| 2 | STRUCTURE DESIGN OF THE BEIJING SPECTROMETERⅢBEAM PIPE显示文摘The Beijing spectrometerⅢ(BESⅢ)beam pipe is in the center of the BESⅢ,which is the detector of the upgrade project of Beijing electron and positron collider(BEPCⅡ).Electrons and positrons collide in the BESⅢbeam pipe.According to the demands of the BEPCⅡ,a key program of Chinese Academy of Sciences,the BESⅢbeam pipe is designed based on the finite elements analysis.The BESⅢbeam pipe is installed in the inner cylinder of the BESⅢdrift chamber.As a vacuum tube,the BESⅢbeam pipe is designed as 1000 mm in length,63 mm in inner diameter and 114 mm in outer diameter,respectively.The BESⅢbeam pipe consists of a central beryllium pipe cooled by EDM-1,the oil No.1 for electric discharge machining,and two extended copper pipes cooled by deionized water(DW).The three parts are jointed by vacuum welding.Factors taken into account in the design are as follows.①The wall thickness of the central beryllium pipe should be designed as small as possible to reduce the multi-scattering and improve the particle momentum resolution.And the wall thickness of the extended copper pipe should be designed as large as possible to protect the detectors from the backgrounds.②The BESⅢbeam pipe must be sufficiently cooled to avoid the damage and prevents its influence to the BESⅢdrift chamber(DC)operation.The inner surface temperature of the DC inner cylinder must be maintained at 293±2 K.③The magnetic permeability of the materials used in the BESⅢbeam pipe must be less than 1.05 H/m to avoid large magnetic field distortions.④The static pressure of the vacuum chamber of the BESⅢbeam pipe must be less than 800μPa.The simulating results show that the designed structure oftbe BESⅢbeam pipe satisfies the requirements mentioned above.The structure design scheme is evaluated and adopted by the headquarters of BEPCⅡ. | ZHENG Lifang JI Quan WANG Li LI xunfeng XU Shaowang DONG Sujun ZHAO Libin LIU Jianping | 2008 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2008,21,3: | 3 |

| 9 | Physical Activity,Sedentary Behavior,and the Risk of Cardiovascular Disease in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Patients:The MIDiab Study显示文摘The aim of this study was to explore the associations of moderate-to-vigorous-intensity physical activity(MVPA)time and sedentary(SED)time with a history of cardiovascular disease(CVD)and multifactorial(i.e.,blood pressure(BP),body mass index(BMI),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),and glycated hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c))control status among type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)patients in China.A cross-sectional analysis of 9152 people with type 2 diabetes from the Multifactorial Intervention on Type 2 Diabetes(MIDiab)study was performed.Patients were grouped according to their self-reported MVPA time(low,<150 min·week−1;moderate,150 to<450 min·week−1;high,≥450 min·week−1)and SED time(low,<4 h·d–1;moderate,4 to<8 h·d–1;high,≥8 h·d–1).Participants who self-reported a history of CVD were identified as having a CVD risk.Odds ratios(ORs)and 95%confidence intervals(CIs)of CVD risk and multifactorial control status associated with MVPA time and SED time were estimated using mixed-effect logistic regression models,adjusting for China’s geographical region characteristics.The participants had a mean±standard deviation(SD)age of(60.87±8.44)years,44.5%were women,and 25.1%had CVD.After adjustment for potential confounding factors,an inverse association between high MVPA time and CVD risk that was independent of SED time was found,whereas this association was not observed in the moderate-MVPA group.A higher MVPA time was more likely to have a positive effect on the control of BMI.Compared with the reference group(i.e.,those with MVPA time≥450 min·week−1 and SED time<4 h·d–1),CVD risk was higher in the low-MVPA group:The OR associated with an SED time<4 h·d–1 was 1.270(95%CI,1.040–1.553)and that associated with an SED time≥8 h·d–1 was 1.499(95%CI,1.149–1.955).We found that a high MVPA time(i.e.,≥450 min·week−1)was associated with lower odds of CVD risk regardless of SED time among patients with T2DM. | Yafei Wu Guijun Qin Guixia Wang Libin Liu Bing Chen Qingbo Guan Zhongshang Yuan Xu Hou Ling Gao Chao Xu Haiqing Zhang Xu Zhang Qiu Li Yongfeng Song Fei Jing Shizhan Ma Shanshan Shao Meng Zhao Qingling Guo Nanwei Tong Hongyan Zhao Xiaomin Xie Chao Liu Zhongyan Shan Zhifeng Cheng Xuefeng Yu Shulin Chen Tao Yang Yangang Wang Dongmei Li Zhaoli Yan Lixin Guo Qiuhe Ji Wenjuan Wang Jiajun Zhao | 2023 | Engineering2023,,1: | 1 |

| 12 | Chinese herbal medicine combined with cognitive–behavioural therapy for avoidant paruresis:a controlled trial显示文摘Background Avoidant paruresis is a common clinical condition in urology and psychosomatic medicine.However,it has limited treatment options that are safe and effective with few side effects.Aims Our study aimed to investigate the effectiveness and safety of the Chinese herbal Yangxin Tongquan decoction combined with cognitive-behavioural therapy(CBT)for avoidant paruresis.Methods Sixty-eight patients with avoidant paruresis were divided into a treatment group(33 patients)and a control group(35 patients).The control group was assigned 10 weeks of CBT and systematic desensitisation.In addition to CBT and systematic desensitisation,the treatment group was given the Chinese herbal Yangxin Tongquan decoction during the 10-week study.The Shy Bladder Syndrome Scale(SBS)and the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)were administered before and after treatment to measure any change.Results The overall efficacy in the treatment group(n=30)was 80.0%vs 62.5%in the control group(n=33).Comparing pretreatment and post-treatment measures,both groups showed improvement in SBS scores and SAS scores(treatment group:t_((SBS))=8.397,p_((SBS))<0.001,t_((SAS))=8.216,p_((SAS))<0.001;control group:t_((SBS))=6.802,p_((SBS))<0.001,t_((SAS))=5.171,p_((SAS))<0.001).Moreover,both groups’SBS and SAS scores changed significantly over time(SBS scores:F_(time)=118.299,p<0.001;SAS scores:F_(time)=92.114,p<0.001).However,the treatment group performed better than the control group(SBS scores:F_(time*group)=5.709,p=0.020;SAS scores:F_(time*group)=7.235,p=0.009).Conclusions The Chinese herbal Yangxin Tongquan decoction combined with cognitive-behavioural psychotherapy positively affects the treatment of avoidant paruresis without significant adverse effects. | Shijie Liang Ying Zhou Chao Yu Xiang Gao Fangbin Ji Qianyuan Fang Zhihang Zhang Libin Yang Youkang Zhao Yuhui Zhao Renwu Yin Kaimin Chen Zheng Lu | 2023 | General Psychiatry2023,36,5: | 0 |
