2KOH-assisted aqueous synthesis of bimetallic metal-organic frameworks and their derived selenide composites for efficient lithium storage显示文摘To solve low efficiency,environmental pollution,and toxicity for synthesizing zeolitic imidazolate frameworks(ZIFs)in organic solvents,a KOH-assisted aqueous strategy is proposed to synthesize bimetallic ZIFs polyhedrons,which are used as precursors to prepare bimetallic selenide and N-doped carbon(NC)composites.Among them,Fe–Co–Se/NC retains the three-dimensional(3D)polyhedrons with mesoporous structure,and Fe–Co–Se nanoparticles are uniform in size and evenly distributed.When assessed as anode material for lithium-ion batteries,Fe–Co–Se/NC achieves an excellent initial specific capacity of 1165.9 m Ah·g^(-1)at 1.0 A·g^(-1),and the reversible capacity of Fe–Co–Se/NC anode is 1247.4 m Ah·g^(-1)after 550 cycles.It is attributed to that the uniform composite of bimetallic selenides and N-doped carbon can effectively tune redox active sites,the stable 3D structure of Fe–Co–Se/NCs guarantees the structural stability and wettability of the electrolyte,and the uniform distribution of Fe–Co–S nanoparticles in size esuppresses the volume expansion and accelerates the electrochemical reaction kinetics.Shuya Zhang Yanchun Xue Yutang Zhang Chengxing Zhu Xingmei Guo Fu Cao Xiangjun Zheng Qinghong Kong Junhao Zhang Tongxiang Fan 2023International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2023,30,4:2

5来源于人膀胱癌细胞株EJ的HSP70负载的DC所激发的特异性CTL细胞的体外应答效应(英文)显示文摘Objective: To investigate whether human dendritic cells (DC) derived from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC), which were pulsed by heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) isolated from human bladder tumor cell lines of EJ, were able to induce peptide specific cytotoxic T-lymphocytes (CTL) response in vitro and give the experimental foundation for the future clinical trials of immunotherapy in bladder tumor. Methods: The EJ-derived HSP70 co-cultured with DC from the healthy volunteers' PBMC, along with the crude lysate (the supernatant before HSP70 purification) from EJ cells were used as the experimental groups and DC not pulsed by any tumor cells antigen were the blank control. The autologous T-lymphocytes were added into the above various DC groups, and after incubation, the stimulation indexes (SI) and interferon-γ (IFN-γ) were detected to evaluate the immune activities of various DC groups. The killing effects of CTL to target cells, EJ and Hela cells, were determined with 51Cr releasing test. Results: Both DC/HSP70 and DC/the crude lysate could effectively activate CTL in vitro and kill target cells EJ. The killing effect of DC/HSP70 to EJ was much stronger than DC/the crude lysate (the supernatant before HSP70 purification) (P < 0.05). DC without any tumor cell antigens had a lower killing power to EJ. Meanwhile, DC/ HSP70 had little killing power to Hela non-relevant to bladder tumor histopathologically as compared with EJ cells (P < 0.05). 9Effects of Copper-based Nutritional Foliar Fertilizers on Photosynthetic Characteristics,Yield and Disease Control Efficiency of Cotton显示文摘[Objectives] The effects of copper-based nutrient foliar fertilizer on photosynthetic characteristics,yield,accumulation and distribution of trace elements in various organs,disease prevention effect and soil enzyme activity were studied,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the application of foliar fertilizers in cotton production. [Methods]Through two years of field experiments,six treatments were set in total,namely spraying water( CK),traditional Bordeaux mixture( BDM),Kocide 2000( KCD),copper-based nutrient foliar fertilizer( CF),iron-copper-based nutrient foliar fertilizer( CFFe),and zinc-boron-copper-based nutrient foliar fertilizer( CFZnB). Randomized block arrangement was adopted. Chlorophyll content in leaves was measured at each growth stage of the cotton. Photosynthetic characteristics of leaves were measured at the peak bolling stage. Plants were sampled at initial boll opening stage. The whole plant was divided into root,stem,leaf and cotton boll parts,in which the total copper,total zinc,total iron contents and accumulations were determined. Soil samples were collected from each plot,followed by the determination of soil enzyme activity. Disease index was investigated at bud,flowering and boll-forming and boll opening stage. [Results]( 1) Spraying CFFe,CFZnB,CF and KCD could significantly improve chlorophyll content of cotton leaves,and the CFFe treatment had the highest increase up to13. 30%,followed by the CFZnB treatment,which was 11. 40% higher than the CK; and photosynthetic rate,stomata conductance and transpiration rate could be improved significantly,and the CFFe treatment showed the highest photosynthetic rate,which increased by 26. 