2Online scheduling of image satellites based on neural networks and deep reinforcement learning显示文摘In the ‘‘Internet Plus' era, space-based information services require effective and fast image satellite scheduling. Most existing studies consider image satellite scheduling to be an optimization problem to solve with searching algorithms in a batch-wise manner. No real-time speed method for satellite scheduling exists. In this paper, with the idea of building a real-time speed method, satellite scheduling is remodeled based on a Dynamic and Stochastic Knapsack Problem(DSKP), and the objective is to maximize the total expected profit. No existing algorithm could be able to solve this novel scheduling problem properly. With inspiration from the recent achievements in Deep Reinforcement Learning(DRL) in video games, AlphaGo and dynamic controlling,a novel DRL-based method is applied to training a neural network to schedule tasks. 3Percent free prostate-specific antigen for prostate cancer diagnosis in Chinese men with a PSA of 4.0-10.0 ng/mL:Results from the Chinese Prostate Cancer Consortium显示文摘Objective:To test the diagnostic performance of percent free prostate-specific antigen(%fPSA)in predicting any prostate cancer(PCa)and high-grade prostate cancer(HGPCa)in a retrospective multi-center biopsy cohort with a PSA level of 4.0e10.0 ng/mL in China.Methods:Consecutive patients with a PSA of 4.0-10.0 ng/mL who underwent transrectal ultrasound-guided biopsy were enrolled at 16 Chinese medical centers from January 1st,2010 to December 31st,2013.Total and free serum PSA determinations were performed using three types of electro-chemiluminescence immunoassays recalibrated to the World Health Organization(WHO)standard.The diagnostic accuracy of PSA,%fPSA,and %fPSA in combination with PSA(%fPSA t PSA)was determined using the area under the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve(AUC).Results:A total of 2310 consecutive men with PSA levels between 4.0 and 10.0 ng/mL were included,and the detection rate of PCa was 25.1%.The AUC of%fPSA and %fPSA t PSA in predicting any PCa was superior to PSA alone in men aged≥60 years(0.623 vs.0.534,p<0.0001)but not in men aged 40e59 years(0.517 vs.0.518,p=0.939).Similar result was yield in predicting HGPCa.Conclusion:In a clinical setting of Chinese men with 4.0e10.0 ng/mL PSA undergoing initial prostate biopsy,adding %fPSA to PSA can moderately improve the diagnostic accuracy for any PCa and HGPCa compared with PSA alone in patients≥60 but not in patients aged 40-59 years.Rui Chen Liping Xie Xiaobing Cai Yiran Huang Liqun Zhou Lulin Ma Xu Gao Chuanliang Xu Shancheng Ren Pengfei Shao Danfeng Xu Kexin Xu Zhangqun Ye Chunxiao Liu Dingwei Ye Li Lu Qiang Fu Jianquan Hou Jianlin Yuan Dalin He Tie Zhou Fubo Wang Biming He Yinghao Sun 2015Asian Journal of Urology2015,2,2:8

6A study on accumulation and distribution of gas in southern Songliao Basin显示文摘A number of isolated fault sags in Late Jurassic--Early Cretaceous were developed in the early stage of southern Songliao Basin,and unified to a depression basin in the late stage.Therefore,multiple isolated lower petroliferous systems were formed with fault sags as source rocks.The source rocks of fault sags in Late Jurassic--Early Cretaceous were mainly described with gas generation as favorable source rocks,leading to the southern Songliao Basin rich in natural gas resources combined with organic gas resources in Nenjiang Formation.A number of tectonic movements in southern Songliao Basin led to the formation of abundant structural traps and complex fault systems,and controlled the distribution strata and positions of sources rocks in Late Jurassic--Early Cretaceous fault sags.The oil-gas reservoirs can be divided into two types,i.e.,primary and secondary ones.The primary oil-gas reservoirs were distributed in the fault sag strata and the bottom of overlying depression strata(lower Quan-1 Member).The oil-gas reservoir accumulation depended on the trap development situation and the distance from source rocks.The preservation conditions of oil-gas reservoirs depended on the degree of reconstruction in the late tectonism.The secondary oil-gas reservoirs were distribution in the Quantou Formation of depression strata,where oil and gas reservoir accumulation depended on three conditions,i.e.,trap development situation,deep gas sources and the fault to connect the shallow traps and deep gas sources.The southern Songliao Basin is rich in lower coal type gas,upper oil-gas and biogas resources,which are important resources in the future.WANG Dehai KANG Haiping ZHAO Yanwei ZHAO Dalin LV Shicong WU Jianan CHEN Chunguang 2013Global Geology2013,16,1:4
