2基于优化随机森林回归模型的土壤盐渍化反演显示文摘当前应用于土壤盐分含量(Soil Salinity Content,SSC)反演的随机森林回归(Random Forests Regression,RFR)较少关注对模型精度影响较大的反演参数子集和模型参数的同步优化。本研究选择渭-库绿洲和奇台绿洲为实验区,基于Landsat-5 TM、SRTM、MOD11A2.006遥感数据构建反演参数。首先,利用弹性网络(Elastic Net,EN)筛选出反演参数子集,然后利用遗传算法(Genetic Algorithm,GA)和贝叶斯优化算法(Bayesian Optimization Algorithm,BOA)分别优化随机森林回归(Random Forests Regression,RFR)参数,建立反演参数子集和模型参数分步优化的RFR模型(EN-GA-RFR、EN-BOA-RFR)。建立利用GA和BOA分别同步优化反演参数子集和模型参数的RFR模型(GA-RFR、BOA-RFR)。在每个实验区,对比EN-GARFR、EN-BOA-RFR、GA-RFR、BOA-RFR的预测精度。最后分析每个实验区各类盐渍土的空间分布,并对2个实验区的反演参数进行对比分析。结果表明:每个实验区模型预测精度由高到低的排序均为BOA-RFR>GA-RFR>EN-BOA-RFR=EN-GARFR,整体上BOA的优化性能均好于GA;渭-库绿洲和奇台绿洲面积占比最大的盐渍土类型分别为盐渍土和中度盐渍土;反演参数对SSC的表征能力存在空间分异性。杨练兵 陈春波 郑宏伟 罗格平 尚白军 Olaf Hellwich 2021地球信息科学学报2021,23,9:10

4Plasmonics for solid-state lighting: enhanced excitation and directional emission of highly efficient light sources显示文摘Light sources based on reliable and energy-efficient light-emitting diodes (LEDs) are instrumental in the development of solid-statelighting (SSL). Most research efforts in SSL have focused on improving both the intrinsic quantum efficiency (QE) and the stability oflight emitters. For this reason, it is broadly accepted that with the advent of highly efficient (QE close to 1) and stable emitters, thefundamental research phase of SSL is coming to an end. In this study, we demonstrate a very large improvement in SSL emission (above70-fold directional enhancement for p-polarized emission and 60-fold enhancement for unpolarized emission) using nanophotonicstructures. This is attained by coupling emitters with very high QE to collective plasmonic resonances in periodic arrays of aluminumnanoantennas. 5A water quality model applied for the rivers into the Qinhuangdao coastal water in the Bohai Sea, China显示文摘The water quality of all rivers into the Qinhuangdao coastal water was below the grade V in 2013. In this study, an integrated MIKE 11 water quality model is applied to deal with the water environment in the rivers into the Qinhuangdao coastal water. The model is first calibrated with the field measured chemical oxygen demand(COD) concentrations. Then the transport of the COD in the rivers into the Qinhuangdao coastal water is computed based on the model in the water environmental monitoring process. Numerical results show that the COD concentration decreases dramatically in the estuaries, from which we can determine the positions of long-term monitoring stations to monitor the river pollutions into the coastal water. 6头颈鳞状细胞癌组织与正常黏膜中血管生成因子1和2的表达显示文摘目的 研究血管生成因子1(angiopoietin -1,Ang -1)和2(Ang- 2)在头颈鳞状细胞癌(简称鳞癌)及健康黏膜组织中的表达及意义。方法 采用免疫组化法,观测了45例头颈部鳞癌组织和7例健康志愿者口腔黏膜组织中Ang -1和Ang- 2的表达及分布。分析了不同临床分期及不同病理分级的癌组织中Ang- 1和Ang -2表达水平及其意义。结果 Ang -1和Ang- 2在血管内皮细胞、健康黏膜上皮细胞及鳞癌细胞内均有表达;Ang -1在肿瘤的血管内皮细胞及癌细胞的阳性表达率分别为78% (35 /45)和87% (39 /45),Ang 2在肿瘤的血管内皮细胞及癌细胞的阳性表达率分别为69% (31 /45)和76% (34 /45),均高于健康黏膜的血管内皮细胞及上皮细胞内的表达(P<0 .05);肿瘤血管内皮细胞与鳞癌细胞内Ang-1、Ang -2的表达水平有关(P<0 .05);Ang- 1在肿瘤血管内皮细胞中的表达水平与肿瘤的临床分期有关,在ⅢⅣ期比在ⅠⅡ期高(P<0 .05);Ang -2在肿瘤的血管内皮细胞及鳞癌细胞中的表达也表现为ⅢⅣ期比ⅠⅡ期高(P<0. 05);Ang -1及Ang- 2的表达水平在高、中、低分化的癌组织中的差异无统计学意义(P>0 .05)。结论 肿瘤血管内皮细胞与鳞癌细胞内Ang- 1、Ang -2的表达水平有关,且分别高于健康黏膜的血管内皮细胞及上皮细胞的表达。晚期肿瘤的血管生成与Ang -郑美桦 Florian Veelken Daniel Lábbe Wilhelm Bloch Olaf Michel 2005中华耳鼻咽喉头颈外科杂志2005,40,5:7

