2Maneuvering target tracking algorithm based on cubature Kalman filter with observation iterated update显示文摘Reasonable selection and optimization of a filter used in model estimation for a multiple model structure is the key to improve tracking accuracy of maneuvering target.Combining with the cubature Kalman filter with iterated observation update and the interacting multiple model method,a novel interacting multiple model algorithm based on the cubature Kalman filter with observation iterated update is proposed.Firstly,aiming to the structural features of cubature Kalman filter,the cubature Kalman filter with observation iterated update is constructed by the mechanism of iterated observation update.Secondly,the improved cubature Kalman filter is used as the model filter of interacting multiple model,and the stability and reliability of model identification and state estimation are effectively promoted by the optimization of model filtering step.In the simulations,compared with classic improved interacting multiple model algorithms,the theoretical analysis and experimental results show the feasibility and validity of the proposed algorithm.胡振涛 Fu Chunling Cao Zhiwei Li Congcong 2015High Technology Letters2015,21,1:4
3Assessment of dairy cow feed intake based on BP neural network with polynomial decay learning rate显示文摘To overcome the shortcomings of traditional dairy cow feed intake assessment model andBP neural network, this paper proposes a method of optimizing BP neural network usingpolynomial decay learning rate, taking the cow’s body weight, lying duration, lying times,walking steps, foraging duration and concentrate-roughage ratio as input variables andtaking the actual feed intake is the output variable to establish a dairy cow feed intakeassessment model, and the model is trained and verified by experimental data collectedon site. For the sake of comparative study, feed intake is simultaneously assessed by SVRmodel, KNN logistic regression model, traditional BP neural network model, and multilayerBP neural network model. The results show that the established BP model using the polynomial decay learning rate has the highest assessment accuracy, the MSPE, RMSE, MAE,MAPE and R2 are 0.043 kg2/d and 0.208 kg/d, 0.173 kg/d, 1.37% and 0.94 respectively. Compared with SVR model and KNN mode, the RMSE value reduced by 43.9% and 26.5%, it isalso found that the model designed in this paper has many advantages in comparison withthe BP model and multilayer BP model in terms of precision and generalization. 4Using a global reference sample set and a cropland map for area estimation in China显示文摘A technically transparent and freely available reference sample set for validation of global land cover mapping was recently established to assess the accuracies of land cover maps with multiple resolutions.This sample set can be used to estimate areas because of its equal-area hexagon-based sampling design.The capabilities of these sample set-based area estimates for cropland were investigated in this paper.A 30-m cropland map for China was consolidated using three thematic maps(cropland,forest and wetland maps)to reduce confusion between cropland and forest/wetland.We compared three area estimation methods using the sample set and the 30 m cropland map.The methods investigated were:(1)pixel counting from a complete coverage map,(2)direct estimation from reference samples,and(3)model-assisted estimation combining the map with samples.Our results indicated that all three methods produced generally consistent estimates which agreed with cropland area measured from an independent national land use dataset.Areas estimated from the reference sample set were less biased by comparing with a National Land Use Dataset of China(NLUD-C).This study indicates that the reference sample set can be used as an alternative source to estimate areas over large regions.YULe LI XueCao LI CongCong ZHAO YuanYuan NIU ZhenGuo HUANG HuaBing WANG Jie CHENG YuQi LU Hui SI YaLi YU ChaoQing FU HaoHuan GONG Peng 2017Science China Earth Sciences2017,60,2:1

7A novel wavy non-uniform ligament chiral stent with J-shaped stress-strain behavior to mimic the native trachea显示文摘Tracheal stents are an important form of treatment for benign or malignant central airway obstruction.However,the mechanical behavior of current tracheal stents is significantly different from that of the native trachea,which leads to a variety of serious complications.In this study,inspired by the structure of the native trachea,a wavy non-uniform ligament chiral tracheal stent is proposed,in which J-shaped stress-strain behavior and negative Poisson's ratio response are achieved by replacing the tangential ligament of tetrachiral and anti-tetrachiral hybrid structure with a wavy non-uniform ligament.Through the combination of theoretical analysis,finite element analysis and experimental tests,a wide range of desired J-shaped stress-strain curves are explored to mimic the native porcine trachea by tailoring the stent geometry.Besides,the negative Poisson’s ratio and auxetic diameter curves versus axial strain of the stent are also studied in detail,thus contributing to the enhancement of cross-section ventilation and reducing the migration of the stent.This novel tracheal stent with a unique microstructure shows a potential to perfectly match the physiological activities of the native trachea and thereby reduce potential complications.Jiapeng Liu Xinhua Yao Zhenwei Wang Jian Ye Congcong Luan Jianzhong Fu Yong He 2021Bio-Design and Manufacturing2021,4,4:0

