1Online scheduling of image satellites based on neural networks and deep reinforcement learning显示文摘In the ‘‘Internet Plus' era, space-based information services require effective and fast image satellite scheduling. Most existing studies consider image satellite scheduling to be an optimization problem to solve with searching algorithms in a batch-wise manner. No real-time speed method for satellite scheduling exists. In this paper, with the idea of building a real-time speed method, satellite scheduling is remodeled based on a Dynamic and Stochastic Knapsack Problem(DSKP), and the objective is to maximize the total expected profit. No existing algorithm could be able to solve this novel scheduling problem properly. With inspiration from the recent achievements in Deep Reinforcement Learning(DRL) in video games, AlphaGo and dynamic controlling,a novel DRL-based method is applied to training a neural network to schedule tasks. 2Percent free prostate-specific antigen for prostate cancer diagnosis in Chinese men with a PSA of 4.0-10.0 ng/mL:Results from the Chinese Prostate Cancer Consortium显示文摘Objective:To test the diagnostic performance of percent free prostate-specific antigen(%fPSA)in predicting any prostate cancer(PCa)and high-grade prostate cancer(HGPCa)in a retrospective multi-center biopsy cohort with a PSA level of 4.0e10.0 ng/mL in China.Methods:Consecutive patients with a PSA of 4.0-10.0 ng/mL who underwent transrectal ultrasound-guided biopsy were enrolled at 16 Chinese medical centers from January 1st,2010 to December 31st,2013.Total and free serum PSA determinations were performed using three types of electro-chemiluminescence immunoassays recalibrated to the World Health Organization(WHO)standard.The diagnostic accuracy of PSA,%fPSA,and %fPSA in combination with PSA(%fPSA t PSA)was determined using the area under the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve(AUC).Results:A total of 2310 consecutive men with PSA levels between 4.0 and 10.0 ng/mL were included,and the detection rate of PCa was 25.1%.The AUC of%fPSA and %fPSA t PSA in predicting any PCa was superior to PSA alone in men aged≥60 years(0.623 vs.0.534,p<0.0001)but not in men aged 40e59 years(0.517 vs.0.518,p=0.939).Similar result was yield in predicting HGPCa.Conclusion:In a clinical setting of Chinese men with 4.0e10.0 ng/mL PSA undergoing initial prostate biopsy,adding %fPSA to PSA can moderately improve the diagnostic accuracy for any PCa and HGPCa compared with PSA alone in patients≥60 but not in patients aged 40-59 years.Rui Chen Liping Xie Xiaobing Cai Yiran Huang Liqun Zhou Lulin Ma Xu Gao Chuanliang Xu Shancheng Ren Pengfei Shao Danfeng Xu Kexin Xu Zhangqun Ye Chunxiao Liu Dingwei Ye Li Lu Qiang Fu Jianquan Hou Jianlin Yuan Dalin He Tie Zhou Fubo Wang Biming He Yinghao Sun 2015Asian Journal of Urology2015,2,2:8
3A case-control study about the association between vascular endothelial growth inhibitor gene polymorphisms and breast cancer risk in female patients in Northeast China显示文摘Objective: The inhibition of the neovascularization in tumors is a potential therapeutic target of cancer. Vascular endothelial growth inhibitor(VEGI) is a member of the TNF superfamily which has the ability to suppress the formation of new vessels in tumors. In order to study the association between VEGI gene polymorphisms and breast cancer risk, a case-control study was conducted in Chinese Han women in Northeast China.Methods: Our study involved 708 female breast cancer patients and 685 healthy volunteers. Four SNPs of VEGI gene were analyzed through the polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP) method. The association between VEGI gene polymorphisms and breast cancer risk was analyzed in our study. The relation between VEGI gene variants and clinical features of breast cancer including lymph node(LN) metastasis, estrogen receptor(ER), progestrogen receptor(PR), tumor protein 53(p53), human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(Her-2) and triple negative(ER-/PR-/Her-2-) status was analyzed as well.Results: We found that the CT genotype and T allele of rs6478106 were more frequent in patients than in controls. There was also a statistical difference in the distribution of C_(rs6478106)G_(rs4263839) haplotype between patients and controls. 5An Electrochemical Cinnamyl C—H Amination Reaction Using Carbonyl Sulfamate显示文摘An electrochemical cinnamyl C—H amination reaction in the absence of transition metal catalyst and oxidant was reported. The choice of carbonyl sulfamate as nitrogen source is the key to achieve desired chemoselectivity. A series of terminal amine derivatives are prepared using this protocol and the sulfonyl group can be removed with basic hydrolysis. 