| 1 | 国际林火发展动向和全球化管理对策显示文摘依据近些年典型国际林火案例,分析火灾的发展动向和产生的根源,由此探讨管理对策。野外火在许多国家表现为延长的高发季节、难以控制的超级规模,并有向北极圈内发展的势头。分析表明,相关国家和地区反复出现人力难以应付的森林大火,源于长期干旱和极端高温天气引发的气象灾害。持续不断的火灾爆发和不可控性,通过次生灾害进一步抬升灾害的源头,加剧灾害链循环和连发效应。与此同时,灾害的偶发性特点和灾害经济学以及政府的运作模式又决定特定国家和具体州省森林防火队伍建设的基本现状。眼下较可取和切合实际的解决方案,就是在此框架下寻找经济高效的灾害管控办法。面对业已非常脆弱的地球生态系统,提出全球性协同防御机制,全面加强跨国界和地区的火灾预防和救援互助工作,实现国家间灾害快速响应力量的调配与投放,从全球角度提高防灾和减灾投入效益并增强协同抵御超级大火的响应能力,有效应对日益加码的火灾挑战,保护人类共同的家园。 | 王海晖 Shamima Aktar 盛昌栋 杨家富 | 2020 | 森林防火2020,,1: | 19 |
| 2 | 玫瑰茄花萼乙醇提取物的抗痛觉敏感、抗炎及止泻作用的实验研究(英文)显示文摘目的:研究玫瑰茄(Hibiscus sabdariffa)花萼的乙醇提取物的抗痛觉敏感、抗炎及止泻作用。方法:使用95%乙醇提取玫瑰茄花萼干品用于测定其功效。用小鼠扭体实验检测其抗痛觉敏感作用,二甲苯致耳水肿模型小鼠检测其抗炎症作用,蓖麻油致腹泻模型小鼠检测其止泻作用。结果:在乙酸致小鼠扭体实验中,玫瑰茄花萼的乙醇提取物对小鼠扭体的抑制与空白对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),对二甲苯致耳水肿模型小鼠的耳水肿的抑制与空白对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且显著减少了蓖麻油致腹泻小鼠的排便次数并增加了排便间隔时间(P<0.01)。结论:本研究的结果证实了玫瑰茄花萼的乙醇提取物具有显著的抗痛觉敏感、抗炎及止泻作用,验证了其在传统医学中的应用。 | Md.Khadem Ali Ayesha Ashraf Nripendra Nath Biswas Utpal Kumar Karmakar Shamima Afroz | 2011 | 中西医结合学报2011,9,6: | 4 |
| 3 | In vitro callus induction and plantlet regeneration of Achyranthes aspera L.,a high value medicinal plant显示文摘Objective:To study callus induction from different explants(internode,leaf,root)and in vitro plantlets propagation from medicinally important plant Achyranthes aspera L.Methods:Sterilized explants were prepared by uning 0.1%HgCl_2 and 0.5%Bavistin and callus was obtained when cultured onto Murashige Skoog's(MS)medium by using different concentrations and combination of 2,4-D.NAA.BAP,IAA,IBA with 3%sucrose and 0.8%agar.Induced callus was immediately transferred to MS medium containing at different concentrations of phytohormones for shootlets and rootlets induction respectively.Results:Sterilization treatment of 0.1%HgCl_2.for 2-3 min and Bavistin 0.5%for 10-12 min showed the highest percentage of asepsis and survival rate.Maximum induction of callus was obtained from a combination of 2.0 mg/L 2,4-D and 0.5 mg/L NAA from leaf.Highest shootlets number(4.83±0.l7)and length(3.8±0.16)cm were observed on full strength MS medium when fortified with BAP 4.0 mg/L and KIN 0.5 mg/L.Concerted efforts of BAP 10 mg/L and NAA 0.5 mg/L on full strength MS medium showed highest leaf number(6.77±0.94).In vitro raised shoots were allowed to root on different strengths of MS medium fortified with IAA and IBA at different concentrations.Experimentally,3.0 mg/L IBA was enabled to induce maximum rootlets number(10.0±9.82)on full strength MS medium.Afterwards,regenerated shoots with well developed roots were successfully subjected to hardening process and were acclimatized.The survived plantlets showed 66.67%survival frequency without any morphological abnormality.Conclusions:The results demonstrated that different explants were good source of callus induction,morphology analysis as well as indirect plantlets regeneration. | Monokesh Kumer Sen Shamima Nasrin Shahedur Rahman Abu Hena Mostofa Jamal | 2014 | Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Biomedicine2014,4,1: | 3 |

| 7 | Effect of Cerium Doping on Microstructure and Dielectric Properties of BaTiO_3 Ceramics显示文摘A solid state reaction method was used to synthesize barium titanate (BT) and barium cerium titanate (BCT) ceramics at sintering temperature of 1473 K for 4 h. The effect of cerium (Ce) on the structure, microstructure and dielectric properties of BCT was investigated. The scanning electron microscopy (SEM) investigations revealed that the grain size increases with increasing Ce content. