| 4 | Diameter-dependent in vitro performance of biodegradable pure zinc wires for suture application显示文摘In this study, biodegradable pure zinc wires with 3.0 mm and 0.3 mm in diameter were prepared via hot-extrusion and subsequent cold-drawing process respectively. The microstructure, mechanical performance, corrosion behavior, in vitro cytocompatibility and antibacterial effect were comparatively studied.After cold-drawing, the mechanical property, especially the elongation of the ф0.3 mm pure Zn wire was improved significantly compared with the ф3.0 mm pure Zn wire. The in vitro corrosion study including immersion and electrochemical test showed acceptable corrosion resistance of these two materials in Hank's solution. The in vitro Human Umbilical Vein Endothelial Cells(HUVECs) viability assay showed obviously different results, in which the ф0.3 mm pure Zn wire demonstrated favorable cytocompatibility, while the ф3.0 mm wire exhibited severe cytotoxic effect with 100% extract concentration. Both of them exhibited partly antibacterial effect on S. aureus. | 5 | 中国晚第三纪哺乳动物生物地层:回顾、现状与展望显示文摘中国新生代陆相沉积的研究是前中央地质调查所最早的研究项目之一。当时,晚第三纪化石的相对时序是通过地貌与古生物学研究相结合的独特方法建立起来的。至30年代末人们对华北晚第三纪的自然和生物事件的了解已初具轮廓,并依据化石与国际性地质年表作了对比。由于这种方法的局限性,本世纪中该项工作便中止了。过去20年中,在中国恢复了建立新生代动物群的排序工作,并与欧洲已建立的生物年代进行对比。由于距离遥远以及中国动物群的明显土著性使这种对比很受限制,因此有必要采用另外的编年手段。由于中国新生代陆相地层中可用于同位素测年的材料极少,因此磁性地层学用于地区性和区域性对比工作不失为一个有效的方法,借助于生物年代学,可与标准地磁极性年表(GPTS)比较予以年代标定。这种方法已应用于晋中榆社盆地晚中新世至上新世的生物地层工作。它能较精确地确定生物年代的界限并标定年龄,在中国晚第三纪早期(和早第三纪)地层中的应用是有广阔前景的。 | R.H.戴福德 吴文裕 | 1995 | 古脊椎动物学报1995,33,4: | 4 |

| 8 | A review of chemical absorption of carbon dioxide for biogas upgrading显示文摘Significant attention has been given to biogas production, purification and upgrading as a renewable and clean fuel supplement. Biogas is a product of an anaerobic digestion process comprising methane, carbon dioxide,and trace amounts of other gases. Biogas purification removes trace gases in biogas for safe utilisation. Biogas upgrading produces methane-rich biogas by removing bulk carbon dioxide from the gas mixture. Several carbon dioxide removal techniques can be applied for biogas upgrading. However, chemical absorption of carbon dioxide for biogas upgrading is of special significance due to its operation at ambient or near ambient temperature and pressure, thus reducing energy consumption. This paper reviews the chemical absorption of carbon dioxide using amine scrubbing, caustic solvent scrubbing, and amino acid salt solution scrubbing. Each of these techniques for biogas upgrading is discussed. The paper concludes that an optimised implementation of the chemical absorption techniques for biogas upgrading requires further research. | Fouad R.H. | 10 | Extension/Compression-Controlled Complete Band Gaps in 2D Chiral Square-Lattice-Like Structures显示文摘Achieving tunable band gaps in a structure by external stimuli is of great importance in acoustic applications. This paper aims to investigate the tunability of band gaps in square-lattice-like elastic periodic structures that are usually not featured with notable band gaps.Endowed with chirality, the periodic structures here are able to undergo imperfection-insensitive large deformation under extension or compression. The influences of geometric parameters on band gaps are discussed via the nonlinear finite element method. It is shown that the band gaps in such structures with curved beams can be very rich and, more importantly, can be efficiently and robustly tuned by applying appropriate mechanical loadings without inducing buckling. As expected, geometry plays a more significant role than material nonlinearity does in the evolution of band gaps. The dynamic tunability of band gaps through mechanical loading is further studied. Results show that closing, opening, and shifting of band gaps can be realized by exerting real-time global extension or compression on the structure. | 13 | PREDICTION OF FLOW STRESS OF HIGH-SPEED STEEL DURING HOT DEFORMATION BY USING BP ARTIFICIAL NEURAL NETWORK显示文摘The hot deformation behavior of TI (18W-4Cr-1V) high-speed steel was investigated by means of continuous compression tests performed on Gleeble 1500 thermomechan- ical simulator in a wide range of tempemtures (950℃-1150℃) with strain rotes of 0.001s-1-10s-1 and true strains of 0-0. 7. The flow stress at the above hot defor- mation conditions is predicted by using BP artificial neural network. The architecture of network includes there are three input parameters:strain rate,temperature T and true strain , and just one output parameter, the flow stress ,2 hidden layers are adopted, the first hidden layer includes 9 neurons and second 10 negroes. It has been verified that BP artificial neural network with 3-9-10-1 architecture can predict flow stress of high-speed steel during hot deformation very well. Compared with the prediction method of flow stress by using Zaped-Holloman parumeter and hyperbolic sine stress function, the prediction method by using BP artificial neurul network has higher efficiency and accuracy. | J.