35% compared with the CK,followed by the CFZnB treatment,which increased by 17. 96% compared with CK; and intercellular CO2 concentration was significantly reduced.( 2) Spraying BDM,KCD,CF,CFFe and CFZnB can significantly increase total copper content and accumulation in various cotton organs( except the total copper content in the stem part of the CFZnB treatment; the CFZnB and CFFe treatments can significantly increase total zinc content and accumulation in various cotton organs; and spraying CFFe,CFZnB and CF can significantly increase total iron content and accumulation in various cotton organs( except the total iron content in the stem part of the CF treatment).( 3)Spraying CFFe,CFZnB,CF,KCD and BDM greatly reduced the disease index at flowering and boll-forming and boll opening stages.( 4) The CFZnB and CFFe treatments had the highest soil urease activity,which was 7. 14% higher than that of the CK,but the difference from the CK was not significant; the catalase activity of each treatment was significantly higher than that of the BDM treatment; and the sucrase activity of each treatment was significantly higher than that of the CK.( 5) Spraying CFFe,CFZnB,CF and KCD significantly improved lint yield of cotton,and the CFZnB treatment showed the highest yield increase up to 12. 34%,followed by the CFFe treatment,with an increase in the range of 8. 77%-10. 20%. 11Solid Additive-Assisted Layer-by-Layer Processing for 19%Efficiency Binary Organic Solar Cells显示文摘Morphology is of great significance to the performance of organic solar cells(OSCs),since appropriate morphology could not only promote the exciton dissociation,but also reduce the charge recombination.In this work,we have developed a solid additive-assisted layer-by-layer(SAA-LBL)processing to fabricate high-efficiency OSCs.By adding the solid additive of fatty acid(FA)into polymer donor PM6 solution,controllable pre-phase separation forms between PM6 and FA.This intermixed morphology facilitates the diffusion of acceptor Y6 into the donor PM6 during the LBL processing,due to the good miscibility and fast-solvation of the FA with chloroform solution dripping.Interestingly,this results in the desired morphology with refined phase-separated domain and vertical phase-separation structure to better balance the charge transport/collection and exciton dissociation.Consequently,the binary single junction OSCs based on PM6:Y6 blend reach champion power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 18.16%with SAA-LBL processing,which can be generally applicable to diverse systems,e.g.,the PM6:L8-BO-based devices and thick-film devices.The efficacy of SAA-LBL is confirmed in binary OSCs based on PM6:L8-BO,where record PCEs of 19.02%and 16.44%are realized for devices with 100 and 250 nm active layers,respectively.The work provides a simple but effective way to control the morphology for high-efficiency OSCs and demonstrates the SAA-LBL processing a promising methodology for boosting the industrial manufacturing of OSCs.Guanyu Ding Tianyi Chen Mengting Wang Xinxin Xia Chengliang He Xiangjun Zheng Yaokai Li Di Zhou Xinhui Lu Lijian Zuo Zhikang Xu Hongzheng Chen 2023Nano-Micro Letters2023,15,7:1

15To Construct High Level Secure Communication System: CTMI Is Not Enough显示文摘Public key cryptographic(PKC) algorithms, such as the RSA, elliptic curve digital signature algorithm(ECDSA) etc., are widely used in the secure communication systems, such as OpenSSL, and a variety of information security systems. If designer do not securely implement them, the secret key will be easily extracted by side-channel attacks(SCAs) or combinational SCA thus mitigating the security of the entire communication system. Previous countermeasures of PKC implementations focused on the core part of the algorithms and ignored the modular inversion which is widely used in various PKC schemes. Many researchers believe that instead of straightforward implementation, constant time modular inversion(CTMI) is enough to resist the attack of simple power analysis combined with lattice analysis. However, we find that the CTMI security can be reduced to a hidden t-bit multiplier problem. Based on this feature, we firstly obtain Hamming weight of intermediate data through side-channel leakage. Then, we propose a heuristic algorithm to solve the problem by revealing the secret(partial and full) base of CTMI. Comparing previous nec-essary input message for masking filtering, our procedure need not any information about the secret base of the inversion. 