1The influence of ^(18)F-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography/computed tomography on the N-and M-staging and subsequent clinical management of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma显示文摘Background:Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma(ICC)is a highly metastatic cancer.^(18)F-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography/computed tomography(^(18)F-FDG PET/CT)enables sensitive tumor and metastasis detection.Our aim is to evaluate the influence of pre-treatment PET/CT on the N-and M-staging and subsequent clinical management in ICC patients.Methods:Between August 2010 and August 2018,660 consecutive ICC patients,without prior anti-tumor treatments nor other malignancies,were enrolled.The diagnostic performance of PET/CT on the N-and M-staging was compared with conventional imaging,and the preoperative staging accuracy and treatment re-allocation by PET/CT were retrospectively calculated.Survival difference was compared between patients receiving PET/CT or not after propensity score matching.Results:Patients were divided into group A(n=291)and group B(n=369)according to whether PET/CT was performed.Among 291 patients with both PET/CT and conventional imaging for staging in group A,PET/CT showed significantly higher sensitivity(83.0%vs.70.5%,P=0.001),specificity(88.3%vs.74.9%,P<0.001)and accuracy(86.3%vs.73.2%,P<0.001)than conventional imaging in diagnosing regional lymph node metastasis,as well as higher sensitivity(87.8%vs.67.6%,P<0.001)and accuracy(93.5%vs.89.3%,P=0.023)in diagnosing distant metastasis.Overall,PET/CT improved the accuracy of preoperative staging from 60.1%to 71.8%(P<0.001),and modified clinical treatment strategy in 5.8%(17/291)of ICC patients,with unique roles in different tumor-node-metastasis(TNM)stages.High tumor-to-non-tumor ratio(TNR)predicted poor overall survival[hazard ratio(HR)=2.17;95%confidence interval(CI):1.49-3.15;P<0.001].Furthermore,patients performing PET/CT had longer overall survival compared with those without PET/CT(HR=0.74;95%CI:0.58-0.93;P=0.011)after propensity score matching.Conclusions:PET/CT was valuable for diagnosing regional lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis in ICC patients,and facilitated accurate tumor staging and optimal treatment allocation.Youpei Lin Huanhuan Chong Guohe Song Chenhao Zhang Liangqing Dong Ling Aye Fei Liang Shuaixi Yang Mengsu Zeng Guangyu Ding Shu Zhang Jieyi Shi Aiwu Ke Xiaoying Wang Jian Zhou Jia Fan Qiang Gao 2022Hepatobiliary Surgery and Nutrition2022,11,5:3

5A multi-band atomic candle with microwave-dressed Rydberg atoms显示文摘Stabilizing important physical quantities to atom-based standards lies at the heart of modern atomic,molecular and optical physics,and is widely applied to the field of precision metrology.Of particular importance is the atom-based microwave field amplitude stabilizer,the so-called atomic candle.Previous atomic candles are realized with atoms in their ground state,and hence suffer from the lack of frequency band tunability and small stabilization bandwidth,severely limiting their development and potential applications.To tackle these limitations,we employ microwave-dressed Rydberg atoms to realize a novel atomic candle that features multi-band frequency tunability and large stabilization bandwidth.We demonstrate amplitude stabilization of microwave field from C-band to Ka-band,which could be extended to quasi-DC and terahertz fields by exploring abundant Rydberg levels.Our atomic candle achieves stabilization bandwidth of 100 Hz,outperforming previous ones by more than two orders of magnitude.Our simulation indicates the stabilization bandwidth can be further increased up to 100 kHz.Our work paves a route to develop novel electric field control and applications with a noise-resilient,miniaturized,sensitive and broadband atomic candle.Yafen Cai Shuai Shi Yijia Zhou Jianhao Yu Yali Tian Yitong Li Kuan Zhang Chenhao Du Weibin Li Lin Li 2023Frontiers of physics2023,18,1:1
