| 1 | Highly efficient Cu/anatase TiO2 {001}-nanosheets catalysts for methanol synthesis from CO2显示文摘Anatase TiO_2 nanosheets(-ns-) with dominant exposed {001} facets were used as support to load copper,and the synthesized Cu/TiO_2-ns catalysts were evaluated for CO_2 hydrogenation to methanol. Under the reaction conditions, P = 3.0 MPa, T = 260 ℃, V(N_2):V(H_2):V(CO_2) = 8:69:23 and gas hourly space velocity(GHSV) = 3600 mL g^(-1)h^(-1), the methanol yield reached an appealing high value, 5.6%. Copper-loading amount, calcination temperature and reduction atmosphere have been investigated in this work, which significantly influence the particle sizes of copper and/or the defect concentration in TiO_2, then leading to different catalytic performance. Characterizations of XRD, EPR, CO_2-TPD and FTIR demonstrate that higher specific surface area of Cu is good for the hydrogenation of CO_2 and adequate amount of Ti^(3+) plays important roles in CO_2 activation. The principal structure of this framework includes twice sculling compensation procedure using incremental outputs from the inertial system sensors during the velocity updating interval. Then, the moderate algorithm is designed to update the velocity parameter. The analysis is conducted in the condition of sculling motion which indicates that the new mathematical framework error which is smaller than the conventional ones by at least two orders is far superior. | 5 | Cooling rate controlled basal precipitates and age hardening response of solid-soluted Mg-Gd-Er-Zn-Zr alloy显示文摘The precipitation and age hardening response of the solid-soluted Mg–10Gd–1Er–1Zn–0.6Zr(wt.%)alloy performed by water-quenching(QC),air-cooling(AC)and furnace-cooling(FC)in terms of the volume fraction of precipitates and tensile properties were investigated in present paper.Results indicated the solid-soluted alloy contained stacking faults(SFs)and long period stacking ordered(LPSO)phase on the basal planes regardless of the cooling rate,but a larger volume fraction of the LPSO phase was formed with decreasing in the cooling rate.After aging,βandβ1 phases precipitated on the prismatic planes,and their number density decreased but mean particle size increased with decreasing in the cooling rate.The solid-soluted alloys(QC,AC and FC samples)showed no apparent difference in yield strength(YS),but their correspondent peak-aged alloys exhibited sharp difference in hardening response.The strongest hardening response took place in the QC sample and showed 82MPa enhancement in YS,which was much larger than that of AC(+26MPa)and FC samples(+5MPa).The reason lies in that the higher cooling rate promotes the precipitation and reduces the average size ofβprecipitate.A novel cooling-rate controlled precipitation model with respect to the correlation of precipitates on basal and prismatic planes was established.From this model,the basal precipitates showed a restrictive effect on the growth and/or coarsening ofβprecipitate,and composite precipitates containing theβphase with fine size as well as high area-number density and lower volume fraction of the LPSO phase are preferred to strengthen the Mg–10Gd–1Er–1Zn–0.6Zr alloy. | Jinlong Fu Wenbo Du Linyue Jia Yunfeng Wang Xunming Zhu Xian Du | 2021 | Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2021,9,4: | 3 |

| 7 | Microscopic and Fractal Characterization of Organic Matter within Lacustrine Shale Reservoirs in the First Member of Cretaceous Qingshankou Formation,Songliao Basin,Northeast China显示文摘Understanding the occurrences of different fractions of organic matter in shale reservoirs is very important for the evaluation of shale oil.Lacustrine organic-rich shale samples from the first member of the Cretaceous Qingshankou Formation in the Songliao Basin were analyzed with confocal laser scanning microscopy(CLSM)and fluorescence spectral analysis.The results show that the occurrences of different organic components are related to the fabric of samples and vary with depth.The bulk content of light components is significantly higher than heavy components and exhibits a positive relationship with quartz and feldspar contents.Both light and heavy components are distributed parallel with the lamination in microscopic view in laminated samples,and randomly in massive samples.The maximum radius of light components in most of the samples is larger than 20μm,while it is smaller for heavy components,indicating the micro fractionation from clay/organic lamina to quartz/feldspar lamina.The depth of enrichment of light components corresponds to the oil maturity of organic matter.Both the distribution of light and heavy components fits the same fractal model,with fractal dimensions ranging between 2.2 and 2.5.The CLSM results confirm that it can be a reliable tool for the'sweet spot'exploration. | Bo Liu Meng Yan Xianda Sun Yunfeng Bai Longhui Bai Xiaofei Fu | 2020 | Journal of Earth Science2020,31,6: | 2 |
