2Effects of Dietary β-Glucan and Glycyrrhizin on Non-Specific Immunity and Disease Resistance of the Sea Cucumber (Apostichopus japonicus Selenka) Challenged with Vibrio splendidus显示文摘Sea cucumbers, Apostichopus japonicus Selenka, were fed diets containing non-immunostimulant (basal diet), 0.2% β-glucan and 0.02% glycyrrhizin in a recirculatory water system for 45 days, and subsequently challenged with Vibrio splendidus by injection at 1.0×108 cfu/sea cucumber for 15 days.Phagocytic capacity (PC), intracellular superoxide anion production (ISAP), ly-sozyme (LSZ) activity and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in the coelomic fluid were analyzed on the 0th, 5th, 10th and 15th days after injection.Results showed that after the 45-day feeding period, PC, ISAP, LSZ activity and SOD activity in sea cucumbers fed with dietary β-glucan or glycyrrhizin were significantly higher than in those fed with the basal diet.On the 5th day after infection, all the immune parameters examined in the sea cucumbers injected with V.splendidus decreased in value significantly.On the 15th day, PC, ISAP and LSZ activity returned to levels similar to those on the 0th day.For the sea cucumbers injected with saline, there were no significant differences in all the immune parameters examined and in the cumulative morbidity during the 15-day challenging trial.After injecting with V.splendidus, the cumulative morbidity of sea cucumbers fed with the basal diet was significantly higher than those fed with dietary β-glucan or glycyrrhizin when challenged with V.splendidus challenged sea cucumber fed with the basal diet was significantly higher than those fed with dietary β-glucan or glycyrrhizin.There was no significant difference in cumulative morbidity between the dietary β-glucan and glycyrrhizin treatments over time.CHANG Jie ZHANG Wenbing MAI Kangsen MA Hongming XU Wei 2010Journal of Ocean University of China2010,9,4:12
3Recent Progress in Automotive Gasoline Direct Injection Engine Technology显示文摘Gasoline direct injection(GDI)engines are currently the dominant powertrains for passenger cars.With the implementation of increasingly stringent fuel consumption and emission regulationsworldwide,GDI engines are facing challenges owing to high particulate matter emissions and a tendency to knock,leading to a change in the research and design(R&D)issues compared with those in the twentieth century.This paper reviews the progress in research regarding GDI engine technologies over the past 20 years,focusing on combustion system configurations,and also highlights common issues in GDI R&D,including pre-ignition and deto-knock,soot formation and PM emissions,injector deposits and gasoline compression ignition(GCI).First,an overview of recent developments in the field as driven by regulations is provided,following which progress in injection and combustion systems is examined.Third,the review addresses the occurrence and mechanism of deto-knock and considers means of suppressing this phenomenon.The fourth section discusses soot formation mechanisms and particulate matter emission characteristics of GDI engines and describes the application of gasoline particulate filter(GPF)after-treatment.The subsequent section summarizes studies regarding injector deposit formation,as well as pioneering research into GCI combustion modes.Finally,a summary and future prospects for GDI engine technologies are provided.Shijin Shuai Xiao Ma Yanfei Li Yunliang Qi Hongming Xu 2018Automotive Innovation2018,1,2:8
4Mutation analyses of integrated HBV genome in hepatitis B patients显示文摘Little has been learnt in the last 30 years about detection of HBV genome as well as its mutation analysis between hepatitis B fathers (HBF) and their children. In this study, we used nest polymerase chain reaction (PCR), fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH), and DNA sequencing analysis, to examine the integrated HBV genome in paraffin-embedded testis tissues, which were taken as samples from HBF, and in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) from 74 cases of HBFs and their children who were born after their fathers’ HBV infection (caHBF). We found that HBV DNA existed in testis tissues, mainly in the basilar parts of the seminiferous tubules, and also in PBMC of HBF. It was also documented that there were point mutations of poly-loci, insertions and deletions of nucleotides in integrated HBV genomes, and the types of gene mutations in the HBFs were similar to those in caHBF. 