6Insights into the Reaction Network and Mechanism of Green Aerobic Oxidative Esterification of Methacrolein over Different Heterogeneous Catalysts显示文摘The oxidative esterification of methacrolein(MAL)is an important way to prepare high-valued methyl methacrylate(MMA),but this process is ultra-complex due to the high reactivity of both C=O and C=C bonds in MAL molecule.In order to further improve MMA selectivity,the reaction network and relevant mechanisms have been proposed and profoundly investigated in this paper.Five kinds of fundamental reactions are involved in this process,including(a)the acetal reaction;(b)the aerobic oxidation of hemiacetal;(c)the alkoxylation of C=C double bond;(d)the Diels-Alder reaction;and(e)the hydrogenation reaction of unsaturated double bond.Among them,the Diels-Alder reaction of MAL is non-catalyzed,and the Brönsted acid sites or the Lewis acid sites favor promoting acetal reaction of MAL with methanol,while the alkoxylation of C=C bond with methanol is enhanced under alkaline condition.In particular,by employing the Pd-based catalysts,hydrogenation products are formed in alkaline methanol solution,hence with lower than those obtained by the Au-based catalysts.Notably,it is necessary to match the hemiacetal fromation and aerobic oxidation of hemiacetal,which is relevant with the amount and strength of acid and redox sites.Consequently,this work can provide a good guidance for the further design of both catalysts and processes in future.Li Chenhao Xia Changjiu Liu Yujia Huang Kaimeng Peng Xinxin Liu Jinsheng Lin Min Zhu Bin Luo Yibin Shu Xingtian 2021China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2021,23,3:1

8Data-driven Surrogate-assisted Method for High-dimensional Multi-area Combined Economic/Emission Dispatch显示文摘Multi-area combined economic/emission dispatch(MACEED)problems are generally studied using analytical functions.However,as the scale of power systems increases,ex isting solutions become time-consuming and may not meet oper ational constraints.To overcome excessive computational ex pense in high-dimensional MACEED problems,a novel data-driven surrogate-assisted method is proposed.First,a cosine-similarity-based deep belief network combined with a back-propagation(DBN+BP)neural network is utilized to replace cost and emission functions.Second,transfer learning is applied with a pretraining and fine-tuning method to improve DBN+BP regression surrogate models,thus realizing fast con struction of surrogate models between different regional power systems.Third,a multi-objective antlion optimizer with a novel general single-dimension retention bi-objective optimization poli cy is proposed to execute MACEED optimization to obtain scheduling decisions.The proposed method not only ensures the convergence,uniformity,and extensibility of the Pareto front,but also greatly reduces the computational time.Finally,a 4-ar ea 40-unit test system with different constraints is employed to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.Chenhao Lin Huijun Liang Aokang Pang Jianwei Zhong Yongchao Yang 2024Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2024,12,1:0
9Global path guided vehicle obstacle avoidance path planning with artificial potential field method显示文摘An artificial potential field method based on global path guidance(G-APF)is proposed for target unreachability and local minima problems of the conventional artificial potential field(APF)method in complex environments with dynamic obstacles.First,for the target unreachability problem,the global path attraction is added to the APF;second,an obstacle detection optimisation method is proposed and the optimal virtual target point is selected by setting the evaluation function to improve the local minima problem;finally,based on the obstacle detection optimisation method,the gravitational and repulsive processes are improved so that the path can pass through the narrow channel smoothly and remain collision-free.Experiments show that the method optimises 40.8%of the total path corners,reduces 81.8%of the number of path oscillations,and shortens 4.3%of the path length in Map 1.It can be applied to the vehicle obstacle avoidance path planning problem in complex environments with dynamic obstacles.Yangde Chen Peiliang Wang Zichen Lin Chenhao Sun 2023IET Cyber-Systems and Robotics2023,5,1:0
