1BTEX anomalies used as indicators of submarine oil and gas reservoirs显示文摘It is a conventional method for petroleum prospecting to generally use paraffin hydrocarbon as basic indexes of oil and gas. This conventional geochemical technology, however, shows some limits in the prospecting as paraffin is vulnerable to influences from human and biologic activities. Consequently, BTEX (short for benzene, toluene, ethyl benzene and xylem, which are direct biomarkers) among aromatic hydrocarbon series has been taken into account for the oil and gas prediction. Domestic and foreign study results demonstrate that BTEX is hardly disturbed and can well indicate oil and gas reservoirs. Based on measured data from a South China Sea area, the present authors have used self-developed visual assessment software for petroleum prospecting has been used to process data, strip background anomalies, and outline significant BTEX anomalies. 3An object detection method for bayberry trees based on an improved YOLO algorithm显示文摘To quickly detect and count the number of bayberry trees,this paper improves the YOLO-v4 model and proposes an optimal YOLO-v4 method for detecting bayberry trees based on UAV images.We used the Leaky_ReLU activation function to accelerate the model extraction speed and used the DIoU NMS to retain the most accurate prediction boxes.In order to increase the recall rate of the object detection and construct the optimal YOLO-v4 model,the K-Means clustering method was embedded into DIoU NMS.We trained the model using UAV images of bayberry trees,it was determined that the optimal YOLO-v4 model threshold was 0.25,which had the best extraction effect.The optimal YOLO-v4 model had a detection accuracy of up to 97.78%and a recall rate of up to 98.16%on the dataset.The optimal YOLO-v4 model was compared with YOLO-v4,YOLO-v4 tiny,the YOLO-v3 model,and the Faster R-CNN model.With guaranteed accuracy,the recall rate was higher,up to 97.45%,and the detection of bayberry trees was better in different contexts.The result shows that the optimal YOLO-v4 model can accurately achieve the rapid detection and statistics of the number of bayberry trees in large-area orchards.Youliang Chen Hanli Xu Xiangjun Zhang Peng Gao Zhigang Xu Xiaobin Huang 2023International Journal of Digital Earth2023,16,1:2
4Accounting for CO2 Variability over East Asia with a Regional Joint Inversion System and Its Preliminary Evaluation显示文摘A regional surface carbon dioxide(CO_2) flux inversion system, the Tan-Tracker-Region, was developed by incorporating an assimilation scheme into the Community Multiscale Air Quality(CMAQ) regional chemical transport model to resolve fine-scale CO_2 variability over East Asia. The proper orthogonal decomposition-based ensemble four-dimensional variational data assimilation approach(POD-4 DVar) is the core algorithm for the joint assimilation framework, and simultaneous assimilations of CO_2 concentrations and surface CO_2 fluxes are applied to help reduce the uncertainty in initial CO_2 concentrations. A persistence dynamical model was developed to describe the evolution of the surface CO_2 fluxes and help avoid the 'signal-to-noise' problem; thus, CO_2 fluxes could be estimated as a whole at the model grid scale, with better use of observation information. The performance of the regional inversion system was evaluated through a group of single-observation-based observing system simulation experiments(OSSEs). The results of the experiments suggest that a reliable performance of Tan-Tracker-Region is dependent on certain assimilation parameter choices, for example, an optimized window length of approximately 3 h, an ensemble size of approximately 100, and a covariance localization radius of approximately 320 km. This is probably due to the strong diurnal variation and spatial heterogeneity in the fine-scale CMAQ simulation, which could affect the performance of the regional inversion system. In addition, because all observations can be artificially obtained in OSSEs, the performance of Tan-Tracker-Region was further evaluated through different densities of the artificial observation network in different CO_2 flux situations. The results indicate that more observation sites would be useful to systematically improve the estimation of CO_2 concentration and flux in large areas over the model domain. 