4The improved QV signature scheme based on conic curves over Z_n显示文摘The classical RSA is vulnerable to low private exponent attacks (LPEA) and has homomorphism. KMOV based on elliptic curve En(a,b) over Zn can resist LPEA but still has homomorphism. QV over En(a,b) not only can resist LPEA but also has no homomorphism. However,QV over En(a,b) requires the existence of points whose order is Mn= lcm{#Ep(a,b),#Eq(a,b)}. This requirement is impractical for all general elliptic curves. Besides,the computation over En(a,b) is quite complicated. In this paper,we further study conic curve Cn(a,b) over Zn and its corresponding properties,and advance several key theorems and corollaries for designing digital signature schemes,and point out that Cn(a,b) always has some points whose order is Mn= lcm{#Ep(a,b),#Eq(a,b)}. Thereby we present an improved QV signature over Cn(a,b),which inherits the property of non-homomorphism and can resist the Wiener attack. Furthermore,under the same security requirements,the improved QV scheme is easier than that over En(a,b),with respect plaintext embedding,inverse elements computation,points computation and points' order calculation. 5Hard nanocrystalline gold materials prepared via high-pressure phase transformation显示文摘As one of the important materials,nanocrystalline Au(n-Au)has gained numerous interests in recent decades owing to its unique properties and promising applications.However,most of the current n-Au thin films are supported on substrates,limiting the study on their mechanical properties and applications.Therefore,it is urgently desired to develop a new strategy to prepare nAu materials with superior mechanical strength and hardness.Here,a hard n-Au material with an average grain size of~40 nm is prepared by cold-forging of the unique Au nanoribbons(NRBs)with unconventional 4H phase under high pressure.Systematic characterizations reveal the phase transformation from 4H to face-centered cubic(fcc)phase during the cold compression.Impressively,the compressive yield strength and Vickers hardness(HV)of the prepared n-Au material reach~140.2 MPa and~1.0 GPa,which are 4.2 and 2.2 times of the microcrystalline Au foil,respectively.This work demonstrates that the combination of high-pressure cold-forging and the in-situ 4H-to-fcc phase transformation can effectively inhibit the grain growth in the obtained n-Au materials,leading to the formation of novel hard n-Au materials.Our strategy opens up a new avenue for the preparation of nanocrystalline metals with superior mechanical property.Chenlong Xie Wenxin Niu Penghui Li Yiyao Ge Jiawei Liu Zhanxi Fan Xiaoxiao Liu Ye Chen Ming Zhou Zihe Li Mengdong Ma Yonghai Yue Jing Wang Li Zhu Kun Luo Yang Zhang Yingju Wu Lin Wang Bo Xu Hua Zhang Zhisheng Zhao Yongjun Tian 2022Nano Research2022,15,7:0
6The Covalent Binding of Genistein to the Non-prosthetic-heme-moiety of Bovine Lactoperoxidase Leads to Enzymatic Inactivation显示文摘Objective Genistein,a major soy isoflavone metabolite (SIF),inactivates oxidation activity of bovine lactoperoxidase (LPO).Modification of the heme moiety of LPO by nitrogen‐containing compounds has been shown to inactivate LPO.In contrast,SIF mediated inactivation of LPO does not involve a heme modification and the mechanism of SIF inhibition is poorly understood.Methods After inactivation of LPO by genistein in the presence of H 2 O 2,trypsin‐digested LPO peptide fragments were collected and analyzed by MALDI‐TOF‐MS to characterize the chemical binding of genistein(s) to LPO.Results The heme moiety of LPO was not modified by genistein.A covalent binding study showed that 3 H‐genistein bound to LPO with a ratio of ~12 to 1.After HPLC analysis and peak collection,trypsin‐digested peptide fragments were analyzed by MALDI‐TOF‐MS.The 3H‐genistein co‐eluted peptide fragments (RT=24 min) were putatively identified as 199IVGYLDEEGVLDQNR214 with two bound genistein molecules or a genistein dimer (2 259 Da),486TPDNIDIWIGGNAEPMVER504 with two bound genistein molecules or a genistein dimer (2 663 Da),and 161ARWLPAEYEDGLALPFGWTQR182 with three bound genistein molecules or a genistein trimer (3 060 Da).The fragment with a mass of 1 792 Da (RT=36 min) was identified as 132CDENSPYR139 with three genistein molecules or a genistein trimer.Conclusions The results suggest that LPO was inactivated by irreversible covalent binding of genistein or genistein polymers to particular peptide fragments constituting regions of the outward domain.No genistein interaction with the prosthetic heme moiety of LPO was observed.Hebron C.
