1Photocatalytic degradation of organic pollutants by MOFs based materials:A review显示文摘Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)are currently popular porous materials with research and application value in various fields.Aiming at the application of MOFs in photocatalysis,this paper mainly reviews the main synthesis methods of MOFs and the latest research progress of MOFs-based photocatalysts to degrade organic pollutants in water,such as organic dyes,pharmaceuticals and personal care products,and other organic pollutants.The main characteristics of different synthesis methods of MOFs,the main design strategies of MOFs-based photocatalysts,and the excellent performance of photocatalytic degradation of organic pollutants are summarized.At the end of this paper,the practical application of MOFs,the current limitations of MOFs,the synthesis methods of MOFs,and the future development trend of MOFs photocatalysts are explained.Tianliang Xia Yingchao Lin Weizun Li Meiting Ju 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,10:8

5Low complexity asymptotically unitary algorithm for hybrid beamforming in mmWave communication systems显示文摘In millimeter wave(mmWave) massive multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO) systems, because of the high hardware cost and high power consumption, the traditional fully digital beamforming(DBF) cannot be implemented easily. Meanwhile, analog beamforming which is implemented with phase shifters has high availability but suffers poor performance. Considering the advantages of above two, a potential solution is to design an appropriate hybrid analog and digital beamforming structure, where the available iterative optimization algorithm can get performance close to fully digital processing, but solving this sparse optimization problem faces with a high computational complexity. The key challenge of seeking out hybrid beamforming(HBF) matrices lies in leveraging the trade-off between the spectral efficiency performance and the computational complexity. In this paper, we propose an asymptotically unitary hybrid precoding(AUHP) algorithm based on antenna array response(AAR) properties to solve the HBF optimization problem. Firstly, we get the optimal orthogonal analog and digital beamforming matrices relying on the channel's path gain in absolute value by taking into account that the AAR matrices are asymptotically unitary. Then, an improved simultaneously orthogonal matching pursuit(SOMP) algorithm based on recursion is adopted to refine the hybrid combining. 7Evaluation of pharmaceutical activities of G-protein coupled receptor targeted pharmaceuticals in Chinese wastewater effluent显示文摘The occurre nce of biologically active pharmaceuticals in aquatic enviro nments raised the potential risks to aquatic species.Among these marketed biological active pharmaceuticals,it has been estimated that40%of them target G-protein-coupled receptors(GPCRs).We have illustrated pharmaceutical activities of GPCR targeted pharmaceuticals in English and Japanese wastewater by the in vitro transforming growth factor-α(TGFα)shedding assay.However,as the most important producer and consumer of pharmaceuticals,the occurrence of GPCR targeted pharmaceuticals in China had remained unclear.In this study,we investigated the pharmaceutical activities of GPCR targeted pharmaceuticals in secondary effluents of Chinese wastewater treatment plants.We discovered antagonistic activities against angiotensin(AT1)receptor at up to 7.2×102 ng-valsartan-equivalent quantity/L in Chinese wastewater for the first time as well as agonistic activities against dopamine(D2)receptor.Furthermore,in parallel with the assay,we determined concentrations of GPCR targeted pharmaceuticals in target wastewater by liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS).Through the comparison of predicted antagonistic activities calculated by concentrations and potency values from the assay,we found that the measured antagonistic activities against AT1 receptor from the assay were higher than the predicted AT1 activities from valsartan,irbesartan,and losartan,indicating the potential existence of other unknown AT1 antagonists in wastewater.Han Zhang Yingchao Lin Zhengyu Men Masaru Ihara Weizun Li Kai He 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,10:1
8Occludin and connexin 43 expression contribute to the pathogenesis of traumatic brain edema显示文摘The experimental model of traumatic brain injury was established in Sprague-Dawley rats according to Feeney’s free falling method.The brains were harvested at 2,6 and 24 hours,and at 3 and 5days after injury.Changes in brain water content were determined using the wet and dry weights.Our results showed that water content of tissue significantly increased after traumatic brain injury,and reached minimum at 24 hours.Hematoxylin-eosin staining revealed pathological impairment of brain tissue at each time point after injury,particularly at 3 days,with nerve cell edema,degeneration,and necrosis observed,and the apoptotic rate significantly increased.Immunohistochemistry and western blot analysis revealed that the expression of occludin at the injured site gradually decreased as injury time advanced and reached a minimum at 3 days after injury;the expression of connexin 43 gradually increased as injury time advanced and reached a peak at 24 hours after injury.The experimental findings indicate that changes in occludin and connexin 43 expression were consistent with the development of brain edema,and may reflect the pathogenesis of brain injury.Wanyin Ren Guojie Jing Qin Shen Xiaoteng Yao Yingchao Jing Feng Lin Weidong Pan 2013Neural Regeneration Research2013,8,29:1

