| 1 | 锡林郭勒盟生态脆弱性显示文摘以锡林郭勒盟为研究区,分析植被覆盖变化,辨析出影响暴露敏感性的主要因素,结合社会经济统计资料,构筑起以暴露敏感性和适应性能力为基础的生态脆弱性评价体系,分别借助空间主成分分析方法和主成分分析方法构建了暴露敏感性指数和适应性能力指数,获得生态脆弱性及其空间格局。结果显示:锡林郭勒盟暴露敏感性指数以西北部为中心,向四周辐射状递增,各旗县市的适应性能力指数从东北向西南递减,二者呈负相关关系。锡林郭勒盟生态脆弱性自东北向西南递增,东北部地区由于草地资源状况较好,经济发展水平相对较高,暴露敏感性较低而适应性能力较高;西南部地区因环境相对恶劣,经济发展落后,暴露敏感性较高而适应性能力较低。通过叠加分析,将研究区划分为8个生态脆弱性区域。 | 徐广才 康慕谊 Marc Metzger 李亚飞 | 2012 | 生态学报2012，32，5： | 29 |
| 2 | Differential changes in intrinsic innervation and interstitial cells of Cajal in small bowel atresia in newborns显示文摘AIM: To investigate morphological changes of the enteric nervous system (ENS) and the interstitial cells of Cajal (ICCs) in small bowel atresia.METHODS: Resected small bowel specimens from affected patients (n = 7) were divided into three parts (proximal, atretic, distal). Standard histology and enzyme immunohistochemistry anti-S100, anti-protein gene product (PGP) 9.5, anti-neurofilament (NF), antic-kit-receptor (CD117) was carried out on conventional paraffin sections of the proximal and distal part. RESULTS: The neuronal and glial markers (PGP 9.5, NF, S-100) were expressed in hypertrophied ganglia and nerve fibres within the myenteric and submucosal plexuses. Furthermore, the submucous plexus contained typical giant ganglia. The innervation pattern of the proximal bowel resembled intestinal neuronal dysplasia. The density of myenteric ICCs was clearly reduced in the proximal bowel, whereas a moderate number of muscular ICCs were found. The anti-CD117 immunore- action revealed additional numerous mast cells. | 4 | Does capsule endoscopy have an added value in patients with perianal disease and a negative work up for Crohn's disease?显示文摘AIM:To investigate the role of capsule endoscopy in patients with persistent perianal disease and negative conventional work up for Crohn's disease(CD).METHODS:Patients with perianal disease(abscesses,fistulas,recurrent fissures) were evaluated for underlying CD.Patients who had a negative work up,defined as a negative colonoscopy with a normal ileoscopy or a normal small bowel series or a normal CT/MR enterography,underwent a Pillcam study of the small bowel after signing informed consent.Patients using nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or who had a history of inflammatory bowel disease or rheumatic disease were excluded.RESULTS:We recruited 26 patients aged 21-61 years(average 35.6 years),17 males and 9 females.One case could not be evaluated since the capsule did not leave the stomach.In 6 of 25(24%) patients with a negative standard work up for Crohn's disease,capsuleendoscopy(CE) findings were consistent with Crohn's disease of the small bowel.Family history of CD,white blood cell,hemoglobin,erythrocyte sedimentation rate or C-reactive protein did not predict a diagnosis of CD.Capsule endoscopy findings led to a change in treatment.CONCLUSION:In patients with perianal disease and a negative conventional work up to exclude CD,CE leads to incremental diagnostic yield of 24%. | Samuel N Adler Metzger Yoav Scapa Eitan Chowers Yehuda Rami Eliakim | 2012 | World Journal of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy2012，4，5： | 4 |

| 6 | Association of the GNAS1 T393C polymorphism with tumor stage and survival in gastric cancer显示文摘AIM:To analyze the impact of the GNAS1 T393C polymorphism on prognosis and histopathology of gastric cancer.METHODS:Genomic DNA was extracted from paraffinembedded tissues of 122 patients with primary gastric carcinoma and from the blood of 820 healthy white individuals.Allelic discrimination was performed by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction.Genotyping was correlated with histopathologic parameters and with overall survival according to the Kaplan-Meier approach and with multivariate analysis by multiple stepwise regression.RESULTS:Thirty-nine(32%) patients displayed a CC genotype,57(46.7%) a CT genotype and 26(21.3%) a TT genotype.The frequency of the C allele(fC) in the patient group was 0.55,which was not signif icantly different from that of healthy blood donors.The distribution was compatible with the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium.Analysis of clinicopathological parameters did not show any signif icant correlation of the T393C genotype with gender(P=0.50),differentiation(P=0.29),pT-category(P=0.19),pN-category(P=0.30),pM-category(P=0.25),R-category(P=0.95),the classifications according to WHO(P=0.34),Laurén(P=0.16),Goseki(P=1.00) and Ming(P=0.74).Dichotomization between C+(CC+CT) and C-genotypes(TT),however,revealed signif icantly more advanced tumor stages(P=0.023) and lower survival rates(P=0.043) for C allele carriers.CONCLUSION:The present study provides strong evidence to suggest that the GNAS1 T393C allele carrier status influences tumor progression and survival in gastric cancer with higher tumor stages and a worse outcome for C allele carriers. | Hakan Alakus Stefan P Mnig Ute Warnecke-Eberz Gül Alakus Günther Winde Uta Drebber Klaus J Schmitz Kurt W Schmid Kathrin Riemann Winfried Siffert Elfriede Bollschweiler Arnulf H Hlscher Ralf Metzger | 2009 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2009，15，48： | 3 |

| 15 | Machine Learning to Detect Alzheimer’s Disease from Circulating Non-coding RNAs显示文摘Blood-borne small non-coding(snc RNAs)are among the prominent candidates for blood-based diagnostic tests.Often,high-throughput approaches are applied to discover biomarker signatures.These have to be validated in larger cohorts and evaluated by adequate statistical learning approaches.Previously,we published high-throughput sequencing based microRNA(miRNA)signatures in Alzheimer’s disease(AD)patients in the United States(US)and Germany.Here,we determined abundance levels of 21 known circulating miRNAs in 465 individuals encompassing AD patients and controls by RT-qPCR.We computed models to assess the relation between miRNA expression and phenotypes,gender,age,or disease severity(Mini-Mental State Examination;MMSE).Of the 21 miRNAs,expression levels of 20 miRNAs were consistently de-regulated in the US and German cohorts.18 miRNAs were significantly correlated with neurodegeneration(Benjamini-Hochberg adjusted P<0.05)with highest significance for miR-532-5 p(BenjaminiHochberg adjusted P=4.8×10^-30).Machine learning models reached an area under the curve(AUC)value of 87.6%in differentiating AD patients from controls.Further,ten miRNAs were significantly correlated with MMSE,in particular miR-26a/26b-5p(adjusted P=0.0002).Interestingly,the miRNAs with lower abundance in AD were enriched in monocytes and T-helper cells,while those up-regulated in AD were enriched in serum,exosomes,cytotoxic t-cells,and B-cells.Our study represents the next important step in translational research for a miRNA-based AD test. | Nicole Ludwig Tobias Fehlmann Fabian Kern Manfred Gogol Walter Maetzler Stephanie Deutscher Simone Gurlit Claudia Schulte Anna-Katharina von Thaler Christian Deuschle Florian Metzger Daniela Berg Ulrike Suenkel Verena Keller Christina Backes Hans-Peter Lenhof Eckart Meese Andreas Keller | 2019 | Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2019，17，4： | 2 |