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns showed mostly the BT phase, where the lattice parameter decreased with the addition of Ce. The temperature dependence of dielectric constant showed decrease in the phase transition temperature with higher Ce content. The dielectric constant decreased slightly with increasing frequency. The direct current (dc) density-voltage characteristics of the ceramics showed ohmic behavior for both the BT and BCT. As the temperature increased, the dc resistivity of the ceramics decreased. | 14 | Influence of Annealing Conditions on Nanocrystalline and Ultra-Soft Magnetic Properties of Fe_(75.5)Cu_1Nb_1_Si_(13.5)B_9 Alloy显示文摘The magnetic and structural properties of FINEMET alloy with a composition of Fe75.5Cu1Nb1Si13.5B9 were investigated after primary and secondary crystallization of amorphous ribbon sample.The crystallization behavior and the nanocrystal formation of the samples were performed by differential thermal analysis(DTA) which in turn was supported by X-ray diffraction(XRD) study.Temperature dependence of initial permeability of amorphous and devitrified toroid shaped samples has been measured.Enhancement of Curie temperature of the amorphous alloy has been observed due to the irreversible structural relaxation.With the appearance of nanocrystalline phase the Curie temperature of the residual amorphous phase gradually decrease with the increase of annealing temperature.Their temperature dependence reflects the characteristic annealing temperature evolution of the basic magnetic parameters in these nanocrystalline systems.Saturation magnetization,Ms,increases with annealing temperature Ta for the samples and finally decreases during annealing at a temperature much higher than peak crystallization temperature. | S.P. | 15 | VISCAL: Heuristic algorithm based application tool to calibrate microscopic simulation parameters显示文摘VISCAL(VISSIM calibration) is an automated calibration tool for microscopic simulation parameters in VISSIM environment, based on three heuristic optimization algorithms:(a)genetic algorithm(GA);(b) simultaneous perturbation stochastic approximation(SPSA);(c)simulated annealing(SA). It is developed with a goal to automate and ease the tedious process of calibration, offering greater flexibility to the users by providing control on every aspect of the calibration process. It includes multiple features for a generic application tool with the ability to test the significance of the appropriate decision parameter set for a particular network, to determine the most suitable objective function to reflect network characteristics, and to check the suitability of any of the three heuristic optimization algorithms for a particular network. VISCAL also offers four objective function choices into the system:(1) speed,(2) flow,(3) delay, and(4) multi-objective criteria. It is able to calibrate all the driving behavior parameters for any type(urban, rural) and extent of network(small or large network). | 19 | Molecular characterization of sweet potato(Ipomoea batatas[L.]Lam)germplasms for desirable traits by using simple sequence repeats markers显示文摘Every breeding program that aims to create new and improved cultivars with desired traits mostly relies on information related to genetic diversity.Therefore,molecular characterization of germplasms is important to obtain target cultivars with desirable traits.Sweet potato[Ipomoea batatas(L.)Lam]is widely considered the world’s most important crop,with great diversity in morphological and phenotypic traits.The genetic diversity of 20 sweet potato germplasms originating from Bangladesh,CIP,Philippines,Taiwan,and Malaysia were compared,which was accomplished by genetic diversity analysis by exploring 20 microsatellite DNA markers for germplasm characterization and utilization.This information was effective in differentiating or clustering the sweet potato