5Antifouling mechanism of natural product-based coatings investigated by digital holographic microscopy显示文摘Using natural product-based antifouling coatings has proven to be an effective strategy to combat biofouling.However,their antifouling mechanisms are still unclear.In this study,the antifouling mechanism of natural product-based coatings consisting of bio-sourced poly(lactic acid)-based polyurethane and ecofriendly antifoulant(butenolide)derived from marine bacteria was revealed by observing 3D bacterial motions utilizing a 3D tracking technique-digital holographic microscopy(DHM).As butenolide content increases,the density of planktonic marine bacteria(Pseudomonas sp.)near the surface decreases and thus leads to a reduced adhesion,indicating that butenolide elicits the adaptive response of Pseudomonas sp.to escape from the surface.Meanwhile,among these remained cells,an increased percentage is found to undergo subdiffusive motions compared with the case of smaller dose of butenolide.Further experiments show that butenolide can accelerate their swimming velocity and reduce flick frequency.Antibacterial assay confirms that butenolide-based coating shows high efficacy of antifouling performance against Pseudomonas sp.but without killing them like 4,5-dichloro-2-n-octyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one(DCOIT).Jiansen Pan Qingmei Peng Guoliang Zhang Qingyi Xie Xiangjun Gong Pei-Yuan Qian Chunfeng Ma Guangzhao Zhang 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,25:2

7Optomechanical soft metamaterials显示文摘We present a new type of optomechanical soft metamaterials, which is different from conventional mechanical metamaterials, in that they are simple isotropic and homogenous materials without resorting to any complex nano/microstructures. This metamaterial is unique in the sense that its responses to uniaxial forcing can be tailored by programmed laser inputs to manifest different nonlinear constitutive behaviors, such as monotonic, S-shape, plateau, and non-monotonic snapping performance. To demonstrate the novel metamaterial, a thin sheet of soft material impinged by two counterpropagating lasers along its thickness direction and stretched by an in-plane tensile mechanical force is considered. A theoretical model is formulated to characterize the resulting optomechanical behavior of the thin sheet by combining the nonlinear elasticity theory of soft materials and the optical radiation stress theory. The optical radiation stresses predicted by the proposed model are validated by simulations based on the method of finite elements. Programmed optomechanical behaviors are subsequently explored using the validated model under different initial sheet thicknesses and different optical inputs, and the first-and second-order tangential stiffness of the metamaterial are used to plot the phase diagram of its nonlinear constitutive behaviors.The proposed optomechanical soft metamaterial shows great potential in biological medicine, microfluidic manipulation,and other fields.Xiangjun Peng Wei He Yifan Liu Fengxian Xin Tian Jian Lu 2017Acta Mechanica Sinica2017,33,3:1

10ω_o phase precipitation in annealed high Nb containing TiAl alloys显示文摘The ordered ω phases in high Nb containing Ti Al(Nb-Ti Al) alloys have been garnering increasing attention in the recent years. However, the investigations on the Nb dependence on the ωoprecipitation are scarce. In this study, the effect of Nb content on the ωoprecipitation in high Nb(6–10 at%) containing Ti Al alloys after long-time annealing at 850 1C has been studied. The results show that small ordered ω particles in the retained βophase cannot be discerned under scanning electron microscope(SEM) but can be observed using transmission electron microscopy(TEM). Although the Nb segregation can be eliminated after the homogenization heat treatment, the ωophase precipitated in all the alloys studied after annealing at 850 1C. TEM examination reveals that the orientation relationship between the ωoand α2phases can be derived as: [0001]ωo//[1120]α2;(1120)ωo//(0001)α2, which indicates that the ωophase is directly transformed from the parent α2phase. Small γ particles are also observed within the ωoareas. The α2-ωot γ decomposition process is expected during annealing. 