| 1 | Temporal–spatial distribution and diastereoisomer pattern of hexabromocyclododecane in the vicinity of a chemical plant显示文摘Hexabromocyclododecane(HBCD) is an effective brominated flame-retardant additive, which is mainly produced in the coastal area of China. This study collected soil samples from a HBCD production plant and its surrounding area in Weifang, Shandong Province, China, and analyzed the temporal–spatial distribution of HBCD and its diastereoisomers in soil. The analysis results showed that the concentration of HBCD in soil near the plant was much higher than normal values, with an annual average concentration reaching 5405 ng/g. Soils 1,2 and 4 km away from the plant were also analyzed, showing that the concentration of HBCD in soil decreased accordingly with the distance from the pollution sources. In order to investigate the effect of the season on HBCD content, the soil samples were collected in all four seasons of the year 2017–2018. According to variations in the wind direction, the concentration of HBCD in soil was also changed. The distribution trend showed that the concentration of HBCD in soil in the downwind direction of the prevailing wind was higher than that in the upwind direction. In addition, this work analyzed the distribution of HBCD in vertical soil sections. It was found that the concentration of HBCD decreased with depth in the soil vertical profile. | 2 | Energetic particles’fluxes and dose in the Radiation Gene Box measured by space radiation detector onboard SJ-10 satellite显示文摘Background To evaluate the hazard of space radiation posing to the tissues,it is important to obtain exact fluxes of different radiation particles.The Radiation Gene Box(RGB)onboard SJ-10 spacecraft was an instrument designed to investigate the effects of space environment on the mESCs and drosophila.To derive the dose received by the tissues inside the RGB,the Space Radiation Detector(SRD)was installed inside it.Purpose The SRD was designed to derive the fluxes of electron,proton,hellion and gamma rays around it.If the type of the particles,the energies,the fluxes and the conversion coefficients are known,the dose received by the tissues could be evaluated.Methods The SRDwas designed as a △E-E solid-state telescope.By measuring the energy deposited in the three subdetectors,the particles’type and their energies could be discriminated.The data of SRDwere divided into 15 bins by the types of particles and their energy ranges.Results The gamma ray flux was higher than any other particle flux inside the RGB,and the electron was the most intense charge particle,while the helium ion was the most harmful radiation to the cells inside the RGB.Conclusion The dose rate inside the Radiation Gene Box was much higher than in the ground,but the integral dose of 12 days inside the RGB was about 2.13 mSv.It seemed unlikely to have obvious biological effects on the tissues of mice and drosophila. | Xingzhu Cui Yaqing Liu Wenxi Peng Jinzhou Wang Min Gao Dongya Guo Xiaohua Liang Ruirui Fan Huanyu Wang Yunlong Zhang Zhongjian Ma Mingyang Yan Hong Xiao Yuanda Jiang Haiying Hang | 2018 | Radiation Detection Technology and Methods2018,2,2: | 2 |

| 5 | DOCK2 regulates antifungal immunity by regulating RAC GTPase activity显示文摘Fungal infections cause~1.5 million deaths each year worldwide,and the mortality rate of disseminated candidiasis currently exceeds that of breast cancer and malaria.The major reasons for the high mortality of candidiasis are the limited number of antifungal drugs and the emergence of drug-resistant species.Therefore,a better understanding of antifungal host defense mechanisms is crucial for the development of effective preventive and therapeutic strategies.Here,we report that DOCK2(dedicator of cytokinesis 2)promotes indispensable antifungal innate immune signaling and proinflammatory gene expression in macrophages.DOCK2-deficient macrophages exhibit decreased RAC GTPase(Rac family small GTPase)activation and ROS(reactive oxygen species)production,which in turn attenuates the killing of intracellular fungi and the activation of downstream signaling pathways.Mechanistically,after fungal stimulation,activated SYK(spleen-associated tyrosine kinase)phosphorylates DOCK2 at tyrosine 985 and 1405,which promotes the recruitment and activation of RAC GTPases and then increases ROS production and downstream signaling activation.Importantly,nanoparticle-mediated delivery of in vitro transcribed(IVT)Rac1 mRNA promotes the activity of Rac1 and helps to eliminate fungal infection in vivo.Taken together,this study not only identifies a critical role of DOCK2 in antifungal immunity via regulation of RAC GTPase activity but also provides proof of concept for the treatment of invasive fungal infections by using IVT mRNA. | Xiaojian Ma Xi Tan Bingbing Yu Wanwei Sun Heping Wang Huijun Hu Yanyun Du Ruirui He Ru Gao Qianwen Peng Zhihui Cui Ting Pan Xiong Feng Junhan Wang Chengqi Xu Bin Zhu Wei Liu Chenhui Wang | 2022 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2022,19,5: | 1 |

