1利用高代回交和分子标记辅助选择建立水稻单片段代换系显示文摘以水稻品种华粳籼74为受体,以6个水稻品种为供体,通过高代回交和微卫星标记辅助选择相结合的方法,建立了水稻的一个单片段代换系群体。该群体由86个单片段代换系组成,其中52个在BC3F2中获得,34个在BC3F3中获得。每个单片段代换系只含有来自一个供体的一个染色体代换片段,而遗传背景与华粳籼74相同。这些单片段代换系的代换片段分布于水稻的12条染色体,代换片段的长度为1.5~56.3cM,平均长度为23.0cM。全部代换片段在水稻基因组上的覆盖率为57.1%。何风华 席章营 曾瑞珍 Akshay Talukdar 张桂权 2005Acta Genetica Sinica2005,32,8:52
2利用单片段代换系定位水稻粒形QTL显示文摘目的水稻谷粒形状(粒长、粒宽和长宽比)是衡量稻米外观品质的重要指标之一,为更好地开展粒形分子育种,对水稻粒形QTL进行分子定位。方法以单片段代换系(SSSL)为材料构建分离群体,利用微卫星标记对控制水稻谷粒长和谷粒宽的2个粒形QTL进行分子定位。结果粒宽QTLGw-8被定位于第8染色体长臂末端微卫星标记RM502与RM447之间,遗传距离均为0.3cM。在此基础上构建了覆盖Gw-8的物理图谱,RM502与RM447位于同一克隆AP005529,两者之间的物理距离为55.0kb。粒长QTLgl-3被定位于第3染色体着丝粒附近的微卫星标记RM6146和PSM377之间,遗传距离分别为1.5cM和11.0cM。结论利用单片段代换系能准确地定位水稻粒形QTL,这两个粒形QTL的定位为其克隆及稻米外观品质的分子育种奠定了基础。曾瑞珍 Akshay TALUKDAR 刘芳 张桂权 2006中国农业科学2006,39,4:54
3利用单片段代换系定位水稻抽穗期QTL显示文摘抽穗期是水稻品种的重要农艺性状之一,对抽穗期QTL进行定位并研究其遗传效应在水稻育种中是至关重要的。本研究利用以6个水稻品种为供体的52个单片段代换系为试验材料,通过t测验比较单片段代换系与受体亲本华粳籼74之间抽穗期的差异,对代换片段上的抽穗期QTL进行了鉴定。以P≤0.001为阈值共鉴定出20个抽穗期QTL,这些QTL分布于水稻的10条染色体。QTL加性效应值为–5.9~1.1,加性效应百分率为–7.4%~1.4%。有8个QTL被定位在小于10.0cM的区段内。利用1个单片段代换系与华粳籼74杂交发展的F2群体对qHD-3-1进行了定位。在作图群体中,早抽穗和迟抽穗植株数符合3:1的分离比,早抽穗表现为显性。利用微卫星标记将qHD-3-1定位于3号染色体短臂,PSM304和RM569分别位于其两侧,遗传距离分别为2.4cM和5.1cM。何风华 席章营 曾瑞珍 Akshay Talukdar 张桂权 2005中国农业科学2005,38,8:41
4Uniform,Highly Conductive,and Patterned Transparent Films of a Percolating Silver Nanowire Network on Rigid and Flexible Substrates Using a Dry Transfer Technique显示文摘Silver nanowire films are promising alternatives to tin-doped indium oxide(ITO)films as transparent conductive electrodes.In this paper,we report the use of vacuum filtration and a polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)-assisted transfer printing technique to fabricate silver nanowire films on both rigid and flexible substrates,bringing advantages such as the capability of patterned transfer,the best performance among various ITO alternatives(10Ω/sq at 85%transparency),and good adhesion to the underlying substrate,thus eliminating the previously reported adhesion problem.In addition,our method also allows the preparation of high quality patterned films of silver nanowires with different line widths and shapes in a matter of few minutes,making it a scalable process.Furthermore,use of an anodized aluminum oxide(AAO)membrane in the transfer process allows annealing of nanowire films at moderately high temperature to obtain films with extremely high conductivity and good transparency.Using this transfer technique,we obtained silver nanowire films on a flexible polyethylene terephthalate(PET)substrate with a transparency of 85%,a sheet resistance of 10Ω/sq,with good mechanical flexibility.Detailed analysis revealed that the Ag nanowire network exhibits two-dimensional percolation behavior with good agreement between experimentally observed and theoretically predicted values of critical volume。Anuj R.Madaria Akshay Kumar Fumiaki N.Ishikawa Chongwu Zhou 2010Nano Research2010,3,8:39

7Current trends in laparoscopic groin hernia repair: A review显示文摘Hernia is a common problem of the modern world with its incidence more in developing countries. Inguinal hernia is the most common groin hernia repaired worldwide. With advancement in technology operative techniques of repair have also evolved. A Pub Med and COCHRANE database search was accomplished in this regard to establish the current status of laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair in view of recent published literature. 9Identification of QTLs for Plant Height and Its Components by Using Single Segment Substitution Lines in Rice (Oryza sativa)显示文摘QTLs for plant height and its components on the substituted segments of fifty-two single segment substitution lines (SSSLs) in rice were identified through t-test (P≤0.001) for comparison between each SSSL and recipient parent Huajingxian 74. On the 14 substituted segments, 24 QTLs were detected, 10 for plant height, 2 for panicle length, 4 for length of the first internode from the top, 5 for length of the second internode from the top and 3 for length of the third internode from the top, respectively. All these QTLs were distributed on nine rice chromosomes except chromosomes 5, 9 and 11. 