7Effects of folic acid on in vitro astrocytic differentiation of neural stem cells from neonatal rats显示文摘BACKGROUND:Folic acid is essential for normal functioning of the nervous system.Previous studies have focused on the effects of folic acid on astrocyte proliferation. OBJECTIVE:To explore the effects of folic acid on astrocyte differentiation of neural stem cells (NSCs) and the related mechanisms in vitro. DESIGN,TIME AND SETTING:A randomized,controlled,grouping experiment was performed in Tianjin Medical University between August 2007 and October 2008. MATERIALS:Folic acid and 5-bromo-2-deoxyuridine(BrdU) were obtained from Sigma,MO,USA. Primary antibodies[rabbit anti-rat nestin,β-tubulin-Ⅲ,glial fibrillary acidic protein,and neurogenin1 (Ngn1);mouse anti-rat BrdU andβ-actin monoclonal antibodies]were purchased from Santa Cruz Biotechnology,USA. METHODS:At 6 days of NSC proliferation from 24-hour-old neonatal rats,BrdU incorporation assay was performed.Seven days after primary culture,NSCs were induced to differentiate with medium containing 5%fetal bovine serum.Cultured NSCs were assigned to three groups:control,low-dose (liquid media with 8 mg/L folic acid),and high-dose folic acid(liquid media with 44 mg/L folic acid). MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:At day 7 after primary culture,the cells were identified as NSCs by immunocytochemical methods.Double-label immunofluorescence technique for glial fibrillary acidic protein/BrdU detected differentiated cells 7 days after induction.Western blot was used to analyze expression of Ngn1 protein in NSCs. RESULTS:In serum-free suspension medium,neurospheres comprised a large number of Nestin-, glial fibrillary acidic protein-,β-tubulin-Ⅲ-,and BrdU-positive cells.Compared with the control group, high-dose folic acid supplementation led to an marked increase in the percentage of glial fibrillary acidic protein/BrdU-positive cells(P<0.05),and significantly decreased Ngn1 protein expression (P<0.05). 8An Electrochemical Cinnamyl C—H Amination Reaction Using Carbonyl Sulfamate显示文摘An electrochemical cinnamyl C—H amination reaction in the absence of transition metal catalyst and oxidant was reported. The choice of carbonyl sulfamate as nitrogen source is the key to achieve desired chemoselectivity. A series of terminal amine derivatives are prepared using this protocol and the sulfonyl group can be removed with basic hydrolysis. 10Combined effects of topography and bottom friction on shoaling internal solitary waves in the South China Sea显示文摘A numerical study to a generalized Korteweg-de Vries (KdV) equation is adopted to model the propagation and disintegration of large-amplitude internal solitary waves (ISWs) in the South China Sea (SCS). Based on theoretical analysis and in situ measurements, the drag coefficient of the Chezy friction is regarded as inversely proportional to the initial amplitude of an ISW, rather than a constant as assumed in the previous studies. Numerical simulations of ISWs propagating from a deep basin to a continental shelf are performed with the generalized KdV model. It is found that the depression waves are disintegrated into several solitons on the continental shelf due to the variable topography. 11Rab20 is critical for bacterial lipoprotein tolerization-enhanced bactericidal activity in macrophages during bacterial infection显示文摘Bacterial cell wall component-induced tolerance represents an important protective mechanism during microbial infection.Tolerance induced by the TLR2 agonist bacterial lipoprotein(BLP)has been shown to attenuate the inflammatory response,and simultaneously to augment antimicrobial function,thereby conferring its protection against microbial sepsis.However,the underlying mechanism by which BLP tolerance augments bactericidal activity has not been fully elucidated.Here,we reported that the induction of BLP tolerance in murine macrophages upregulated the expression of Rab20,a membrane trafficking regulator,at both the mRNA and protein levels upon bacterial infection.The knockdown of Rab20 with Rab20 specific siRNA(siRab20)did not affect the phagocytosis of Escherichia coli(E.coli),but substantially impaired the intracellular killing of the ingested E.coli in BLP-tolerized macrophages.Furthermore,Rab20 was associated with GFP-E.coli containing phagosomes,and BLP tolerization resulted in the enhanced maturation of GFP-E.coli-containing phagosomes associated with Rab20 and strong lysosomal acidification.The knockdown of Rab20 substantially diminished lysosome acidification and disturbed the fusion of GFP-E.coli containing phagosomes with lysosomes in BLP-tolerized macrophages.These results demonstrate that Rab20 plays a critical role in BLP tolerization-induced augmentation of bactericidal activity via promoting phagosome maturation and the fusion of bacteria containing phagosomes with lysosomes.Shuqi Zhao Dalin Xi Junwei Cai Wenting Chen Jing Xiang Na Peng Juan Wang Yong Jiang Zhuzhong Mei Jinghua Liu 2020Science China(Life Sciences)2020,63,3:2

13Dynamic simulation of a space gas-cooled reactor power system with a closed Brayton cycle显示文摘Space nuclear reactor power(SNRP)using a gas-cooled reactor(GCR)and a closed Brayton cycle(CBC)is the ideal choice for future high-power space missions.To investigate the safety characteristics and develop the control strategies for gas-cooled SNRP,transient models for GCR,energy conversion unit,pipes,heat exchangers,pump and heat pipe radiator are established and a system analysis code is developed in this paper.Then,analyses of several operation conditions are performed using this code.In full-power steady-state operation,the core hot spot of 1293 K occurs near the upper part of the core.If 0.4$reactivity is introduced into the core,the maximum temperature that the fuel can reach is 2059 K,which is 914 K lower than the fuel melting point.The system finally has the ability to achieve a new steady-state with a higher reactor power.When the GCR is shut down in an emergency,the residual heat of the reactor can be removed through the conduction of the core and radiation heat transfer.The results indicate that the designed GCR is inherently safe owing to its negative reactivity feedback and passive decay heat removal.This paper may provide valuable references for safety design and analysis of the gas-cooled SNRP coupled with CBC.Chenglong WANG Ran ZHANG Kailun GUO Dalin ZHANG Wenxi TIAN Suizheng QIU Guanghui SU 2021Frontiers in Energy2021,15,4:2

