increase with increasing deposition time from 80 to 140 min due to atomic penning effect and increasing thickness of the deposited films.The titanium oxynitride films have contact angle values above 90 deg.,indicating that films are hydrophobic.The maximum contact angle of 109.1 deg.is observed at deposition time of 140 min.This water repellent property can add value to potential protective,wear and corrosion resistant application of titanium oxynitride films.The band gap decreases from 1.98 to 1.83 eV as nitrogen flow rate is increased from 55 to 100 sccm;it decreases from 1.93 to 1.79 eV as deposition time is increased from 80 to 140 min as more nitrogen incorporation results in higher negative potential of valence band N2p orbital.But it increases from 2.26 to 2.34 eV for titanium oxynitride films as sputtering pressure increases from 4.0 to 8.0 Pa. | Sushant K Rawal Amit Kumar Chawla R.Jayaganthan Ramesh Chandra | 2012 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2012,28,6: | 2 |
