1Growth and Repair Potential of Three Species of Bacteria in Reclaimed Wastewater after UV Disinfection显示文摘Objective The growth and repair potential of three typical microorganisms in reclaimed water after UV disinfection was investigated to assess the effects of photo-reactivation and dark repair of microorganisms,and the microbial safety of reclaimed water following this procedure.Methods The growth and repair potential of Escherichia coli,a fecal coliform strain and Bacillus subtilis in the effluent of a biological wastewater treatment plant disinfected by a low-pressure UV lamp were investigated.Results Any increase in bacterial numbers in the effluent after UV disinfection was due to damage repair.Exposure to photo-reactivating light for 8-10 h after UV irradiation with a dose of 5 mJ/cm 2,the highest percentage of photo-reactivation observed for E.coli and the fecal coliform strain was 29% and 15% respectively.B.subtilis showed little photo-reactivation under these conditions.The percentage of photo-reactivation was related to the UV dose and the photo-reactivating time,and a function was developed to forecast the final concentrations of E.coli and the fecal coliform strain after UV disinfection with possible photo-reactivation.Conclusion Different species of bacteria displayed different responses to UV light and different repair potentials.The repair of indigenous bacteria in wastewater needs to be investigated in future work.GUO MeiTing HUANG JingJing HU HongYing LIU WenJun 2011Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2011,24,4:8
2Photocatalytic degradation of organic pollutants by MOFs based materials:A review显示文摘Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)are currently popular porous materials with research and application value in various fields.Aiming at the application of MOFs in photocatalysis,this paper mainly reviews the main synthesis methods of MOFs and the latest research progress of MOFs-based photocatalysts to degrade organic pollutants in water,such as organic dyes,pharmaceuticals and personal care products,and other organic pollutants.The main characteristics of different synthesis methods of MOFs,the main design strategies of MOFs-based photocatalysts,and the excellent performance of photocatalytic degradation of organic pollutants are summarized.At the end of this paper,the practical application of MOFs,the current limitations of MOFs,the synthesis methods of MOFs,and the future development trend of MOFs photocatalysts are explained.Tianliang Xia Yingchao Lin Weizun Li Meiting Ju 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,10:8

4Advanced photocatalysts based on metal nanoparticle/metalorganic framework composites显示文摘Photocatalysis,via conversion of light into valuable chemicals,is an economic and effective way to utilize inexhaustible solar energy for the sustainable development of our human society.Aiming at killing two birds with one stone,metal nanoparticle(MNP)/metal-organic framework(MOF)composites via integration of the individual advantages of MNP and MOF have been becoming a versatile photocatalyst.Moreover,owing to the synergist effect between each component,MNP/MOF composite photocatalysts usually show greatly promoted catalytic activity,selectivity and long-term recyclability.In this review,first of all,the widely adopted synthesis strategies of MNP/MOF composite are introduced comprehensively,and then their recent advances in photocatalysis including photocatalytic hydrogen production,carbon dioxide reduction,organic transformation reactions and photodegradation of pollutants are summarized and highlighted.Finally,challenges and perspectives among MNP/MOF based photocatalysis are also proposed and discussed for advancing further development in this hot research field.Jun Guo Yue Wan Yanfei Zhu Meiting Zhao Zhiyong Tang 2021Nano Research2021,14,7:6
5PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling orchestrates the phenotypic transition and chemo-resistance of small cell lung cancer显示文摘Small cell lung cancer(SCLC)is a phenotypically heterogeneous disease with an extremely poor prognosis,which is mainly attributed to the rapid development of resistance to chemotherapy.However,the relation between the growth phenotypes and chemo-resistance of SCLC remains largely unclear.Through comprehensive bioinformatic analyses,we found that the heterogeneity of SCLC phenotype was significantly associated with different sensitivity to chemotherapy.Adherent or semiadherent SCLC cells were enriched with activation of the PI3K/Akt/mTOR pathway and were highly chemoresistant.Mechanistically,activation of the PI3K/Akt/mTOR pathway promotes the phenotypic transition from suspension to adhesion growth pattern and confers SCLC cells with chemo-resistance.Such chemo-resistance could be largely overcome by combining chemotherapy with PI3K/Akt/mTOR pathway inhibitors.Our findings support that the PI3K/Akt/mTOR pathway plays an important role in SCLC phenotype transition and chemo-resistance,which holds important clinical implications for improving SCLC treatment.Xuefeng Li Cheng Li Chenchen Guo Qiqi Zhao Jiayu Cao Hsin-Yi Huang Meiting Yue Yun Xue Yujuan Jin Liang Hu Hongbin Ji 2021Journal of Genetics and Genomics2021,48,7:5
