| 1 | Therapeutic effect of acupuncture and massage for shoulder-hand syndrome in hemiplegia patients:a clinical two-center randomized controlled trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the therapeutic effects of acupuncture and massage for shoulder-hand syndrome in hemiplegia patients.METHODS:One hundred and twenty hemiplegia patients with stage I shoulder-hand syndrome were randomly divided into a group treated with standardized electric acupuncture and massage,and a group treated with rehabilitation therapy for 6 weeks.The primary indices evaluated were pain on passive movement of the shoulder using the numeric pain rating scale(NPRS),and the number of patients with shoulder-hand syndrome at Steinbrocker stage II or III after treatment.The secondary indices were Fugl-Meyer evaluation of functional movement of the upper limb and hand using the modified rankin scale(MRS).RESULTS:At post-treatment evaluation and a 12-week follow-up visit,NPRS score,number of patients with stage II or III shoulder-hand syndrome,and MRS score were all improved in the acupuncture-massage group compared with the rehabilitation group(P<0.05).On Fugl-Meyer evaluation,functional movement of the upper limb was also improved in the acupuncture-massage group compared with the rehabilitation group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:Standardized acupuncture-massage therapy may have curative effects on shoulder-hand syndrome in hemiplegia patients. | Ning Li Fengwei Tian Chengwei Wang Pengming Yu Xi Zhou Qian Wen Xiulan Qiao Lu Huang | 2012 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2012,32,3: | 25 |
| 2 | Parameter sensitivity and inversion analysis of a concrete faced rock-fill dam based on HS-BPNN algorithm显示文摘Considering the complex nonlinear relationship between the material parameters of a concrete faced rock-fill dam(CFRD) and its displacements, the harmony search(HS) algorithm is used to optimize the back propagation neural network(BPNN), and the HS-BPNN algorithm is formed and applied for the inversion analysis of the parameters of rock-fill materials. The sensitivity of the parameters in the Duncan and Chang's E-B model is analyzed using the orthogonal test design. The case study shows that the parameters φ0, K, Rf, and Kb are sensitive to the deformation of the rock-fill dam and the inversion analysis for these parameters is performed by the HS-BPNN algorithm. | 3 | Composition variations of the Sinian-Cambrian sedimentary rocks in Hunan and Guangxi and their tectonic significance显示文摘This paper reports the geochemical and zircon U-Pb dating data of the Sinian to Cambrian low-grade metamorphic rocks in the Miaoer Mountain area,Guangxi and the Jinjiling area,Hunan Province.Petrographic and geochemical features indicate that protoliths of these metamorphic rocks are clastic sedimentary rocks with medium weathering,which were formed in the passive continental margin.Geochemistry and zircon U-Pb ages indicate that the Sinian and Cambrian sedimentary rocks in the Jinjiling area have similar detritus components,which are characterized by abundant Grenvillian detrital zircons,suggesting a close affinity with the Cathaysia Block.The Cambrian sedimentary rocks in the Miaoer Mountain area have similar geochemistry and zircon geochronology to those in the Jinjiling area,showing an affinity with the Cathaysia Block.However,the Sinian sedimentary rocks in the Miaoer Mountain area show different geochemical features from the Cambrian sedimentary rocks and those in the Jinjiling area,and are characterized by abundant 840–700 Ma detrital zircons and less^2.0 Ga ones,showing a close affinity with the Yangtze Block.These variations suggest that the Jinjiling area continuously accepted the fragments from the Cathaysia from the Sinian to the Cambrian,whereas the provenance of the Miaoer Mountain sedimentary basin changed from the Yangtze Block to the Cathaysia Block during this interval.This change implies a tectonic movement,which caused the further sinking of the basin in the Miaoer Mountain area and northwestward transferring of the basin center before the Middle Cambrian,so that the Miaoer Mountain basin received the detritus from the Cathaysia Block in the Middle Cambrian.This fact also proves that the Yangtze and Cathaysia blocks have converged at least in Middle Cambrian,and the southwestern boundary between them is located between the Miaoer Mountain and Jinjiling areas. | WANG PengMing YU JinHai SUN Tao SHI Yu CHEN PeiRong ZHAO KuiDong CHEN WeiFeng LIU Qian | 2013 | Science China Earth Sciences2013,56,11: | 6 |

| 5 | Clinical significance of extended high-risk human papillomavirus genotyping and viral load in cervical cancer and precancerous lesions显示文摘Persistent infections with specific high-risk human papillomavirus(HR-HPV)strains are the leading cause of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions.HPV-16 and HPV-18 are associated with more than 70%of cervical cancer.However,with recent widespread vaccination efforts against cervical cancer,the infection rates of HPV-16 and HPV-18 have decreased across all age groups,while the infection rates of other HR-HPV strains have increased.The non-16/18 HR-HPV strains play an important role in cervical lesions.These strains can be identified with extended genotyping,and the 2019 American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology(ASCCP)guidelines recommended an HPV-based testing to assess the risk of cervical disease in patients.We reviewed and analyzed the clinical benefits of applying extended HR-HPV genotyping,which was published by the International Agency for Research on Cancer(HPV-16,18,31,33,35,39,45,51,52,56,58,59,66,and 68),to cervical cancer screening.This review concluded that cervical cancer screening needs to include extended HR-HPV genotyping.The examination of extended HR-HPV genotyping in cervical intraepithelial lesions and cervical cancers can help guide clinical practices. | Pingping Su Jincheng Ma Lirui Yu Shuting Tang Pengming Sun | 2023 | Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinical Medicine2023,3,1: | 2 |
| 6 | Synthetic aperture ptychography:coded sensor translation for joint spatial-Fourier bandwidth expansion显示文摘Conventional ptychography translates an object through a localized probe beam to widen the field of view in real space.Fourier ptychography translates the object spectrum through a pupil aperture to expand the Fourier bandwidth in reciprocal space.Here we report an imaging modality,termed synthetic aperture ptychography(SAP),to get the best of both techniques.In SAP,we illuminate a stationary object using an extended plane wave and translate a coded image sensor at the far field for data acquisition.The coded layer attached on the sensor modulates the object exit waves and serves as an effective ptychographic probe for phase retrieval.The sensor translation process in SAP synthesizes a large complex-valued wavefront at the intermediate aperture plane.By propagating this wavefront back to the object plane,we can widen the field of view in real space and expand the Fourier bandwidth in reciprocal space simultaneously.We validate the SAP approach with transmission targets and reflection silicon microchips.A 20-mm aperture was synthesized using a 5-mm sensor,achieving a fourfold gain in resolution and 16-fold gain in field of view for object recovery.In addition,the thin sample requirement in ptychography is no longer required in SAP.One can digitally propagate the recovered exit wave to any axial position for post-acquisition refocusing.The SAP scheme offers a solution for far-field sub-diffraction imaging without using lenses.It can be adopted in coherent diffraction imaging setups with radiation sources from visible light,extreme ultraviolet,and X-ray,to electron. | PENGMING SONG SHAOWEI JIANG TIANBO WANG CHENGFEI GUO RUIHAI WANG TERRANCE ZHANG GUOAN ZHENG | 2022 | Photonics Research2022,10,7: | 2 |
