2Density-based trajectory outlier detection algorithm显示文摘With the development of global position system(GPS),wireless technology and location aware services,it is possible to collect a large quantity of trajectory data.In the field of data mining for moving objects,the problem of anomaly detection is a hot topic.Based on the development of anomalous trajectory detection of moving objects,this paper introduces the classical trajectory outlier detection(TRAOD) algorithm,and then proposes a density-based trajectory outlier detection(DBTOD) algorithm,which compensates the disadvantages of the TRAOD algorithm that it is unable to detect anomalous defects when the trajectory is local and dense.The results of employing the proposed algorithm to Elk1993 and Deer1995 datasets are also presented,which show the effectiveness of the algorithm.Zhipeng Liu Dechang Pi Jinfeng Jiang 2013Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2013,24,2:9
3Ensemble kernel method:SVM classification based on game theory显示文摘With the development of the support vector machine(SVM),the kernel function has become one of the cores of the research on SVM.To a large extent,the kernel function determines the generalization ability of the classifier,but there is still no general theory to guide the choice and structure of the kernel function.An ensemble kernel function model based on the game theory is proposed,which is used for the SVM classification algorithm.The model can effectively integrate the advantages of the local kernel and the global kernel to get a better classification result,and can provide a feasible way for structuring the kernel function.By making experiments on some standard datasets,it is verified that the new method can significantly improve the accuracy of classification.Yufei Liu Dechang Pi Qiyou Cheng 2016Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2016,27,1:6
4The effect of applied voltages on the structure,apatite-inducing ability and antibacterial ability of micro arc oxidation coating formed on titanium surface显示文摘The micro arc oxidation(MAO)coatings with different concentrations of Ca,P and Zn elements are successfully formed on the titanium substrate at the different applied voltages.After MAO treatment,the MAO coating exhibits the porous surface structure and composed of anatase and rutile TiO2 phases.Meanwhile,the average size and density of micro-pores on the MAO coatings have been modified via the adjusting the applied voltages.In addition,the contents of the incorporated elements such as Zn,Ca and P elements in the MAO coatings have been optimized.The bonding strength test results reveal that the MAO coating shows higher bonding strength,which is up to 45±5 MPa.Compared to the pure Ti plate,the MAO coating formed at 350 and 400 V show good apatite-inducing ability.Meanwhile,the MAO coating containing Zn,Ca and P elements have better antibacterial ability for E.coli and S.aureus.Thus,the incorporation of Zn,Ca and P elements was an effective method to improve the antibacterial ability.Moreover,the concentrations of Zn,Ca and P elements could be adjusted with the changing of the applied voltages.As a result,the enhancement of the antibacterial ability on the MAO coating surfaces was depended on the comprehensive effect of the incorporated elements and the surface property of MAO coatings.Qing Du Daqing Wei Yaming Wang Su Cheng Shang Liu Yu Zhou Dechang Jia 2018Bioactive Materials2018,3,4:6
5Thermal Growth and Nanomagnetism of the Quasi-one Dimensional Iron Oxide显示文摘Quasi-one dimensional iron oxide nanowires with flat needle shape were synthesized on the iron powders by a rather simple catalyst-free thermal oxidation process in ambient atmosphere. The characterization by field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) revealed that these nanostructures are single crystalline α-Fe2O3. The various dimensions with 40-170 nm in width and 1-8 μm in length were obtained by tuning the growth temperature from 280 to 480℃. A surface diffusion mechanism was proposed to account for the growth of quasi-one dimensional nanostructure. The typical α-Fe2O3 nanowires synthesized at 430℃ had a reduced Morin temperature TM of 131 K in comparison with their bulk counterpart. The coercivitis Hc of these nanowires are 321 and 65 Oe at 5 and 300 K, respectively. 6Lipopolysaccharide induced intestinal epithelial injury:a novel organoids-based model for sepsis in vitro显示文摘Background: Advances in organoid culture technology have provided a greater understanding of disease pathogenesis, which has been rarely studied in sepsis before. We aim to establish a suitable organoids-based intestinal injury model for sepsis.Methods: Stable passaged organoids were constructed and pre-treated with lipopolysaccharide (LPS) to mimic sepsis-induced intestinal injury. The LPS-induced sepsis model was used as a reference. We used quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction to evaluate the RNA levels of inflammatory factors and antimicrobial peptides. