1Evidential method to identify influential nodes in complex networks显示文摘Identifying influential nodes in complex networks is still an open issue. In this paper, a new comprehensive centrality measure is proposed based on the Dempster-Shafer evidence theory.The existing measures of degree centrality, betweenness centrality and closeness centrality are taken into consideration in the proposed method. 3Selective depression action of taurine in flotation separation of specularite and chlorite显示文摘Chlorite,as the most representative gangue mineral associated with specularite,of which the separation of these two minerals is difficult.This paper investigated the depression effect of taurine on specularite/chlorite separation via flotation experiments,adsorption tests,contact angle measurements,Zeta potential detection,FT-IR measurements,and XPS analyses.The results of single mineral flotation indicated that chlorite could be depressed selectively by taurine with the recovery of less than 30%,but the floatability of specularite remains high with recovery rate of 81.77%at pH 10.The artificial mixed mineral flotation results confirmed the effectiveness of taurine as a depressant.Surface adsorption,contact angle,and Zeta potential detection revealed taurine primarily adsorbs on the chlorite surface,which hampered the DDA’s subsequent adsorption and results in the chlorite’s poor floatability.The FT-IR spectra and XPS analyses provided further proof that taurine adsorbed on chlorite surface as an electron donor,and part of the electrons transferred from the sulfonic acid group of taurine to metal ions during the adsorption process.In addition,the hydrogen bond between amino-group of taurine and O ions in chlorite surface was also formed in the adsorption process.Finally,optimized adsorption configurations of taurine on chlorite surfaces were proposed.Mingyang Li Cheng Yang Zhaoyang Wu Xiangpeng Gao Xiong Tong Xiankun Yu Hongming Long 2022International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2022,32,3:4
4Can semipermeable membranes coating materials influence in vivo performance for paliperidone tri-layer ascending release osmotic pump tablet:In vitro evaluation and in vivo pharmacokinetics study显示文摘One purpose of this study was to develop a paliperidone(PAL)tri-layer ascending release pushepull osmotic pump(TA-PPOP)tablet which could meet the needs of clinical applications.And another purpose was to investigate whether different coating materials influenced in vivo performance of TA-PPOP.The ascending release mechanism of this trilayer delivery system on theory was elaborated.TA-PPOP was prepared by means of coating with cellulose acetate(CA)or ethyl cellulose(EC).Several important influence factors such as different core tablet compositions and different coating solution ingredients involved in the formulation procedure were investigated.The optimization of formulation and process was conducted by comparing different in vitro release behaviors of PAL.In vitro dissolution studies indicated that both the two formulations of different coating materials were able to deliver PAL at an ascending release rate during the whole 24 h test.The in vivo pharmacokinetics study showed that both self-made PPOP tablets with different coating had a good in vitro-in vivo correlation(IVIVC)and were bioequivalent with the brand product,which demonstrated no significant influence of the coating materials on the in vivo release acceleration of TA-PPOP.Guangjing Li Yongjun Wang Hongming Chen Donglei Leng Panqin Ma Yanjie Dong Lifang Gao Zhonggui He 2015Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2015,10,2:4

6The Agpat4/LPA axis in colorectal cancer cells regulates antitumor responses via p38/p65 signaling in macrophages显示文摘Lipid metabolic reprogramming plays an essential role in regulating the progression of colorectal cancer(CRC).However,the effect of lysophosphatidic acid(LPA)metabolism on CRC development is incompletely characterized.Here,we compared the mRNA levels of human CRC tissues to those of paracarcinoma tissues and focused on the notably enriched LPA metabolic pathways.We identified and verified that 1-acylglycerol-3-phosphate O-acyltransferase 4(Agpat4)was aberrantly expressed in CRC tissues and predicted poor survival in CRC patients.Manipulating Agpat4 expression in CRC cells did not affect the growth or migration of CRC cells in vitro,whereas Agpat4 silencing suppressed CRC cell growth in subcutaneous and peritoneal xenograft models.Mechanistically,Agpat4 silencing-induced LPA release from CRC cells and polarized macrophages to an M1-like phenotype through LPA receptors 1 and 3.This M1 activation,characterized by elevated p38/p65 signaling and increased proinflammatory cytokines,promoted the infiltration and activation of CD4+and CD8+T cells in the tumor microenvironment.Modulation of the Agpat4/LPA/p38/p65 axis regulated macrophage polarization,T-cell activity and CRC progression.Notably,combined therapy with LPA and regular chemotherapy drugs synergistically suppressed CRC development.Taken together,our results showed that the Agpat4/LPA axis in CRC cells regulated p38/p65 signaling-dependent macrophage polarization,T-cell activation,and CRC progression.The Agpat4/LPA/p38/p65 axis might represent a potential target for therapy in the clinic.Dapeng Zhang Rongchen Shi Wei Xiang Xia Kang Bo Tang Chuan Li Linfeng Gao Xuan Zhang Lili Zhang Rongyang Dai Hongming Miao 2020Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2020,5,1:3