6Can semipermeable membranes coating materials influence in vivo performance for paliperidone tri-layer ascending release osmotic pump tablet:In vitro evaluation and in vivo pharmacokinetics study显示文摘One purpose of this study was to develop a paliperidone(PAL)tri-layer ascending release pushepull osmotic pump(TA-PPOP)tablet which could meet the needs of clinical applications.And another purpose was to investigate whether different coating materials influenced in vivo performance of TA-PPOP.The ascending release mechanism of this trilayer delivery system on theory was elaborated.TA-PPOP was prepared by means of coating with cellulose acetate(CA)or ethyl cellulose(EC).Several important influence factors such as different core tablet compositions and different coating solution ingredients involved in the formulation procedure were investigated.The optimization of formulation and process was conducted by comparing different in vitro release behaviors of PAL.In vitro dissolution studies indicated that both the two formulations of different coating materials were able to deliver PAL at an ascending release rate during the whole 24 h test.The in vivo pharmacokinetics study showed that both self-made PPOP tablets with different coating had a good in vitro-in vivo correlation(IVIVC)and were bioequivalent with the brand product,which demonstrated no significant influence of the coating materials on the in vivo release acceleration of TA-PPOP.Guangjing Li Yongjun Wang Hongming Chen Donglei Leng Panqin Ma Yanjie Dong Lifang Gao Zhonggui He 2015Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2015,10,2:4
7Development and validation of a rapid and sensitive UHPLCeMS/MS method for the determination of paliperidone in beagle dog plasma显示文摘In order to evaluate the pharmacokinetic profile of paliperidone extended-release tablets in vivo,a simple and rapid ultra-high performance liquid chromatographyetandem mass spectrometry(UHPLCeMS/MS)method was developed and validated for the determination of paliperidone in beagle dog plasma.Paliperidone and diazepam(internal standard)were extracted from plasma samples with diethyl ether,and then separated on a C_(18) column(2.1×50 mm,2.6 mm)under gradient elution with methanol-0.1%formic acid at a flow rate of 0.3 ml/min.The compounds were detected using a triple-quadrupole mass spectrometer equipped with an electrospray ionization(ESI)source.The validated method was linear over the concentration range of 1.00-1000.00 ng/ml and the lower limit of quantitation was 1.00 ng/ml.The intra-day and inter-day precision values were not more than 15%(relative standard deviation<20%at low levels),while the accuracy was within±10%of nominal values.The validated UHPLC-MS/MS method was successfully applied to an oral pharmacokinetic study of paliperidone extended-release tablets in a beagle dog.Hongming Chen Longshan Zhao Guangjing Li Donglei Leng Panqin Ma Lijin Tong Tianhong Zhang 2014Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2014,9,5:3

10A low-power,area-efficient all-digital delay-locked loop for DDR3 SDRAM controller显示文摘A new low-power,area efficiency all-digital delay-locked loop(ADDLL)circuit is proposed for DDR3application.The ADDLL can process the input clock frequency ranging from 333 MHz to 800 MHz(DDR3-667/800/1066/1600)by using Phase Detector(PD),Delay Control Delay Line(DCDL),Digital Loop Filter Controller(DLFC)and Delay Generator(DG).To achieve 1.6 Gb/s/pin operation,a novel DCDL scheme is employed.The DCDL has a small delay with a shunt capacitor based digitally controlled delay element.A splitcontrol thermometer-code generator generates the control voltages used to set a current in the current-starved inverters.The testchip fabricated with a 40-nm CMOS process gives the ADDLL data rate of 667 Mbps–1.6 Gbps.Experimental results that show the power consumption is 1.87 m W at 1.1 V with active area is 0.0137mm2.CHEN HongMing MA Song WANG Liu ZHANG Hao PAN KenYi CHENG YuHua 2014Science China(Information Sciences)2014,57,12:1
