| 1 | Link prediction in social networks: the state-of-the-art显示文摘In social networks, link prediction predicts missing links in current networks and new or dissolution links in future networks, is important for mining and analyzing the evolution of social networks. In the past decade, many works have been done about the link prediction in social networks. The goal of this paper is to comprehensively review, analyze and discuss the state-of-the-art of the link prediction in social networks. A systematical category for link prediction techniques and problems is presented. Then link prediction techniques and problems are analyzed and discussed. Typical applications of link prediction are also addressed. Achievements and roadmaps of some active research groups are introduced. | 2 | Comparative Analysis of Nutrient Composition of Caulerpa lentillifera from Different Regions显示文摘This study investigated the difference of nutrient composition in Caulerpa lentillifera collected from different regions.The nutrient compositions of C.lentillifera from China's Hainan and Shandong provinces were determined and compared with those from Semporna(Malaysia),Sabah(Malaysia),Petchburi(Thailand),and two other species of seaweeds(Malaysia).The results showed that the polysaccharide and protein contents of C.lentillifera from Hainan(44.82%±0.98%and 12.5%±0.70%),Shandong(43.22%±1.42%and 14.7%±0.72%),Petchburi(59.27%±2.31%and 12.49%±0.30%),and Sabah(44.02%±2.01%and 19.38%±1.48%)were higher than those of Eucheuma cottonii(26.49%±3.01%and 9.76%±1.33%)and Sargassum polycystum(33.49%±1.70%and 5.40%±0.07%),respectively.The polyunsaturated fatty acid contents in C.lentillifera from Hainan(29.98%)and Shandong(22.11%)were higher than that in Semporna(16.76%±0.27%),Sabah(9.49%),and S.polycystum(20.34%±0.43%),but lower than that in E.cottonii(51.55%±0.57%).In Caulerpa lentillifera of Hainan and Shandong provinces,the essential amino acid(EAA)/total amino acid(TAA)ratios were 35.22%and 38.78%,respectively;and the EAA/ETAA ratios were 54.36%and 63.35%,respectively.The EAA composition of C.lentillifera was close to the ideal model of Food and Agriculture Organization/World Health Organization.C.lentillifera was rich in mineral elements,including calcium((3315.85±127.55)mg(100 g)^-1 and(3728.35±92.38)mg(100 g)^-1),magnesium((6715.74±82.58)mg(100 g)^-1 and(8128.59±242.72)mg(100 g)^-1),and trace elements,including iron((510.65±5.47)mg(100 g)^-1 and(1972.97±183.35)mg(100 g)^-1),selenium((1.04±0.08)mg(100 g)^-1 and(0.83±0.15)mg(100 g)^-1),and zinc((33.90±0.13)mg(100 g)^-1 and(11.75±2.05)mg(100 g)^-1).These results showed that C.lentillifera was more nutritious than S.polycystum or E.cottonii in terms of polysaccharide,protein,and fatty acid contents.Furthermore,both C.lentillifera species collected from Hainan and Shandong provinces show more basic nutrients.Therefore,C.lentillifera has important development and application prospects. | ZHANG Meijian MA Yurong CHE Xinyi HUANG Zumei CHEN Peng XIA Guanghua ZHAO Meihui | 2020 | Journal of Ocean University of China2020,19,2: | 8 |
| 3 | Micromorphology of landslide soil Case study on the Jibazi landslide in Yunyang in the Three Gorges Region, China显示文摘Landslide is one of natural catastrophes affecting national economy and people’s livelihood There are many reports on the forming mechanism and control of landslide, but the studies on micromorphology of landslide soil are few. There are many potential landslides in the Three Gorges Region in China. In this paper, the micromorphologic features of the Jibazi landslide soil in Yunyang in the Three Gorges Region of the Yangtze River were studied using routine methods, that is, soil micro- morphology, X-ray diffractometer and scanning electron microscope. The main conclusions are as follow: (1) The basic micromorphologic characteristics of the landslide soil are that the fine soil particles are commonly cohesive matrix, finer and lower content o skeleton grains, the microstructures are mainly types of phenocrystal gelatinization, densely chap and fissure structure. As a result, these micromorphologic features affect the discharging of soil water, favor the movement of landslide body and provide an interna basis of materials for the formation of landslide. (2) The concept on the forming material of landslide was proposed, and types of optical beamed clay aggregates Fe-Mn isolates and glassy material were found in landslide-belt soil, which were remarkably differen from the natural soil formation, and had some scientific significance in analyzing the formingmechanism of landslide and distinguishing the landslide-belt soil. (3) Some special micromor- phologic and sub-micromorphologic characteristics, such as fingerprint microstructure, clay beamed bedding microstructure, oppressive microstructure, moulage microstructure and extending hole microstructure, could