1ESVS指南:颈动脉狭窄有创性治疗的适应证和技术显示文摘欧洲血管外科学会召集颈动脉疾病领域的专家制定了关于颈动脉疾病有创性治疗的最新指南。根据证据级别对推荐意见进行分级。对于狭窄程度〉50%的有症状患者,如果围手术期卒中/死亡发生率〈6%,则推荐行颈动脉内膜切除术(carotid endarterectomy,CEA)(A级推荐),最好在患者最近发作的2周内进行(A级推荐)。对于狭窄程度为70%~99%并且年龄在75岁以下的男性无症状患者,如果围手术期卒中/死亡发生率〈3%,也推荐行CEA(A级推荐)。女性无症状患者从CEA中获得的益处明显不如男性患者(A级推荐)。因此,只有年龄较小的合适的女性患者才考虑行CEA(A级推荐)。颈动脉补片血管成形术优于直接缝合(A级推荐)。在CEA术前、术中和术后均应给予阿司匹林(75~325medd)和他汀类药物治疗(A级推荐)。颈动脉支架置入术(carotid artery stenting,CAS)仅适用于CEA高危患者,并且应在围手术期卒中,死亡发生率较低的大型中心或是在随机对照试验中进行(C级推荐)。在CAS治疗的同时,应使用阿司匹林+氯吡格雷双重抗血小板治疗(A级推荐)。使用颈动脉保护装置可能有益(C级推荐)。C.D. 2Mechanical properties of the A356 aluminum alloy modified with La/Ce显示文摘The research of rare earths for the synthesis of materials with improved mechanical performance is of great interest when they are considered for potential applications in the automotive industry. In this regard, the effect on the mechanical properties and microstructure of the automotive A356 aluminum alloy reinforced with 0.2 (wt.%) Al-6Ce-3La (ACL) was investigated. The ACL was added to the melted A356 alloy in the as-received condition and processed by mechanical milling. In the second route, the effect of the ACL processed by mechanical milling and powder metallurgy techniques was investigated, and compared with the results obtained from the A356 alloy strengthened with ACL in the as-received condition. Microstructural properties were evaluated by means of X-ray diffraction in order to observe the solubility of Ce/La in the Al matrix. In addition, electron microscopy was employed in order to investigate the effect of milling time on the size and morphology of La/Ce phase under milling process. Mechanical properties of the A356 alloy modified with ACL were measured by hardness and tensile test. For comparison unmodified specimens of the A356 were characterized according to the previous procedure. The microstructural and mechanical characterization was carried out in specimens after solution and artificial aging. Observations in scanning electron microscopy indicated a homogeneous dispersion of La/Ce phases by using both routes; however, mechanical results, in the modified A356 alloy with the ACL in the as-received condition, showed an improvement in the mechanical performance of the A356 alloy over that reinforced with the ACL mechanically milled.E. 3A review of friction stir welding of steels: Tool, material flow, microstructure, and properties显示文摘Considerable progress has been achieved in friction stir welding(FSW) of steels in every aspect of tool fabrication, microstructure control and properties evaluation in the past two decades. With the development of reliable welding tools and precise control systems, FSW of steels has reached a new level of technical maturity. High-quality, long welds can be produced in many engineering steels. Compared to traditional fusion welding, FSW exhibits unique advantages producing joints with better properties. As a result of active control of the welding temperature and/or cooling rate, FSW has the capability of fabricating steel joints with excellent toughness and strength. For example, unfavorable phase transformations that usually occur during traditional welding can be avoided and favorable phase fractions in advanced steels can be maintained in the weld zone thus avoiding the typical property degradations associated with fusion welding. If phase transformations do occur during FSW of thick steels, optimization of microstructure and properties can be attained by controlling the heat input and post-weld cooling rate.F.C. Liu Y. 5THE COUPLED FEM ANALYSIS OF THE TRANSIENT TEMPERATURE FIELD DURING INERTIA FRICTION WELDING OF GH4169 ALLOY显示文摘The inertia friction welding process is a non-linear process because of the interaction between the temperature field and the material properties as well as the friction force. A thermo-mechanical coupled finite element model is established to simulate the temperature field of this process. The transient temperature distribution during the inertia friction welding process of two similar workpieces of GH4169 alloy is calculated. The region of the circular cross-section of the workpiece is divided into a number of four-nodded isoparametric elements. In this model, the temperature dependent thermal properties, time dependent heat inputs, contact condition of welding interface, and deformation of the flash were considered. At the same time, the convection and radiation heat losses at the surface of the workpieces were also considered. A temperature data acquisition system was developed. The temperature at some position near the welding interface was measured using this system. The calculated temperature agrees well with the experimental data. 9WINTER RUNOFF AND EROSION ON NORTHWESTERN USA CROPLAND显示文摘Crop management is an important factor in preventing winter runoff and erosion on non-irrigatedcropland of the Northwestern Wheat and Range Region of the U.S. Much of the total annual runoff andsoil loss from agricultural land in the region occurs as a result of rain and snowmelt on frozen and thawingsoil. Quantifying these effects is important for hydrologic model development and calibration, and fordesigning and selecting crop managements to prevent erosion. An experimental setup with several runoffplots under a number of crop management systems was installed at the Palouse Conservation Field Stationin the fall of 1978. Data were collected from natural events on the replicated plots for l3 years. Frost,thaw, and snow depths were measured on the plots regularly. Runoff and sediment samples were obtainedfrom collection tanks on a daily or event basis. Data were analyzed and events were separaed into frozensoil, thawing soil, and non-frozen soil. Crop management had a substantial effect on infiltration and runoff,but an even more significant impact on soil erosion.D.K. 15溶解氧等环境因素对Alafia河表层沉积物磷释放影响的模拟研究显示文摘在实验室条件下,采用混合均匀的Alafia河表层沉积物并以蒸馏水为上覆水进行沉积物磷释放模拟试验,研究了溶解氧、有机碳和金属铝对沉积物磷(PO4-P)释放的影响。结果表明,试验期间厌氧条件下沉积物磷释放量明显高于好氧条件下。厌氧条件下,未添加金属铝、添加有机碳源的试验组中沉积物释放平衡时水中磷浓度为5.93mg.L-1;好氧条件下,平衡时水中磷浓度为2.39mg.L-1。研究还发现,未添加金属铝的试验组,无论好氧还是厌氧条件下,未添加有机碳源时,沉积物磷释放量高于添加碳源条件;而在添加金属铝后,添加有机碳源的试验组中磷释放量略高于未添加碳源的试验组。添加金属铝能够明显抑制沉积物中磷的释放。未添加金属铝,厌氧条件下,平衡时水中磷浓度为6.91mg.L-1,好氧条件下,释放平衡时水中磷浓度为3.70mg.L-1;而添加金属铝的试验组,无论厌氧还是好氧条件下,上覆水中磷浓度均很小,接近于0mg.L-1。韩璐 黄岁樑 罗阳 宋永会 C.D.