17A novel photoluminescent and photochromic europium complex显示文摘A ternary europium complex of 4-aminobutyric acid (ABA) with 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) [Eu2(ABA)4 (phen)4](phen)4(ClO4)6 was synthesized and characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction. The result shows that 4-aminobutyric acid exists in zwitterion form in the binu-clear complex and that the carboxylates coordinate with Eu3+ ion in bidentate bridging and tridentate chelating-bridging modes. There are two types of phen molecules, one is coordinated and the other is uncoordinated. When excited by YAG: Nd laser with 355 nm light, the title complex can emit strong red fluorescence, and its high-resolution emission spectrum was recorded at 77 K. The Eu3+ ion site is in low symmetry, which is in agreement with the result of X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis. When irradiated with a mercury lamp, the aqueous solution of the title complex can perform photochromism with the color change from colorless to green and the green color can fade away in the dark. 18KOH-assisted aqueous synthesis of ZIF-67 with high-yield and its derived cobalt selenide/carbon composites for high-performance Li-ion batteries显示文摘To solve the environmental pollution and low yield during the sythesis of zeolitic imidazolate frameworks(ZIFs)and their derived materials,a KOH-assisted aqueous strategy is proposed to synthesize cobalt zeolitic imidazolate framework(ZIF-67)polyhedrons,which are used as precursors to prepare cobalt selenide/carbon composites with different crystal phases(Co_(0.85)Se,CoSe_2).When evaluated as anode material for lithium ion batteries,Co_(0.85)Se/C composites deliver a reversible capacity of 758.7 m A·h·g^(-1)with a capacity retention rate of 90.5%at 1.0 A·g^(-1)after 500 cycles,and the superior rate capability is 620 m A·h·g^(-1)at 2.0 A·g^(-1).The addition of KOH accelerates the production of ZIF-67 crystals by boosting deprotonation of dimethylimidazole,resulting in rapid growth and structures transition from two-dimensional to three-dimensional of ZIF-67 in aqueous solution,which greatly promotes the application of MOFs in the field of energy storage and conversion.Kai Xue Yanchun Xue Jing Wang Shuya Zhang Xingmei Guo Xiangjun Zheng Fu Cao Qinghong Kong Junhao Zhang Zhong Jin 2023Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2023,57,5:0
19Did the MS 7.0 Lushan earthquake dynamically trigger earthquakes in the Datong volcanic region(Shanxi Province)?显示文摘Immediately following the MS7.0 Lushan earthquake on April 20,2013,using high-pass and lowpass filtering on the digital seismic stations in the Shanxi Province,located about 870–1,452 km from the earthquake epicenter,we detected some earthquakes at a time corresponding to the first arrival of surface waves in high-pass filtering waveform.The earthquakes were especially noticed at stations in Youyu(YUY),Shanzizao(SZZ),Shanghuangzhuang(SHZ),and Zhenchuan(ZCH),which are located in a volcanic region in the Shanxi Province,but they were not listed in the Shanxi seismic observation report.These earthquakes occurred 4–50 min after the passage of the maximum amplitude Rayleigh wave,and the periods of the surface waves were mainly between 15 and20 s following.The Coulomb stresses caused by the Rayleigh waves that acted on the four stations was about0.001 MPa,which is a little lower than the threshold value of dynamic triggering,therefore,we may conclude that the Datong volcanic region is more sensitive to the Coulomb stress change.To verify,if the similar phenomena are widespread,we used the same filtering to observecontrastively continuous waveform data before,and 5 h after,the MS7.0 Lushan earthquake and MS9.0 Tohoku earthquake in 2011.The results show that the similar phenomena occur before the earthquakes,but the seismicity rates after the earthquakes are remarkably increased.Since these weak earthquakes are quite small,it is hard to get clear phase arrival time from three or more stations to locate them.In addition,the travel time differences between P waves and S waves(S–P)are all less than 4 s,that means the events should occur in 34 km around the stations in the volcanic region.The stress of initial dynamic triggering of the MS9.0 Tohoku earthquake was about0.09 MPa,which is much higher than the threshold value of dynamic triggering stress.The earthquakes after the MS9.0 Tohoku earthquake are related to dynamic triggering stress,but the events before the earthquake cannot be linked to seismic events,but may be related to the background seismicity or from other kinds of local sources,such as anthropogenic sources(i.e.,explosions).Using two teleseismic filtering,the small background earthquakes in the Datong volcanic region occur frequently,thus we postulate that previous catalog does not apply bandpass filter to pick out the weak earthquakes,and some of the observed weak events were not triggered by changes in the dynamic stress field.Meiqin Song Yong Zheng Rui Fu Xiangjun Liang Xia Wang Li Li Bin Li 2013Earthquake Science2013,26,3:0
