| 1 | Silicon and silicon nitride photonic circuits for spectroscopic sensing on-a-chip [Invited]显示文摘There is a rapidly growing demand to use silicon and silicon nitride(Si3N4) integrated photonics for sensing applications, ranging from refractive index to spectroscopic sensing. By making use of advanced CMOS technology,complex miniaturized circuits can be easily realized on a large scale and at a low cost covering visible to mid-IR wavelengths. In this paper we present our recent work on the development of silicon and Si3N4-based photonic integrated circuits for various spectroscopic sensing applications. We report our findings on waveguide-based absorption, and Raman and surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy. | 4 | 提升遗产影响评估:对ICOMOS指南的分析批评显示文摘2011年ICOMOS公布了《世界文化遗产影响评估指南》(Guidance on Heritage Impact Assessment for World Cultural Heritage Properties)。截至2016年,在UNESCO的要求下已经有超过100个世界遗产地进行了遗产影响评估(简称HIAs)。本文对此影响评估指南的内含假定予以分析批评。我们认为,该指南中的诸多假定主要来源于遗产管理中的'保存'(preservation)这一话语,而非'保护'(conservation)或'遗产规划'。该问题的重要性体现在,不同的话语将影响到HIAs的影响评估方式和严谨性,进而潜在影响其结果。我们还认为.这样还进一步影响到了不同的利益相关者之间的错误交流和理解,尤其体现在遗产价值的性质、HIA的目标、影响评估的方式以及利益相关者间的差别等方面。我们建议HIA的实践者们承认不同的话语的存在。这能够使HIA成为一个更有效的遗产管理工具。 | Patrick Patiwael Peter Groote Frank Vanclay 王思渝 | 2019 | 中国文化遗产2019，，3： | 2 |
