1A rapid advice guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of 2019 novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV) infected pneumonia(standard version)显示文摘In December 2019, a new type viral pneumonia cases occurred in Wuhan, Hubei Province;and then named '2019 novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV)' by the World Health Organization(WHO) on 12 January 2020. For it is a never been experienced respiratory disease before and with infection ability widely and quickly, it attracted the world’s attention but without treatment and control manual. For the request from frontline clinicians and public health professionals of 2019-nCoV infected pneumonia management, an evidence-based guideline urgently needs to be developed. Therefore, we drafted this guideline according to the rapid advice guidelines methodology and general rules of WHO guideline development;we also added the first-hand management data of Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University. This guideline includes the guideline methodology, epidemiological characteristics, disease screening and population prevention, diagnosis, treatment and control(including traditional Chinese Medicine), nosocomial infection prevention and control, and disease nursing of the 2019-nCoV. Moreover, we also provide a whole process of a successful treatment case of the severe 2019-nCoV infected pneumonia and experience and lessons of hospital rescue for 2019-nCoV infections. 7Mesozoic contraction deformation in the Yanshan and northern Taihang mountains and its implications to the destruction of the North China Craton显示文摘Mesozoic contraction deformation in the Yanshan and Taihang mountains is characterized by basement-involved thrust tectonics,basement-cored buckling anticlines and ductile thrust and nappe tectonics.Most of these deformations are orientated west-east,west-northwest and northeast to north-northeast.The contraction deformations began in the Permian,continued through the Triassic and Jurassic and terminated in the Early Cretaceous,and constitute an important part of the destruction of the North China Craton.It is estimated,from balanced cross-section reconstructions,that the north-south shortening of the central part of the Yanshan belt before 135 Ma was around 38%.The initial crust thickness,pre-dating the major contraction deformation in late Paleozoic and early Mesozoic,was estimated to be around 35 km based on paleogeographic characteristics.Assuming that the inferred depth of ductile thrusting deformation,20-25 km,was the crust thickness involved in the contraction deformation,and also assuming that the N-S contraction deformation was accommodated by vertical crust thickening,the thickness of the crust after the contraction deformation was expected to be around 47-50 km.This was the approximate crust thickness required for the eclogitization of the lower crust for delamination.The gravity potential accumulated by the isostatic uplift of the thickened crust,together with the decrease in crustal strength caused by the coeval magmatisms associated with the contraction deformation,led to the subsequent extensional collapse of the middle and upper crust although the regional stress regime associated with the plate interactions remained constant.It is inferred that the Mesozoic contraction deformations in the Yanshan and Taihang mountains were not only a significant tectonic process contributing to the destruction of the craton in middle and upper crust but also stimulated delamination at a deep level and the extension of the shallow crust.In other words,both the suspected delamination of the lower crust and upper mantle and the well constrained extension deformations of the shallow crust in the eastern North China Craton during the late Mesozoic are a consequence of crust thickening due to previous contractions.Extensional deformations could be expected to occur independently in the shallow crust,and are not necessarily associated with or responding to delamination at a deep level.ZHANG ChangHou LI ChengMing DENG HongLing LIU Yang LIU Lei WEI Bo LI HanBin LIU Zi 2011Science China Earth Sciences2011,54,6:40
8Influence of ginsenoside Rg1, a panaxatriol saponin from Panax notoginseng, on renal fibrosis in rats with unilateral ureteral obstruction显示文摘Total saponins of Panax notoginseng (PNS) have been shown to ameliorate renal interstitial fibrosis. Ginsenoside Rg1, a panaxatriol saponin, is one of the major active molecules from PNS. The present study was undertaken to investigate the effect of ginsenoside Rg1 on renal fibrosis in rats with unilateral ureteral obstruction (UUO). The rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: sham-operation (n=15), UUO (n=15) and UUO with ginsenoside Rg1 treatment (n=15, 50 mg per kg body weight, intraperito- neally (i.p.) injected). The rats were sacrificed on Days 7 and 14 after the surgery. Histological examination demonstrated that ginsenoside Rg1 significantly inhibited interstitial fibrosis including tubular injury as well as collagen deposition. α-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA) and E-cadherin are two markers of tubular epithelial-myofibroblast transition (TEMT). Interestingly, ginsenoside Rg1 notably decreased α-SMA expression and simultaneously enhanced E-cadherin expression. The messenger RNA (mRNA) of transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1), a key mediator to regulate TEMT, in the obstructed kidney increased dra- matically, but was