| 1 | Variation of temporal and spatial patterns of NO_2 in Beijing using OMI and mobile DOAS显示文摘Control policies such as 'odd-and-even license plate rule' were implemented by the Chinese government to restrict traffic and suspend factory production in Beijing and neighboring cities during the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit. We use ozone monitoring instrument(OMI), mobile differential optical absorption spectroscopy(DOAS), and multi-axis differential optical absorption spectroscopy(MAX-DOAS) to measure the variation of the spatial and temporal patterns of NO2 column densities from October 24, 2014 to November 22, 2014. It is found that the NO2 column densities during the episode of control policies are significantly lower than those during other periods, and the emission flux of NO2 calculated by mobile DOAS is also lower than the results from other periods. Some daily low NO2 column densities occur with the northwest wind direction. We then compare the relationship between OMI and mobile DOAS NO2 column density observations, and the results of mobile DOAS are approximately 2.7 times larger than the OMI values. The largest discrepancy occurs in the northern part of Beijing city. In other parts, the two instruments have a better correlation coefficient(R2) of 0.61. | 2 | Distribution and anti-HBV effects of antisense oligodeoxynu-cleotides conjugated to galactosylated poly-L-lysine显示文摘AIM: To describe distribution of the phosphorothioated antisense oligodeoxynucleotides (PS-asODNs) conjugated to galactosylated poly-L-lysine (Gal-PLL) in mice, and to observe their effects on expression of HBV gene in the 2.2.15 cells and transgenic mice.METHODS: According to the result of direct sequencing of PCR amplified products, a 16 mer phosphorothioate analogue of the antisense oligodeoxynucleotides (PS-asODNs) directed against the HBV U5-like region was conjugated to the hepatotropic Gal-PLL molecules. Its distribution was demonstrated using asODNs labeled with ^32p at the 5' terminus with a T4-polynucleotide Kinase. Its inhibition effect on HBV expression was observed in the transfected 2.2.15 cells and transgenic mice.RESULTS: The Gal-PLL and asODNs could form stable complex at a molar ratio of 2:1. As shown in the HBV-transfected 2.2.15 cells, the inhibition effects of asODNs alone and asODNs conjugated to Gal-PLL, at 10μmol/L for both, on HBsAg and HBeAg production were different,the former being 70 % and 58 %, respectively, and the latter being 96 % and 82 %, respectively. A more pronounced reduction was also observed in viral DNA load in the culture supernatant for the test with Gal-PLL-asODNs. Among many mouse organs, livers retained more asODNs molecules after administration. The preferential concentration in liver was found to be 52.14 % for Gal-PLL-asODNs, as high as 2.38-fold of that for asODNs (21.9 %). Both elements decreased gradually in liver, with 2.9 % of the former, 5.99 % of the latter retained 24 hours after the administration. The injection interval, therefore, was recommended to be 24 hours. In the transgenic mice, serum HBsAg decreased significantly (P<0.01) at the 12th day after administrating Gal-PLL- asODNs, the serum HBV DNA turned negative in 4 of the 6 mice.CONCLUSION: Antisense oligodeoxynucleotides conjugated to Gal-PLL can be concentrated in liver and intaked by hepatocytic cells. | 3 | A Novel Unsupervised Change Detection Method with Structure Consistency and GFLICM Based on UAV Images显示文摘With the rapid development of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)technology,change detection methods based on UAV images have been extensively studied.However,the imaging of UAV sensors is susceptible to environmental interference,which leads to great differences of same object between UAV images.Overcoming the discrepancy difference between UAV images is crucial to improving the accuracy of change detection.To address this issue,a novel unsupervised change detection method based on structural consistency and the Generalized Fuzzy Local Information C-means Clustering Model(GFLICM)was proposed in this study.Within this method,the establishment of a graph-based structural consistency measure allowed for the detection of change information by comparing structure similarity between UAV images.The local variation coefficient was introduced and a new fuzzy factor was reconstructed,after which the GFLICM algorithm was used to analyze difference images.Finally,change detection results were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively.To measure the feasibility and robustness of the proposed method,experiments were conducted using two data sets from the cities of Yangzhou and Nanjing.The experimental results show that the proposed method can improve the overall accuracy of change detection and reduce the false alarm rate when compared with other state-of-the-art change detection methods. | Wensong LIU Xinyuan JI Jie LIU Fengcheng GUO Zongqiao YU | 2022 | Journal of Geodesy and Geoinformation Science2022,5,1: | 2 |

To solve the complicated detection process of current laser diagnostic methods, the colored background oriented Schlieren(CBOS) method was proposed to obtain a tail jet temperature field. First, the background Schlieren image with three-color points was collected for the exhaust gas temperature(EGT) field of the engine. Then the refractive index field of the engine exhaust was obtained according to the proposed CBOS method. Finally, the three-dimensional EGT field was reconstructed through the refractive index field.
