| 1 | A case-control study about the association between vascular endothelial growth inhibitor gene polymorphisms and breast cancer risk in female patients in Northeast China显示文摘Objective: The inhibition of the neovascularization in tumors is a potential therapeutic target of cancer. Vascular endothelial growth inhibitor(VEGI) is a member of the TNF superfamily which has the ability to suppress the formation of new vessels in tumors. In order to study the association between VEGI gene polymorphisms and breast cancer risk, a case-control study was conducted in Chinese Han women in Northeast China.Methods: Our study involved 708 female breast cancer patients and 685 healthy volunteers. Four SNPs of VEGI gene were analyzed through the polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP) method. The association between VEGI gene polymorphisms and breast cancer risk was analyzed in our study. The relation between VEGI gene variants and clinical features of breast cancer including lymph node(LN) metastasis, estrogen receptor(ER), progestrogen receptor(PR), tumor protein 53(p53), human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(Her-2) and triple negative(ER-/PR-/Her-2-) status was analyzed as well.Results: We found that the CT genotype and T allele of rs6478106 were more frequent in patients than in controls. There was also a statistical difference in the distribution of C_(rs6478106)G_(rs4263839) haplotype between patients and controls. | 2 | Microstructural features of biomedical cobalt–chromium–molybdenum(CoCrMo) alloy from powder bed fusion to aging heat treatment显示文摘The design freedom of powder bed fusion process selective laser melting(SLM)enables flexibility to manufacture customized,geometrically complex medical implants directly from the CAD models.Cobased alloys have adequate wear and corrosion resistance,fatigue strength,and biocompatibility,which enables the alloys to be widely used in medical devices.This work aims to investigate the evolution of microstructures and their influence on tribological property of CoCrMo alloy processed by SLM and aging heat treatment.The results showed that very weak<110>texture along the building direction and microsegregation along cellular boundaries were produced.The presence of high residual stress and fine cellular dendrite structure has a pronounced hardening effect on the as-SLM and aging-treated alloys at moderate temperatures.Furthermore,the hexagonalεphase transformed from theγmatrix during SLM became significant after subsequent aging at moderate temperatures,which further increased the nanohardness and scratch resistance.High temperature(1150℃)heating caused homogenized recrystallization microstructure free of residual stress andεphase,which sharply decreased the hardness and scratch resistance.The material parallel to the building direction exhibited improved tribological property in both SLMed and aging-treated alloy than that of the material perpendicular to the building direction.The anisotropy in frictional performance may be considered when designing CoCrMo dental implants using laser additive manufacturing. | Haoqing Li Ming Wang Dianjun Lou Weilong Xia Xiaoying Fang | 2020 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020，42，10： | 5 |

| 9 | Effect of rain enrichment on soil respiration of Nitraria sphaerocarpa community in a hyperarid area显示文摘In order to analyze the effect of rain enrichment on soil respiration rate of a Nitraria sphaerocarpa community,we measured soil respiration rate in bare and vegetated areas in a hyperarid area(Dunhuang)during the growing season.Results show that rain enrichment can increase bare and vegetated soil respiration rates.The more rainfall enrichment,the greater the increment and the longer duration time effect for soil respiration rate.200%(16 mm)and 300%(24 mm)of rain enrichment can significantly increase bare soil respiration rates by 90%and 106%(P<0.01),respectively.By contrast,areas with 100%(8 mm),200%(16 mm)and 300%(24 mm)of rain enrichment can significantly increase shrub area respiration rates by 68%,157%and 205%(P<0.01),respectively.The response time of bare and vegetated soil respiration to rainfall enrichment is asynchronous.Response variable of soil respiration in vegetated soil is higher(118%)than in bare soil.There was significant positive correlation between soil respiration rate and soil water content during the growing season(P<0.01).For every 1 mm increment of precipitation,soil respiration rate increased by 0.01 and 0.04μmol/(m2·s),respectively in vegetated and bare soils. | DianJun Liu Bo Wu YongHua Li GuangHui Lin ShiPing Chen YaJuan Zhu Qi Lu Bin Yao | 2013 | Research in Cold and Arid Regions2013，5，6： | 1 |

| 17 | Variation in Leaf Shapes of Nitraria Species and Effect on Leaf δ^(13)C显示文摘Leaf shapes are not only the useful indicators in plant taxonomy,but also the important factors affecting energy and material exchange in leaves.In this paper,we collected and scanned the leaves of Nitraria tangutorum in Dengkou of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region(the mean annual precipitation 145 mm) and Minqin of Gansu Province (the mean annual precipitation 115 mm) and N. sphaerocarpa in Dunhuang,and then analyzed leaf shape parameters with Image - Pro Plus6.0 image processing software and leafδ13C values in the isotope laboratory of the Chinese Academy of Forestry.The result showed that:1) as leaf area increased with increasing water availability the increases in the leaf length and width were asynchronously;2) with the same leaf width,the 1 eaves of N.tangutorum and N.sphaerocarpa were significantly longer in high water available conditions;and 3) although there were significantly differences in water availability between Dengkou and Minqin,as well as between the bottom and middle of the alluvial fan near the East Lake in Dunhuang,the leafδ13C values of N.tangutorum or N.sphaerocarpa were similar in different water conditions(P>0.05).Our results suggested that the ratio of leaf perimeter to area would be an important factor which linked leaf shape to plant water physiology.During growing procedure of leaf area,leaf length increase was prior to its width to alleviate the reduction in ratio of perimeter to area and maintain water use efficiency of the plant. | Li Yonghua Wu Bo Lu Qi Jin Zhanhu Liu Dianjun Zhang Jinxin | 2012 | Chinese Forestry Science and Technology2012，11，3： | 0 |
