| 1 | Quantitative prediction of mining subsidence and its impact on the environment显示文摘This study is focused on the prediction of mining subsidence and its impact on the environment in the Hongqi mining area. The study was carried out by means of a probability integral model based, in first instance based on field surveys and the analysis of data collected from this area. Isolines of mining subsidence were then drawn and the impact caused by mining subsidence on the environment was analyzed quantitatively by spatial analysis with Geographic Information System (GIS). The results indicate that the subsidence area of the first working-mine can be as large as 2.54 km 2 , the maximum subsidence is 3440 mm which will cause 1524 houses to be relocated. The entire subsidence area of the mine can reach 8.09 km 2 , with a maximum subsidence of 3590 mm. | 4 | Dark matter direct search sensitivity of the PandaX-4T experiment显示文摘The Panda X-4T experiment, a 4-ton scale dark matter direct detection experiment, is being planned at the China Jinping Underground Laboratory. In this paper we present a simulation study of the expected background in this experiment. In a 2.8-ton fiducial mass and the signal region between 1-10 keV electron equivalent energy, the total electron recoil background is found to be 4.9 × 10^(-5) kg^(-1) d^(-1) keV^(-1). The nuclear recoil background in the same region is 2.8 × 10^(-7) kg^(-1) d^(-1) keV^(-1). | 5 | Analytical methods for investigating in vivo fate of nanoliposomes:A review显示文摘Nanoliposomes are considered to be the most successful nanoparticle drug delivery system, but their fate in vivo has not been fully understood due to lack of reliable bioanalytical methods, which seriously limits the development of liposomal drugs. Hence, an overview of currently used bioanalytical methods is imperative to lay the groundwork for the need of developing a bioanalytical method for liposome measurements in vivo. Currently, major analytical methods for nanoliposomes measurement in vivo include fluorescence labeling, radiolabeling, magnetic resonance imaging(MRI), mass spectrometry and computed tomography. In this review, these bioanalytical methods are summarized, and the advantages and disadvantages of each are discussed. We provide insights into the applicability and limitations of these analytical methods in the application of nanoliposomes measurement in vivo, and highlight the recent development of instrumental analysis techniques. | 8 | Real-time object tracking via least squares transformation in spatial and Fourier domains for unmanned aerial vehicles显示文摘This paper addresses the problem of real-time object tracking for unmanned aerial vehicles. We consider the task of object tracking as a classification problem. Training a good classifier always needs a huge number of samples, which is always time-consuming and not suitable for realtime applications. In this paper, we transform the large-scale least-squares problem in the spatial domain to a series of small-scale least-squares problems with constraints in the Fourier domain using the correlation filter technique. Then, this problem is efficiently solved by two stages. In the first stage, a fast method based on recursive least squares is used to solve the correlation filter problem without constraints in the Fourier domain. In the second stage, a weight matrix is constructed to prune the solution attained in the first stage to approach the constraints in the spatial domain. Then, the pruned classifier is used for tracking. To evaluate proposed tracker’s performance, comprehensive experiments are conducted on challenging aerial sequences in the UAV123 dataset. Experimental results demonstrate that proposed approach achieves a state-ofthe-art tracking performance in aerial sequences and operates at a mean speed of beyond 40 frames/s. | 15 | Pathways of meridional atmospheric moisture transport in the central Arctic显示文摘Atmospheric moisture transport plays an important role in latent heat release and hydrologic interactions in the Arctic.In recent years,with the rapid decline in sea ice,this transport has changed.Here,we calculated the vertically integrated atmospheric moisture meridional transport(AMTv)from two global reanalysis datasets,from1979–2015,and found moisture pathways into the central Arctic.Four stable pathways showed an occurrence frequency greater than 70%,and these pathways exhibited a perennial seasonal pattern in the atmosphere above the Laptev Sea Pathway(LSP),Canadian Arctic Archipelago Pathway(CAAP),both sides of the Greenland plateau.Another seasonal pathway appeared above the east of the Chukchi Sea(CSP)during the melting/freezing months(March to September).Through these pathways,AMTv contributed a total moisture exchange of60%–80%—averaged over a 75°N circle—and focused on the low troposphere.Transports across the LSP,CSP and CAAP pathways likely create an enclosed moisture route.Meridional moisture fluxes are intensified in the Pacific sector of Arctic(PSA),especially during melting/freezing months.AMTv interannual variabilities are illustrated mainly in the Laptev Sea and the east Greenland pathway.Results indicate that accompanying a tendency for a stronger Beaufort Sea High in this sea level pressure field,AMTv through PSA pathways,switched from output to input,and approximately 960 km^3 of equivalent liquid water was transferred into the central Arctic during each decade.The detrended AMTv increment is highly correlated with the rapid decline of old ice areas(correlation coefficient is–0.78)for their synchronous fluctuations in the 1980 s and the last decade. | Daohuan Xu Ling Du Jingkai Ma Huangyuan Shi | 2020 | Acta Oceanologica Sinica2020,39,5: | 2 |

In this work, we report a high-performanee dual-channel phototransistor based on one-dimensional (1D)/two-dimensional (2D) trigonal selenium (t-Se)/ReS2 heterostructures grown by chemical vapor deposition. The injection and separati on efficie ncy of photoge nerated electro n-hole pairs can be greatly improved due to the high-quality in terfacial con tact betwee n t-Se nano belts and ReS2 films. Compared with bare ReS2 film devices, the dual-cha nnel phototra nsistor based on t-Se/ReS2 heterostructure exhibits considerable enhancement with the responsivity (R) and detectivity (D^*) up to 98 A·W^-1 and 6 x 10^10 Jones at 400 nm illumination with an in tensity of 1.7 mW·cm^-2, respectively. | 18 | Liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry method for simultaneous determination of valproic acid and its ene-metabolites in epilepsy patient plasma显示文摘A simple and high throughput method was developed and validated for simultaneous determination of valproic acid and its two toxicant ene-metabolites, 2-enevalproic acid and 4-enevalproic acid in epilepsy patient plasma using liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry. Probenecid was used as internal standard and solid-phase extraction was selected for sample preparation. A chromatographic separation was performed on an Agilent Poroshell SB-C_(18) column(50 mm*4.6 mm i.d., 2.7 μm) by an optimized gradient elution at a flow rate of 0.9 mL/min. The total run time was 7 min. Electrospray ionization was used in negative ion mode by multiple reaction monitoring of the precursor-to-product ion transitions at m/z 143.0→143.0 for valproic acid, m/z 140.9→140.9 for 2-enevalproic acid and 4-enevalproic acid for their poor fragments, and m/z 283.9→239.9 for probenecid. The results showed good linearity of valproic acid, 2-enevalproic acid and 4-enevalproic acid in their respective linear ranges.The correlation coef fi cients were more than 0.998. The intra- and inter-day precision of the assay was less than 11.0% and the accuracy ranged from 2% to 12%.