9Molecular Characterization, Tissue Distribution and Localization of Larimichthys crocea Kif3a and Kif3b and Expression Analysis of Their Genes During Spermiogenesis显示文摘KIF3A and KIF3B are two N-terminal motor proteins belonging to the kinesin-II superfamily that play essential roles in spermiogenesis.To understand the roles played by KIF3 A/3B during spermatogenesis of large yellow croaker Larimichthys crocea,we studied the testis characteristics at different developmental stages of L.crocea,and determined the spatiotemporal expression patterns of kif3a and kif3b during spermiogenesis.Quantitative real-time PCR(qR T-PCR)showed that the overall trends of kif3 a/3 b m RNA abundance during testis development are similar.From stage Ⅱ to stage V,kif3a/3b m RNA abundances first increased and then fell after reaching a peak at stage IV.Interestingly,the m RNA abundances of both genes at stage V were higher than those at stages Ⅱ and Ⅲ.In addition,it is worth of noting that kif3 b m RNA abundance was higher than that of kif3a at all stages.Fluorescence in situ hybridization results revealed that kif3a/3b m RNA abundance dynamics were consistent with the migration of mitochondria,the deformation of nucleus,and the formation of tail.The m RNA hybridization signals of both genes first appeared either around the nuclear periphery or on the side of the nuclei,then appeared at one side of nuclei,and finally were mainly on the tail during spermiogenesis.Our findings contributed to better understanding the molecular mechanisms of spermiogenesis in fish;and suggested that KIF3A and KIF3B may participate in the intracellular transport of mitochondria,nuclear deformation,and the formation of tail during the spermiogenesis in L.crocea.MU Danli DU Chen FU Suyan WANG Jingqian HOU Congcong TANG Daojun ZHU Junquan 2019Journal of Ocean University of China2019,18,6:0
10Kunming mouse strain is less susceptible to elastase-induced abdominal aortic aneurysms显示文摘Background:Porcine pancreatic elastase(PPE)is successfully used to induce abdominal aortic aneurysm(AAA)in mice.However,differences between mouse strains in susceptibility to PPE induction have been reported.Kunming mouse is one of the most frequently used strains in China but whether it is suitable for induction of AAA by PPE application remains unclear.Methods:PPE infusion(1.5 units/ml)in temporary controlled aorta was performed to induce AAAs in both C57BL/6J and Kunming mice.Phosphatebuffered saline(PBS)application was used as vehicle control.The aorta diameters of all mice were measured at days 0 and 14 after surgery to evaluate the AAA formation.Results:After 14 days of PPE or PBS infusion,all mice were sacrificed and aorta tissues were collected for histological staining analysis.At the 14th day after infusion,PPE successfully induced aortic dilation in Kunming mice and typical AAA in C57BL/6J mice.The aorta diameter increased by 0.23 mm in Kunming mice after PPE infusion,while it was 0.72 mm in the C57BL/6J strain.PPE induced mild elastin degradation,smooth muscle cell(SMC)depletion and mural leucocyte infiltration in Kunming mice,but in PPE-sensitive C57BL/6J mice,it induced total loss of SMCs,elastin disappearance and diffused infiltrated leucocytes in aortic aneurysmal segments.The effects of PPE in inducing angiogenesis and upregulating matrix metalloproteinase 2 and 9 expression in Kunming mice were also weaker than that in C57BL/6J mice.Conclusion:At the reported dose of PPE,Kunming mouse is not as susceptible to AAA formation as C57BL/6J mice.The failure of PPE to induce AAA formation in Kunming mice may be associated to its inability to boost a strong inflammatory response.Haole Liu Kangli Tian Congcong Xia Panpan Wei Boyu Xu Weilai Fu Yankui Li Yafeng Li Liang Bai Rong Wang Weirong Wang Baohui Xu Enqi Liu Sihai Zhao 2022Animal Models and Experimental Medicine2022,5,1:0

13Engineering two-dimensional pores in freestanding TiO_2/graphene gel film for high performance lithium ion battery显示文摘As the key component of electrochemical energy storage devices, an electrode with superior ions transport pores is the important premise for high electrochemical performance. In this paper, we developed a unique solution process to prepare freestanding TiO_2/graphene hydrogel electrode with tunable density and porous structures. By incorporating room temperature ionic liquids(RTILs), even upon drying, the non-volatile RTILs that remained in the gel film would preserve the efficient ion transport channels and prevent the electrode from closely stacking, to develop dense yet porous structures.