6Synthesis of MoX2 (X =Se or S) monolayers with high-concentration 1T'phase on 4H/fcc-Au nanorods for hydrogen evolution显示文摘Controlled synthesis of transition metal dichalcogenide (TMD) monolayers with unusual crystal phases has attracted increasing attention due to their promising applications in electrocatalysis.However,the facile and large-scale preparation of TMD monolayers with high-concentration unusual crystal phase still remains a challenge.Herein,we report the synthesis of MoX2 (X =Se or S) monolayers with high-concentration semimetallic 1T'phase by using the 4H/face-centered cubic (fcc)-Au nanorod as template to form the 4H/fcc-Au@MoX2 nanocomposite.The concentrations of 1T'phase in the prepared MoSe2 and MoS2 monolayers are up to 86% and 81%,respectively.As a proof-of-concept application,the obtained Au@MoS2 nanocomposite is used for the electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) in acid medium,exhibiting excellent performance with a low overpotential of 178 mV at the current density of 10 mNcm^2,a small Tafel slope of 43.3 mV/dec,and excellent HER stability.This work paves a way for direct synthesis of TMD monolayers with high-concentration of unusual crystal phase for the electrocatalytic application.Zhengqing Liu Xiao Zhang Yue Gong Qipeng Lu Zhicheng Zhang Hongfei Cheng Qinglang Ma Junze Chen Meiting Zhao Bo Chen Ye Chen Xue-Jun Wu Pengfei Yin Lin Gu Yaping Du Hua Zhang 2019Nano Research2019,12,6:3

8A Study on the Relationship Between Land Finance and Housing Price in Urbanization Process: An Empirical Analysis of 182 Cities in China Based on Threshold Panel Models显示文摘Scholars have a variety of theoretical explanations for housing price growth. However, few scholars have studied the internal influence mechanism among urbanization, land finance, and housing price. Based on the data of 182 prefecture-level cities from 2009 to 2016, this paper studies the influence of land finance on housing price under different urbanization rate levels. 9Effects of climate change and land use/cover change on the volume of the Qinghai Lake in China显示文摘Qinghai Lake is the largest saline lake in China.The change in the lake volume is an indicator of the variation in water resources and their response to climate change on the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau(QTP)in China.The present study quantitatively evaluated the effects of climate change and land use/cover change(LUCC)on the lake volume of the Qinghai Lake in China from 1958 to 2018,which is crucial for water resources management in the Qinghai Lake Basin.To explore the effects of climate change and LUCC on the Qinghai Lake volume,we analyzed the lake level observation data and multi-period land use/land cover(LULC)data by using an improved lake volume estimation method and Integrated Valuation of Ecosystem Services and Trade-offs(InVEST)model.Our results showed that the lake level decreased at the rate of 0.08 m/a from 1958 to 2004 and increased at the rate of 0.16 m/a from 2004 to 2018.The lake volume decreased by 105.40×10^(8) m^(3) from 1958 to 2004,with the rate of 2.24×10^(8) m^(3)/a,whereas it increased by 74.02×10^(8) m^(3) from 2004 to 2018,with the rate of 4.66×10^(8) m^(3)/a.Further,the climate of the Qinghai Lake Basin changed from warm-dry to warm-humid.From 1958 to 2018,the increase in precipitation and the decrease in evaporation controlled the change of the lake volume,which were the main climatic factors affecting the lake volume change.From 1977 to 2018,the measured water yield showed an'increase-decrease-increase'fluctuation in the Qinghai Lake Basin.The effects of climate change and LUCC on the measured water yield were obviously different.From 1977 to 2018,the contribution rate of LUCC was -0.76% and that of climate change was 100.76%;the corresponding rates were 8.57% and 91.43% from 1977 to 2004,respectively,and -4.25% and 104.25% from 2004 to 2018,respectively.Quantitative analysis of the effects and contribution rates of climate change and LUCC on the Qinghai Lake volume revealed the scientific significance of climate change and LUCC,as well as their individual and combined effects in the Qinghai Lake Basin and on the QTP.This study can contribute to the water resources management and regional sustainable development of the Qinghai Lake Basin.WANG Hongwei QI Yuan LIAN Xihong ZHANG Jinlong YANG Rui ZHANG Meiting 2022Journal of Arid Land2022,14,3:2
10Temperature and symmetry energy of neutron-rich fragments in the 1A GeV^(124,136)Xe+Pb reactions显示文摘In this work we study the symmetry-energy coefficient of neutron-rich nuclei,and the temperature dependence of nuclear symmetry energy at low temperatures.An isobaric method is used to extract the symmetry-energy coefficients of neutron-rich nucleus(asym) at zero temperature(T) and asym/T at nonzero temperature in the measured 1A GeV124,136Xe+Pb reactions.T of fragment is obtained from the ratio of its asym to asym/T.The results show that,for fragment with the same neutron-excess(I=N Z),the heavier the fragment is,the higher T it has,and T tends to saturate around 1 MeV for the large mass fragments.It is also shown that the more neutron-rich the isobar is,the higher temperature it has.The T2dependence of symmetry energy of finite nucleus at low temperatures is verified by the extracted results.MA Chunwang QIAO Chunyuan WANG Shanshan LU Fangmei CHEN Li GUO Meiting 2013Nuclear Science and Techniques2013,24,5:2