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to evaluate the protein levels, hematoxylin and eosin staining was used to evaluate the pathology of the small intestine of mice, and immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence were used to evaluate the intestinal epithelial barrier function. Perkin Elmer OperettaTM was used to obtain high-resolution images of three-dimensional organoids.Results: An LPS concentration >150 μg/mL after 24 h was identified to cause organoid growth restriction. The fluorescence intensity of zonula occludens-1 and occludins at LPS concentrations >100 μg/mL decreased significantly after 24 h. After LPS stimulation for 8 h, the RNA expression levels of interleukin (IL)-1α, tumor necrosis factor alpha, granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor, IL-6, and regenerating islet-derived protein 3 alpha, beta, and gamma increased. These results resembled those of intestinal epithelial layer alterations in a mouse sepsis model. For IL-10, the RNA expression level increased only when the LPS level >200 μg/mL for 24 h.Conclusions: This study provides the primary intestinalin vitro model to study the effects of LPS-induced intestinal injury resembling sepsis. 7Magnetic properties and magnetocaloric effects in amorphous and crystalline Gd_(55)Co_(35)Ni_(10) ribbons显示文摘The magnetic properties and magnetocaloric effects of amorphous and crystalline Gd55Co35Ni10 ribbons are investigated.A main phase with a Ho 12 Co 7-type monoclinic structure(space group P21/c) and a minor phase with a Ho4Co3-type hexagonal structure(space group P63/m) are obtained for crystalline ribbon after annealing.The amorphous ribbons order ferromagnetically and undergo a second-order transition at 192 K.For crystalline Gd55Co35Ni10 ribbons,two magnetic phase transitions occur at 158 and 214 K,respectively.The peak value of-△SM under a field change of 0-5 T is 6.5 J/kg K at 192 K for amorphous Gd55Co35Ni10 ribbons.A relatively large magnetic entropy change(~5.0 J/kg K) under a field change of 0-5 T for the crystalline Gd55Co35Ni10 ribbons is obtained in the temperature interval range of 154-214 K.The large platform of magnetic entropy change and the negligible thermal/magnetic hysteresis loss mean the crystalline Gd55Co35Ni10 compound can satisfy the requirement of the Ericsson-type refrigerator working in the temperature range from 154K to 214K.ZHONG XiChun TANG PengFei GAO BeiBei MIN JiXiong LIU ZhongWu ZHENG ZhiGang ZENG DeChang YU HongYa QIU WanQi 2013Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2013,56,6:3
8Structure and magneto-electrical properties of Fe-C films prepared by magnetron sputtering显示文摘Fe-doped amorphous Fe x C 1 x granular films were prepared on n-Si(100) substrates by d.c.magnetron sputtering.The structural properties of Fe x C 1 x films were investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD),atomic force microscope(AFM) and Raman spectroscopy.The results show that the iron and carbon of as-deposited films are in amorphous state,and the Fe x C 1 x films are diamond-like carbon(DLC) films.After doping iron into the DLC films,a smooth surface morphology of the Fe x C 1 x films has been obtained with the surface roughness Ra of about 0.231 nm for x=18at%.The Fe x C 1 x films have good soft magnetic properties with the coercivity of approximately 20 Oe.A high positive magnetoresistance(MR) up to 93% with x=1at% was observed in a Fe x C 1 x granular film at 300 K.The resistance characteristic of Fe-C films is changed at about 230 K and the positive MR effect can be understood by the p-n heterojunction theory.MA Lei LIU ZhongWu ZENG DeChang YU HongYa ZHONG XiaPing ZHANG XiaoZhong 2012Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2012,55,9:3
9Target serum concentration of vancomycin may be reached earlier with a loading dose显示文摘Background:Vancomycin treatment failure against vancomycin-susceptible gram-positive cocci is not rare in the intensive care unit(ICU).One of the reasons for this is the substandard drug trough concentration.We aimed to examine the hypothesis that the target serum concentration could be reached earlier with a loading dose of vancomycin.Methods:This retrospective cohort study was conducted at our ICU between June 2018 and June 2020 and involved patients who were suspected of having,or confirmed to have,gram-positive cocci infection and treated with vancomycin.One group of the patients was administered a loading dose of vancomycin(loading group)and compared with the group that did not receive a loading dose(control group).The baseline characteristics,vancomycin