15Mitochondrial transcription factor A plays opposite roles in the initiation and progression of colitis-associated cancer显示文摘Background:Mitochondria are key regulators in cell proliferation and apoptosis.Alterations in mitochondrial function are closely associated with inflammation and tumorigenesis.This study aimed to investigate whether mitochondrial transcription factor A(TFAM),a key regulator of mitochondrial DNA transcription and replication,is involved in the initiation and progression of colitis-associated cancer(CAC).Methods:TFAM expression was examined in tissue samples of inflammatory bowel diseases(IBD)and CAC by immunohistochemistry.Intestinal epithelial cell(IEC)-specific TFAM-knockout mice(TFAM^(△IEC))and colorectal cancer(CRC)cells with TFAM knockdown or overexpression were used to evaluate the role of TFAMin colitis and the initiation and progression ofCAC.The underlying mechanisms of TFAMwere also explored by analyzingmitochondrial respiration function and biogenesis.Results:The expression of TFAM was downregulated in active IBD and negatively associated with the disease activity.The downregulation of TFAM in IECs was induced by interleukin-6 in a signal transducer and activator of transcription 3(STAT3)/miR-23b-dependent manner.In addition,TFAM knockout impaired IECturnover to promote dextran sulfate sodium(DSS)-induced colitis inmice.Of note,TFAMknockout increased the susceptibility of mice to azoxymethane/DSSinduced CAC and TFAM overexpression protected mice from intestinal inflammation and colitis-associated tumorigenesis.By contrast,TFAM expression was upregulated in CAC tissues and contributed to cell growth.Furthermore,it was demonstrated that β-catenin induced the upregulation of TFAM through c-Myc in CRC cells.Mechanistically,TFAMpromoted the proliferation of both IECs and CRC cells by increasing mitochondrial biogenesis and activity.Conclusions:TFAM plays a dual role in the initiation and progression of CAC,providing a novel understanding of CAC pathogenesis.Shirong Yang Xianli He Jing Zhao Dalin Wang Shanshan Guo Tian Gao Gang Wang Chao Jin Zeyu Yan Nan Wang Yongxing Wang Yilin Zhao Jinliang Xing Qichao Huang 2021Cancer Communications2021,41,8:2

19Use of the advanced microwave sounding unit data to improve typhoon prediction显示文摘The effects of incorporating the advanced microwave sounding unit (AMSU-A) data with a modified Zhu-Zhang-Weng vortex- bogussing algorithm on typhoon prediction are examined through the use of the PSU/NCAR Mesoscale Model version 5 (MM5). The AMSU-A data contain the vertical distribution of the retrieved temperature from satellite brightness temperature, with the geopo- tential height and wind fields derived through a series of statistical and diagnostic calculations. The advantages of the modified vortex- bogussing algorithm include the incorporation of realistic asymmetric typhoon structures, the balanced dynamics with the background field, the easiness to implement and the effcient computations. To test the effciency of this vortex-bogussing algorithm, the Typhoon Dan event in 1999 is simulated by incorporating the derived AMSU-A fields into the initial conditions of the MM5 modeling system. Results show significant improvements in the track and intensity of the storm, as compared to the simulation without the AMSU-A data. 20A Fast-Fractional Flow Reserve Simulation Method in A Patient with Coronary Stenosis Based on Resistance Boundary Conditions显示文摘Fractional flow reserve(FFR)is the gold standard to identify individual stenosis causing myocardial ischemia in catheter laboratory.The purpose of this study is to present a fast simulation method to estimate FFR value of a coronary artery,which can evaluate the performance of vascular stenosis,based on resistance boundary conditions.A patient-specific 3-dimensional(3D)model of the left coronary system with intermediate diameter stenosis was reconstructed based on the CTA images.The resistance boundary conditions used to simulate the coronary microcirculation were computed based on anatomical reconstruction of coronary 3D model.This study was performed by coupling the 3D coronary tree model with the lumped parameter model(0D model).The flow rate and pressure of coronary tree were calculated in twenty minutes.In addition,the effect of inlet pressure and myocardial mass on FFRss values has been investigated.The results showed that the effect of myocardial mass was greater than the effect of inlet pressure on FFRss.This FFRss simulation method can quickly and accurately assess the influence of coronary stenosis in aid clinical diagnosis.Wenxin Wang Dalin Tang Boyan Mao Bao Li Xi Zhao Jian Liu Youjun Liu 2018Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2018,,8:1