genotypes.A total of 64 alleles were generated using the 20 primers throughout the 20 germplasm samples,with locus IBS97 having the highest number of alleles(5),whereas locus IbU33 had the fewest alleles(2).The alleles varied in size from 105(IbU31)to 213 base pairs(IBS34).The Polymorphism Information Content(PIC)values for the loci IbL46 and IBS97 varied from 0.445 to 0.730.IBS97 has the highest number of effective alleles(3.704),compared to an average of 2.520.The average Shannon’s diversity index(H)was 1.003,ranging from 0.673 in IbU3 to 1.432 in IBS97.The value of gene flow(Nm)varied between 0.000 and 0.005,with an average of 0.003,whereas genetic differentiation(FST-values)ranged between 0.901 and 1.000.The sweet potato germplasm included in this study had a broad genetic base.SP1 vs.SP9 and SP12 vs.SP18 germplasm pairings had the greatest genetic distance(GD=0.965),while SP1 vs.SP2 germplasm couples had the least genetic diversity(GD=0.093).Twenty genotypes were classified into two groups in the UPGMA dendrogram,with 16 genotypes classified as group“A”and the remaining four genotypes,SP10,SP18,SP19,and SP20,classified as group“B.”According to cluster analysis,the anticipated heterozygosity(gene diversity)of Nei(1973)was 0.591 on average.In summary,SSR markers successfully evaluated the genetic relationships among the sweet potato accessions used and generated a high level of polymorphism.The results of the present study will be useful for the management of germplasm,improvement of the current breeding strategies,and the release of new cultivars as varieties. | KHANDAKAR ABUMDMOSTAFIZAR RAHMAN ABDUL SHUKOR JURAIMI MDREZWAN MOLLA MUHAMMAD ASYRAFMD HATTA ZULKEFLY BIN SULAIMAN SHAMIMA SULTANA AHMED GABER BENUKAR BISWAS AKBAR HOSSAIN | 2023 | BIOCELL2023,47,1: | 0 |
| 20 | Constructing on-demand single/multi-color transitioning fabrics with photocatalysis/photothermal-armed deficient semiconductors显示文摘On-demand color switching systems that utilize synchronized semiconductor-catalyzed reduction and photothermal-accelerated oxidation in liquid/solid are highly appealing.Herein,on-demand single/multi-color switching fabrics have been constructed by using defective SnO_(2):Sb-based color switching systems.SnO_(2):Sb nanocrystals with the suitable doping concentration accord lattices with abundant free electrons,conferring high photocatalytic and photothermal performances.A well-crafted set of dual light-responsive semiconductor-catalyzed systems with rapid color change can be attained via the homogenous mixture of SnO_(2):Sb with suitable redox dyes to produce single-color(RGB(red,green,blue))and multi-color transitioning(purple and green)systems.The illumination of these systems by 450 nm light triggers rapid photocatalytic discoloration,while irradiation by 980 nm light confers the photothermal effect that accelerates recoloration in air.Besides,the inks can be extended to rewritable fabrics by embedding the nanocrystals and redox dyes into hydroxyethyl cellulose(as the polymer matrix)and then coating on hydrophobic cotton fabrics to produce photo-switchable fabrics with excellent single/multi-color response.By exploiting the dual light interactions with the semiconductor-mediated systems,various images/letters can be remotely printed and erased on the rewritable fabrics which show promise for potential applications as information storage media and visual sensors.Importantly,the present rewritable fabric shows good stability and reversibility.The present work provides insights into the development of novel color-switching materials. | Daniel K.Macharia Shamima Sarker Meng Liu Zeyulong Wen Nuo Yu Meifang Zhu Zhigang Chen | 2024 | Nano Research2024,17,5: | 0 |
