| 1 | SAPO-31分子筛的合成及其催化正癸烷加氢异构化反应性能显示文摘分别以异丙醇铝、硅气溶胶、磷酸为铝源、硅源和磷源,二正丁胺为模板剂,采用水热法合成了具有不同Si含量的纯相SAPO-31分子筛,并采用XRD、BET、SEM、NH3-TPD等手段对其结构和酸性进行了表征。再采用浸渍法制备了0.5%Pd/SAPO-31双功能催化剂,并在连续微型固定床反应装置上考察了其对正癸烷加氢异构化反应的催化性能,考察了SAPO-31分子筛的Si含量对其晶貌、孔结构特性、酸性和催化性能的影响规律。结果表明,随着SAPO-31分子筛酸性位的增加,Pd/SAPO-31催化剂上正癸烷的转化率提高,异构体中单甲基壬烷的选择性下降,在0.5%Pd/SAPO-31(n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3)=0.5)催化剂上正癸烷异构化产率达到最大值。 | 吴伟 杨巍 肖林飞 杨杰 刘丹 李鹏 基赫佳宁O.V. 托克塔列夫A.V. 伊切夫斯基G.V. | 2009 | 石油学报(石油加工)2009,25,A02: | 5 |

The results revealed the relationship between variations in the mean particle size of activated powders and the milling time. The crystallite size, microstrain, lattice parameters and unit cell volumes were determined for different milling times in powder samples of quartz, hematite, dolomite, and magnetite from the beneficiation tailings. The main trends in the variation of the crystallite size of quartz, hematite, dolomite, and magnetite as a function mean particle size of powder samples were revealed.
