1多级分离缓冲马铃薯收获机设计与试验显示文摘针对云南山地黏土条件下马铃薯机械化收获分离效果差、明薯率低、伤薯率和破皮率较高等问题,采用多级分离振动、多重缓冲和低位侧铺的方式,设计了一种多级分离缓冲马铃薯收获机。在阐述机具整体结构及工作原理的基础上,通过理论计算确定了挖掘装置、多级分离缓冲装置、主动振动装置等主要关键部件的结构参数;建立抛送分离阶段薯土运动模型,获取微波浪形薯土分离相关技术特征;建立马铃薯筛面滑动模型,对薯块的运动特性进行理论分析,得出薯块顺流、回流的运动规律;分析土块在输送分离过程中的碰撞特性,确定了影响分离破碎效果的因素。以含杂率和土壤覆盖度为试验指标,采用二次旋转正交组合试验设计方法进行了空载试验,并利用高速摄影和三轴姿态传感器实时获取分离筛上土壤的分布状态和运动规律,结果表明,分离筛最佳工作参数组合为:一级分离筛线速度1.42 m/s、二级分离筛线速度2.2 m/s、侧输出线速度1 m/s,此时土壤覆盖度69.11%,含杂率2.56%。在分离筛最佳工作参数组合下,以明薯率、破皮率和伤薯率为试验指标进行了田间收获试验,结果表明:当工作速度1.05 m/s、挖掘深度180 mm、振动强度Ⅱ级、筛面倾角22°时,明薯率为99.1%、破皮率为1.41%、伤薯率为1.32%,各项性能指标均符合国家行业标准要求。张兆国 王海翼 李彦彬 杨曦 IBRAHIM Issa 张振东 2021农业机械学报2021,52,2:27
2丘陵山区小型马铃薯收获机设计与试验显示文摘针对中国西南丘陵山区马铃薯收获作业中存在的引进机型适用性低、明薯率低、伤薯率高、破皮较严重、机械化收获程度低的问题,设计一种适用于丘陵山区的小型马铃薯收获机,整机主要由三点悬挂装置、挖掘装置、激振式分离筛、多级振动调整装置、挖掘调整装置、变速箱、传动装置等组成。结合具体作业要求,对挖掘装置和升运分离装置进行参数确定和选型设计。挖掘铲为设有圆弧过渡曲面的二阶铲,增强了碎土剪切性能,提高了顺土能力。建立挖掘过程的挖掘装置阻力模型和运动学模型,并对挖掘装置进行有限元分析,得出挖掘装置的最大应变为5.05×10-8 m·m-1,最大应力为9327.7 Pa,最大变形为2.98×10-4 mm。建立马铃薯升运过程的运动学模型,对薯土混合物的运动形态进行分析,根据所计算的相关参数设计了二次正交旋转组合试验,分别对各试验指标进行响应曲面分析。发现影响明薯率的主要因素为作业速度和分离筛倾角,影响伤薯率的主要因素为作业速度和分离筛倾角,影响破皮率的最主要因素为入土角和分离筛倾角。田间试验结果表明:当作业速度为1.05 m·s-1,入土角为17°,分离筛倾角为15°时,试验条件下的明薯率为96.7%,伤薯率为1.3%,破皮率为1.5%,上述指标优于国家标准,符合马铃薯收获作业要求。王海翼 张兆国 IBRAHIM Issa 解开婷 Wael EL-KOLALY 曹钦洲 2021浙江农业学报2021,33,4:10

8Nutritional status of children with inflammatory boweldisease in Saudi Arabia显示文摘AIM: To assess the prevalence of nutritional disorders in children with inflammatory bowel disease(IBD) in Saudi Arabia.METHODS: The data from a national cohort of children newly diagnosed with IBD between 2003 and 2012 were analyzed. The diagnosis of IBD and the differentiation between Crohn's disease(CD) and ulcerative colitis(UC) were confirmed by gastroenterologists according to the standard criteria. The body mass index(BMI) of each child [weight(kg)/height^2(m)] was calculated at the time of diagnosis. The World Health Organization standards and references were used and the BMI for age > +1 and <-2 standard deviation score were used to define overweight and thinness, respectively. Age stratification analysis was performed to investigate any age-related variation in the prevalence of nutritional status between children < 10 years of age and older.RESULTS: There were 374 children from 0.33 to 17 years of age, including 119(32%) children with UC and 255(68%) with CD. All of the children were Saudi nationals, and 68(57%) of the UC and 150(59%) of the CD children were males. A positive history of anorexia at the time of diagnosis was found in 30(25%) patients with UC and 99(39%) patients with CD. The prevalence of thinness was 31%, 35% and 24% in children with IBD, CD and UC, respectively, with a significantly higher prevalence of thinness in children with CD than in children with UC(P = 0.037) only in the age group of 10-17 years(P = 0.030). The prevalence of overweight was 16 %, 15% and 20 % in the children with IBD, CD and UC, respectively, indicating a higher prevalence in UC that was statistically significant only in the age group of 10-17 years(P = 0.020). CONCLUSION: A high proportion of children with IBD presented with overweight instead of the classical underweight. 14Groundwater Quality Surroundings Mining Activities Areas in Arlit Region(Tim MersoïBasin,North Niger)显示文摘The study area is a semi-arid area located in the Arlit region.This area contains significant uranium deposits that have been mined by two mining companies since 1968.The objective of this study is to determine the impact of these activities on existing aquifers,in particular Izegouande aquifer.A methodological approach based on hydrochemical methods focusing on the analysis of nitrates and sulfates showed that waters of Izegouande aquifer have high nitrate concentrations ranging from 16 mg/L to 60 mg/L,higher than WHO(World Health Organization)standards drinking water.In addition,these waters show elevated sulfate levels ranging from 16 mg/L to 57 mg/L,therefore acceptable.These high concentrations of nitrates and sulfates are located mainly near wastewater treatment of Arlit city and near industrial zone,which are potential areas for transfer of these elements such as nitrates and sulfates.It is therefore urgent to carry out periodic and regular checks on groundwater in these areas.Illias Alhassane Abdou Babaye Maman Sani Issa MSalmanou Souleymane Wagani Ibrahim 2023Journal of Environmental Science and Engineering(B)2023,12,6:0
