1Antibiotic growth promoter olaquindox increases pathogen susceptibility in fish by inducing gut microbiota dysbiosis显示文摘Low dose antibiotics have been used as growth promoters in livestock and fish. The use of antibiotics has been associated with reduced pathogen infections in livestock. In contrast, antibiotic growth promoter has been suspected of leading to disease outbreaks in aquaculture. However, this phenomenon is circumstantial and has not been confirmed in experimental conditions. In this study,we showed that antibiotic olaquindox increased the susceptibility of zebrafish to A. hydrophila infection. Olaquindox led to profound alterations in the intestinal microbiota of zebrafish, with a drastic bloom of Enterobacter and diminishing of Cetobacterium. Moreover, the innate immune responses of zebrafish were compromised by olaquindox(P<0.05). Transfer of microbiota to GF zebrafish indicated that while the immuo-suppression effect of olaquindox is a combined effect mediated by both OLA-altered micro biota and direct action of the antibiotic(P<0.05), the increased pathogen susceptibility was driven by the OLA-altered microbiota and was not dependent on direct antibiotic effect. 3A model for parameter estimation of multistage centrifugal compressor and compressor performance analysis using genetic algorithm显示文摘A model for performance prediction of multistage centrifugal compressor is proposed.The model allows the users to predict the compressor performance,e.g.pressure ratio,efficiency and losses using the compressor geometric information and speed by a stage stacking calculation based on the characteristics of each stage.To develop the compressor elemental stage characteristics,the compressor losses,such as incidence losses and friction losses,are mathematically modeled.For a composite systems,for instance a gas turbine power plant,the performance of the multistage centrifugal compressor can be evaluated.Since some important parameters of the compressor model,e.g.,the slip factor,shock loss coefficient and reference diameter D1,are hard to be determined by empirical laws,a genetic algorithm(GA) is used to solve the parameter estimation problem of the proposed model,and in turn the compressor performance analysis and parameters study are performed.The surge line for the multistage centrifugal compressor can also be determined from the simulation results.Furthermore,the model presented here provides a valuable tool for evaluating the multistage centrifugal compressor performance as a function of various operation parameters.CHU Fei WANG FuLi WANG XiaoGang ZHANG ShuNing 2012Science China(Technological Sciences)2012,55,11:8
4An Adaptive Weighted Differential Game Guidance Law显示文摘For intercepting modern high maneuverable targets, a novel adaptive weighted differential game guidance law based on the game theory of mixed strategy is proposed, combining two guidance laws which are derived from the perfect and imperfect information pattern, respectively. The weights vary according to the estimated error of the target's acceleration, the guidance law is generated by directly using the estimation of target's acceleration when the estimated error is small, and a differential game guidance law with adaptive penalty coefficient is implemented when the estimated error is large. The adaptive penalty coefficients are not constants and they can be adjusted with current target maneuverability. 6Glycerolipid Profiling of Yellow Sarson Seeds Using Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatography Coupled to Triple Time-of-Flight Mass Spectrometry显示文摘Yellow sarson(Brassica rapa ssp. trillocularis) is an important rapeseed-mustard species of Brassica rapa due to its high seed oil content. Glycerolipids and fatty acid composition affect seed germination and determine the quality of seed oil. To date, no information is available on the composition of individual glycerolipids in this species. Therefore, in this study the glycerolipid profiling of yellow sarson seeds was performed using ultra high performance liquid chromatography coupled to triple time-of-flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-Triple-TOF-MS).A fast and efficient chromatographic separation of glycerolipids was accomplished based on an UPLCTMBEH C8 column within 22 min.In ESI positive ion mode, TOF-MS scan-information dependent acquisition-product ion scan was carried out to acquire both high resolution MS and MS/MS information from one injection. According to MS/MS spectra, predominant fragmentation patterns of glycerolipids were elucidated in detail. Based on retention time, accurate mass, isotopic distribution, and fragmentation patterns, the composition of 144 glycerolipids and fatty acids were finally identified in yellow sarson seeds, including 77 triacylglycerols, 32 diacylglycerols, 18sulfoquinovosyl-diacylglycerols, 5 monogalactosyl-diaclyglycerols, and 12 digalactosyl-diacylglycerols. Of them, the most abundant glycerolipids in yellow sarson seeds were triacylglycerols, the major storage form of seed oil in plants. In addition, diacylglycerols were found as a minor component of glycerolipids. The lowest amounts of glycerolipids detected in seeds were glycosyl-acylglycerols. The results revealed the composition and relative content of glycerolipids in yellow sarson seeds, which will provide a more comprehensive assessment of the quality of seed oil and also help to select functional cultivars with higher beneficial glycerolipids. 16Enhancing single-molecule conductance of platinum (Ⅱ) complexes through synergistic aromaticity-assisted structural asymmetry显示文摘Seeking the strategies of designing highly conductive molecular structures is one of the core researches in molecular electronics.As asymmetric structure has manifested feasible properties in comprehensive fields, we introduce the structures of asymmetric platinum(Ⅱ) complexes into the charge transport study at single-molecule scale for the first time. The single-molecule conductance measurement results reveal that, in platinum(Ⅱ)-aryloligoynyl structures, the conductance of asymmetrically coordinated complexes is obviously higher than that of the symmetric isomers with the same molecular length, while the conductance is almost identical in symmetric and asymmetric platinum(Ⅱ)-oligoynyl complexes. Theoretical study uncovers that, upon connecting to the oligoynyl structure, the aromatic group effectively extends the π-system of the whole conductive backbone and gathers the HOMO population mainly on the longer oligoynyl ligand, which reduces the energy barrier in electron transport and enhances the conductance through HOMO energy lifting. 20Dual-excitation decoding multiparameter-based ratiometric luminescence thermometry:a new strategy toward reliable and accurate thermal sensing显示文摘Luminescence thermometry can perform noninvasive thermal sensing with high spatial resolution and fast response,emerging as an exciting field of research due to its promising applications in biomedicine.Nevertheless,because of the interaction between light and complex tissues,the reliability and the accuracy of this technique suffer serious interference,which significantly restricts its practical utilization.Here,a strategy to implement effective luminescence nanothermometry is preliminarily proposed by employing the different thermal responses between Yb^(3+)→Nd^(3+)and Nd^(3+)→Yb^(3+)energy transfer processes.Different from the traditional ratiometric sensing method,where two luminescence intensities are used as the thermal response parameters,we use two intensity ratios between Yb^(3+)and Nd^(3+)near-IR emissions that are obtained under dual excitation as the detecting and reference signals to perform temperature measurement.This multiparameter-based,self-reference thermometry technique,as we define it,exhibits excellent immunity to the influences arising from the fluctuation and loss of pumping sources as well as the luminescence attenuation in media.High thermal sensitivity(~2.2%K^(-1))and good resolution(~0.35°C)are successfully achieved here,accompanied by a measurement error of~1.1°C in a biological environment test,while large errors are observed based on the traditional ratiometric approach(~8.9°C,~23.2°C).We believe the viewpoint in this work could boost luminescence thermometry and provide an ingenious route toward high-performance thermal sensing for biological systems.WEI XU SHUNING ZONG FENGKAI SHANG LONGJIANG ZHENG ZHIGUO ZHANG 2022Photonics Research2022,10,11:0