8ESR Dating of the Evolution of the Shuanghu Basin in the Northern Tibetan Plateau显示文摘The Shuanghu basin is a NE-trending rift basin bounded by NE-striking normal faults and NW-striking shear-extensional faults of the northern Tibetan Plateau. Four samples from calcite veins in marginal faults and one sample from mudstone (S-3) were collected for dating the evolution of the Shuanghu basin by using the ESR spectrograph of EXM-type. Ages were calculated according to the close-equilibrium model on the basis of the measured ESR signal spectra of samples, providing good chronological information. 9青海湖盆地史前狩猎采集人群的石料利用策略研究显示文摘史前人类向青藏高原扩散的过程和适应高海拔缺氧环境的机制是多学科关注的热点科学问题.青海湖盆地是青藏高原旧石器-中石器时代遗址分布最为丰富的区域,对这些遗址出土的石制品原料的分析有助于深入理解青藏高原史前狩猎采集人群的石料开发策略、人群迁徙和交流联系.青海湖盆地151遗址出土的928件石制品的石料研究分析显示,处于末次冰消期的下文化层的石制品以近源的石英和石英岩为主要原料,而处于全新世早中期的上文化层在同类型近源石料仍占主体地位的情况下,开始出现较高比例和多样化的优质硅质石料,并且主要用于生产细石器.野外调查和查阅地质资料均未发现青海湖盆地内有151遗址中出现的同类型优质硅质石料产出,推测其来自远距离搬运.青海湖盆地内其他8个末次冰消期至全新世中期遗址的3269件石制品石料分析结果显示,与151遗址同类型的远源优质硅质石料在全新世早期开始在盆地内的遗址中出现.这一结果表明青海湖盆地末次冰消期古人类活动强度和范围有限,全新世早中期古人类受到全新世大暖期气候变好和周边地区农业人群兴起挤压活动空间的双重影响,在高原上的活动范围和强度大大增加,伴随着开始有意识地开发优质石料,较频繁地进行远距离迁移和人群交流.远源优质硅质石料的产地可能位于北祁连山区和青藏高原上的陆相火山岩区,需要未来更深入的研究揭示.该研究为深入理解青藏高原古人类的高海拔环境适应策略和移动模式提供了重要材料,为理解史前人类向高原扩散的机制提供了重要信息.申旭科 王建 姚娟婷 夏欢 王倩倩 任晓燕 Olaf Joris 张东菊 2020第四纪研究2020,40,2:5

13Challenges in and lessons learned during the implementation of the 1-3-7 malaria surveillance and response strategy in China: a qualitative study显示文摘Background:China has made great progress in malaria control over the last century and now aims to eliminate malaria by 2020.In 2012,the country launched its 1-3-7 surveillance and response strategy for malaria elimination.The strategy involves to case reporting within 1 day,case investigation within 3 days,and focus investigation and public health actions within 7 days.The aim of this study was to evaluate the challenges in and lessons learned during the implementation of the 1-3-7 strategy in China so far.Methods:This qualitative study was conducted in two provinces in China:Gansu province(northwestern China)and Jiangsu province(southeastern China)in 2014.Key informant interviews(n=6)and in-depth interviews(n=36)about the implementation aspects of the 1-3-7 strategy were conducted with malaria experts,health staff,laboratory practitioners,and village doctors at the provincial,city,county,township,and village levels.Results:Broad themes related to the challenges in and lessons learned during the implementation of the 1-3-7 strategy were identified according to:case reporting within 1 day,case investigation within 3 days,focus investigation within 7 days,and the overall strategy.The major challenges outlined were related to respecting the timeline of surveillance procedures,the absence of or difficulties in following guidelines on conducting focus investigations,diagnostics,and the increasing number of returning migrant workers from malaria-endemic countries.Important lessons learned revolve around the importance of continuous capacity building,supervision and motivation,quality control,information technology support,applied research,governmental commitment,and intersectoral collaboration.Conclusions:Surveillance is a key intervention in malaria elimination programs.The Chinese 1-3-7 strategy has already proven to be successful but still needs to be improved.In particular,dealing appropriately with imported malaria cases through the screening of migrant workers from malaria-endemic countries is essential for achieving and sustaining malaria elimination in China.China has perfect preconditions for successful malaria elimination provided political commitment and financial investment are guaranteed.The 1-3-7 strategy may also be considered as a model for other countries.Guangyu Lu Yaobao Liu Claudia Beiersmann Yu Feng Jun Cao Olaf Müller 2016Infectious Diseases of Poverty2016,5,1:3

16Modelling of shallow landslides with machine learning algorithms显示文摘This paper introduces three machine learning(ML)algorithms,the‘ensemble'Random Forest(RF),the‘ensemble'Gradient Boosted Regression Tree(GBRT)and the Multi Layer Perceptron neural network(MLP)and applies them to the spatial modelling of shallow landslides near Kvam in Norway.In the development of the ML models,a total of 11 significant landslide controlling factors were selected.The controlling factors relate to the geomorphology,geology,geo-environment and anthropogenic effects:slope angle,aspect,plan curvature,profile curvature,flow accumulation,flow direction,distance to rivers,water content,saturation,rainfall and distance to roads.It is observed that slope angle was the most significant controlling factor in the ML analyses.The performance of the three ML models was evaluated quantitatively based on the Receiver Operating Characteristic(ROC)analysis.The results show that the‘ensemble'GBRT machine learning model yielded the most promising results for the spatial prediction of shallow landslides,with a 95%probability of landslide detection and 87%prediction efficiency.Zhongqiang Liu Graham Gilbert Jose Mauricio Cepeda Asgeir Olaf Kydland Lysdahl Luca Piciullo Heidi Hefre Suzanne Lacasse 2021Geoscience Frontiers2021,12,1:3