| 8 | Multiple Center Research on Relationship Between Screening Quality and Detection of Cervical Cancer—Six Provinces,China,June–December 2021显示文摘The coverage and quality of screening are essential for reducing the incidence of cervical precancers and cervical cancer.This multicenter study aimed to investigate the relationship between screening quality and the detection of cervical precancers and cervical cancer.The study was conducted from June to December 2021 in six hospitals across six provinces.The 2,945 participants were non-pregnant women who underwent colposcopy examinations.The average age of participants was 40.9±11.5 years old.Only 6.9%of participants had received human papillomavirus(HPV)vaccination.A total of 92.6%of participants had abnormal cervical screening results.Of the participants,577 had high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions(HSIL)or worse(≥HSIL),with a detection rate of 19.6%.Univariate analysis indicated that a lack of cervical cancer screening history in the past five years,as well as positive cervical screening and abnormal colposcopic impression,were independent associated factors of the≥HSIL detection rate.A multivariable logistic regression showed that positive cervical screening[odds ratio(OR)=1.75,95%confidence interval(CI):1.07–2.86]was a risk factor for detecting≥HSIL.Low-grade,high-grade,and cancer of colposcopic impression were associated with a higher risk for detecting≥HSIL(OR=2.94,95%CI:2.13–4.08;OR=36.64,95%CI:26.07–51.48).It is important to disseminate health knowledge to improve public awareness of cervical cancer prevention and to enhance the capacity building of professional staff to improve the quality of cervical cancer screening. | Xiaosong Zhang Weihong Chen Xinxin Zhu Hui Bi Qingping Zhao Yunfeng Fu Lina Zhang Chunmei Zhang Ning Huang | 2023 | China CDC weekly2023,5,14: | 1 |
| 9 | Crosstalk between adipose-derived stem cells and chondrocytes:when growth factors matter显示文摘Adipose-derived stem cells(ASCs)and mesenchymal stem cells are promising for tissue repair because of their multilineage differentiation capacity.Our previous data confirmed that the implantation of mixed ASCs and chondrocytes into cartilage defects induced desirable in vivo healing outcomes.However,the paracrine action of ASCs on chondrocytes needs to be further elucidated.In this study,we established a co-culture system to achieve cell-to-cell and cell-to-tissue crosstalk and explored the soluble growth factors in both ASCs and chondrocytes supplemented with 1%fetal bovine serum to mimic the physiological microenvironment.In ASCs,we screened for growth factors by semi-quantitative PCR and quantitative real-time PCR and found that the expression of bone morphogenetic protein 2(BMP-2),vascular endothelial growth factor B(VEGFB),hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α),fibroblast growth factor-2(FGF-2),and transforming growth factor-β1 significantly increased after co-culture in comparison with mono-culture.In chondrocytes,VEGFA was significantly enhanced after co-culture.Unexpectedly,the expression of collagen II and aggrecan was significantly down-regulated in the co-culture group compared with the mono-culture group.Meanwhile,among all the growth factors screened,we found that the BMP family members BMP-2,BMP-4,and BMP-5 were down-regulated and that VEGFB,HIF-1α,FGF-2,and PDGF were significantly decreased after co-culture.These results suggest that crosstalk between ASCs and chondrocytes is a pathway through the regulated growth factors that might have potential in cartilage repair and regeneration and could be useful for tissue engineering. | Juan Zhong Bin Guo Jing Xie Shuwen Deng Na Fu Shiyu Lin Guo Li Yunfeng Lin Xiaoxiao Cai | 2015 | Bone Research2015,3,4: | 1 |

| 20 | TAD-Net:An approach for real-time action detection based on temporal convolution network and graph convolution network in digital twin shop-floor[version 1;peer review:2 approved]显示文摘Background:Intelligent monitoring of human action in production is an important step to help standardize production processes and construct a digital twin shop-floor rapidly.Human action has a significant impact on the production safety and efficiency of a shop-floor,however,because of the high individual initiative of humans,it is difficult to realize real-time action detection in a digital twin shop-floor.Methods:We proposed a real-time detection approach for shop-floor production action.This approach used the sequence data of continuous human skeleton joints sequences as the input.We then reconstructed the Joint Classification-Regression Recurrent Neural Networks(JCR-RNN)based on Temporal Convolution Network(TCN)and Graph Convolution Network(GCN).We called this approach the Temporal Action Detection Net(TAD-Net),which realized real-time shop-floor production action detection.Results:The results of the verification experiment showed that our approach has achieved a high temporal positioning score,recognition speed,and accuracy when applied to the existing Online Action Detection(OAD)dataset and the Nanjing University of Science and Technology 3 Dimensions(NJUST3D)dataset.TAD-Net can meet the actual needs of the digital twin shop-floor.Conclusions:Our method has higher recognition accuracy,temporal positioning accuracy,and faster running speed than other mainstream network models,it can better meet actual application requirements,and has important research value and practical significance for standardizing shop-floor production processes,reducing production security risks,and contributing to the understanding of real-time production action. | Qing Hong Yifeng Sun Tingyu Liu Liang Fu Yunfeng Xie | 2021 | Digital Twin2021,1,1: | 0 |