7Genetic associations with adverse events from anti-tumor necrosis factor therapy in inflammatory bowel disease patients显示文摘AIM To study the type and frequency of adverse events associated with anti-tumor necrosis factor(TNF)therapy and evaluate for any serologic and genetic associations.METHODS This study was a retrospective review of patients attending the inflammatory bowel disease(IBD) centers at Cedars-Sinai IBD Center from 2005-2016. Adverse events were identified via chart review. IBD serologies were measured by ELISA. DNA samples were genotyped at Cedars-Sinai using Illumina Infinium Immunochipv1 array per manufacturer's protocol. SNPs underwent methodological review and were evaluated using several SNP statistic parameters to ensure optimal allele-calling. Standard and rigorous QC criteria were applied to the genetic data, which was generated using immunochip. Genetic association was assessed by logistic regression after correcting for population structure.RESULTS Altogether we identified 1258 IBD subjects exposed to anti-TNF agents in whom Immunochip data were available. 269/1258 patients(21%) were found to have adverse events to an anti-TNF-α agent that required the therapy to be discontinued. 25% of women compared to 17% of men experienced an adverse event. All adverse events resolved after discontinuing the antiTNF agent. In total: n = 66(5%) infusion reactions; n = 49(4%) allergic/serum sickness reactions; n = 19(1.5%) lupus-like reactions, n = 52(4%) rash, n = 18(1.4%) infections. In Crohn's disease, Ig A ASCA(P = 0.04) and Ig G-ASCA(P = 0.02) levels were also lower in patients with any adverse events, and anti-I2 level in ulcerative colitis was significantly associated with infusion reactions(P = 0.008). The logistic regression/human annotation and network analyses performed on the Immunochip data implicated the following five signaling pathways: JAK-STAT(Janus Kinase-signal transducer and activator of transcription), measles, IBD, cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction, and toxoplasmosis for any adverse event. 12A Fast-Fractional Flow Reserve Simulation Method in A Patient with Coronary Stenosis Based on Resistance Boundary Conditions显示文摘Fractional flow reserve(FFR)is the gold standard to identify individual stenosis causing myocardial ischemia in catheter laboratory.The purpose of this study is to present a fast simulation method to estimate FFR value of a coronary artery,which can evaluate the performance of vascular stenosis,based on resistance boundary conditions.A patient-specific 3-dimensional(3D)model of the left coronary system with intermediate diameter stenosis was reconstructed based on the CTA images.The resistance boundary conditions used to simulate the coronary microcirculation were computed based on anatomical reconstruction of coronary 3D model.This study was performed by coupling the 3D coronary tree model with the lumped parameter model(0D model).The flow rate and pressure of coronary tree were calculated in twenty minutes.In addition,the effect of inlet pressure and myocardial mass on FFRss values has been investigated.The results showed that the effect of myocardial mass was greater than the effect of inlet pressure on FFRss.This FFRss simulation method can quickly and accurately assess the influence of coronary stenosis in aid clinical diagnosis.Wenxin Wang Dalin Tang Boyan Mao Bao Li Xi Zhao Jian Liu Youjun Liu 2018Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2018,,8:1

16Wellbore drift flow relation suitable for full flow pattern domain and full dip range显示文摘Aiming at the simulation of multi-phase flow in the wellbore during the processes of gas kick and well killing of complex-structure wells(e.g.,directional wells,extended reach wells,etc.),a database including 3561 groups of experimental data from 32 different data sources is established.Considering the effects of fluid viscosity,pipe size,interfacial tension,fluid density,pipe inclination and other factors on multi-phase flow parameters,a new gas-liquid two-phase drift flow relation suitable for the full flow pattern and full dip range is established.The distribution coefficient and gas drift velocity models with a pipe inclination range of-90°–90°are established by means of theoretical analysis and data-driven.Compared with three existing models,the proposed models have the highest prediction accuracy and most stable performance.Using a well killing case with the backpressure method in the field,the applicability of the proposed model under the flow conditions with a pipe inclination range of-90°–80°is verified.The errors of the calculated shut in casing pressure,initial back casing pressure and casing pressure when adjusting the displacement are 2.58%,3.43%,5.35%,respectively.The calculated results of the model are in good agreement with the field backpressure data.LOU Wenqiang WANG Zhiyuan LI Pengfei SUN Xiaohui SUN Baojiang LIU Yaxin SUN Dalin 2022Petroleum Exploration and Development2022,49,3:1