bring useful micromorphologic evidences for the observation and forecasting of landslide. | 4 | Thermal protection mechanism of heat pipe in leading edge under hypersonic conditions显示文摘Sharp local structure, like the leading edge of hypersonic aircraft, confronts a severe aerodynamic heating environment at a Mach number greater than 5. To eliminate the danger of a material failure, a semi-active thermal protection system is proposed by integrating a metallic heat pipe into the structure of the leading edge. An analytical heat-balance model is established from traditional aerodynamic theories, and then thermal and mechanical characteristics of the structure are studied at Mach number 6–8 for three refractory alloys, Inconel 625, C-103, and T-111. The feasibility of this simple analytical method as an initial design tool for hypersonic aircraft is assessed through numerical simulations using a finite element method. The results indicate that both the isothermal and the maximum temperatures fall but the von Mises stress increases with a longer design length of the leading edge. These two temperatures and the stress rise remarkably at a higher Mach number. Under all investigated hypersonic conditions, with a 3 mm leading edge radius and a0.15 m design length, the maximum stress exceeds the yield strength of Inconel 625 at Mach numbers greater than 6, which means a material failure. | 10 | Ultralong room temperature phosphorescence via the charge transfer-separation-recombination mechanism based on organic small molecule doping strategy显示文摘Ultra-long room temperature phosphorescence(URTP) has been increasingly recognized in pure organic luminophor in recent years. Through a simpler molecular design and charge separation-recombination pathway, organic luminophor can achieve even better URTP properties. In this work, we achieved URTP in a system of host-guest doped benzophenone derivatives whose phosphorescence is visible to the naked eye. The differences in the wavelength lifetimes of luminescent emission correspond to different photophysical mechanisms. Through a combination of theoretical calculations and experiments, the host acts as a powerful substrate that restricts the motion of the guest and inhibits the non-radiative transitions of the guest, accompanied by a charge transfer separation-recombination process between the host and the guest, resulting in an URTP phenomenon. Transient absorption results demonstrate the existence of a charge-separated state. | 11 | Research on the Longitudinal Transmission Mechanism of Prices for Urban Vegetable Supply Chain-Based on the Empirical Research in Chongqing显示文摘This paper mainly introduces the longitudinal transmission mechanism of urban vegetable prices in Chongqing area. On the basis of the supply chain theory,the ' farm price- wholesale price- retail price' of vegetables in Chongqing has been identified as the research object. Through statistical analysis,it is found that the above three types of price show a modest annual fluctuation of 7- 12% from 2008 to2013. Later,the paper focuses on the empirical research on the weekly price data in 2013 applying the co-integration theory,which reveals that the farm price of vegetables is largely influenced by themselves; the wholesale price of vegetables is mainly affected by their own price,the production price and the retail price of the earlier stage without the current influence of the production price; and the retail price of vegetables is also affected by their own price,but is not affected by the their current local price and the wholesale price. | 14 | RNPS1 stabilizes NAT10 protein to facilitate translation in cancer via tRNA ac^(4)C modification显示文摘Existing studies have underscored the pivotal role of N-acetyltransferase 10(NAT10) in various cancers. However, the outcomes of protein-protein interactions between NAT10 and its protein partners in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma(HNSCC) remain unexplored. In this study, we identified a significant upregulation of RNA-binding protein with serine-rich domain 1(RNPS1) in HNSCC, where RNPS1 inhibits the ubiquitination degradation of NAT10 by E3 ubiquitin ligase, zinc finger SWIM domain-containing protein 6(ZSWIM6), through direct protein interaction, thereby promoting high NAT10 expression in HNSCC. This upregulated NAT10 stability mediates the enhancement of specific tRNA ac^(4)C modifications, subsequently boosting the translation process of genes involved in pathways such as IL-6 signaling, IL-8 signaling, and PTEN signaling that play roles in regulating HNSCC malignant progression, ultimately influencing the survival and prognosis of HNSCC patients. Additionally, we pioneered the development of TRMC-seq, leading to the discovery of novel t RNA-ac^(4)C modification sites, thereby providing a potent sequencing tool for tRNAac^(4)C research.