10Magnetorheological elastomer and smartphone enable microfluidic biosensing of foodborne pathogen显示文摘Rapid detection of foodborne pathogens is crucial to prevent the outbreaks of foodborne diseases.In this work,we proposed a novel microfluidic biosensor based on magnetorheological elastomer(MRE)and smartphone.First,micropump and microvalves were constructed by deforming the MRE under magnetic actuation and integrated into the microfluidic biosensor for fluidic control.Then,the micropump was used to deliver immune porous gold@platinum nanocatalysts(Au@PtNCs),bacterial sample,and immunomagnetic nanoparticles(MNPs)into a micromixer,where they were mixed,incubated and magnetically separated to obtain the Au@PtNC-bacteria-MNP complexes.After 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine and hydrogen peroxide were injected and catalyzed by the Au@PtNCs,smartphone was used to measure the color of the catalysate for quantitative analysis of target bacteria.Under optimal conditions,this biosensor could detect Salmonella typhimurium quantitatively and automatically in 1 h with a linear detection range of 8.0×10^(1) CFU/mL to 8.0×10^(4) CFU/mL and a detection limit of 62 CFU/mL.The microfluidic biosensor was compact in size,simple to use,and efficient for detection,and might be used for in-field screening of foodborne pathogens to prevent food poisoning.Gaozhe Cai Yuhe Wang Yingchao Zhang Lingyan Zheng Jianhan Lin 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,8:0
11Gram-Schmidt based hybrid beamforming for mm Wave MIMO systems显示文摘Due to the high cost and power consumption of the radio frequency(RF) chains, it is difficult to implement the full digital beamforming in millimeter-wave(mm Wave) multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO) systems. Fortunately, the hybrid beamforming(HBF) is proposed to overcome these limitations by splitting the beamforming process between the analog and digital domains. In recent works, most HBF schemes improve the spectral efficiency based on greedy algorithms. However, the iterative process in greedy algorithms leads to high computational complexity. In this paper, a new method is proposed to achieve a reasonable compromise between complexity and performance. The novel algorithm utilizes the low-complexity Gram-Schmidt method to orthogonalize the candidate vectors. With the orthogonal candidate matrix, the slow greedy algorithm is avoided. Thus, the RF vectors are found simultaneously without any iteration. Additionally, the phase extraction is applied to satisfy the element-wise constant-magnitude constraint on the RF matrix. 12Developmental and Liver Metabolite Changes Induced by TPhP Exposure in Brown Frog(Rana zhenhaiensis)Tadpoles显示文摘As an organophosphorus compound that frequently detected in water samples,triphenyl phosphate(TPhP)has been showed to have multiple toxicological effects on aquatic species.However,no attention has been paid to its potential impact on non-model amphibian species.Here,tadpoles of the Zhenhai brown frog(Rana zhenhaiensis)were exposed to different concentrations of TPh P(0,0.02 and 0.1 mg/L)throughout the developmental period to assess physiological and meta bolic impacts of TPh P exposure on amphibian larvae.After 30-day TPh P exposure,the developmental stage of tadpoles from the high-concentration treatment appeared to be more advanced than that from the other two treatments,but other measured traits(including body size,tail length and liver weight)did not differ among treatments.Metabolite profiles in tadpole livers based on liquid chromatographymass spectrometry(LC-MS)revealed a distinct metabolic disorder in exposed animals.Specifically,significant changes in various hepatic amino acids(such as glutamine,glutamate,valine and leucine)were observed.Overall,our results indicated that chronic TPhP exposure potentially caused developmental and hepatic physiological changes in R.zhenhaiensis tadpoles,although its impact on tadpole growth appeared to be minor.Hongliang LU Yingchao HU Changqing XU Wei DANG Zhihua LIN 2021Asian Herpetological Research2021,12,1:0
13RFID indoor positioning based on semi-supervised actor-critic co-training显示文摘For large-scale radio frequency identification(RFID) indoor positioning system, the positioning scale is relatively large, with less labeled data and more unlabeled data, and it is easily affected by multipath and white noise. An RFID positioning algorithm based on semi-supervised actor-critic co-training(SACC) was proposed to solve this problem. In this research, the positioning is regarded as Markov decision-making process. Firstly, the actor-critic was combined with random actions and the unlabeled best received signal arrival intensity(RSSI) data was selected by co-training of the semi-supervised. Secondly, the actor and the critic were updated by employing Kronecker-factored approximation calculate(K-FAC) natural gradient. Finally, the target position was obtained by co-locating with labeled RSSI data and the selected unlabeled RSSI data. The proposed method reduced the cost of indoor positioning significantly by decreasing the number of labeled data. Meanwhile, with the increase of the positioning targets, the actor could quickly select unlabeled RSSI data and updates the location model. Experiment shows that, compared with other RFID indoor positioning algorithms, such as twin delayed deep deterministic policy gradient(TD3), deep deterministic policy gradient(DDPG), and actor-critic using Kronecker-factored trust region(ACKTR), the proposed method decreased the average positioning error respectively by 50.226%, 41.916%, and 25.004%. 14Spectral Efficiency Analysis for Downlink Massive MIMO Systems with MRT Precoding显示文摘As an important part of the channel fading, large scale fading should be considered in downlink massive multiple-input multipleoutput(MIMO) systems. This paper investigates the downlink massive MIMO system over a large scale fading channel, when the base station takes advantage of maximum-radio transmission(MRT) precoding. The cases when the base station has perfect and imperfect channel state information(CSI) are considered respectively. Specially, through the analysis of single user's ergodic achievable rate, some novel and approximate expressions for the spectral efficiency(SE) are derived. Based on the approximate SE, the effect of the channel estimation error is analyzed intuitively. In addition, the average SE of all the users with different large-scale fading parameters is carefully investigated.
