3Characterization of miRNomes in Acute and Chronic Myeloid Leukemia Cell Lines显示文摘Myeloid leukemias are highly diverse diseases and have been shown to be associated with microRNA(miRNA) expression aberrations. The present study involved an in-depth miRNome analysis of two human acute myeloid leukemia(AML) cell lines, HL-60 and THP-1, and one human chronic myeloid leukemia(CML) cell line, K562, via massively parallel signature sequencing. mRNA expression profiles of these cell lines that were established previously in our lab facilitated an integrative analysis of miRNA and mRNA expression patterns. miRNA expression profiling followed by differential expression analysis and target prediction suggested numerous miRNA signatures in AML and CML cell lines. Some miRNAs may act as either tumor suppressors or oncomiRs in AML and CML by targeting key genes in AML and CML pathways. Expression patterns of cell type-specific miRNAs could partially reflect the characteristics of K562, HL-60 and THP-1 cell lines, such as actin filament-based processes, responsiveness to stimulus and phagocytic activity. miRNAs may also regulate myeloid differentiation, since they usually suppress differentiation regulators. Our study provides a resource to further investigate the employment of miRNAs in human leukemia subtyping, leukemogenesis and myeloid development. 4A Superaerophobic Bimetallic Selenides Heterostructure for Efficient Industrial-Level Oxygen Evolution at Ultra-High Current Densities显示文摘Cost-effective and stable electrocatalysts with ultra-high current densities for electrochemical oxygen evolution reaction(OER)are critical to the energy crisis and environmental pollution.Herein,we report a superaerophobic three dimensional(3D)heterostructured nanowrinkles of bimetallic selenides consisting of crystalline NiSe2 and NiFe2Se4 grown on NiFe alloy(NiSe2/NiFe2Se4@NiFe)prepared by a thermal selenization procedure.In this unique 3D heterostructure,numerous nanowrinkles of NiSe2/NiFe2Se4 hybrid with a thickness of ~100 nm are grown on NiFe alloy in a uniform manner.Profiting by the large active surface area and high electronic conductivity,the superaerophobic NiSe2/NiFe2Se4@NiFe heterostructure exhibits excellent electrocatalytic activity and durability towards OER in alkaline media,outputting the low potentials of 1.53 and 1.54 V to achieve ultra-high current densities of 500 and 1000 mA cm^−2,respectively,which is among the most active Ni/Fe-based selenides,and even superior to the benchmark Ir/C catalyst.The in-situ derived FeOOH and NiOOH species from NiSe2/NiFe2Se4@NiFe are deemed to be efficient active sites for OER.Jiaxin Yuan Xiaodi Cheng Hanqing Wang Chaojun Lei Sameer Pardiwala Bin Yang Zhongjian Li Qinghua Zhang Lecheng Lei Shaobin Wang Yang Hou 2020Nano-Micro Letters2020,12,8:4
5Geochronological and geochemical constraints on the petrogenesis of late Mesoproterozoic mafic and granitic rocks in the southwestern Yangtze Block显示文摘Late Mesoproterozoic igneous rocks in the SW Yangtze Block are important for understanding the role of it in reconstruction of the Rodinia supercontinent.In the present study,we report new geochronological,geochemical,and Nd-Hf isotopic data for the Cuoke plagioclase amphibolites and granites in the SW Yangtze Block.Geochronological results show that the plagioclase amphibolites and granites have similar late Mesoproterozoic zircon U-Pb ages of 1168-1162 Ma,constituting a bimodal igneous assemblage.The plagioclase amphibolites have high and variable TiO2 contents(1.15-4.30 wt.%)and Mg#(34-66)values,similar to the tholeiitic series.They are characterized by enrichment in LREEs and LILEs,and have OIB-like affinities with positive Nb and Ta anomalies.The plagioclase amphibolites have positive whole-rockεNd(t)(+3.2 to+4.3)and zirconεHf(t)(+4.3 to+10.7)values,indicating that they were derived from an OIB-like asthenospheric mantle source.The granites belong to the reduced peralkaline A-type series and have negativeεNd(t)value of-6.0 andεHf(t)values of-5.8 to-13.8,indicating a derivation from the partial melting of ancient mafic lower crust.In combination with the~1.05-1.02 Ga bimodal igneous assemblage in the SW Yangtze Block,we propose that the Cuoke 1168-1162 Ma igneous rocks were likely formed in a continental rift basin and argue against the existance of Grenvillian Orogen in the SW Yangtze Block during the late Mesoproterozoic.Guichun Liu Jing Li Xin Qian Qinglai Feng Wei Wang Guangyan Chen Shaobin Hu 2021Geoscience Frontiers2021,12,1:3
6Geochronological and Geochemical Constraints on the Petrogenesis of Early Paleoproterozoic(2.40–2.32 Ga) Nb-Enriched Mafic Rocks in Southwestern Yangtze Block and Its Tectonic Implications显示文摘Recent geological survey has identified the Early Paleoproterozoic meta-mafic intrusions in the southwestern Yangtze Block.We present geochronological,whole-rock geochemical and Nd isotopic data for these meta-mafic rocks to better address the tectonic evolution of the Yangtze Block during the Early Paleoproterozoic Period.Geochronological data show that the meta-mafic rocks have zircon ages of 2 395-2 316 Ma.They have high TiO_2 contents of 1.40 wt.%-3.66 wt.% and Nb concentrations of 13.7 ppm-45.5 ppm,thus aregrouped as Nb-enriched mafic rocks.These mafic rocks are characterized by tholeiitic compositions with enrichment of LREEs and LILEs,and can be divided into two groups.Group 1 samples display E-MORB-like geochemical characteristics.Group 2 samples have positive ENd(t) values of 4.0-5.0.Geochemical data indicate that all meta-mafic rocks were likely derived from a depleted asthenospheric mantle.REE modeling indicates lower degree of partial melting for Group 2 samples(3%-10%) relative to Group 1 samples(15%-20%).Taking into account contemporaneous post-collisional granitoids in southwestern Yangtze Block,we propose that these meta-mafic rocks were formed in a post-collisional extension setting.These meta-mafic rocks can be compared with those in Africa,South America and Europe,and might be linked with the Arrowsmith orogenic belt.Guichun Liu Xin Qian Jing Li Jian-Wei Zi Tianyu Zhao Qinglai Feng Guangyan Chen Shaobin Hu 2020Journal of Earth Science2020,31,1:3