found to decrease significantly after administration of ginsenoside Rg1. Further study showed that ginsenoside Rg1 considerably decreased the levels of both active TGF-β1 and phosphorylated Smad2 (pSmad2). Moreover, ginsenoside Rg1 substantially suppressed the expression of thrombospondin-1 (TSP-1), a cytokine which can promote the transcription of TGF-β1 mRNA and the activation of latent TGF-β1. These results suggest that ginsenoside Rg1 inhibits renal interstitial fibrosis in rats with UUO. 9Tunable Q-factor wavelet transform denoising with neighboring coefficients and its application to rotating machinery fault diagnosis显示文摘Fault diagnosis of rotating machinery is of great importance to the high quality products and long-term safe operation.However,the useful weak features are usually corrupted by strong background noise,thus increasing the difficulty of the feature extraction.Thereby,a novel denoising method based on the tunable Q-factor wavelet transform(TQWT)using neighboring coefficients is proposed in this article.The emerging TQWT possesses excellent properties compared with the conventional constant-Q wavelet transforms,which can tune Q-factor according to the oscillatory behavior of the signal.Meanwhile,neighboring coefficients denoising is adopted to avoid the overkill of conventional term-by-term thresholding techniques.Because of having the combined advantages of the two methods,the presented denoising method is more practical and effective than other methods.The proposed method is applied to a simulated signal,a rolling element bearing with an outer race defect from antenna transmission chain and a gearbox fault detection case.The processing results demonstrate that the proposed method can successfully identify the fault features,showing that this method is more effective than the conventional wavelet thresholding denoising methods,term-by-term TQWT denoising schemes and spectral kurtosis.HE WangPeng ZI YanYang CHEN BinQiang WANG Shuai HE ZhengJia 2013Science China(Technological Sciences)2013,56,8:27

13The Aging Feature of Al-L-Cu-Mg-Zr Alloy Containing Sc显示文摘The aging behaviors of Al 1.42%Li 2.41%Cu 0.93%Mg 0.073%Zr 0.17%Sc(mass fraction, the same below) alloy at room temperature, 160 ℃ , and 160 ℃ after 8% pre deformation were studied respectively by hardness measurement. The microstructure of the alloy in various aging conditions was observed by TEM. The results show that the main precipitations of the alloy in quenching condition are the particles containing Sc and Zr which have certain coherent relation with the matrix. Addition of Sc in Al Li Cu Mg Zr alloy will be favorable to promoting precipitation. The particles can serve as preferred nucleation sites for δ′ phases which accelerate the aging hardening rate at initial aging. The main hardening phases of the alloy aged at 160 ℃ are δ′ and δ′/β′ composite precipitates. The size of the composite precipitates is very small (nanometer size). The composite precipitates will preclude efficiently the formation concentrative slip location and will improve the mechanical properties of the alloy. S′ phase will occur in the alloy aged at 160 ℃ after 8% pre deformation. 14p53 gene therapy in combination with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization for HCC:One-year follow-up显示文摘AIM:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of combination therapy with recombinant adenovirus p53 injection (rAdp53) and transcatheter hepatic arterial chemoembolization (TACE) for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).METHODS:A total of 82 patients with advanced HCC treated only with TACE served as control group.Another 68 patients with HCC treated with TACE in combination with recombinant adenovirus-p53 injection served as p53 treatment group.Patients were followed up for 12 mo.Safety and therapeutic effects were evaluated according to the improvement in clinical symptoms,leukocyte count,Karnofsky and RECIST criteria.Survival rate was calculated with Kaplan-Meier method.RESULTS:The total effective rate was 58.3% for p53 treatment group,and 26.5% for control group (P < 0.05).The incidence of gastrointestinal symptoms was lower in p53 treatment group than in control group (P < 0.05).The 3-,6-and 12-mo survival rates were significantly higher for p53 treatment group than for control group (P < 0.01).The combination treatment was well tolerated with such adverse events as fever (51.5%,P=0.006) and pain of muscles and joints (13.2%,P=0.003),which were significantly higher than the chemotherapy.Except for these minor adverse effects,no severe vector-related complications were identified.With respect to the efficacy,patients in p53 treatment group had less gastrointerestinal symptoms (P=0.062),better improvement in tumor-related pain (P=0.003),less downgrade of leukocyte counts (P=0.003) and more upgrade of Karnofsky performance score (P=0.029) than those in control group.The total effective rate (CR + PR) for p53 treatment group and control group was 58.3% and 26.5%,respectively,with distributions of different effect in two groups (P=0.042).The survival rates were 89.71%,76.13%,and 43.30% for p53 treatment group,and 68.15%,36.98%,and 24.02% for control group,respectively,3,6 and 12 mo after treatment,suggesting that the survival rates are significantly higher for p53 treatment group than for control group (P=0.0002).CONCLUSION:The rAd-p53 gene therapy in combination with TACE is a safe and effective treatment modality for advanced HCC.Yong-Song Guan Yuan Liu Qing He Xiao Li Lin Yang Ying Hu Zi La 2011World Journal of Gastroenterology2011,17,16:21