10Vertical 3D Printed Pd/TiO_(2) Arrays for High Efficiency Photo-assisted Catalytic Water Treatment显示文摘Catalytic degradation of organic contaminants is at the frontier of water treatment due to its selectivity,energy savings,and ability to convert harmful contaminants into harmless or even valuable chemical products for recycling.However,achieving sufficiently high performance in the catalytic removal of organic contaminants for practical application is still extremely challenging.Herein,we report a Pd-decorated TiO_(2)(Pd/TiO_(2))hierarchical vertical array for fast and efficient catalytic water treatment.Such a forest-like Pd/TiO_(2) vertical array demonstrates the following distinct advantages over conventional planar or bulk catalytic systems:1)abundant anchoring sites for nanocrystals loading;2)high sunlight absorption;3)efficient mass transfer channels for the reactants and products.As a proof of concept,the Pd/TiO_(2) array demonstrated rapid and efficient photo-assisted catalytic reduction of high concentrations of 4-nitrophenol wastewater(2 g/L,ca.14.38 mmol/L)and its feasibility for continuous flow wastewater treatment.The turnover frequency(TOF)value of the Pd/TiO_(2) array was up to 8.00 min^(-1),which was approximately 4.2 times that of planar Pd/TiO_(2) film with the same area(1.91 min^(-1)).Our strategy of incorporating nanocatalysts with a hierarchical vertical array provides a promising approach to boosting the catalytic performance of catalysts for different chemical reactions.FU Chenhao LI Dan ZHANG Jianwei GUO Wei YANG He ZHAO Bo CHEN Zhaomin FU Xin LIANG Zhiqiang JIANG Lin 2023Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2023,39,6:0
11Underground space use of urban built-up areas in the central city of Nanjing:Insight based on a dynamic population distribution显示文摘With the expansion of cities and the emergence of various urban problems,urban underground space has been developed as a solution.In China’s urban transition context,there is a need for the development of underground space in urban built-up areas.In this casestudy of the central city of Nanjing,we used spatial analysis and statistical methods to characterize the underground space use of urban built-up areas from a dynamic spatiotemporal perspective.We first analyzed the relationship between the population distribution and the underground space use of the central city of Nanjing based on a Baidu heat map,which can reflect the real-time population distribution,and then,we explored the spatiotemporal characteristics and spatial structure of the underground space use in urban built-up areas.The analysis results provide a reference for planning to improve and optimize the layout of underground space in the central city of Nanjing and,more generally,for the stock-type planning of underground space in urban built-up areas.Yulu Chen Zhilong Chen Dongjun Guo Ziwei Zhao Tong Lin Chenhao Zhang 2022Underground Space2022,7,5:0
12A Fluid-Structure Interaction Simulation of Coal and Gas Outbursts Based on the Interaction between the Gas Pressure and Deformation of a Coal-Rock Mass显示文摘Based on the theories of the gas seepage in coal seams and the deformation of the coal-rock medium,the gas seepage field in coal-rock mass is coupled with the deformation field of the coal-rock mass to establish a fluidstructure interaction model for the interaction between coal gas and coal-rock masses.The outburst process in coal-rock masses under the joint action of gas pressure and crustal stress is simulated using the material point method.The simulation results show the changes in gas pressure,velocity distribution,maximum principal stress distribution,and damage distribution during the process of the coal and gas outburst,as well as themovement and accumulation of coal-rock masses after the occurrence of the outburst.It was found that the gas pressure gradient was greatest at theworking face after the occurrence of the outburst,the gas pressures and pressure gradients at each location within the coal seamgradually decreased with time,and the damage distribution was essentially the same as the minimum principal stress distribution.The simulation further revealed that the outburst first occurred in themiddle of the tunnel excavation face and that the speed at which particles of coal mass were ejected was highest at the center and decreased toward the upper and lower sides.The study provides a scientific basis for enhancing our understanding of the mechanism behind coal and gas outbursts,as well as their prevention and control.Lin Fang Mengjun Wu Bin Wu Honglin Li Chenhao He Fan Sun 2022Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2022,,3:0