7Li intercalation in an MoSe_(2) electrocatalyst:In situ observation and modulation of its precisely controllable phase engineering for a high-performance flexible Li-S battery显示文摘Sophisticated efficient electrocatalysts are essential to rectifying the shuttle effect and realizing the high performance of flexible lithium-sulfur batteries(LSBs).Phase transformation of MoSe_(2) from the 2H phase to the 1T phase has been proven to be a significant method to improve the catalytic activity.However,precisely controllable phase engineering of MoSe_(2) has rarely been reported.Herein,by in situ Li ions intercalation in MoSe_(2),a precisely controllable phase evolution from 2H-MoSe_(2) to 1T-MoSe_(2) was realized.More importantly,the definite functional relationship between cut-off voltage and phase structure was first identified for phase engineering through in situ observation and modulation methods.The sulfur host(CNFs/1T-MoSe_(2))presents high charge density,strong polysulfides adsorption,and catalytic kinetics.Moreover,Li-S cells based on it display capacity retention of 875.3mAh g^(-1) after 500 cycles at 1 C and an areal capacity of 8.71mAh cm^(-2) even at a high sulfur loading of 8.47mg cm^(-2).Furthermore,the flexible pouch cell exhibiting decent performance will endow a promising potential in the wearable energy storage field.This study proposes an effective strategy to precisely control the phase structure of MoSe_(2),which may provide the reference to fabricate the highly efficient electrocatalysts for LSBs and other energy systems.Yunke Wang Yige Zhao Kangli Liu Shaobin Wang Neng Li Guosheng Shao Feng Wang Peng Zhang 2023Carbon Energy2023,5,2:2

9Genomic evidence of lung carcinogenesis associated with coal smoke in Xuanwei area, China显示文摘Xuanwei area, in southwestern China,harbors the highest female lung cancer rate in the country(Supplementary Table 1) [1]. 10Experimental Study of Bowed-twisted Stators in an Axial Transonic Fan Stage显示文摘Bowed-twisted stators with large camber angles have been developed to replace the conventional tandem stators in an axial transonic fan stage working at high subsonic speeds.Experimental study is carried out on both stages with tandem stators and with bowed-twisted stators.Compared to the tandem stators,the bowed-twisted stators change the distribution of the low-energy fluid and the potential high-energy fluid at the compressor outlets,reduce the endwall loss significantly,improve the aerody-namic matching of rotors and stators,and eventually increase the fan stage performances.The aerodynamic performances of the fan stage at different operating points are compared and contrasted.The results show that the transonic fan stage with bowed-twisted stators has better aerodynamic performances.It is thus suggested that the bowed-twisted stators with large camber angles be popularized into the high-loaded transonic fan designs.Chen Fu,Li Shaobin,Su Jiexian,Wang Zhongqi School of Energy Science and Engineering,Harbin Institute of Technology,Harbin 150001,China 2009Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2009,22,4:2

14An SVM-Based Prediction Method for Solving SAT Problems显示文摘We show how Support vector machines(SVM) can be applied to the Satisfiability(SAT) problem and how their prediction results can be naturally applied to both incomplete and complete SAT solvers. SVM is used for the classification of the variables in the SAT problem and the classification results are the assignment of the variables. 17Complex permittivity-dependent plasma confinement-assisted growth of asymmetric vertical graphene nanofiber membrane for high-performance Li-S full cells显示文摘Vertical graphene(VG),possessing superior chemical,physical,and structural peculiarities,holds great promise as a building block for constructing a high-energy density lithium-sulfur(Li-S)battery.Therefore,it is desirable to develop a new VG growth technique with a novel structure to enable wide applications.Herein,we devise a novel complex permittivity-dependent plasma confinement-assisted VG growth technique,via asymmetric growing a VG layer on one side of N-doped carbon nanofibers for the first time,using a unique lab-built high flux plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition system,as a bifunctional nanofiber membrane to construct Li-S batteries with low neg-ative/positive(N/P)and electrolyte/sulfur(E/S)ratios.The unique nanofiber membrane could simultaneously protect the cathode and anode,enabling an excellent electrochemical performance with low N/P and E/S ratios in Li-S bat-teries.Such a full cell delivers high gravimetric energy density and volumetric energy density of 340 Wh kg^(-1) and 547 Wh L^(-1),respectively,at low N/P(2:1)and E/S(4:1)ratios.Furthermore,a pouch cell achieves a high areal capacity of 7.1 mAh cm^(-2) at a sulfur loading of 6 mg cm^(-2).This work put forward a novel pathway for the design of high-energy density Li-S batteries.Yongshang Zhang Zhiheng Wu Shaobin Wang Neng Li S.Ravi P.Silva Guosheng Shao Peng Zhang 2022InfoMat2022,4,7:1