11Experimental study on the acoustic propagation and anisotropy of coal rocks显示文摘In order to study the propagation laws of acoustic wave of coal samples from the Upper Permian Xuanwei Formation in the east of Yunnan Province,China,under saturated water and dry conditions,the basic physical parameters,acoustic parameters and anisotropic parameters were obtained through the experiments.Based on FFT and wavelet analysis theory,the spectral characteristics of coal samples under different conditions were studied.The results show that physical parameters of coal samples in different directions have different values,that is,the anisotropy of coal samples is obvious.When the coal samples are saturated with water,the acoustic velocities and the attenuation coefficient increase,whereas the dominant frequency decreases.The signal amplitude of the frequency domain significantly decreases,that is,the internal structure of coal samples is damaged.The P-wave velocity and S-wave velocity increase with the increase of the confining pressure,whereas the anisotropy parameters decrease with the increase of the confining pressure.Overall,this study provides the basis to understand basic acoustic information and anisotropy characteristics of coal samples.Linlin Huang Xiangjun Liu Sen Yan Jian Xiong Haiming He Peng Xiao 2022Petroleum2022,8,1:1

13CONCENTRATION AND VELOCITY OF DEBRIS FLOWS显示文摘Debris flows in nature generally fall into three groups distinct in their grain composition: water-stone flow, or sub-viscous debris flow, dominated by coarse grains; muddy flow, dominated by fine grains; and viscous debris flow composed of grains in large range. Liquid-phase velocity and sedimentary delivery resistance of sub-viscous debris flow have been discussed based on the composition characters of sub- and high-viscous debris flows. It is revealed that the presence of fine grains plays a vital role in affecting resistance and average velocity, particularly when the volume fraction of grains in the flow is relatively high, i.e. Sv > 0.45. Grain-size distribution of viscous debris flow is characterized by a bimodal curve, which explains the properties like high density and low resistance gradient of debris flows. 14New auto color correction algorithm for microscopic imaging system显示文摘Color difference may exist between two views of stereoscopic images acquired with stereomicroscope,which makes trouble for the following image processing or observation.A color correction method based on the nearest cumulative histogram matching is proposed.Histogram-based contrast(HC)method is proposed to define saliency value of each pixel,then auto Grabcut segmentation method is used to segment the salient region so as to obtain a region of interest(ROI).After that,normalized histograms and cumulative histograms for ROI and region of background(ROB) are calculated.The mapping functions of the corresponding regions are derived from reference image to distorted image through the nearest cumulative histogram matching method,so that color correction can be finally achieved.Experimental results show that benefitting from the separate treatment to ROI and ROB,the proposed color correction method could avoid error propagation between the two different regions,which achieves good color correction result in comparison with other correction methods.蒋刚毅 Liu Xiangjun Yu Mei Peng Zongju Shao Feng 2015High Technology Letters2015,21,3:0
15Anthropogenic ^(129)I in seawaters along the north-central part of the English Channel:Levels and tracer applications显示文摘The English Channel(the Channel)represents a major sink and transport pathway of anthropogenic radioactive ^(129)I.Despite this important role,data concerning the distribution of ^(129)I in seawater of the Channel are scarce,and most of existing data are restricted to the eastern part of the Channel.The advection and dispersion of ^(129)I from the French coast toward the central and further the English coast,especially in the Channel west of Cap de La Hague,are not fully investigated.We present results of iodine isotopes( ^(127)I and ^(129)I)analyses of surface water samples collected along the central English Channel in October,2010.The data show high ^(129)I concentrations between Dover Strait and La Hague,followed by a dramatic drop towards the Celtic Sea and reveal the dispersal of ^(129)I towards central and northern part of the Channel.Our observation also implies that the entire British coast is contaminated by ^(129)I. ^(129)I levels in the westernmost English Channel,close to the English coast,may reflect combined influences from La Hague and Sellafield.Evolution of ^(129)I between 2005 and 2010 suggests a strong link to temporal marine discharges from La Hague plant.The discharges from the nuclear reprocessing facility have continued since 2010 and thus an ecological evaluation of ^(129)I radioactive hazards in the environment of the Channel may be needed.Peng He Zheng Yang Hongying Pang Ala Aldahan Xiaolin Hou Goran Possnert Xiangjun Pei Yi Huang 2022Acta Oceanologica Sinica2022,41,11:0