| 7 | Preparation and characterization of polypropylene/silica composite particle with interpenetrating network via hot emulsion sol–gel approach显示文摘A novel interpenetrating structural ultrafine polypropylene-silica nanocomposite particles were synthesized by a modified sol–gel approach in the presence of the melt polypropylene emulsion. A series of samples with different polypropylene content was prepared to investigate the unique characteristics of this original nanocomposite. The thermal gravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetry results showed that the nanocomposites had the interpenetrating structure and good thermal stability,and the crystallization behavior of polypropylene was confined by the silica matrix. The interpenetrating structure of nanocomposites was also suggested by the nitrogen adsorption–desorption measurement results. The scanning electronic microscope and transmission electron microscopy images indicated that the nanocomposites had irregular particle morphology. The nanoparticle tracking analysis results show that the mean size of the nanocomposites was around 160 nm. | 8 | A dual enzyme-phosphate hybrid nanoflower for glutamate detection显示文摘The enzyme hybrid nanoflower has gained interests in biosensors due to their simple synthesis and high efficiency.In this study,glutamate oxidase(GLOX)and horseradish peroxidase(HRP)hybrid nanoflowers(GLOX&HRP-HNFs)were successfully prepared for the detection of glutamic acid(Glu).The effects of the synthesis conditions on the activity of GLOX&HRP-HNFs were investigated.Results revealed that the maximum activity of GLOX&HRP-HNFs was under 4 mM phosphate radical,2.5 mM MnSO4,0.04 mg/mL GLOX,and 0.16 mg/mL HRP.After immobilization,no significant differences were observed in optimum pH and temperature values of the GLOX and HRP.The GLOX&HRP-HNFs exhibited higher storage stability and resistance to organic solvents than free GLOX and HRP.Additionally,the GLOX&HRP-HNFs maintained 69%of its primary activity after 6 cycles.More important,the GLOX&HRP-HNFs exhibited a good linear range from 1 to 100μM(R^(2)=0.9979)and a low limit of detection(LOD)of 0.59μM for glutamate.These results suggest that the GLOX&HRP-HNFs is a promising candidate for applications in biosensing for the detection of glutamate. | Peikun Li Jiahui Jia Zixin Geng Saizhao Pang Ruirui Wang Muhammad Bilal Hongjie Bian Jiandong Cui Shiru Jia | 2023 | Particuology2023,,12: | 0 |

| 10 | Research and Optimization of GPSR Routing Protocol for Vehicular Ad-Hoc Network显示文摘Security is one of the most critical issues to Vehicular Ad-hoc Networks (VANETs) since the information transmitted is asynchronous and distributed. Vulnerability and instability are two of the challenges remain to be addressed by the research community and the industry. In this paper, we first proposed a trust reliability based model and extended the GPSR protocol to TM-GPSR protocol. Then, we improved the LET-GPSR protocol based on the link connection time prediction. On this basis, combined the decision index of the TM-GPSR and LET-GPSR protocols, we proposed the RC-GPSR routing protocol. We built the standard testing platform on the NS2 and SUMO, the average end-to-end delay and packet delivery rate of GPSR protocol and the three updates protocols under different node density, node speed, and malicious node ratio are simulated and evaluated. | 11 | In-situ assembly of 2D/3D porous nickel cobalt sulfide solid solution as superior pre-catalysts to boost multi-functional electrocatalytic oxidation显示文摘In this work,we fabricated an efficient pre-catalyst based on(Ni,Co)S2solid solution with hierarchical architecture and high porosity to boost urea oxidation reaction and electrocatalytic oxidation of organic small molecules.The interaction between Ni and Co can optimize the electronic structure,resulting in the improved conductivity and accelerated charge transfer rate.The 2D/3D architecture can enrich more active species and endow the mass and electron transport to facilitate the surface oxidation and the following catalytic process.Post-structure and catalytic characterizations confirm the surface oxidation of(Ni,Co)S_(2)during the stability test,and the in-situ formed Co(Ni)based(oxy)hydroxides exhibit superior catalytic activity and facilitated charge transfer ability.As a result,the optimal(Ni,Co)S_(2)solid solution pre-catalyst displays facilitated catalytic behavior and good stability for multifunctional electrocatalytic oxidation,in which a high conversion of benzyl alcohol(97.50%),a good selectivity to benzoic acid(93.78%)and a satisfied faraday efficiency(91.86%)can be achieved. | Pin Hao Xu Dong Houguang Wen Ruirui Xu Junfeng Xie Qian Wang Guanwei Cui Jian Tian Bo Tang | 2023 | Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,5: | 0 |