7Current Density Distribution in Double-Sided GTAW Process显示文摘A three dimensional current density distribution in double-sided gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW) proces is performed. The current density distribution field is evaluated by numerically solving Maxwell equations in the domain of the workpiece. In the boundary condition, the current density on. the workpiece surface is assumed as Gaussian distribution. 8Interface Behavior of Copper and Steel by Plasma-MIG Hybrid Arc Welding显示文摘Plasma-MIG hybrid arc welding is a hybrid heating source welding method which is composed of plasma arc and MIG arc. During Plasma-MIG hybrid arc welding process, the interface behavior of copper and steel dissimilar alloy is investigated. The results show that electromagnetic stirring effect decreases and the heat input increases with the increase of outer plasma current in the hybrid arc welding process. The interface diffusion and interface thickness is controlled by the tradeoff of electromagnetic stirring effect degradation and heat input increase. 9Current Density Distribution in Gas Tungsten Arc Welding Process显示文摘Heat transfer and fluid flow in a weld pool had been simulated for several decades, which underwent from theoretically analysis to numerical solutions. Because of the complexity of the welding process, many ideal assumptions were made to simplify the question. This makes the solution somewhat not complied with the practical conditions. In previous papers, the current distribution in the weld pool is assumed as axi-symmetrical, and so does the electromagnetic forces, which plays an important role in determining the fluid flow field. Actually the current distribution is different from the assumption. In this paper; a three dimensional current distribution in Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) process is performed. The current density distribution field is evaluated by numerically solving Maxwell’s equations in the domain of the workpiece. In the boundary condition, the current density on the top surface is assumed as Gaussian distribution. 10Therapeutic silencing miR-146b-5p improves cardiac remodeling in a porcine model of myocardial infarction by modulating the wound reparative phenotype显示文摘Fibrotic remodeling is an adverse consequence of immune response-driven phenotypic modulation of cardiac cells following myocardial infarction(Ml).MicroRNA-146b(miR-146b)is an active regulator of immunomodulation,but its function in the cardiac inflammatory cascade and its clinical implication in fibrotic remodeling following Ml remain largely unknown.Herein,miR-146b-5p was found to be upregulated in the infarcted myocardium of mice and the serum of myocardial ischemia patients.Gain-and loss-of-function experiments demonstrated that miR-146b-5p was a hypoxia-induced regulator that governed the pro-fibrotic phenotype transition of cardiac cells.Overexpression of miR-146b-5p activated fibroblast proliferation,migration,and fibroblast-to-myofibroblast transition,impaired endothelial cell function and stress survival,and disturbed macrophage paracrine signaling.Interestingly,the opposite effects were observed when miR-146b-5p expression was inhibited.Luciferase assays and rescue studies demonstrated that the miR-146b-5p target genes mediating the above phenotypic modulations included interleukin 1 receptor associated kinase 1(IRAKI)and carcinoembryonic antigen related cell adhesion molecule 1(CEACAM1).Local delivery of a miR-146b-5p antagomir significantly reduced fibrosis and cell death,and upregulated capillary and reparative macrophages in the infarcted myocardium to restore cardiac remodeling and function in both mouse and porcine Ml models.Local inhibition of miR-146b-5p may represent a novel therapeutic approach to treat cardiac fibrotic remodeling and dysfunction following Ml.Yiteng Liao Hao Li Hao Cao Yun Dong Lei Gao Zhongmin Liu Junbo Ge Hongming Zhu 2021Protein & Cell2021,12,3:1

20Evolution of Weyl nodes in Ni-doped thallium niobate pyrochlore Tl_(2-x)Ni_(x)Nb_(2)O_(7)显示文摘The magnetic Weyl semimetal(WSM)is important for fundamental physics and potential applications due to its spontaneous magnetism,robust band topology,and enhanced Berry curvature.It possesses many unique quantum effects,including a large intrinsic anomalous Hall effect,Fermi arcs,and chiral anomaly.In this work,using ab initio calculations,we propose that Nidoped pyrochlore Tl2Nb2O7is a magnetic WSM caused by the exchange field splitting on bands around its quadratic band crossing point.The exchange field tuned by Ni 3d on-site Coulomb interaction parameter U drives the evolution of Weyl nodes and the resulting topological phase transition.As Weyl nodes can exist at generic points in the Brillouin zone and are hard to identify exactly,their creation and annihilation,i.e.,the change in their number,chirality,and distribution,have been consistently confirmed with a combined theoretical approach,which employs parity criterion,symmetry indicator analysis,and the Wilson loop of the Wannier center.We find that Weyl nodes remain in a large range of U and are close to the Fermi level,which makes the experimental observation very possible.We think that this method and our proposal of magnetic WSM will be useful in finding more WSMs and add to the understanding of the topological phase transition.Yuefang Hu Changming Yue Danwen Yuan Jiacheng Gao Zhigao Huang Zhong Fang Chen Fang Hongming Weng Wei Zhang 2022Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2022,65,9:0
