| 1 | 远端血管保护装置Guard Wire在急性心肌梗死急诊介入治疗中的应用显示文摘目的 评价GuardWire在急性心肌梗死 (AMI)急诊介入治疗时应用的价值。方法 连续观察 4 8例AMI急诊介入治疗并应用了GuardWire的患者 ,记录术中心电图变化及血流情况等 ,分析该装置的操作、造影和手术成功率 ,以及住院期间和术后 30d内的心血管事件发生率。结果 操作成功率、造影成功率和手术成功率均为 10 0 %。远端球囊阻塞时间平均 (8 1± 6 8)min ,所有患者均能良好耐受。 93 8%的患者吸引出肉眼可见的血栓 /斑块碎片 ,术中未出现因远端血管阻塞而引起的血液动力学或心电图、症状变化 ,未出现远端血管栓塞或无血流现象。住院期间和术后 30d内的心血管事件发生率均为 0。结论 该装置容易操作 ,可安全地应用于冠状动脉系统 ,有效防止AMI急诊介入治疗中可能出现的远端血管栓塞。 | 黄铮 陈红武 Osamu Katoh Shigeru Nakamura | 2003 | 中华心血管病杂志2003，31，11： | 14 |
| 2 | Endoscopic enucleation of gastrointestinal stromal tumors of the stomach: Report of five cases显示文摘Gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) of the stomach was treated by endoscopic enucleation in five patients. They were three men and two woman, aged 36-56 years. Tumors located in the cardia were completely enucleated endoscopically without any serious complication. The largest diameter of removed tumors ranged from 1.2 to 2.5 cm. Histopathological diagnosis was GIST with low risk of malignancy (mitotic index < 5/50 high power field) in all cases. | 4 | Distribution of late gadolinium enhancement in various types of cardiomyopathies:Significance in differential diagnosis, clinical features and prognosis显示文摘The recent development of cardiac magnetic resonance(CMR)techniques has allowed detailed analyses of cardiac function and tissue characterization with high spatial resolution.We review characteristic CMR features in ischemic and non-ischemic cardiomyopathies(ICM and NICM),especially in terms of the location and distribution of late gadolinium enhancement(LGE).CMR in ICM shows segmental wall motion abnormalities or wall thinning in a particular coronary arterial territory,and the subendocardial or transmural LGE.LGE in NICM generally does not correspond to any particular coronary artery distribution and is located mostly in the mid-wall to subepicardial layer.The analysis of LGE distribution is valuable to differentiate NICM with diffusely impaired systolic function,including dilated cardiomyopathy,end-stage hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(HCM),cardiac sarcoidosis,and myocarditis,and those with diffuse left ventricular(LV)hypertrophy including HCM,cardiac amyloidosis and Anderson-Fabry disease.A transient low signal intensity LGE in regions of severe LV dysfunction is a particular feature of stress cardiomyopathy.In arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy/dysplasia,an enhancement of right ventricular(RV)wall with functional and morphological changes of RV becomes apparent.Finally,the analyses of LGE distribution have potentials to predict cardiac outcomes and response to treatments. | Hiroshi Satoh Makoto Sano Kenichiro Suwa Takeji Saitoh Mamoru Nobuhara Masao Saotome Tsuyoshi Urushida Hideki Katoh Hideharu Hayashi | 2014 | World Journal of Cardiology2014，6，7： | 8 |

UFT/LV showed antitumor effect against Meth A sarcoma,and the antitumor effect was enhanced when PSK given concomitantly. UFT/LV showed antitumor effect to Lewis lung carcinoma and PSK alone also showed antitumor effect at high dose,but a combination of UFT/LV and PSK resulted in no enhanced antitumor effect. Colon 26 carcinoma was weakly responsive to UFT/LV,and no enhancement of antitumor effect was found even PSK was used in combination. | 9 | Impact of lipoprotein lipase gene polymorphisms on ulcerative colitis显示文摘AIM: To examine the influence of lipoprotein lipase (LPL) gene polymorphism in ulcerative colitis (UC) patients. METHODS: Peripheral blood was obtained from 131 pa- tients with UC and 106 healthy controls for DNA extrac- tion. We determined LPL gene polymorphisms affecting the enzyme at Ser447stop, as well as HindⅢ and Pvu Ⅱ polymorphisms using PCR techniques. PCR products were characterized by PCR-RFLP and direct sequencing. Polymorphisms were examined for association with clini- cal features in UC patients. Genotype frequencies for LPL polymorphisms were also compared between UC patients and controls. RESULTS: In patients with onset at age 20 years or younger, C/G and G/G genotypes for Ser447stop poly- morphism were more prevalent than C/C genotype (OR = 3.13, 95% CI = 0.95-10.33). Patients with H+/- or H-/-genotype for HindⅢ polymorphism also were more nu- merous than those with H+/+ genotype (OR = 2.51, 95% CI = 0.85-7.45). In the group with H+/+ genotype for HindⅢ polymorphism, more patients had serum triglyc- eride concentrations over 150 mg/dL than patients with H+/- or H-/- genotype (P < 0.01, OR = 6.46, 95% CI = 1.39-30.12). Hypertriglycemia was also more prevalent in patients with P+/+ genotypes for PvuⅡ polymorphism (P < 0.05, OR = 3.0, 95% CI = 1.06-8.50). Genotype fre- quency for LPL polymorphism did not differ significantly between UC patients and controls. | 10 | Magnetic relaxation behavior of a spatially closed dysprosium(Ⅲ) phthalocyaninato double-decker complex显示文摘The SMM properties of the spatially closed Dy(Ⅲ) double-decker Pc complex Dy(obPc) 2 (1), which is equivalent to a pseudo dinuclear complex, are reported. Complex 1 crystallized with ethanol in the crystal lattice in the monoclinic space group P21/n and was isomorphous with Tb(obPc) 2 (3), which is arranged in a dimer structure along the b axis. The intermetallic Dy-Dy distance was determined to be 0.756 nm. χM T versus T plots for 1 decreased with a decrease in T, which suggests the existence of an antiferromagnetic (AF) interaction between the Dy 3+ ions. The M-H curve for 1 at 1.8 K showed magnetic hysteresis. In ac susceptibility measurements on a powder sample of 1, which were dependent on the applied ac field, indicating that 1 is an single molecule magnet (SMM), a maximum appeared at 22 K at an ac frequency (f) of 1488 Hz. The shape of the peaks drastically changed, and the peaks did not shift when an H dc large enough to suppress the quantum tunneling of the magnetization (QTM) was applied. The energy barrier (△/hc) was estimated to be 44 cm-1 with a pre-exponential factor (τ0 ) of 1.6 × 10 -5 s from an Arrhenius plot. Our results suggest that the SMM/magnetic properties of 1 significantly change in a dc magnetic field.
