1Variation of temporal and spatial patterns of NO_2 in Beijing using OMI and mobile DOAS显示文摘Control policies such as 'odd-and-even license plate rule' were implemented by the Chinese government to restrict traffic and suspend factory production in Beijing and neighboring cities during the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit. We use ozone monitoring instrument(OMI), mobile differential optical absorption spectroscopy(DOAS), and multi-axis differential optical absorption spectroscopy(MAX-DOAS) to measure the variation of the spatial and temporal patterns of NO2 column densities from October 24, 2014 to November 22, 2014. It is found that the NO2 column densities during the episode of control policies are significantly lower than those during other periods, and the emission flux of NO2 calculated by mobile DOAS is also lower than the results from other periods. Some daily low NO2 column densities occur with the northwest wind direction. We then compare the relationship between OMI and mobile DOAS NO2 column density observations, and the results of mobile DOAS are approximately 2.7 times larger than the OMI values. The largest discrepancy occurs in the northern part of Beijing city. In other parts, the two instruments have a better correlation coefficient(R2) of 0.61. 9Temperature field reconstruction method for aero engine exhaust using the colored background oriented Schlieren technology显示文摘The detection of the jet temperature field in an aircraft engine tail is an effective way to reflect the running state of an engine. To solve the complicated detection process of current laser diagnostic methods, the colored background oriented Schlieren(CBOS) method was proposed to obtain a tail jet temperature field. First, the background Schlieren image with three-color points was collected for the exhaust gas temperature(EGT) field of the engine. Then the refractive index field of the engine exhaust was obtained according to the proposed CBOS method. Finally, the three-dimensional EGT field was reconstructed through the refractive index field. 10Late Mesozoic tectonostratigraphic division and correlation of the Bohai Bay basin: Implications for the Yanshanian Orogeny显示文摘We present the results of Mesozoic sequences of the Bohai Bay basin in North China, based mainly on geochronology and interpretations of seismic profiles and logging data. Five tectono-stratigraphic sequences are defined: Lower-Middle Triassic, Lower-Middle Jurassic, Upper Jurassic, Lower Cretaceous and Upper Cretaceous. Based on an analysis of detrital zircons, the clastic rocks recorded two intervals of Jurassic magmatic activity, during 180–175 and 160–152 Ma, which can be correlated to the Nandaling and Tiaojishan Formations in the Yanshan area, respectively. However, since Jurassic volcanic rocks have not yet been found in the Bohai Bay basin, we speculate that these two stages of activity were mainly concentrated around the periphery of the North China Craton(NCC) rather than within. Based on an analysis of zircons from volcanic rocks and pyroclastics, the early Cretaceous magmatism in the Bohai Bay basin can be divided into two stages, 125–120 and 110–100 Ma,which can be correlated to magmatism in the eastern part of the NCC. The zircon ages indicate an absence of volcanic activity during the late Tuchengzi and Zhangjiakou periods which may correlate to the uplift of the Bohai Bay basin in the late Late Jurassic. Comparison of the development of Mesozoic basins and sedimentary strata in the central-eastern part of Yanshan tectonic belt and the the Bohai Bay basin indicates that the two areas are generally comparable, but with substantial differences.The central-eastern part of the Yanshan structural belt lacks Early-Middle Triassic strata, and the Bohai Bay basin lacks late Jurassic-early Cretaceous strata. Based on research results from late Mesozoic sedimentary structures in the central and eastern parts of the Yanshan tectonic belt, we infer that episode A of the Yanshanian Orogeny was weak in the Bohai Bay basin and its periphery, while episode B of the Yanshanian Orogeny had a strong influence on the Bohai Bay basin and its periphery. 11Novel heating technologies to improve fermentation efficiency and quality in wheat products:A short review显示文摘Identifying novel processing methods is an important research direction in the field of food engineering.Fermented flour products have been popular all over the world for a long time because of their unique flavor and texture.Whether for yeast or sourdough,the accurate temperature control is essential for the fermentation process.Some novel heating methods have shown potential in the processing of fermented flour products.Microwave heating(MWH),radiofrequency heating(RFH),and ohmic heating(OH)are undoubtedly the most promising heating methods.MWH affects the fermentation time of the dough by affecting the water molecules in the dough,and may also improve the fermentation quality of wholewheat flour products.RFH contributes to the control of harmful substances in the fermentation process and has shown potential for the production of sourdough bread.OH has superiority in accurately controlling the temperature,enzymes,microorganisms,etc.in the fermentation process,and it is beneficial to shortening the fermentation time.Researchers have applied these heating methods with different properties to different uses.This article summarized the application and potential of these three novel heating methods in the production of fermented flour products.The application scenarios and parameter settings of novel heating technologies in dough fermentation process need further research.It is reasonable to believe that novel heating methods can become an important tool to improve the efficiency of dough fermentation and the quality of fermented dough in the future.Zhen Wang Jihong Huang Sen Ma Xiaoxi Wang Binghua Sun Fengcheng Wang Li Li Qingdan Bao 2021Grain & Oil Science and Technology2021,4,2:0
12Enrichment characteristics and risk assessment of Hg in bird feathers from Caohai wetland in Guizhou Province,China显示文摘Based on the analysis of the enrichment characteristics of Hg and Me Hg in bird feathers from Caohai National Nature Reserve in Guizhou, the risks of Hg pollution to the birds from Caohai wetland have been evaluated. The total Hg content of bird feathers ranges from 40 to 5058 ng/g with an average of 924 ng/g. The content of Me Hg is significantly correlated with total Hg(r = 0.68,p<0.01), and the content are among 0.75 and 113 ng/g.The total Hg content in the birds feathers is significantly dependent on their feeding habits, which is mainly in accordance with the following rule: carnivorous birds [ omnivorous birds that are mainly carnivorous [ omnivorous birds that are mainly herbivorous.There are also differences in the Hg enrichment ability in the different parts of bird feathers, and the total Hg and Me Hg content in the wing feathers are significantly higher than that in the other parts of feathers. The bioaccumulation coefficients of aqueous Hg and Me Hg by bird feathers are 0.9×10~4–112.13×10~4(mean value is 20.47×10~4) and 0.47×10~4–70.4×10~4(mean value is 9.52×10~4),respectively. 13Temperature Field Reconstruction in High-Temperature Gas by Using the Colored Background Oriented Schlieren Method显示文摘A 3D temperature field reconstruction method using the colored background oriented schlieren(CBOS)method is proposed to address image blurring due to the different refractive index of the multi-wavelength light and significant errors produced when the traditional background oriented schlieren(BOS)method is applied to high-temperature gas.First,the traditional method is employed to reconstruct the non-uniform 3D temperature field.Second,the CBOS method is applied to correct the distortion.Then,by analyzing the correlation coefficient among different color points of the colored background pattern,the non-uniform temperature field is reconstructed much more accurately.Finally,the experimental results are verified by applying the Runge-Kutta ray-tracing method and the thermocouple contact measurement method.The maximum average temperature error of the CBOS-reconstructed temperature field is 12.92°C,compared with the thermocouples.Therefore,an accurate three-dimensional reconstruction of the temperature field can be achieved by the proposed method effectively.Jun Wu Haitao Xu Fengcheng Song Jun Xu Yanling Li Tao Wang 2020Journal of Beijing Institute of Technology2020,29,3:0
