1喷水推进混流泵叶片径向力显示文摘水力机械内的水压力脉动常常导致叶片的疲劳破坏及共振,为了研究叶片旋转交互作用引起的流体诱导水压力,基于CFD计算和模型试验开展导叶式喷水推进混流泵叶片交互作用径向力研究.建立了一个闭式的混流泵试验循环系统,在叶轮和泵轴内内置同步旋转测力计测量叶轮上的瞬时力和转矩.通过大量的标定确定试验轴系的动态特性.采用Fluent软件进行非定常数值模拟,并将模拟结果与试验结果进行了比较,分析了产生偏差的原因.结果表明:叶片旋转经过时的轴上径向作用力的频率与工况有关,同时叶片激发的径向力导致叶轮有与轴旋转方向相反旋转的趋势;计算的推进泵外特性与试验吻合较好,同时叶片交互作用径向力的量级也有较好的吻合度;从小流量到大流量工况,计算结果的变化趋势与试验结果一致.成立 Bart P.M.van Esch 刘超 周济人 金燕 2012排灌机械工程学报2012,30,6:9
2Gastric emptying evaluation by ultrasound prior colonoscopy:An easy tool following bowel preparation显示文摘AIM: To investigate the gastric emptying after bowel preparation to allow general anaesthesia. METHODS: A prospective, non-comparative, and nonrandomized trial was performed and registered on Eudra CT database(2011-002953-80) and on www.trial.gov(NCT01398098). All patients had a validated indication for colonoscopy and a preparation using sodium phosphate(NaP) tablets. The day of the procedure, patients took 4 tablets with 250 mL of water every 15 min, three times. The gastric volume wasestimated every 15 min from computed antral surfaces and weight according to the formula of Perlas et al(Anesthesiology, 2009). Colonoscopy was performed within the 6 h following the last intake.RESULTS: Thirty patients were prospectively included in the study from November 2011 to May 2012. The maximum volume of the antrum was 212 mL, achieved 15 min after the last intake. 24%, 67% and 92% of subjects had an antral volume below 20 mL at 60, 120 and 150 min, respectively. 81% of patients had a Boston score equal to 2 or 3 in each colonic segment. No adverse events leading to treatment discontinuation were reported.CONCLUSION: Gastric volume evaluation appeared to be a simple and reliable method for the assessment of gastric emptying. 3灯泡贯流泵装置内部流动及水力特性显示文摘为了深入研究灯泡贯流泵装置内部流动与水力特性之间的联系,采用数值计算、性能试验与PIV流场测试方法,获得了灯泡贯流泵装置在大流量、小流量和最优工况下的流动和水力特性.采用RNG紊流模型和SIMPLEC算法,基于多旋转坐标系模型,计算了灯泡贯流泵内部定常流动.分析了泵装置内部流动,指出小流量工况下泵叶轮的进口有较大范围的旋涡区,出水灯泡体内流态较为紊乱;而在最优工况及大流量工况下,泵装置内未见明显回流区.研究表明,灯泡贯流泵进水流道水力损失符合传统管道内局部水力损失规律,而出水流道的水力损失表现为与泵装置运行工况相关的规律,最优工况点附近损失最小,小流量和大流量工况点水力损失均较大.计算结果与二维PIV流动测试结果均表明在小流量下进口近泵壳侧有明显的回流区,而在叶轮出口靠近轮毂处有大面积的脱流.因此,灯泡贯流泵装置优化水力设计应当重视小流量工况下叶轮和导叶处的流动特性.成立 刘超 B.P.M.van Esch 汤方平 金燕 周济人 2012排灌机械工程学报2012,30,4:5

5Partial external biliary diversion in bile salt export pump deficiency: Association between outcome and mutation显示文摘AIM To investigate the relation of two different mutations to the outcome of partial external biliary diversion(PEBD)in severe bile salt export pump(BSEP) deficiency.METHODS Mutations in the gene encoding BSEP leading to severe BSEP deficiency in two unrelated patients were identified by genomic sequencing. Native liver biopsies and transiently transfected human embryonic kidney(HEK) 293 cells expressing either wild-type or mutated BSEP were subjected to immunofluorescence analysis to assess BSEP transporter localization. Bile acid profiles of patient and control bile samples were generated by ultra-performance liquid chromatographytandem mass spectrometry. Wild-type and mutant BSEP transport of [~3H]-labeled taurocholate(TC) and taurochenodeoxycholate(TCDC) was assessed by vesicular transport assays.RESULTS A girl(at 2 mo) presented with pruritus, jaundice and elevated serum bile salts(BS). PEBD stabilized liver function and prevented liver transplantation. She was heterozygous for the BSEP deletion p.T919 del and the nonsense mutation p.R1235 X. At the age of 17 years relative amounts of conjugated BS in her bile were normal, while total BS were less than 3% as compared to controls. An unrelated boy(age 1.5 years) presenting with severe pruritus and elevated serum BS was heterozygous for the same nonsense and another missense mutation, p.G1032 R. PEBD failed to alleviate pruritus, eventually necessitating liver transplantation. BS concentration in bile was about 5% of controls. BS were mainly unconjugated with an unusual low amount of chenodeoxycholate derivatives(< 5%). The patients' native liver biopsies showed canalicular BSEP expression. Both BSEP p.T919 del and p.G1032 R were localized in the plasma membrane in HEK293 cells. In vitro transport assays showed drastic reduction of transport by both mutations. 