serum concentrations,and clinical outcomes were collected and analyzed.Results:Fifty-five patients were finally included,of which 29 received a loading dose of vancomycin.The serum concentration of vancomycin before the second dose was significantly higher for the loading group than for the control group(10.3±6.1 mg/Lvs.5.7±4.4 mg/L,P=0.002).The results for both groups were similar before the fifth dose(12.4±7.3 mg/Lvs.10.3±6.3 mg/L in the loading and the control groups,respectively;P=0.251).The 28-day mortality was lower for the loading group than for the control group(6.7%vs.34.6%in the loading and control groups,respectively;P=0.026).No significant differences were observed in serum creatinine(Cr)concentrations of the two groups.Conclusion:With the loading dose of vancomycin,the target serum concentration of vancomycin may be reached earlier without increasing the risk of acute kidney injury.Yanxia Huang Le He Yunxin Deng Renjing Zhang Mei Meng Jiao Liu Dechang Chen 2022Chinese Medical Journal2022,,3:2
10Pulling out a peptide chain from β-sheet crystallite: Propagation of instability of H-bonds under shear force显示文摘Anti-parallel β-sheet crystallite as the main component of silk fibroin has attracted much attention due to its superior mechanical properties. In this study, we examine the processes of pulling a peptide chain from β-sheet crystallite using steered molecular dynamics simulations to investigate the rupture behavior of the crystallite. We show that the failure of β-sheet crystallite was accompanied by a propagation of instability of hydrogen-bonds(H-bonds) in the crystallite. In addition, we find that there is an optimum size of the crystallite at which the H-bonds can work cooperatively to achieve the highest shear strength. In addition, we find that the stiffness of loading device and the loading rates have significant effects on the rupture behavior of β-sheet crystallite.The stiff loading device facilitates the rebinding of the Hbond network in the stick-slip motion between the chains,while the soft one suppresses it. Moreover, the rupture force of β-sheet crystallites decreases with loading rate. Particularly, when the loading rate decreases to a critical value, the rupture force of the β-sheet crystallite becomes independent of the loading rates. 13Discovery of ABO_(4)scheelites with the extra low thermal conductivity through high-throughput calculations显示文摘Searching for new materials with extra low thermal conductivities is significant in numerous fields like thermal barrier coatings and thermoelectric devices.Traditional multiple-component design has successfully reduced the thermal conductivity,but it also dramatically increases the complexity of manufactural technologies and the risk of material failures.In this work,a specific category known as ABO_(4) scheelites that with both simple crystal structure and the structural signature of the low lattice thermal conductivity is explored.High-throughput calculations are employed to screen for the materials with the targeted performance by multi-dimensional mechanical/thermal property criteria and a database of 46 stable scheelites is constructed.Seven scheelites with both ultra-low thermal conductivities(<1.2 W/(m∙K))and quasi-ductility are predicted to be novel thermal insulation materials.Low thermal conductivities prefer the scheelites with large valence disparity between“A”and“B”cations and/or small ionic radius ratio.The adopted strategy starting from the structural fingerprint and the data-driven material selection is expected to be a reference of future structural and functional ceramics design.Yuchen Liu Dechang Jia Yu Zhou Yanchun Zhou Juanli Zhao Qian Li Bin Liu 2020Journal of Materiomics2020,6,4:2
14Microstructure of pre-sintered permanent magnetic strontium ferrite powder显示文摘The microstructure and characteristics of pre-sintered strontium ferrite powder were investigated by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The present study shows that the pre-sintered strontium ferrite powder is provided with a certain particle size distribution, which results in high-density magnets. The strontium ferrite particle has a laminar hexagonal structure with a size similar to ferrite single domain. Ferric oxide phase due to an incomplete solid phase reaction in the first sintering is discovered, which will deteriorate the magnetic properties of ferrite magnet. 16Corrosion Resistance of Plasma Sprayed Ceramic Composite Coatings on Q235 Substrate显示文摘The corrosion resistance of SiO2/A12O3, TiO2/Al2O3 and (SiO2+TiO2)/Al2O3 ceramic composite coatings on Q235 substrate fabricated by means of plasma spraying was investigated. The results show that A12O3+13 wt pct TiO2 ceramic coating has the highest density, the lowest connected porosity and the best corrosion resistance.
