1黄芩甙元和黄芩甙对皮肤真菌与细菌抑制作用的研究显示文摘本文研究了黄芩甙和黄芩甙元对十七种皮肤致病真菌与十六种皮肤细菌的抑制活性。在琼脂药物培养基上,黄芩甙元表现出了对酵母型真菌高度的选择抑制作用,其最低抑制浓度MIC在70~100μg/ml之间,而对皮肤癣菌和丝状霉菌没有活性;黄芩甙则对所有的供试真菌几乎没有作用。另外,与脚气和腋臭有关的负责菌如固着微球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、人型葡萄球菌和干燥棒杆菌等,在黄苓甙元浓度为250μg/ml的条件下,其生长繁殖也能完全抑制。黄芩甙元的抗菌活性可能与其结构第七位羟基的存在有关。杨得坡 胡海燕 黄世亮 Jean-Pierre Chaumont Joělle Millet 2000中药材2000,23,5:64

8Probiotic yeasts: Anti-inflammatory potential of various non-pathogenic strains in experimental colitis in mice显示文摘AIM: To evaluate the in vitro immunomodulation capacity of various non-pathogenic yeast strains and to investigate the ability of some of these food grade yeasts to prevent experimental colitis in mice.METHODS: In vitro immunomodulation was assessed by measuring cytokines [interleukin (IL)-12p70,IL-10,tumor necrosis factor and interferon γ] released by human peripheral blood mononuclear cells after 24 h stimulation with 6 live yeast strains (Saccharomyces ssp.) and with bacterial reference strains.A murine model of acute 2-4-6-trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid (TNBS)-colitis was next used to evaluate the distinct prophylactic protective capacities of three yeast strains compared with the performance of prednisolone treatment.RESULTS: The six yeast strains all showed similar non-discriminating anti-inflammatory potential when tested on immunocompetent cells in vitro .However,although they exhibited similar colonization patterns in vivo ,some yeast strains showed significant anti-inflammatory activities in the TNBS-induced colitis model,whereas others had weaker or no preventive effect at all,as evidenced by colitis markers (body-weight loss,macroscopic and histological scores,myeloperoxidase activities and blood inflammatory markers).CONCLUSION: A careful selection of strains is required among the biodiversity of yeasts for specific clinical studies,including applications in inflammatory bowel disease and other therapeutic uses.Benot Foligné Jo■lle Dewulf Pascal Vandekerckove Georges Pignède Bruno Pot 2010World Journal of Gastroenterology2010,16,17:2

13Post-keratoplasty astigmatism management by relaxing incisions:a systematic review显示文摘Postoperative visual acuity can be limited by post-keratoplasty astigmatism,even with a clear corneal graft.Astigmatism management can be performed by selective suture removal,adjustment of sutures,optical correction,photorefractive procedures,wedge resection,intra-ocular lens implantation,intracorneal ring segments,relaxing incisions with or without compression sutures and repeated keratoplasty.Relaxing incisions can be made in the graft,graft-host interface or host cornea.Despite the unpredictability of the method because the flat and steep meridians are usually not orthogonal after penetrating keratoplasty,with asymmetric power distribution,all the studies showed an overall reduction of refractive,keratometric or topographic astigmatism,ranging from 30%to 72%with manual or femtosecond-assisted techniques.Most patients with astigmatism higher than 6 diopters had residual cylinder less than or equal to 3 diopters,which can be treated by laser excimer ablation or secondary intraocular lens implantation.Gaëlle Ho Wang Yin Louis Hoffart 2017Eye and Vision2017,4,1:2
14Pure Hydrocarbons:An Efficient Molecular Design Strategy for the Next Generation of Host Materials for Phosphorescent Organic Light-Emitting Diodes显示文摘CONSPECTUS:Fantastic progresses have been made since the discovery of phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes(PhOLEDs)in 1998(Nature 1998,395,151).In the emissive layer of a PhOLED,a heavy-metal complex(emitter)is dispersed as a guest in an organic semiconductor(host)in order to harvest both singlet and triplet excitons.This host/guest technique is essential to reach highperformance PhOLEDs.Undoubtedly,designing high-efficiency host materials for red,green,and blue phosphors has been the main driving force of the field.Nowadays,the most efficient PhOLEDs report very high external quantum efficiency(EQE)above 27%for the three colors.The molecular design of these high-efficiency host materials is based on small functional units,which have a crucial role in the device performance.These functional units are constructed on the assembly of electron-rich and/or electron-poor molecular fragments(such as carbazole,phenylamine,phosphine oxide,oxadiazole,pyridine,sulfone,etc.),which allows to finely tune the molecular orbitals energy levels(HOMO and LUMO)and the mobility of the charge carriers(hole and electrons).However,these molecular fragments incorporate heteroatoms,which in turn increase the molecular design complexity and production cost of the target materials and also create potential instability in the device.Indeed,the fragile C−N,C−P,and C−S bonds of such heteroatom-based hosts are involved,in part,in the OLED instability.As the instability of OLEDs is one of the most important problem to address at the current stage of development,developing new generations of host materials,without heteroatoms,has appeared as an important challenge in the field.In recent years,this new generation of host materials,called Pure HydroCarbons(PHC),only incorporating carbon and hydrogen atoms,has drawn the attention of the scientific community.PHC host materials only contain benzene rings,one of the most robust and inert building unit,which are assemble with suitable linkages to adjust their energy levels.However,reaching high-performance PhOLEDs with PHC-based hosts has been a real challenge.In the present account,thanks to a structure−properties relationship study,we recount the history of PHC-based host materials for PhOLEDs from the first example published in 2005(Org.Lett.2005,7,5131),to the recent advances,which have shown that PHC hosts can overpass the performance of heteroatom-based hosts(Chem.Sci.2020,11,4887).Our group has contributed over the years to unravel the design principles of PHC hosts in order to improve the devices performance.In the light of recent results,PHC hosts now enter a new era and this work shows that the PHC design strategy is promising for the future development of OLED industry as a high-performance and low-cost option.Cyril Poriel Joëlle Rault-Berthelot 2022Accounts of Materials Research2022,3,3:2