15Simultaneous determination of ten taste and odor compounds in drinking water by solid-phase microextraction combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry显示文摘Taste and odor(T&O)problems in drinking water frequently occur because of many compounds present in the water,of which trans-1,10-dimethyl-trans-9-decalol(geosmin)and 2-methylisoborneol(MIB)are well-known.In this study,a fast and efective method was established for simultaneous determination of 10 T&O compounds,including geosmin,MIB,2,4,6-trichloroanisole(TCA),2-methylbenzofuran,2-isopropyl-3-methoxypyrazine(IPMP),2-isobutyl-3-methoxypyrazine(IBMP),cis-3-hexenyl acetate,trans,trans-2,4-heptadienal,trans,cis-2,6-nonadienal,and trans-2-decenal in water samples by headspace solid-phase microextraction(SPME)coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.An orthogonal array experimental design was used to optimize the efects of SPME fiber,extraction temperature,stirring rate,NaCl content,extraction time,and desorption time.The limits of detection ranged from 0.1 to 73 ng/L were lower than or close to the odor threshold concentrations(OTCs).All the 10 T&O compounds were detected in the 14 water samples including surface water,treatment process water and tap water,taken from a waterworks in Lianyungang City,China.MIB and geosmin were detected in most samples at low concentration.Six T&O compounds(IPMP,IBMP,trans,cis-2,6-nonadienal,2-methylbenzofuran,trans-2-decenal,and TCA)were efectively decreased in water treatment process(sedimentation and filtration)that is diferent from cis-3-hexenyl acetate,MIB and geosmin.It is noted that the TCA concentrations at 15.9–122.3 ng/L and the trans,cis-2,6-nonadienal concentrations at 79.9–190.1 ng/L were over 10 times higher than their OTCs in tap water.The variation of the analytes in the all water samples,especially distribution system indicated that distribution system cannot be ignored as a T&O compounds source.Xichao Chen Qian Luo Shengguang Yuan Zi Wei Hanwen Song Donghong Wang Zijian Wang 2013Journal of Environmental Sciences2013,25,11:21
16Adenovirus-mediated wild-type p53 gene transfer in combination with bronchial arterial infusion for treatment of advanced non-small-cell lung cancer,one year follow-up显示文摘Objective:In the present study,we have examined the safety and efficacy of recombinant adenovirus encoding human p53 tumor suppressor gene(rAd-p53) injection in patients with advanced non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC) in the combination with the therapy of bronchial arterial infusion(BAI).Methods:A total of 58 patients with advanced NSCLC were enrolled in a non-randomized,two-armed clinical trial.Of which,19 received a combination treatment of BAI and rAd-p53(the combo group),while the remaining 39 were treated with only BAI(the control group).Patients were followed up for 12 months,with safety and local response evaluated by the National Cancer Institute's Common Toxicity Criteria and response evaluation criteria in solid tumor(RECIST),respectively.Time to progression(TTP) and survival rates were also analyzed by Kaplan-Meier method.Results:In the combo group,19 patients received a total of 49 injections of rAd-p53 and 46 times of BAI,respectively,while 39 patients in the control group received a total of 113 times of BAI.The combination treatment was found to have less adverse events such as anorexia,nausea and emesis,pain,and leucopenia(P<0.05) but more arthralgia,fever,influenza-like symptom,and myalgia(P<0.05),compared with the control group.The overall response rates(complete response(CR)+partial response(PR)) were 47.3% and 38.4% for the combo group and the control group,respectively(P>0.05).Patients in the combo group had a longer TTP than those in the control group(a median 7.75 vs 5.5 months,P=0.018).However,the combination treatment did not lead to better survival,with survival rates at 3,6,and 12 months in the combo group being 94.74%,89.47%,and 52.63%,respectively,compared with 92.31%,69.23%,and 38.83% in the control group(P=0.224).Conclusion:Our results show that the combination of rAd-p53 and BAI was well tolerated in patients with NSCLC and may have improved the quality of life and delayed the disease progression.A further study to better determine the efficacy of this combination therapy is warranted.Yong-song GUAN Yuan LIU Qing ZOU Qing HE Zi LA Lin YANG Ying HU 2009Journal of Zhejiang University-Science B(Biomedicine & Biotechnology)2009,10,5:20

18A Review on Cable-driven Parallel Robots显示文摘Cable-driven parallel robots(CDPRs) are categorized as a type of parallel manipulators. In CDPRs, flexible cables are used to take the place of rigid links. The particular property of cables provides CDPRs several advantages, including larger workspaces, higher payload-to-weight ratio and lower manufacturing costs rather than rigid-link robots. In this paper, the history of the development of CDPRs is introduced and several successful latest application cases of CDPRs are presented. The theory development of CDPRs is introduced focusing on design, performance analysis and control theory. Research on CDPRs gains wide attention and is highly motivated by the modern engineering demand for large load capacity and workspace. A number of exciting advances in CDPRs are summarized in this paper since it is proposed in the 1980 s, which points to a fruitful future both in theory and application.