12Identification of Multiple Alleles at the Wx Locus and Development of Single Segment Substitution Lines for the Alleles in Rice显示文摘The microsatellite markers 484/485 and 484/W2R were used to identify the multiple alleles at the Wx locus in rice germplasm. Fifteen alleles were identified in 278 accessions by using microsatellite class and G-T polymorphism. Among these alleles, (CT)12-G, (CT)15-G, (CT)16-G, (CT)17-G, (CT)18-G and (CT)21-G have not been reported. Seventy-two single-segment substitution lines (SSSLs) carrying different alleles at the Wx locus were developed by using Huajingxian 74 with the (CT)11-G allele as a recipient and 20 accessions containing 12 different alleles at the Wx locus as donors. 15Cholangiocarcinoma: a review of the literature and future directions in therapy显示文摘Cholangiocarcinomas (CCA) are a group of rare cancers with an incidence of about 1.26 per 100,000 people. The disease reflects one of three different subtypes: intrahepatic, perihilar or hilar and distal cholangiocarcinoma. The preferred modality of definitive therapy is surgical resection with or without adjuvant therapy, however the majority of patients with this disease do not present at an early stage. Some efforts to improve survival rates have come in the form of offering neoadjuvant therapy prior to surgical resection or liver transplantation. Some new protocols are in the process of development for neoadjuvant therapy. Despite advancements in locally advanced or borderline resectable lesions, most patient present at an advanced stage. The mainstay of treatment for advanced stage disease is chemotherapy regardless of location. The mainstay of treatment in fit patients is the combination of gemcitabine and cisplatin. The addition of nab-paclitaxel to this backbone is currently being evaluated in phase III trial. In addition, the role of targeted therapy is currently being studied extensively through multiple different mutational pathways including isocitrate dehydrogenase-1 (IDH1), fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR), epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and ERBB2 (HER2/neu). 17Hetero-gate-dielectric double gate junctionless transistor(HGJLT)with reduced band-to-band tunnelling effects in subthreshold regime显示文摘We propose a hetero-gate-dielectric double gate junctionless transistor(HGJLT), taking high-k gate insulator at source side and low-k gate insulator at drain side, which reduces the effects of band-to-band tunnelling(BTBT) in the sub-threshold region. A junctionless transistor(JLT) is turned off by the depletion of carriers in the highly doped thin channel(device layer) which results in a significant band overlap between the valence band of the channel region and the conduction band of the drain region, due to off-state drain bias, that triggers electrons to tunnel from the valence band of the channel region to the conduction band of the drain region leaving behind holes in the channel.These effects of band-to-band tunnelling increase the sub-threshold leakage current, and the accumulation of holes in the channel forms a parasitic bipolar junction transistor(n–p–n BJT for channel JLT) in the lateral direction by the source(emitter), channel(base) and drain(collector) regions in JLT structure in off-state.The proposed HGJLT reduces the subthreshold leakage current and suppresses the parasitic BJT action in off-state by reducing the band-to-band tunnelling probability.Bahniman Ghosh Partha Mondal M.W.Akram Punyasloka Bal Akshay Kumar Salimath 2014Journal of Semiconductors2014,35,6:2
