1企业执行力的概念模型及其度量方法--基于中国核电企业的实证研究显示文摘本文给出了一个关于执行力的确切定义:执行力就是有效率地决定事情并让他人去有效果地具体贯彻实施的能力。在文献综述的基础上,建立了企业执行力的理论模型,假设战略导向型、制度导向型、文化导向型、激励导向型和能力导向型这五种结构变量对企业执行力产生显著影响。通过对12家中国核电企业进行问卷调查,对理论模型进行实证检验。结果表明,企业执行力受到组织学习、组织结构、企业价值、绩效管理、市场营销和人际关系这6个变量的显著影响。通过t检验和方差分析,证明个体特征与组织特征的差异会对自变量和因变量的认知产生显著的差异性,这就为企业领导者和管理者为提升企业执行力而采取针对性较强的管理措施奠定了理论基础。殷雄 吴泗宗 Philippe LE 顾明毅 2012管理评论2012,24,2:13
2Effects of glutamine supplementation on gut barrier,glutathione content and acute phase response in malnourished rats during inflammatory shock显示文摘AIM: To evaluate the effect of glutamine on intestinal mucosa integrity,glutathione stores and acute phase response in protein-depleted rats during an inflammatory shock. METHODS: Plasma acute phase proteins (APP),jejunal APP mRNA levels,liver and jejunal glutathione concentrations were measured before and one,three and seven days after turpentine injection in 4 groups of control,protein-restricted,protein-restricted rats supplemented with glutamine or protein powder. Bacterial translocation in mesenteric lymph nodes and intestinal morphology were also assessed. RESULTS: Protein deprivation and turpentine injection significantly reduced jejunal villus height,and crypt depths. Mucosal glutathione concentration significantly decreased in protein-restricted rats. Before turpentine oil,glutamine supplementation restored villus heights and glutathione concentration (3.24 ± 1.05 vs 1.72 ± 0.46 μmol/g tissue,P < 0.05) in the jejunum,whereas in the liver glutathione remained low. Glutamine markedly increased jejunal α1-acid glycoprotein mRNA level after turpentine oil but did not affect its plasma concentration. Bacterial translocation in protein-restricted rats was not prevented by glutamine or protein powder supplementation. 3Nuclear magnetic resonance based metabolomics and liverdiseases:Recent advances and future clinical applications显示文摘Metabolomics is defined as the quantitative measurement of the dynamic multiparametric metabolic response of living systems to pathophysiological stimuli or genetic modification.It is an'omics'technique that is situated downstream of genomics,transcriptomics and proteomics.Metabolomics is recognized as a promising technique in the field of systems biology for the evaluation of global metabolic changes.During the last decade,metabolomics approaches have become widely used in the study of liver diseases for the detection of early biomarkers and altered metabolic pathways.It is a powerful technique to improve our pathophysiological knowledge of various liver diseases.It can be a useful tool to help clinicians in the diagnostic process especially to distinguish malignant and non-malignant liver disease as well as to determine the etiology or severity of the liver disease.It can also assess therapeutic response or predict drug induced liver injury.Nevertheless,the usefulness of metabolomics is often not understood by clinicians,especially the concept of metabolomics profiling or fingerprinting.In the present work,after a concise description of the different techniques and processes used in metabolomics,we will review the main research on this subject by focusing specifically on in vitro proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy based metabolomics approaches in human studies.We will first consider the clinical point of view enlighten physicians on this new approach and emphasis its future use in clinical'routine'.Roland Amathieu Mohamed Nawfal Triba Corentine Goossens Nadia Bouchemal Pierre Nahon Philippe Savarin Laurence Le Moyec 2016World Journal of Gastroenterology2016,22,1:6
4MLVA-16 对新疆分离布鲁氏菌80/23株的鉴定与分析显示文摘为了对新疆布鲁氏菌分离株80/23株进行分型鉴定,本实验采用MLVA-16检测方法和常规生物学鉴定方法对布鲁氏80/23株进行研究,将测定结果与http://gffzzc70700eb713d4f53hu6p00w5kfp566vvv.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/MLVA net提供的530株布鲁氏菌数据库比较分析,应用UPGMA进行遗传进化树分析,并构建系统进化树。结果显示,常规分型方法鉴定为羊种3型,MLVA方法鉴定该菌株与德国分离株Bruce0261菌株的亲缘关系最近,属为东地中海3型,羊种1型,两种分型方法种属结果一致。结论:MLVA-16与常规生物学鉴定方法相比,具有更高的精确性,对布鲁氏菌生物型和株间差异有很高的鉴别力。并能为布病疫情流行株的溯源进化关系提供依据。任晓莉 王慧 陈创夫 王远志 张亚丽 Philippe Le Flèche 2013石河子大学学报(自然科学版)2013,31,3:6

9Current view and perspectives in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis显示文摘Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis(ALS), identified as a distinct clinical entity by Charcot since the end of the nineteenth century, is a devastating and fatal neurodegenerative disorder that affects motor neurons in the brain, brainstem and spinal cord. Survival of patients with ALS is associated with several factors such as clinical phenotype, age at onset, gender, early presence of respiratory failure, weight loss and treatment with Riluzole(the only disease-modifying drug approved for this disease). Nowadays, there is still no curative treatment for ALS: palliative care and symptomatic treatment are therefore essential components in the management of these patients. Nevertheless, the scientific knowledge in the field of ALS motor neuron degeneration is growing, with the prospect of new treatments. Based on this physiopathological knowledge, several new therapeutic targets are being studied, involving various mechanisms such as excitotoxicity, neuroinflammation, mitochondrial dysfunction, oxidative stress, RNA metabolism and other attractive concepts. Moreover, it is also important to identify reliable biomarkers that will be essential components for future therapeutic development and study design in ALS. 153D numerical simulation of seagrass movement under waves and currents with GPUSPH显示文摘The current study tries a new approach to simulating interactions between waves and seagrass through Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics(SPH).In this model,the plants are defined as a solid that respects Hooke's law,and are assumed to have direct interaction with the fluid.Given the characteristics of the SPH method,especially in terms of computational time,the dimensions of the simulations were limited.The first goal of the current study was to optimize the approach to avoid reaching certain limits such as the rupture of the simulated plant.Plant movements under waves and/or currents have been studied by several authors in various in-situ,physical,and numerical experiments concerning various vegetation species,thus proving that plant movements can be successfully reproduced by SPH 2D/3D.Manning's roughness coefficient,n,was calculated to confirm that the results were in accordance with what had been measured in flume studies.Even though there is still room for improvement,it is shown that this method can be used to estimate Manning's coefficient for coastal vegetation(seagrass and saltmarsh vegetation)and to greatly improve the modeling and forecasting of coastal erosion and storm surge risks by including the effects of vegetation in integrated models.Anne-Eleonore Paquier Thibault Oudart Caroline Le Bouteiller Samuel Meule Philippe Larroude Robert A.Dalrymple 2021International Journal of Sediment Research2021,36,6:2