7Numerical analysis of cavitation shedding flow around a three-dimensional hydrofoil using an improved filter-based model显示文摘The cavitation shedding flow around a 3-D Clark-Y hydrofoil is simulated by using an improved filter-based model(FBM) and a mass transfer cavitation model with the consideration of the maximum density ratio effect between the liquid and the vapor. The unsteady cloud cavity shedding features around the Clark-Y hydrofoil are accurately captured based on an improved FBM model and a suitable maximum density ratio. Numerical results show that the predicted cavitation patterns and evolutions compare well with the experimental visualizations, and the prediction errors of the time-averaged lift coefficient, drag coefficient and Strouhal number St for the cavitation number σ= 0.8, the angle of attack α= 8° at a Reynolds number Re= 7 ×10~5 are only 3.29%, 2.36% and 9.58%, respectively. It is observed that the cavitation shedding flow patterns are closely associated with the vortex structures identified by the Q-criterion method. The predicted cloud cavitation shedding flow shows clearly three typical stages:(1) Initiation of the attached sheet cavity, the growth toward the trailing edge.(2) The formation and development of the re-entrant jet flow.(3) Large scale cloud cavity sheds downstream. 10Techno-economic evaluation of a biogas-based oxidative coupling of methane process for ethylene production显示文摘This contribution is a preliminary technoeconomic assessment of a biogas-based oxidative coupling of methane (OCM)process.Biogas is frequently utilized as a renewable energy source within small scale combined heat and power plants or as a natural gas substitute.The activation of methane also enables its utilization as a feedstock to produce chemicals.In this sense,the OCM process allows for the direct conversion of methane into ethylene,which is a major building block for the chemical and polymer industries.Biogas resulting from the anaerobic digestion of vinasse,a liquid effluent from bioethanol industry,is treated for contaminant removal and its methane content is converted into ethylene,which is then purified as the main product.The biogas cleaning process is assessed based on literature data,while an experimentally validated simulation model is used to assess the OCM process.A techno-economic evaluation is then performed through a Monte Carlo simulation,wherein uncertain parameters take random values between reasonable bounds.The net present value results positive in 74% of the cases,indicating that the project is profitable under a wide range of scenarios.Some performance improvement opportunities have been identified and highlighted to guide future studies in the topic.Alberto T.Penteado Mijin Kim Hamid R.Godini Erik Esche Jens-Uwe Repke 2018Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2018,12,4:2

13Numerical analysis of the unsteady behavior of cloud cavitation around a hydrofoil based on an improved filter-based model显示文摘The unsteady cavitation evolution around the Clark-Y hydrofoil is investigated in this paper, by using an improved filter-base model(FBM) with the density correction method(DCM). To improve the prediction accuracy, the filter scale is adjusted based on the grid size. The numerical results show that a small filter scale is crucial for the unsteady simulations of the cavity shedding flow. The hybrid method that combines the FBM and the DCM could help to limit the overprediction of the turbulent viscosity in the cavitation region on the wall of the hydrofoil and in the wake. The large value of the maximum density ratio ? l /? v, clip promotes the mass transfer rate between the liquid phase and the vapor phase, which results in a large sheet cavity length and the vapor fraction rise inside the cavity. The cavity patterns predicted by the improved method are verified by the experimental visualizations. The time-average lift, the drag coefficient and the primary oscillating frequency St for the cavitation number ?= 0.8, the angle of attack, ?= 8o, at a Reynolds number Re= 7 ?105 are 0.735, 0.115 and 0.183, respectively, and the predicted errors are 3.29%, 3.36% and 8.93%. The typical three stages in one revolution are well-captured, including the initiation of the sheet/attached cavity, the growth toward the trailing edge(TE) with the development of the re-entrant jet flow, and the large scale cloud cavity shedding. It is observed that the cloud cavity shedding flow induces the vortex pairs of the TE vortices in the wake and the shedding vortices.
